Ho soggiornato una sola notte e la camera che mi è stata assegnata è risultata essere delle dimensioni. Colazione, al buffet, ricca e curata. Il servizio di navetta che ti conduce e riporta gratuitamente a Mandela Square è semplicemente eccezionale.

Ho riscontrato un problema con il "topper" del letto. Lo staff ha provato a risolvere il problema sostituendolo ma il letto è comunque risultato scomodo e non mi ha permesso di riposare nel modo corretto.

I really liked the location of the hotel — it was close to where I needed to be and very nicely situated. The breakfast was really good.

I explicitly requested a queen/king size bed in my reservation, yet on arrival at the hotel, there were two very uncomfortable single beds. As a result, I was unable to sleep on the night of check-in. I called the front desk the next day around 5pm to remind them about the bed swap. When I returned to the hotel, the two single beds had simply been pushed together, with no topper added to make it feel like one bed. The sleep was still very uncomfortable. Secondly, I requested a pro-forma invoice and never received a response. I checked out of the hotel yesterday and called the front desk afterward to ask for an invoice. I was told it would be sent. It is now Saturday evening, and I still haven't received it. Even if the request couldn't be fulfilled, the least I would have expected was some communication to the guest. This has not been the best experience to date.

I liked the size of the room. I liked the central location. Very safe and convenient basement parking with elevator access.

The wifi was not very good at all times. The shower was spilling water all over the bathroom. Not full sets of cutlery and crockery.

They have the worst restaurant food and services! No options at all if you don’t eat pork, you have to order fried eggs and wait forever for them. My breakfast experience at the hotel is always bad and it’s kicking me out of the hotel!

It was clean and the beds were comfortable

The staff still needs some proper training regarding customer service. The receptionist will just see you standing there and don’t even ask if u need help

No underground or covered parking which can be an issue if there’s a hailstorm

Honestly one of the best hotel apartments I have booked in JHB. Staff, reception, attentiveness, kindness, going the extra mile. I particularly was thankful for one of the concierge taking time to get me pain meds near by as I was in pain and could not walk or drive there. The concern in his face was genuine.

For me its always the underground parking entrance for security gate. It is small and could be opened up, maybe just remove the parting of in/out, to create easier entrance, That is not good for rims, especially on hired cars. I want to recommend that the rooms have face towels white and black, especially for make up removal. They did not have these.

For a first timer, it’s good.

My room door was loose and possible for someone to push it open, the lock mechanism was not locking shut. This was big risk as I am a female. I called reception and they sent maintenance guy. The guy tried to convince me it’s ok despite me demonstrating to him the problem. It’s wrong for him to want to change my experience. I asked to be moved to another room. The following day I saw guys changing the door to that room. That’s not ok. My safety was definitely compromised

Super gelegen in Sandton, schnell auf den Umgehungsstraßen in andere Richtungen und nur einen Katzensprung zur Mall. Frühstück reichhaltig und lecker. Zimmer sauber und ruhig. Das ganze Personal war zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich.

The property was exceptionally clean and very well maintained. Sabelo at reception made our stay special with so much care and professionalism. We also encountered with Kagiso I think at the restaurant who made sure that were served with care.Housekeeping made sure to attend to my request as I had a dress I needed to wear the next morning with so much great efficiency😌 And yes breakfast was scrumptious 😌.

Hot water supply. We were on the 4th floor and had to run the water for over 20 minutes before it was remotely hot enough to get in. This is disappointing from an environmental perspective.

The hotel staff was top notch. Restaurant staff all served us with a smile everyday; Babalwa, Loveness, Dimpo & Fezile were excellent. The food was scrumptious and came with a lot of variety. The reception team was also exceptional, kudos to Nomzamo. The shuttle service guys were also polite and helpful. I cannot name them all but they all provided us with excellent service. Our apartment was amazing and spacious, and we always found it clean after a long day!

Notre point de chute lorsque nous arrivons à Johannesburg. Hôtel très bien situé, la navette vers Sandton city mall est un gros atout et le petit déjeuner est superbe. La literie est très confortable également ! Enfin, le personnel est très bien que ce soit ceux qui aident avec les bagages, la réception ou encore le restaurant ! D’ailleurs mention spéciale pour les délicieux cocktails !

The older guys not sure what his job description is but the guy is just purely rude this was my second encounter with him. The shuttle drivers are also not so nice unless you are any other race but black. So disappointing

The fact that I was having a birthday on the 15th I was expecting to have a piece of cake as promised when I was doing my booking coz I even asked over the phone during the booking coz I booked via booking.com but I phoned straight to the hotel to find few things out the lady said to me no I don’t need to pay for it other then that everything else was perfect thanks again will visit again ❤️❤️❤️❤️

To this day I am still waiting for the Catalyst to explain why they quoted their prices in Rands only to charge me in foreign currency and impose the conversion charges on my account. It's such bad behaviour and they refuse to take accountability. It is unethical and fraudulent.
