tuve algun detalle con el acceso al WiFi pero se resolvió, yo agregaría algun detalle de comida mexicana - local en los desayunos, y una tienda con artesanías y productos que genere la localidad, como acción de sostenibilidad. Si tuviera piscina sería estupendo!

las recepcionistas no parecen que estan en un lugar de turismo, tienen mala cara y no miran a los ojos cuando responden, estan ocupadas en otras cosas y la atención al cliente y sobre el estado y que puedes hacer mientras estas ahi no dicen nada, son poco amables

El internet que tiene el hotel en el televisor no funciona para aplicaciones de streaming. Llame a recepción y me dijeron que es porque la televisión no era smart TV cuando si lo era. Puse el internet de mi teléfono a la televisor y si funcionaron las aplicaciones de streaming.

Reviewed May 6, 2025The staff at check-in were exceptionally kind and welcoming. The underground parking was convenient and easy to access. Breakfast staff were also friendly and attentive. The room was clean, and the shower had excellent water pressure, which was much appreciated.
I requested a room on the highest floor available, but were assigned one on the 4th out of 5 floors. Unfortunately, the room faced a wall rather than offering a view of beautiful Aguascalientes. At first, l assumed the hotel was fully booked, but it turned out to be mostly empty. When I mentioned the disappointing view at checkout, the reception staff seemed unaware of which rooms offer better views. The breakfast was underwhelming. Most of the Mexican dishes were cold, and freshly prepared eggs came at an additional cost. Basic items like butter and cheese were missing—even no Philadelphia cream cheese. When I asked about it, I was told the supplier hadn’t delivered butter, as if there were no alternatives available.

Me queda muy bien el acceso para regresar al aeropuerto y las visitas a clientes que estaban muy cerca del hotel. Solo tuve un detalle que mi vuelo salia a las 6:17 AM, solicite taxi en lobby una noche antes para que pasaran 4:15 AM y me aseguraron que ya estaba confirmado, en la manana que aparezco nadie sabia nada y nunca llego el taxi, por suerte pude tomar Uber y sin problema pero si seria bueno asegurarse del transporte para los huespedes.

Reviewed Jan 2, 2025Excelente, me encantó. El cuarto es hermoso y se siente una paz increíble. El personal es muy agradable y me dieron un buen trato. Lo único que no me gustó es que se podían escuchar voces desde afuera de los cuartos, pero eso no quita lo excelente que es. 100/10 a este hotel. Sin duda alguna volveré.
