Struttura datata, semplice ma in posizione tranquilla a 10 minuti a piedi dalla animata 5 avenue. Bello lo spazio relax con piscina, bar e ristorante sul roof. Comodo il bar nello spazio della reception.

Camere con cattivo odore di muffa sprigionata dai cassettti in legno dell'armadio da renderli inutilizzabili (consiglio alla direzione di toglierli).

Lo mejor fue la limpieza y la atención del personal. Además la ubicación, está cerca del centro y de supermercado además relativamente cerca de la playa

Pas de fenêtre dans la chambre. Linge de toilette sale. Odeur nauséabonde dans la chambre. Petit déjeuner restreint à sa plus simple expression.

Está relativamente céntrico, podías llegar caminando a la quinta avenida. Cerca hay un Wallmart y otros supermercados más baratos. Si solicitabas algo (como secador de pelo o cobertor) te atendían rápidamente. Dispone de aire acondicionado y televisor. La cama cómoda (aunque depende del gusto)

La habitación olía a humedad (pero nos dimos cuenta que no era solo la nuestra, así que no podíamos pedir un cambio). El olor era soportable, pero igual se sentía. El no tener secador de pelo personal para la habitación no fue muy agradable.

Warmes Wasser in der Dusche und unkomplizierte Abwicklung. Ausserdem ist das Hotel (Motel) in einer ruhigen Nebenstrasse. Bei mir ging die Klimaanlage, Safe etc. nicht. Der Service war sofort da und hat fast alle Sachen beheben können.

Es ist sehr beengt, kein Fenster zum lüften. Sehr dunkel. Das kann bei extremer Hitze aber vielleicht auch ein Vorteil sein.

Badly stained towels, humidity smell in the room, really loud noise from staff next to our window in the early morning, not even a blanket

The location because it was close to Walmart

It was dirty, when I was given the room. There were boogers on the wall.. the shower barely functioned and it was a really small shower.. I felt scammed.

The staff were very friendly. It was cheap and in a good location.

The shower was broken and impossible to turn off fully despite closing the handles as much as possible. The water still flowed out quite a lot constantly, making it hard to fall asleep at night with the noise from it. The shower door also leaked causing the floor to get soaked after every shower. The windows collected huge amounts of condensation, which flowed onto the floor creating pools of water.

Location is great for walking everywhere. Super quiet . My room was clean and comfortable. There was a coffee shop on site and parking if needed . WiFi worked well and hot water .

Was away from the main street so it was a relatively quiet neighbourhood.

The room had almost no natural light because the main window had a large brick wall 50cm away from it. The main window didn't open so the room was poorly ventilated and was hot and stuffy. There's extremely poor sound insulation, I could hear noise from other hotel guests even when they were talking at low volume. The mattress was covered in stains. The towels were threadbare in places.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. It is basic, but comfortable and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Soundproofing is adequate. On the rooftop, there is a swimming pool with chairs and a restaurant, which adds to the comfort of the stay. The location is great for me—away from the main tourist areas, giving a more local feel, yet still close to the ADO bus station.

The interior is a bit dark, and the Wi-Fi wasn’t very reliable.

Big bed. About a 15/20 minute walk to the Main Street in Playa Del Carmen. Nice cafe at the front.

The rooftop/ pool wasn’t open when I was there and staff couldn’t tell me when it would be open. Luckily they gave me a wristband for a different pool instead.

Bagno intasato, doccia poca pressione. Mi hanno fatto pagare una tassa non nominata né sulla prenotazione né sulla descrizione hotel. Sto ancora aspettando il rimborso da booking.

Great central location in Playa del Carmen - close to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. We booked the family room and had two separate rooms and bathrooms. The rooftop pool and lounge area is really nice. Had a great breakfast at the restaurant. Fran at the bakery was really friendly and nice and we enjoyed a delicious lemon tart and banana bread. My brother had a meeting the last day and the front desk host was really helpful to him to get the wifi he needed!

L’emplacement est vraiment super et le restaurant à l’étage est très bien. Le personnel était bien également. La femme de ménage était très gentille

Les piscines n’étaient pas super propre et notre chambre était un peu désuète. De plus le pommeau de douche coulait de partout.

I Went from Playa Del Carmen to Guatemala and this was my favorite hotel that i stayed in during my travels. The room was lovely and so were the facilities. The staff members were also really nice and would go above and beyond for you. Cant really argue with the hotel for the price.

La localisation, le personnel est toujours présent et répond aux questions. La bakerie est très bonne.

Pas de pression d'eau dans la douche, un lit défoncé, aucune insonorisation (on entend absolument tout)

La ubicación es muy buena. Tienen una cafetería y esta rico. La regadera esta rica.

La mujer de recepción al momento de llegar nos trató de mala manera, nos dijo que no le habían llevado la llave del cuarto eran las 15:00 pero nos dimos cuenta que llego su compañero del turno de la tarde y le dejo a varios huéspedes que estabamos esperando y si estaban las llaves de los cuartos. De una cara la persona como si le molestara que estuviéramos esperando. Cuando llegamos al cuarto estaba llena de mosquitos porque dejaron la puerta abierta en lo que llegábamos. El colchón bastante incómodo.

This room has good Wi-Fi. Is located near the supermarket and local services. It's about a 20-minute walk to downtown Playa.

직원들이 친절해요. 근처 Ado버스 터미널이 있어서 공항 가기 편해요. 근처 대형마트가 몰려있어서 좋아요.

방이 너무너무 습하고 쾌쾌한 냄새가 나요. 헤어드라이기가 없어요. 3층에서 사람들이 포켓볼을 치면 소음이 심해요.

Hotel de passage, situé tres pres d'un terminal Ado bus, a 15 min de marche de tous, beaucoup de rooftop ou beachclub inclus mais aucune information transmise par l'etablissement ou l'accueil qui ne sait pas trop comment y accéder. Les chambres sont spacieuse, l'air climatisé d'une chambre ne fonctionnais pas (surement pas la bonne manette) mais on a pas utilisé cette chambre donc pas trop de desagrement, les 2 piscines sont petite et froide. Je louerais à nouveau si je passe par là

Hotel demasiado desgastado y viejo

I liked location as it wasn’t far from the strip , 5th ave , great for the ADO bus station , so easy to get a bus back to the AirPort . Generaly Quiet , good little bar on top floor , two small pools .the staff i met were very good .

Would have been nice to have a fridge , the place does need as spruce up for sure , but for me it’s was good .

La ubicación es buena, me fui caminando hasta la Quinta con coche de bebé.

Me retuvieron mi pasaporte hasta que no pagara el Impuesto de ambiente de la ciudad. No tenía efectivo así que no lo podía hacer de forma inmediata pero la medida de retener el pasaporte me pareció invasiva y dudo de que sea legal. La habitación tienen un problema fuerte de humedad , el AC estaba lleno de MOHO.

Struttura molto comoda per raggiungere il centro e la spiaggia a piedi. Camere pulite, di dimensioni ridotte ma ben strutturate. Purtroppo molto molto umide (ma penso lo sia ovunque a Playa del Carmen). Staff molto disponibile anche se un po' confuso sulle indicazioni che abbiamo chiesto. Parcheggio a disposizione dei clienti senza costi aggiuntivi. In stanza c'erano a disposizione asciugamani (un po' usurati, ma decorosi) e soltanto saponetta (no shampoo), no phon (era possibile richiederlo in reception). All'ultimo piano è presente un bar/ristorante con terrazzo ed una piccola piscina per gli ospiti. Considerando il costo e l'ubicazione lo consiglierei assolutamente. Nelle vicinanze c'è un grosso supermercato dove rifornirsi e dei posti dove fare sia colazione che pranzo/cena a buon prezzo.

Lo stato degli asciugamani (consiglierei all'hotel di cambiarli più spesso) e la mancanza di piccoli dettagli.

Siempre que voy a ese destino ahi me hospedo por céntrico, comodo y amabilidad... cafe delicioso y postre riquisimo

Las instalaciones están muy deterioradas, las toallas percudidas y deshilachadas el colchón tenía un alambre salido. El internet no me funcionó el primer día, el segundo día después de varias solicitudes lo arreglaron

La habitación estaba muy cómoda y super limpia no encontré ningún animalito, el personal muy atento y amable, lo único malo que pude ver es que esta un poco alejado de la 5Av y de la playa pero el caminar nos ayuda, la habitación para dos personas está muy bien adecuada, tiene armario y caja fuerte, la ducha genial, salia bastante agua, lo recomiendo.

El hotel esta alejado de la 5Av y de la playa, pero eso es irrelevante, las toallas ya estaban viejas pero sacaban muy bien, aun con esto lo recomiendo 👌

El internet no funcionaba, lo arreglaron pero siguio funcionando de forma interrumpida La habitacion era oscura, la ventana daba a la pared del edfificio de al lado. Estaba poco iluminada y usaban focos de luz fria lo que le deba un aspecto triste. Esta ubicado cerca de la terminal de colectivo pero lejos de la playa y la quinta avenida.

L'emplacement est bon et la piscine avec à côté le bar/restaurant c'est bien agréable

Parfois un peu bruyant à cause de la circulation et des coups de klaxonne

Ya he estado antes en este lugar, he regresado porque me gusta, pero el personal no tiene idea lo que significa servicio ( excepto de la señora que realiza la limpieza ella es muy amable) pero la recepción son groseros arrongantes y solo están jugando entre ellos en lugar de atención al cliente, además en el roof te atienden de mala manera

2nd time here. Location, location, location out of the tourist hot spots but close to Walmart, across the road and EL fogon restaurant. Hot water and air con. Safe to walk about. Able to leave luggage afterwards. Also it's 100MXN per hour to overstay for a max of 3hrs. Able to do this and get the airport bus at 4pm.did I say it was close to the ADO alternative bus station too. A Gem as its cheap and highly recommend for 1-3 nights only.

The only somewhat nice sitting area up on the roof including the bar and restaurant closed very early, so there was nowhere to relax at night. Traffic noise outside. No free coffee or tea. Breakfast consist of two choices.

Muy cómodo,su hospitalidad excelente, la cama increíble para descansar y el estacionamiento fue un plus, sun duda lo recomiendo y yo regresaria :)

La habitación siempre húmeda tal vez sería buena opción poner una ventana con con mosquitero.El Internet es demasiado lento en ocasiones no teníamos Internet...
