Reviewed Sep 18, 2026We had room with own bathroom and had breakfast included. Hostel is very clean and it is located in city center. This is very good experience with this accommodation.We were here in Saturday evening and parking on street was for free and in Sunday too.
It was wery strange that for forin tourists information to Booking chat comes only in finnih language, I wrote back that I am do not undertnd and please send me information in english but... next messages were just in finnish, I thing that this must be inproved as there is not guests just from Finland. Ok, we have translators and AI now but still, it would be good for real communication to use understandable language for guest ofcourse I do not ask you to send me sms in latvian.

Die Sauberkeit und die Qualität der Ausstattung. Die tägliche gratis Sauna von 17 bis 19:00 Uhr (zuerst Frauen, dann Männer). Als Gast des überaus günstigen Zehn Bett Dorms Repo profitiere ich von der allgegenwärtigen top Qualität dieses Hauses, das vor allem auf Gäste in den preislich höheren zwei Bett Zimmern ausgerichtet ist, voll mit.
Da gibt es aber schon überhaupt nichts zu bekritteln.

The room had a strong sent. Maybe it was because one of the dude sleeping in the bunks and not a neglicency from the staff - but still, pretty uncomfortable.

Luggage storage was NOT safe! The door should be self closing!! It was left open and near outside exits so items were at constant risk of being stolen! Staff did not monitor this. Unacceptable!

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026La atencion del personal hay un chico que no recuerdo el nombre, que habla muy bien español Hicimos el check in temprano ya que el tren nocturno desde Helsinki llego 07:30 AM y no nos cobraron nada por ello y le preguntamos si podiamos tomar el desayuno y no tuvieron problema Esta ubicado en el centro y a escasos 100 mts tenes la parada del autobus que va a la Villa de Papá Noel y al Aeropuerto Faltaria agregar en la habitacion un frigobar y tambien alguna TV Desayuno un poco pobre

L'ostello è in centro, a poca distanza dalla fermata del bus da/per l'aeroporto, offre numerosi servizi tra cui la colazione da lunedì a domenica e il pranzo nei giorni lunedì - venerdì; per gli ospiti che soggiornano in ostello fanno uno sconto del 10%. L'uso della sauna è gratuito per un'ora al giorno ed è possibile prenotarla anche privatamente con un piccolo extra. I ragazzi e le ragazze che lavorano qui sono molto gentili e al terzo piano di trova un comodissimo spazio comune con la cucina.

Vessan hana heilui, alkuillasta liikenteen melu kuului huoneeseen, mutta loppui kyllä klo. 23-24 mennessä.

The breakfast was basic but perfectly adequate — good for a hostel. We had a private room with our own bathroom, and the floor was very quiet. We also appreciated being able to use the shared kitchen one floor above. Overall, a pleasant stay and good value for a hostel.
We had booked a parking space in the recommended parking garage. However, on weekends, we could have parked for free on the street. This would have been useful information to have in advance.

Yhteismajoitusten WC-tiloissa voisi olla joku pieni pöytä, hylly tai korivaunu, johon saisi laskettua toilettilaukun tai muut tarvikkeet sekä lisäkoukku seinässä omalle pyyhkeelle. Saunavuorot voisi myöhäistää tunnilla eteenpäin, jotta naisten vuorolle ehtisi juna- ja bussivuoroilta. Tyynyt kaipaisivat pesua ja päivitystä.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026For a solo traveler, the room size was just right, and having a private bathroom and shower was a huge plus. The staff had a great attitude and were always willing to help whenever I had questions. The shared kitchen and common spaces were spacious, and they thoughtfully provided pens and tape for marking personal food items. The vintage elevator was definitely a highlight—a true living antique! The included buffet breakfast was also more than enough for a budget-conscious traveler like me. The location is very convenient, only a 5–10 minute walk to two large shopping malls. Within 10 minutes, you can reach the supermarket inside the main city center mall, where the restaurants also offer quite reasonably priced buffets.
The windows in the room cannot be opened, so it can get a bit warm and stuffy indoors on sunny summer afternoons. Fortunately, a fan is provided in the room, and running it for a short while helps cool the space down.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026Varasin majoituksen myöhään illalla ja yritin varmistaa lemmikkihuoneen lähettämällä viestillä pyynnön asiasta. Myöhään illalla asiakaspalvelu ei ollut avoinna ja hotellin itsepalvelukirjautumisessa aulassa ei voinut itse valita lemmikkihuonetta (en ainakaan löytänyt sellaista vaihtoehtoa). Näinpä meille tuli allergiahuoneen avain (käytävän ovessa oli onneksi kyltti että ei koiria tästä eteenpäin). Asia selvisi onneksi ja uusi huone saatiin soittamalla vartijalle ja edelleen päivystäjän puoleen pääsemällä.
