Hieno sijainti ja puutarha, miljöö todella kaunis. Tilava kylpyhuone.

Kylpyhuoneessa oli melko vähän koukkuja/ripustuspaikkoja pyyhkeille ja kylpytakeille. Myös huoneessa olisi voinut olla muutama enemmän.

De douche was goed. Parkeerplaatsen waren ruim aanwezig, ook vlakbij mijn kamer, Het ontbijt was goed. Een verzoek om een dunner kussen is gehonoreerd.

De zogenaamde gezellige kamer was gevuld met een bed. Er was een kleine stoel in een hoek zonder leeslamp. Ook aan het bed ontbrak deze. Volstaan moest worden met plafondlampbollen. Ook ontbrak legruimte voor spullen. Als groep dineerden we in het hotel. De keuken was van zeer bescheiden kwaliteit, met name de kalfsbiefstuk die verkeerd was behandeld.

Op gelijkvloers, hoor je het als er stoelen verschoven worden, dat is wat jammer als de bovenburen nachtuilen zijn en jij niet.

Wat een fantastisch hotel op een fantastische locatie. Alles was tot in de puntjes netjes verzorgd en sfeervol. Kregen een gratis upgrade van onze kamer en hadden een heerlijke kamer. Een bijzondere plek waar we graag nog eens terugkomen en van alle gemakken voorzien. Tot paraplu's voor de (helaas stromende) regen aan toe. Heel vriendelijke gastvrouwen ook, zowel bij de receptie als bij het ontbijt. Enorme aanrader deze plek.

Niks (alleen het weer ;), dus komen graag nog eens met zon om op het terras te eten en te varen))

Prachtige locatie met fantastische tuin. Engelse sfeer en heel rustig. De kamer was erg netjes en schoon maar voor de prijs niet uitermate bijzonder. Alles was helemaal naar wens. Het bijbehorende restaurant was goed maar voor ons gevoel te duur.

Hello. We stayed at Hotel Flora Batava as several families with children. Unfortunately, our experience did not match the high rating of the hotel. The rooms were not necessarily old, but the overall quality, comfort, and standard of the rooms were disappointing and below what we expected from a hotel with such a high rating. The bed was also not comfortable. The breakfast was very limited, with very few options. What disappointed us even more was the service during breakfast. The staff often seemed to ignore our requests, and we sometimes felt as if asking for something was an inconvenience rather than part of the service. Coffee was another frustrating part of the experience. We were repeatedly told to use the self-service coffee machine instead of having coffee prepared by the staff. On several occasions, I even had to go directly to the bar myself to ask for coffee because no one attended to our request. On our last day, when I asked for a freshly prepared coffee instead of coffee from the machine, the waiter told me that I would have to pay extra for it. I was genuinely surprised, especially since our stay included breakfast. Considering how limited the breakfast already was, I would have expected much better service. The best part of the hotel is definitely the surroundings. The area around the hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and very pleasant, especially for families. Overall, considering the standard and comfort of the rooms, the very limited breakfast, and particularly the disappointing level of service, I honestly find it difficult to understand the hotel’s high rating. The surroundings are beautiful, but unfortunately the hotel experience itself did not meet our expectations.

المكان جميل مكون من ثلاث مباني المبنى الي كنت فيه كان فيه مصعد اللوكيشن ممتاز وتعامل الموظفين ممتاز الغرفه حجمها جيد ولها باب يؤدي الى الحديقه اكرر التجربه

Wir haben uns mit unserem Hund nicht willkommen gefühlt. Zum Glück war schönes Wetter und wir konnten draußen frühstücken. Bei schlechtem Wetter hätten wir mit dem Hund nicht frühstücken können weil Hunde im Restaurant nicht erlaubt sind. Wir haben in unserem Fall einen älteren Mini Malteser der immer in der Tasche ist und niemanden belästigt

Dat personeel met mijn bagage hielp. Ik sliep op zolder en dat was 4 trappen lopen. Daarbij ik was alleen.

Als hotelgast wilde ik in de avond kopje thee en met gebak. Er werd mij vertelt dat dit niet kon. Dit vind ik jammer want als horeca heb je altijd gebak. Vrienden (ook hotelgasten) hadden elders gegeten en kwamen nog met mij wijn drinken. Namen nog 2 kaasplankjes omdat ik dat ook had genomen en er goed uitzag. Ik had mooie dikke plakken kaas. Hun kregen een kaasplankje waarbij alles zo dun was gesneden dat het bijna "uit het raam waaide". Jullie hebben de uitstraling om de hotelgasten te verwennen maar deze bovenstaande voorbeelden is juist het tegenovergestelde!

Sehr vielfältiges, exclusives Frühstück, lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Zimmer waren sehr grosszügig, modernes Bad mit separatem WC. Die Aussenanlage sehr gepflegt und grosszügig.

Rummet luktade illa och dessutom betalade vi 600 kr för två smi chihuahuor och då gick de inte ens en vattenskål snacks eller någonting. Alla andra hotell vi bodde på tom Ibis i Empernay gav hundarna varsin rulle bajspåsar, varsin vattenskål och gardist ben

Everything super location, awesome staff and every day cleaning the room, very nice room and facilities despite there was no laundry service in place but this is one of the best hotel I had visit.

الحمام لايوجد به شطاف ماء اتمنى ان ادارة الفندق تحقق رغبة بعض النزلاء . المطعم يغلق مبكراً بعد غروب الشمس الساعه 1:30 م اتمنى ان يبقى مفتوحاً حتى الساعه12 م

الموقع ، الطبيعة يمكنكم المشي فالحديقة القريبة جدًا وجميلة وقيادة الدرجات ، بالاضافة الى قيادة القوارب .

تم تسلمينا الغرفتين وهي غير نظيفة وقذرة والحمام غير نظيف بتاتا ولم يتم تنظيفها ، فقط تم ترتيب السرير !!! منيو الاكل غير واضح اكثر الاطباق بحسب الشيف فاليوم نفسه .

De locatie was prachtig. Mooi uitzicht vanuit de kamer en mooie tuin. De kamer was schoon.

De zadels van de fietsen waren echt beroerd. Na een kwartier fietsen kreeg je al zadelpijn en dit maakte het heel oncomfortabel. En ontbijt was mwuah, heel simpel en voor de prijs naar mijn mening te weinig keuze (koffie alleen uit de automaat en ei ook alleen van het buffet). Daar heb ik echt andere verwachtingen bij voor die prijs en als ik het vergelijk met vergelijkbare hotels. Ook het ontvangst was niet heel welkom. Qua gastvrijheid en kwaliteit van het personeel viel het echt tegen.

الفندق جداً جميل هاديء وراقي جدًا الغرف نظيفه والأثاث جميل ومنظمه الخدمة 100٪؜ بدء من موظفات الإستقبال إنتهاء بخدمة الغرف كان تعاملنا مع الموظفه روز كانت أكثر من راقيه ومتفهمه ما أعجبني أيضا وجود موقف للباص على بعد 6 دقائق يمين الفندق وهناك سوبرماركت تصل إليه مشيا لمدة 16 دقيقه وهناك ساحة مطاعم بسبطة ومحلات لبيع الملابس والاحذية الطبيعية والكافيهات على بعد 25 دقيقه مشياً وتصل إليه بالباص رقم 120 الجميل في المكان ان الباص ياتي كل وقت والأجمل لو كان لديكم سياره كما يوجد في المكان قوارب بالحجز المسبق تاخدوه من الاستقبال الرحله لمدة 3 ساعات خاص وأنتم من تقودونه حسب كلام موظفة الإستقبال يوجد مطعمان في الفندق الافطار متاح بالحجز مع الغرفه وبدون الغرفه يكون السعر 29 يورو أما الغداء والعشاء لابد من الحجز المسبق ويفضل قبلها بيوم في كلا المطعمين بحسب كلام الشباب العاملون في المطعم

الذي لم يعجبني 1- لم أقرأ في تعليقات بوكتج أنه يجب علينا الحجز إذا أردنا الغداء أو العشاء في مطعمي الفندق 2- لم يخبرنا أحد حينما وصلنا وسجلنا الدخول أن الغداء والعشاء بالحجز لقد تعرضنا للإحراج حينما اردنا الغداء في مطعم الفندق وصلنا جائعون جدا جدا الساعه 5:36 مساءا واستقبلنا الشباب المحترمون وقالوا لنا نعتذر لايوجد مكان للجلوس فالمطعم محجوز بالكامل الى 54 شخص اخبرناهم من خلال استخدام ترجمة قوقل باننا جائعون ونريد شيء خفيف اعتذرو وقالوا لا نستطيع فالمكان محجوز عدنا لغرفنا وجلست أمام النافذة أراقب المطعم لم يكن هناك ازدحام حتى الساعه 9:45 مساء الازدحام كان بالمطعم المقابل للنهر أما المطعم التابع للفندق والذي تم رفض جلوسنا فيه بحكم حجزه من قبل 54 شخص كان شبه خالي وقد صورته في كل الاوقات نصيحتي لكل من يحصل على معلومه ولم يراها مكتوبها في تعليقات بوكنج عليكم كتابته حتى لا يقع أحد في الحرج كما وقعنا فيه نحن - إضافة إلى ذلك أنصح ممن لديهم ألم في القدم والركبة لايسكنوا الغرفة ذات الطابقين الدرج سيء وعتباته صغيره سكنا ثلاث ليالي وخرجنا بألم الركب بسبب نوعية الغرف التي لم نلاحظها من خلال الصور وحينما طلبنا تبديل الغرف لغرف ذات طابق واحد اخبرونا بانه لا مجال ابداً

De tuin van het hotel gelegen langs het riviertje de Vecht

Alles was ok wat betreft accomodatie. Wat betreft het personeel is er ergens een gemis aan een leidinggevende. Het receptiepersoneel kan zekerlijk nog bijleren hoe je een gast correct en vriendelijk en behulpzaam ontvangt.

Het ontbijt was vrij basic voor een hotel van dit niveau. Daarnaast was het slecht geregeld. Alle gasten moesten meerdere malen met borden kommen enz een trap op en af.

Het is erg vreemd dat er dikke dekbedden op de bedden lagen terwijl het erg warm was. Toen we er iets over zeiden was het commentaar dat het niet mogelijk was om voor alle kamers de dekbedden te vervangen.

Die Lage am Wasser ist perfekt. Mit den ÖV ist man schnell in der Stadt.

Das Schlafsofa war durchgeritten. Ich verbrachte die Nacht auf dem Boden Sonst war die Suite perfekt.

المساحات الخارجية حلوة لو صادف الجو حلو ومنظر النهر بديع لكن القوارب انا قريت ان لكل غرفة قارب وهالشي مب صحيح القوارب حجز مستقل وبمبلغ تأجير ماله علاقة بالغرفة ابدا، الغرف اقل من عادية ومافيها بلكونات اخذنا جناح دورين والدرج صعب مرة خصوصا لو معك طفل وعموما الفندق اخذ شهرة من تصوير بعض الناس والواقع اقل

الستاف مب كلهم لطيفين + الفطور اقل من عادي لكن تضطرون له عشان الموقع بعيد وماجربنا المطعم في غير الفطور المنيو ماكان يحمس

Beautiful place, very clean, room very nice

Breakfast is much too expensive for what you get. 29 euros per person is not reprented in the quality of the breakfast, it was good but not extraordinary. The service, especially at the reception, was not super super friendly, we expected a better welcoming.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Overall, it is a good hotel that offers a unique experience. The boat experience was amazing, and I highly advise everyone to try it!

The food (both breakfast and dinner) is highly overrated. Here is my honest rating: Soup: 7.8/10 French fries: 7.5/10 Chicken: 3/10 Fish: 1/10 Breakfast: 1/10 My advice for anyone planning to visit is to bring your own food, or eat at the nice local restaurants and McDonald’s in the nearby town.

There was a wedding taking place when we stayed which did limit the amount of space for sitting and chilling.

We stayed at Hotel Flora Batava as part of our tour of Dutch gardens, and we couldn't have chosen a better place. The overall design and atmosphere of the hotel are absolutely stunning—everything is beautifully coordinated down to the very last detail. What we loved the most: The Garden & Setting: The gorgeous garden right by the river has an incredible charm. Sitting on a bench, watching the calm water, and waving to the passing boats was pure bliss. My daughters were absolutely thrilled and had so much fun doing it. Gastronomy: Both breakfast and dinner were excellent and incredibly delicious. A top-tier culinary experience. The Service: The staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and highly professional.

I truly have nothing to complain about. We enjoyed every single moment of our stay and would love to return in the future!

De locatie is geweldig, deze ligt naast het water en dicht bij de mooie natuur. Tevens is het personeel super vriendelijk. De accommodatie heeft voorzieningen om je auto op te laden. De kamers zijn schoon.

Good location

The whole affair was a bit bland, rooms looked like hospital rooms, with a rather cold and unpersonal feel to its. Staff friendly but far too busy

Breakfast is basic, diner was very good! Great chef!

Attitude of young man (intern) at the waterfront, his hestitation (we are closing in half an hour was his excuse) to serve a group of 5 men who wanted a drink at 18.30. I asked what the problem was exactly, he said nothing and did d a good job after that.

The hotel is in a lovely location and the grounds of the hotel itself are beautiful. It was a 20 minute walk into the town where we had a couple of drinks at a lovely friendly pub. The room was spacious and comfortable and clean. It was a short drive to Breukelen train station where we got the train into Amsterdam for the day.

The price of the breakfast is ridiculous. A buffet breakfast which was €29 per adult and €19 for a child. Now the breakfast was nice, I can’t complain about that, but there’s no way it was worth that price. To charge €19 for a child is insane. My 5 year old ate a couple of pieces of bacon and a handful of grapes. All she wanted was some cereal and toast which wasn’t even available.

Rooms are beautifully decorated but practicality could be improved. Examples: Place mirrors where they are actually needed and provide more storage room for clothes and ammenities.

Прекрасна обстановка, изключително добре поддържан парк, отлични стаи, прекрасна закуска. Вечерята в ресторанта е уникална и задължително трябва да се опита! Прекрасно вино, прекрасна храна!

Wat een mooie historische locatie! We hadden een geweldige suite met mooi uitzicht op de Vecht en tuin. Suite is van alle gemakken voorzien, heel ruim, mooi ingericht en schoon! Je kunt er lekker lunchen, eten, fietsen en varen. Helaas hadden wij niet zo goed weer, wie weet een volgende keer!

Das Flora Batava ist sehr schön und das Frühstück fantastisch. Allerdings war es am ersten Tag zu wuselig, weil zu viele Gäste dort waren. Damit kommt das Flora Batava an seine Grenzen. Es fehlen Tische und die Kaffeemaschine war überlastet. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Am zweiten Tag sind wir deutlich früher frühstücken gegangen. Dann war es besser.

Die Zimmer sind schick designt aber unsere Suite war nicht optimal. Die Treppe war heilbrecherisch. Das Bett oben nicht gemütlich und auch wenn das Design schick ist im Hotel ist die Suite zu teuer für die Treppe und Athmosohäre. Es fehlt ein gemütliches Kaminzimmer oder eine Sauna.
