Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Hotel con diseño muy diferente, muy chulo tanto para adultos como para niños, habitaciones de diseño industrial, con lo justo y necesario. Me encantó que pudieras pedir unas pizzas que te hacían allí las 24horas, tuvimos un percance por el camino y llegamos que no sabíamos si íbamos a poder cenar en algún lado. Sala de juegos para los niños más pequeños, zona de juegos para adultos y zona relax.
Que el tamaño era un poquito justo, sobretodo del baño, pero por el resto estaba muy bien

Very small room, you need to pay for the parking, no fridge in the room, no change of towels, they don't clean your room of take out the garbage within your stay, unless you ask for it.

Die Matratze des Bettes war sehr hat , mein Partner und ich sind dadurch an beiden Tagen mit Rückenschmerzen aufgewacht.

Die Möglichkeit um 21 Uhr noch Pizza zu ordern war für uns sehr praktisch. Tiefgaragenstellplatz zu einem angemessenen Preis von 10€/Nacht war ebenfalls top.

Im Vergleich zu anderen Moxy-Hotels der Kette ist Service aber eher schlechter. Leider ist das Hotel teilweise wirklich überteuert. Für über 350 € die Nacht für zwei Personen hätte jeden falls das Frühstück mit drin sein können. Der Preis passt leider nicht zur Ausstattung und dem Komfort. Kann das Moxy in Rust leider nur noch empfehlen, wenn der Preis unter 200 Euro liegt, sonst besser andere Hotels buchen.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026J'ai réservé une chambre au Moxy, la veille de mon séjour, car il se trouve à 5 minutes à pieds d'Europapark, pour l'événement Sommernachtsparty. C'était le dernier hôtel disponible à Rust au moment de ma réservation. Lorsque je suis venu à 14h30 pour le check-in de 15h00 (dans le but de prendre ma chambre et de faire ma sieste pour me préparer pour la soirée), la personne en charge du check-in m'a demandé d'attendre car ma chambre ne serait prête qu'à 15h00. J'ai donc patienté en prenant un verre au bar. A 15h03, j'ai repassé au desk pour le check-in. La personne m'a indiqué qu'ils n'avaient plus de chambre de disponible ! Il m'a un peu "forcé la main" et réservé, sans mon consentement, un autre hôtel à 30 minutes de là... J'ai vraiment été abasourdi de la manière dont cela a été géré. Je lui ai expliqué que je devais justement me reposer, et que je ne comptais pas conduire alors que je venais de boire de l'alcool. Il m'a répondu "bon, c'est juste une bière", et ensuite il a répété en boucle "nous nous excusons"... J'ai demandé si, pour la peine, ils me payaient le taxi jusqu'à cet hôtel situé à 30 minutes de route, il m'a répondu "non". Je suis vraiment décu de la façon dont tout cela a été géré, ça a bien gâché mon weekend car j'ai dû conduire 2h de plus que prévu en tout, et je n'ai pas pu profiter pleinement de ma soirée prévue, devant prendre le volant pour chaque trajet. Si le Moxy veut me contacter pour s'excuser, ils sont les bienvenus!

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026La habitación en general cumple, camas cómodas y relativamente bien ubicado como para ir a pie tanto a Europa Park como a Rulantica en unos 20 minutos. El bus 7231 tiene una parada justo a la vuelta de la esquina.
No tienen servicio de habitaciones, aunque si quieres toallas nuevas puedes conseguir bajandolas (esto te lo explican al hacer el check-in). El baño era algo pequeño.

Un peu éloigné de l’entrée principale d’Europa Park. En effet, seuls les hôtels du parc ont accès direct via le quartier espagnol. Dommage qu’il n’y a pas d’entrée possible pour les hôtels extérieurs.

Rangement minimal dans la chambre (juste 4 cintres sur une grille murale). Pas de safe. Chambre pas faite après la 1ère nuit lors d'un séjour de 2 nuits.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026Lo descartamos en un primer momento porque siempre cogemos 4 estrellas, pero lo cierto es que las instalaciones están genial, no tiene nada que envidiar a hoteles alemanes de esta categoría. Muy bien situado para disfrutar de los parques, y habitaciones nuevas y cómodas.
Únicamente echamos en falta un minibar en la habitación, y el agua de la ducha en ocasiones cambiaba de temperatura.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026Moxy is a great hotel, we stayed there for 7 nights and used it as a base for the theme parks and surrounding area. The room was quite small but adequate, be warned that there is no wardrobe or drawer space, there are a few coat hangers which hang on the wall so you will be living out of your case. The aircon worked well which was a life saver in the summer heat wave! However, the rooms are in good condition and the hotel is clean. Free pool table and table football are in the lobby. Parking is not included, but it's safe, underground and lots of spaces. Breakfast was ok, a little pricy for what it was, but what there was, was good. Great value for money though.
No storage space in the room. Was 3 doors away from the lift, so that effected sleep.

We even got a complimentary drink each! It is great for young couples (both 19) when arriving into Germany late at night. It was easy! Highly recommend!

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026Wir waren rundum zufrieden! Das Personal war durchweg superfreundlich und aufmerksam. Der gesamte Ablauf – vom Einchecken über das morgendliche Frühstück bis hin zum Auschecken, war absolut unkompliziert und es gab wirklich nichts zu beanstanden. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das gesamte Team: Hier wird wirklich ein super Job gemacht! Die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft haben unseren Aufenthalt deutlich angenehmer gemacht und ihn noch ein Stück schöner werden lassen. Vielen Dank dafür – wir kommen gerne wieder!
Einen kleinen Kritikpunkt habe ich allerdings bei der Kartenlösung für den Aufzug. Diese ist meiner Meinung nach nicht ganz optimal umgesetzt. Man muss sich jedes Mal relativ weit bücken, um zu sehen, ob das grüne Licht aufleuchtet und die Etage zu kommen. Hier würde ich mir wünschen, dass man über die Lösung noch einmal nachdenkt und vielleicht eine etwas benutzerfreundlichere Variante findet, bei der man die Rückmeldung direkt auf Augenhöhe erkennen kann

There is very little storage space in the rooms (no wardrobe or drawers) which was a bit of a challenge with 3 huge suitcases and a family of 4! Also be aware, it’s a 20 minute walk to the main Park Europa entrance (though it’s close to other entrances).

チェックインしようとしたらオーバーブッキングだったようで、部屋がない様子。 そのまま色々調べている様子だったが、その間ずっとフロントで立っているはめに。 30分以上待たされたが、たいした謝罪もなかった。 冷蔵庫などはなし。 机も、傾いたものしかない。

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026Die Lage des Hotels ist für einen Europa-Park Besuch sehr gut. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich 🥰 Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus.
Das Zimmer ist sehr klein, hat keine Schränke und ein Mini-Badezimmer. Kein Zimmerservice bei 2 Nächten!!! Das Frühstück ist qualitativ minderwertig😖Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht akzeptabel!

Bij aankomst in de kamer lagen er bruine haren in bed! Er werd bij het inchecken aangegeven dat er tijdens de drie dagen niet ging gepoetst worden. Ter compensatie kregen we gratis drankje. Maar dan moeten er wel voldoende handdoeken voor 3 dagen voorzien worden.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026L’hôtel est très beau La proximité de Europapark et Rulantica Le quartier tranquille avec restaurant et magasin aux alentours ! L’insonorisation est au top et la clim dans notre chambre super ! ☺️ La dame qui nous a accueilli a l’arrivée était super gentille. Le lit était très confortable et les différents savons sentent très bon ! Le parking souterrain au top Bon séjour mais pour une courte durée
Nous somme rentré de Rulantica assez tard et nous avons eux de l’eau très froide et aucune possibilité de faire quelque chose à l’accueil sur le moment, nous avons relevé l’information au patron le lendemain matin et celui-ci n’avait pas l’air surpris.. aucune compensation n’a pu être faite ( ex : petit déjeuné offert ) sauf qu’il nous a proposer deux vulgaire boisson. Nous sommes à proximité de grand parc qui reste ouvert tard, éteindre l’eau chaude à partir de 22/23h est quand même pas très agréable. Le sèche-cheveux m’a arraché des cheveux. Aucun placard dans la chambre Carte d’ascenseur qui fonctionne une fois sur deux.. Une porte DANS la chambre donnant sur une autre chambre ( deux portes au final, une porte dans chaque chambre ) donc les personnes de la chambre en face s’amuse à essayer d’ouvrir..

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026Perfecte locatie om naar het Europapark, makkelijk bereikbaar. Dichtbij een gratis bus stop naar zowel het Europapark als Rulantica. Vriendelijk personeel. Comfortabele (maar wel kleine) kamers, met goede bedden.
