全室オーシャンビューでは無かった。私の身長ではベランダの柵乗り出しても海面は見えなかった。主人が見ても柵から乗り出して海面が一部見えただけ。問い合わせたがパーシャルオーシャンビューだといいはられた。 全室露天風呂完備らしいが泊まった部屋は真隣にビルの屋上，ビル部屋の窓があり、露天風呂が丸見えで恥ずかしくて入れたもんじゃない。ルーバーで一部隠れているつもりだが目の前の公園から見たら丸見えでした。理解の上止まらないとがっかりします

Reviewed Apr 15, 2026Das Zimmer wae sehr groß und der private Onsen super schön. Wir konnten uns gut erholen. Das Hotel hatte alles was man braucht und die direkte Lage am Meer war schön.
Wir mussten uns für Frühstückszeiten anmelden und natürlich waren nur noch die frühen Zeiten verfügbar. Wir reisten mit einem Kind und hätten uns mehr Flexibilität gewünscht. Mein Mann hat das Frühstück sogar verpasst weil unser Sohn nicht rechtzeitig los konnte. Der Preis für das Zimmer war meiner Meinung nach zu hoch. Es war zwar groß und gut ausgestattet aber die Sitzkissen hatten Flecken und der Vorhang am Onsen hatte Löcher. Für Touristen mit Tattoo: Tattoo sind nicht erlaubt im Hotel Onsen. Unbedingt privaten dazu buchen.

Booking said sea view, there wasn't one, the front desk said it was a partial sea view, this was a lie the balcony faced the rear of the hotel. The room had basic blinds so no way of keeping the sun out so 6am we had a fully lit room.

The fact that the western sea front room we requested we didn't get which I'm not happy about as this was booked and confirmed by the hotel 7 months ago. Had I been told at the outset that a sea view room could not be guaranteed I would have chosen a different hotel,one that could have accommodated my request furthermore it was not a western style room as no chairs were provided instead there were two small cushions on the floor which needless to say we avoided...the spa tub while adequate was small and cramped so hard to relax in. Avoid room 410 .

Reviewed Dec 11, 2025Superb place to stay to watch the Fireworks which is occurring in front of the sea-view but it is partially blocked by the next building. However, one could watch it at the Roof Terrace on the 9th floor with full un-obstructed view with provided chairs, cushions & tables. Room is huge for 2 persons with ample space for luggage.
The hot spring tub & the shower space is partially exposed to outside view despite of the curtain that is provided. It could be easily enhanced by ensuring curtain could block all the view of the hot spring tub & shower space. We had to paste papers on the shower panels to provide total privacy.

宿泊前にホテルへ問い合わせメールをしましたが回答をしてもらえませんでした。結局電話で問い合わせをしましたがその時の方の対応がとても不親切でした。 部屋に露天風呂が付いてましたが、シャワー室の排水溝の匂いが臭く、洗面所の床がカビていました。

Couldn’t use the ocean view balcony between 08:00 - 17:00 each day due to very noisy construction work 30m from the front door - pile driving marine supports . Future guests should check directly with the hotel if this work is ongoing before confirming booking .

Reviewed Sep 17, 2025Nice to have a tub in the balcony and the room is spacious with lots of amenities. The public bath is also very clean and you can enjoy many different tubs and a sauna. The hotel is very close to the beach and to the city center. Breakfast was very good, but need to hurry up in the morning otherwise there won't be much left to enjoy.
The pillow was not comfortable, it felt like it was stuffed with beans. The room only has a partial view of the sea, I would have appreciated more detailed information about that on the website..

Reviewed Jul 25, 2025Das Zimmer war gross für japanische Verhältnisse und das Frühstücksbüffet hatte sehr viel zu bieten, sowohl für asiatische als auch für europäische Gäste.
Das Hotel ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und es wurde nie erwas gemacht. Die Dusche ist nach Aussen gerichtet, ist nicht klimatisiert und dementsprechend feucht und die Fugen schimmlig. Der Teppich hatte Flecken. Auf dem Dach hat es zwar eine Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln. Die Terrasse hätte Potential, aber es stehen einfach nur Möbel rum, es hat keine Sonnenschirme, einfach ungepflegt.

This is not a 4 star hotel and the pictures are nothing similar to reality. The facilities were old, we even found spider webs given the lack of cleaning. The reception was de reorganized with random packages laying around and a BUCKET WITH A HOSE next to the reception desk. I do not recommend to stay here and I certainly feel misled by what I got vs. what was advertised.
