방앞에 수영장이있어 즐길수있어 좋았어여 조식먹는곳은 두곳인데 한곳은 너무 불편하고 음식도 별로였습니다 웨딩홀 같은 둥근테이블에서 조식을 먹었는데 지저분하고 음식과 거리가 멀어서 불편했습니다 직원들은 원하는 서비스를 바로 체크하고 빠른 처리를 해주셔서 좋았습니다 다음여행에도 또 이용할예정입니다.

Overall is good enough.

Everything was great, the problem is once you leave the resort the area is very dirty and not developed and restaurant options are very limited.

Beautiful resort, lovely villa and pools. Walking anywhere was difficult as no pavement. Beach in front of resort not usable / under construction

Forgot my personal items and was notified at checkout. Great staff. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Very fun for family with kids as well as anyone who enjoys the ocean views from a high elevation.

Flott anlegg, god service i alle ledd. Ett minus var, dårlig utvalg på frokosten, hvis du ikke ønsker asiatisk eller indisk frokost. Lite annet å gjøre i området rundt anlegget.

My favorite Vietnam resort.

Beautiful big resort with nice villa, private pool, great view the ocean and service transfer around the resort. Not have private beach and food is not great, disappointed about the quality & quantity of buffet breakfast and lunch too.

At our arrival, there was a Yakult bottle on the floor in the kids room. There was a used nespresso capsule in the pantry. This is such a failure from the housekeeping part. I can’t believe that there’s only one tissue box for the whole villa (3 bedrooms). There’s no napkins nor tissue paper in the kitchen/pantry and no garbage bin which makes it very inconvenient. I also find the rock climbing wall with a swing next to it very dangerous. My son had a « bright idea »to sit on the swing from his bed and swing towards the climbing wall direction which bruised his bum very badly… Bathrooms were ridiculous. All the three bathrooms had a curtain/blinds to cover the glass so that it won’t we can’t see the room. But it’s so see through that my son was able to see his sister showering from his bed so clearly. That is not right. It’s the kids’ room not a honeymoon room! But all the rooms were designed this way. Can’t you put better curtains to totally cover the transparent glass? Buggy drivers weren’t friendly at all except one or two. Overall staff speak minimal English and work extremely slowly. Can’t say they were very well trained. I would not recommend anyone to stay there if they have a choice.

everything is fine, but need to maintain swimming pool for baby. There are many crack of the material on the floor of a slide area.

I cannot recommend Centara highly enough! What a luxury experience - we stayed in a 1 bedroom villa with a private pool, it was close to all the amenities. Our girls loved the playground, merry-go-round, entertainment at breakfast and especially the pirate ship pool. The breakfast buffet was incredible, with so many options. The staff were amazing, it was my husband's birthday and they did everything to make it special. The golf buggies were always instantly available when you needed them. The food and drink options were plentiful

전체적으로 편안하고 조용함 풀장이 넓고 아이들과 놀기 좋음 화장실에 개미가 나오고 룸 바닥 청소상태는 별로임

체크인시 방이 준비되지않아 기다려달라하더니 룸타입을 바꾸려해서 기분이 좋지않았지만 한국어를 하는 직원분이 잘해결해주셨네요^^ 룸상태, 리조트내 서비스,...모두 좋았고 계속 머무르고싶은 곳이 였어요. 다음 여행도 센타라미라지 무이네로 하고싶네요!

The review is mainly for sevice and food. The facilities are new and clean. The view is amazing. A good place to stay when you have big trip with families. The buffet breakfast and lunch are not special. Food choices are limited, especially Western food. Services at Mundo restaurant is not five stars service. We had our first dinner there after a long drive. We needed a quick dinner. We waited 15 minutes to catch anyone's attention. We had kids but adult's food came out first while the kid's food came out 30 minutes later. No one came to check on us for the whole dinner. We need to look for them when we need something. Breakfast buffet is even worse. No cook stays ready at the eggs and noodle soup stations. I needed to ask the server for them. Typically, the server would clean our dirty plates as we go but they waited until we finished our meal to clean up everything. Glasses for juice are cloudy. I had to look for one that is clean. They need to run maintenance for the kid's Waterpark. The floor on the stairs and the bottom are broken. My kid picked up a broken piece of cement to bring back to the room thinking it was rock. The tube has green algea. Overall, it is a nice resort but management seems not up to 5 stars rating.

We were very disappointed with receptionists, it took 1 hour to check in. Overall the facilities were stunning and cleanest. We were very happy with yummy breakfast and great staffs.

I had such a good time with my family.

This place is amazing. Thanks much for security team who helped to find my nephew who was lost. It made me and my family feel safe to stay here. Rooms are clean and breakfast was excellent. I can’t say how much I loved this place. I’ll see you again soon.

Good place for family vacation or group of friends. However it really need to improve on their service. Restaurant staffs don’t know how to serve properly, they only stand and look. The front desk dont really know how to introduce the place for the customer. And the golfcar driver seems unorganize helping guest to check in their room, However the room is brand new. Even though the pool water is very cold for my opinion. Good stay for short trip. But I only rate this as 4 stars because of their inexperience staffs.

Beautiful property. Very family friendly. Prices were surprisingly fair. Only 2 small details that i observed, can be easily fixed. The game-room, had several games that were out of order. Lastly, we stayed in a beautiful 2 bedroom villla. 1 out of the 3 toilets smelled horrible, and the microwave was dirty. My wife actually cleaned the bathroom because it was late in the night and didn't want to call the front desk. That said; obviously the cleaning staff missed a couple of important details. Not a really good look for a 5 star resort. Im willing to return with my family, ill need to do a closer inspection of the Villa myself upon arrival

가족과 함께 즐거운 시간 보냈습니다. 직원들이 친절하여 좋았습니다. 넓어서 버기를 불러 이동을 해야하는점 참고 부탁드립니다. 주변에 뭐가 없어 뭘 하려면 택시를 타고 나가야되지만 리조트에만 있어도 즐길거리가 많아 좋았습니다. 생긴지 얼마 안되어 한국인도 많이 없어 외국 온 느낌도 물씬 나고 깔끔해서 좋았어요

It is kind of boring staying at this resort. The resort does have a private beach and the public beach is dirty . I have not gone to the beach for the 3 days staying and the resort pool so crowded and noisy with kids around .The breakfast buffet is ok and crowded also . Overall I am not coming back !

리조트 명성에 맞지않게 물 수압이 너무 낮습니다. 수영장은 크고 그 외 부대시설도 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 구정이라서 그런지 사람이 많아서 정신이 없긴했습니다.
