Zimmergröße war für 2-3 Nächte ganz ok

Sehr nettes Personal. Das Zimmer wurde regelmäßig gereinigt und man kann zu Fuß ein paar schöne Orte erreichen. Mit dem Bus kommt man dann aber auch schnell zu anderen Orten. Es gab in der Lobby einen Wasserspender und Getränkeautomaten.

Excellent! Me and my partner very much enjoyed the space! It was in a great area, with a variety of places nearby either it was a convenience store or restaurants. Always was looking forward to coming back after a long tiring day of walking and exploring!

Didn't like how inconvenient it was to do the laundry. It was great to have it, but there's a very limited and tight space. We ending up waiting an hour to two to try to get a machine. Along with that, we would have people rudely rushing us to get our items out, when we would be there immediately to grab our items to switch to dry or take out. Along with that, didn't like that we were briefly rudely spoken to by one of the workers. I understand there was a breakfast where we have to pay to grab the items. I was simply grabbing a cup to get hot water and make a tea, which is part of the free items or treats we can enjoy, but they thought I was trying to get the food and raised their voice at me.

Es müffelte etwas im Zimmer aber ich glaube das liegt an dem Teppichboden und dass man den ganzen Sommer nicht wirklich lüften kann aufgrund der Hitze.

El alojamiento esta bien, tiene todos los servicios que puedes necesitar, y el personal es muy amable y atento.

El desayuno no lo volveria a coger, el café, por lo que estamos acostumbrados nosotro, no es bueno, igual es el tipo de café que se toma en Japon, y el desayuno es poca cosa en general, no digo que ellos lo hagan mal, simplemente que estamos acostumbrados a otro tipo de desayuno y para nosotros salia mejor ir al super y comprar un cafe de botella que es mas bueno, o un bubble tea, y unos bocadillos.

Las habitaciones familiares, ideales para 4 personas aunque le falte algo de espacio para maletas (algo habitual en Japón). Las instalaciones son nuevas. Mesas comunes en la recepción para comer o charlar. Café gratis hasta las 22h

Quizás algo apartado de la zona de tiendas y salir de noche, nos hubiera gustado algo más cerca.

The location is excellent — it’s within walking distance to Shijo-Omiya Station, and there are plenty of bus routes nearby as well. The area is packed with all kinds of sushi, yakiniku, and izakaya restaurants, plus Chinese food options too. As for the facilities, the room is fully equipped with everything you need, including disposable slippers, toiletries, and a hair dryer. The soundproofing is quite good, so you basically won’t hear any noise.

The room is on the smaller side — it’s a bit tight and hard to move around in. The price isn’t exactly cheap, but it’s not too expensive either. One downside is that the housekeeping can be a bit noisy in the morning sometimes.

Frühstück war reine Katastrophe, beim Eingang stehen paar Tische, Auswahl ist sehr mager, einfach umsonst bezahlt. Für das Geld kann man in der Nähe gut frühstücken. Finde es traurig, dass sowas anbieten und Gäste müssen beim Eingang frühstücken und andere Gäste gehen zwischendrin vorbei und schauen in dein Teller rein... Ne nein danke....sehr traurige Erfahrung...noch nie erlebt.

Frühstück war in Ordnung, und das Zimmer war sauber und modern eingerichtet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Attention lors de votre réservation, nous avions réservé une chambre pour un couple avec enfant de 10 ans (donc gratuit pour lui) sauf.. qu'il n'y avait qu'un seul lit queen size 😱. En effet ils estiment que nous tenons à 3 dans le lit de140 cm...euh... À revoir 🤣 Mais nous avons pu surclasser moyennant une contrepartie financière.

Voor een gezin van vier was deze kamer wat krap. Zowel de kamer zelf als de badkamer. Je kan niet met 2 mensen tegelijk lopen, zo smal is het looppad. Ik het zelf beter op moeten letten bij het boeken, maar ik had het fijn gevonden als er een klein keukentje met koelkast en een zitje was. Nu alleen een minibar voor een paar flesjes drinken. En zitten op de bedden.

fuimos tan solo para pasar una noche y estuvimos muy agusto alli, esta en una buena ubicacion en una de las avenidas principales y facilmente comunicable por metro y tren, el trato fue estupendo y la habitacion se sentia de tamaño europeo por lo que tienes espacio de sobra para maletas y demas. toda la habitacion estaba impecable y hasta nos dejaron unas botellitas de agua fria en la nevera que se agradecia con el calor de julio

Una limpieza pésima. El suelo de la habitación estaba muy sucio, debajo de la cama había comida de los anteriores huéspedes y había pelos y plásticos en la ducha. A todo ello, hay que tener en cuenta que para estancias de menos de cuatro días, no van a entrar a limpiar en la habitación, ni sábanas ni toallas.

The hotel was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. Complimentary drinking water, ice, and coffee were always available, which was a nice touch. There is also a self-service laundry, which is very convenient for longer stays. The only minor downside was the air conditioning. It worked, but it cooled the room quite slowly, taking around five hours to reach a comfortable temperature. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

The biggest downside was the breakfast. It is not served at the hotel but at a café about 100 meters away. The breakfast menu is exactly the same every day: toast, an egg, a small salad, and one drink. After a couple of days, it became quite repetitive.

always stay at this hotel whenever I'm in Kyoto, and it never disappoints. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Omiya Station, making it very convenient for getting around the city. The rooms are always spotless, spacious, and comfortable. What truly makes this hotel stand out is the staff. They are always incredibly polite, professional, and consistently go above and beyond to help their guests. This visit was particularly special, as they helped me with the delivery of a cake to celebrate my 40th anniversary. I honestly don't have the words to express how grateful I am for all their support and kindness throughout the process. They handled everything with such care and made the whole experience completely stress-free. Their exceptional hospitality made a very special occasion even more memorable. Thank you all so much. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely continue staying here whenever I visit Kyoto.

Habitaciones estrechas para tres personas. El aire acondicionado no enfría. Baño estrecho. Olor raro en las habitaciones. Comparado con otros hoteles de Japón, bastante decepcionante y no fue el más barato. Se llega en autobús al centro pero la localización tampoco es especialmente buena.

Located in a quiet side street near bus stops and train station. Some people at the reception speak English. Many restaurants and good supermarket nearby. Our room at the top floor was vwry quiet. Internet in the room was so now and than weak but in the lobby it was stable. In the lobby there are tables to sit and eat or work, a free coffee machine and ice. The hotel has also got coin laundry service. We would stay here agsin.

This was my third stay at this hotel, and it continues to exceed my expectations. The location is perfect, just a short walk from Omiya Station, with plenty of restaurants nearby. All the staff are extremely professional, welcoming, and friendly. I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Excelente la habitación, pequeña pero cómoda y con todo lo necesario. Tiene un lindo lobby con café disponible a toda hora. Si bien el hotel no está en el centro, tiene buena comunicación de transporte público y restaurantes para comer por la zona.

Staff were lovely, even offered me a towel after I came in during the typhoon weather and kept my missing AirPod behind the desk. They’re the only reason why I’m rating this 5 stars Family Mart and 7-11 is right next door, public transport is available but bit of a walk if you’re transmitting from Kyoto Station Has Netflix and YouTube

The room’s cleanliness is appalling, dust is everywhere including on the shower vents, bugs are everywhere including on the bed. Stains on the bedsheet The AC has a funny smell from it, I did read that on a other review and it’s because of all the dust that is on it

This stay was very comfortable and perfect for staying in Kyoto. It was very clean and the staff were very friendly. There are great facilities in the building including laundry room, ice machine, coffee machine. There are plenty of places to eat and lots of coffee shops locally. Located very close to train to Arashiyama area.

This property is about 15-20 min walk from Gion, Kyoto. It is well connected with trains and transport options however good to be aware if you plan on walking. This wasn’t a problem but something to consider.

The location was very near to metro stops which was good. Room was comfortable for 4 people. The staff were very helpful and the reception area was useful.

A few downsides was that the bathroom wasn’t fully clean, more around the shower area. The air con in the room wasn’t working to properly, and would sometimes smell a little odd. However apart from that it was good!
