Townhall Studio

Мне искренне понравилось все. Квартира расположена на первом этаже все соответствует фото и описанию. Это очень приятное место в старом городе тихая улица (что редкость) в двух шагах от площади перед католическим храмом с красивыми атмосферными ресторанами. Квартира совсем рядом также с центральной площадью Liston и морем. Персонал очень отзывчивый и приятны (заселение самостоятельное, но они очень оперативно отвечают на все вопросы и помогают). Есть услуга хранения багажа не очень близко от самих апартаментов, но все равно это очень полезно и важно.

Все было очень хорошо. Никаких нареканий.

Расположение апартаментов-шикарное, удобная кровать и подушки, сразу многочисленные кафе, бары, весь движ. Вай фай хорошо работал

Первый этаж и особо не откроешь окна на улицу, все буду заглядывать внутрь, ночью или утром может быть немного шумно, но не критично. Сырость немного есть, но тоже терпимо. Вещи сушить сложновато

L’appartamento è in pessime condizioni: poco curato, con evidenti segni di usura e decisamente al di sotto delle aspettative. Anche se la posizione è molto centrale, questo aspetto da solo non è sufficiente a compensare lo stato dell’alloggio. Dopo aver contattato il proprietario per segnalare il problema, però, la situazione è stata gestita con professionalità. Ci è stato infatti proposto un altro appartamento, decisamente più bello, pulito, ben tenuto e conforme a quanto ci aspettavamo. Per questo motivo apprezziamo la disponibilità e la rapidità con cui è stata trovata una soluzione. Nel complesso, l’esperienza è migliorata grazie all’assistenza ricevuta, ma consiglierei di verificare e mantenere meglio l’appartamento inizialmente assegnato.

Το διαμέρισμα ευωδιάζει μούχλα και υγρασία

Η τοποθεσία είναι πάρα πολύ καλή. Είναι ισόγειο και βολεύει για ταξίδι με μωρό σε καρότσι.

Δεν ήταν απόλυτα καθαρο, ειχε σημάδια υγρασίας και αναπόφευκτα μύριζε λίγο υγρασία. Αυτό συμβαίνει σε πολλά μέρη στην Κέρκυρα βέβαια στα ισόγεια.

This apartment has great position in the centre of the town. Although it isn't very big, we found there everything what we needed during our stay. Comunication with host was perfect, he was helpful all the time. Information about accommodation were clear.

The location was perfect in the heart of the old town. Easy to find, but the street was naturally a bit noisy at night. Great for one night but for longer stays I would prefer other options.

The room was dark and smelly. The fridge was warm and there was no other trash bin than the one in the toilet (where you put all the pee papers 🥲). The extra bed was super hard, luckily we found an extra mattress for it in the closet.

Všetko bolo super

Дякую команді за чудово проведений час, приміщення розташоване у центрі історичної частини міста. Господарі подбали про питну воду, номер добрий, чистий, все необхідне на кухні, пральна машина. Окремий вхід із вулиці, що дуже зручно. Менджери швидко реагували на прохання та йшли на зустріч. Наступного разу обов'язково скористаюся цим приміщенням.

The location was fantastic . It had great amenities ,good WiFi, and very easy communication with staff regarding check in and check out. We really enjoyed our short stay.

L’emplacement est parfait.

Lit très inconfortable. Moisissures dans la salle de bain. Saletés. Odeurs d’humidité. Coquerelle morte trouvée dans une armoire de cuisine. Il semble qu’il y ait un problème de coquerelles dans le Vieux Corfou et que les établissements traitent. Large espace sous la porte d’entrée qui donne sur la rue, qui peut les laisser entrer. À ce sujet, en contactant les responsables, on nous a donné un crédit de 50 euros… ce qui est bien peu pour compenser les desagreaments causés pour un séjour de 4 nuits.

Obiekt znajduje się w samym centrum miasta, jest wygodny, ma piękny wystrój i niezwykły klimat. Właściciele obiekty zawsze w kontakcie i skłonni do pomocy. Podczas pobytu mieliśmy problem, ponieważ zatrzasnęłyśmy klucze w mieszkaniu, właściciel od razu zorganizował pomoc w dodatku za darmo. polecam!

Przez to że bilet znajduje się w jednej z uliczek, mało dziennego światła dociera do pokoju.

Comfortable, good value for money, great location

It's kind of a cave, it's a bit smelly, with not a lot of air

Perfect location and beautiful little apartment. Super helpful and lovely staff as well, am absolutely going to recommend to everyone I know. Made our stay in Corfu so easy and relaxed.

It was quaint traditional Greek studio It was amazing location to see the sights all within walking distance Shower was surprisingly good Tea and coffee there and water in fridge Bed was comfy

Did have a musky damp smell which probably could be made a little better with a few air fresheners around Sofa was very hard

I would definitely stay here again, the location is amazing. The only heads up I would give is that the 2nd bed feels like you are on a piece of plywood, as we were only 2 people there it wasn’t a problem but it was not comfortable to sit on but there are 3 wicker style chairs to sit on so no problem.

Central with good level of facilities

Noise. The street acts as a funnel for the noise coming from the road and cafe at the end of the street. the cafe appears to be open 24/7 and naturally will receive deliveries and have waste removed in The early hours.

Great location, good comms but the studio needs a bit of tlc and is a bit dated and quite dark. Very uncomfortable sofa and the bedding wasn’t great. Fine for one night , though. Really convenient.

Studio cleaned and very well located ! We had everything we wanted, and the host was kind and available ! We recommend this studio !

Location and apartment very convenient

Damp smell, leak in bathroom making floor constantly wet, faulty basin waste, main apartment floor not clean and sofa almost unusable as unreasonably firm and lacking padding. In addition TV not working and not fixed despite reporting it and two visits by a representative.

Our stay here was excellent. The set up is really nice and everything worked really well. It was very very central with some lovely bars and restaurants nearby. It was a bit loud on the Friday night but otherwise pretty quiet the rest of the time. Neighbours friendly too.

Comfortable room, walking distance to Plaka, beautiful views of the Acropolis from the roof-top patio with a pool!

the location is amazing, walking distance to everything! The room is kind of clean, acceptable for me. I don't think it will be acceptable for some other picky customers. One of the garbage was left in the kitchen when i got there.

We had enough room for 4 for 2 nights but it would be too small for a longer stay. Great for 2 people.
