밤 11시 넘어서, 다른 호텔로 옮겨야 했음. 몇 시간 동안 호텔 건물 전체가 정전... 몇 시간 동안 무더운 날씨에 에어컨도 티비도 불도 켤 수 없었음 프론트데스크 전화도 인터넷전화기인지 연락이 되지 않았음... 프론트데스크로 내려가도 직원을 만날 수 없었음 호텔 방에 들어간지 4시간 정도가 지나서야(밤 11시가 넘어서야) 최종적으로 다른 호텔로 이동한다는 안내방송이 나왔고, (2시간 전인가는 시설관리자인가 전문가가 도착하는대로 문제를 해결해 보겠다고, 기다려 달라는 안내 방송, 한전 정전 문제처럼 잠깐 정전됐다가 5~10분 안에는 전기가 들어올 거라 기대했었는데... 밤 11시가 넘어서까지 4시간 넘어 동안... ㅠㅠ) 갑자기 컴컴한 호텔방에서 짐을 싸고, 택시를 타고 다른 호텔로 옮겨야 했음... 택시비도 나중에 청구하면 보상해 준다고는 했으나??? 글쎼??? 그 큰 사고(?)를 제외하고 케니호텔이 가성비가 좋은건 인정~

위치가 정말 좋았고 너무 깨끗해서 놀랐습니다. 그리고 직원분들도 너무너무 친절하셨어요. 큰 기대 없이 갔던 곳이었는데 청결함에 일단 반은 먹고 들어간 느낌! 그리고 이순신광장이랑은 걸어서 다닐 거리라 정말 좋았어요

단점은 방음이 전혀 안된다는 점입니다. 예민하신 분들은 피하시는 게 좋을 것 같아요. 이건 단순히 비지니스 호텔 대부분 방음이 안좋다 하는 정도가 아니라 그냥 한 집 안에 방문 닫고 있는 정도의 상태입니다. 옆 방의 대화 소리 드라이 소리 다 들립니다. 화장실 물 내리는 소리는 제 머리에 물 붓는 줄 알았어요 ㅎㅎ 다른 거 모든 게 좋았는데 방음 문제 때문에 재방문을 해야할까 고민되네요.

주변 편의시설 많아 좋았고 조식이 정갈하고 맛있었어요 ~

화장실 협소해서 아쉬웠어요~

Very well known hotel in the centre of the city. Easy to walk every where for sightseeing near the river front and fish market. Need to take a taxi if you’re coming by train from Yeosu Expo station. Nice and clean.

No airconditioning in autumn. Need to open the window.

Hot breakfast on Level 18. Open air deck on rooftop. Good location. Good shower and hot water.

Small room, hard to get to window. Only one pillow for double bed. I have big shoulders so need two pillows to lie on my side.

아침식사가 가격대비 좋았습니다.

Très bien situé pour découvrir la ville. Restaurants à proximité. Check in autonome où on ne voit personne. Si besoin il y a un QR code pour appeler quelqu'un en espérant que la personne parle anglais. Parking pas évident sans aide ni traducteur. J'ai préféré me garer dans une rue à côté. Petit déjeuner buffet avec belle vue où il y a quelqu'un. Rooftop très sympa. Surprenant de ne voir personne car on peut avoir besoin de conseils et informations. Ce système présente sans nul doute des avantages mais le contact humain reste indispensable selon moi dans les relations commerciales.

ロビーにクッションやマッサージ機、読書スペースなどがあったところ。

ほとんどのスタッフは、完璧な対応で、レストランの予約なども快くしてくれた。1人だけ、「このホテルではそんなサービスはしていない」と、無愛想に返答。 ホテルスタッフとしていかがなものかと。

房內的空調設備控制居然是在電視搖控器上？牆上的空調面板無法控制溫度，半夜燈突然亮起，浴室風扇一直出現異聲，要不是我膽大，怕有人會覺得碰到鬼

The location is great if you travel from the bus terminal. The room was pretty spacious and clean.

The breakfast was disappointing as we paid for it in advance and it wasn’t cheap, but in fact there wasn’t much choice. When we came to the restaurant at 8.30, it seemed like they had already been running out of food even though breakfast time was until 10.

Good to stated clearly no daily cleaning.

청결하고 접근성도 좋았습니다 주차장 이용이 다소 불편했고 루프트탑도 편리하거나 쾌적하지는 않았어요 최악은 방음이었습니다 룸주변의 모든 소리가 들리고 이른아침 바닥을 파헤치는 공사 소음으로 머무를 수가 없어 서둘러 호텔을 빠져나왔네요~ 다음에도 이용? 글쎄요…

Perfect location to visit Yeosu, and from there also Suncheon (we had a rental car). The breakfast was simple but good. The lady in the breakfast room even made us a fresh expresso coffee while the standard coffee machine was being fixed. The room was small but that was just fine for us.

무인쳌인 첵아웃인데 invisable serviceman이 있는듯 청결하고 쾌적했고, 18층과 야외 옥상 테라스테이블에 무엇이든 가져가서 먹고 마실수 있는 여수밤바다뷰가 너무 좋았습니다~~~~

전망 좋고 조요 합니다 변기가 작은것이 문제

Very clean and the room had a nice view of the city. The breakfast on the 18th floor was delicious. The lobby on the 2nd floor was spacious and had nice massage chairs. The location was so perfect. Close to cafes and restaurants. Many buses nearby and the staff was so with information.

The Kiosk system for self check in check out.

구시가지 중심부의 신축건물로서 접근성과 청결함이 돋보입니다. 객실은 작으나, 수압이 세고 냉난방이 잘되며 전망도 참 아름답습니다. 다만 비용절감차원에서인지 접객과 컨시어지서비스가 없는 점은 좀 아쉽습니다. 가성비와 편리함에서 참 뛰어난 호텔입니다.

The location of the hotel is ideal and close to a lot of amenities.

I would have loved a microwave, and some cutlery. A manual for the air con would work wonders because the air con kept switching itself on. I noticed that the towels were small so a big towel could be helpful. Though I didn’t really make use of the towels.

주차타워형 주차 이용하기쉽게 잘 설명되었어요. 무인 체크인도 키오스크 보편적 이용하기 쉬웠습니다. 칫솔등 무 비치라 구입하려 하였으나 자판기등이 미설치라 24시 편의점 이용하였구요.. 아침식사도 뷔페식으로 정교하고 깔끔하고 맛있게 먹었습니다. 비교적 높은 점수를 주고싶네요 아주 만족합니다 ^^

Everything was perfect besides a maintainance room(?) being besides my room so it was very loud! But I'll always recommend and try to stay at Kenny Hotels when I have the option!

I liked the self check in meaning one could check in late and they always communicated or replied on the booking.com message center. Also the beds and bathrooms were really like, For international rating this would be a 2 star hotel.

I think it is weird not to have tea and coffee in a hotel and yet they provided a kettle and a cup without spoons. So it is important that people know they have to get their own coffee and tea. But good thing is the hotel is literally upstairs from many shops.

The location of hotel was very convenient and all of the facilities are great! We just wanted to get an experience for food in Yeosu so didn’t get a breakfast there.

I think the bathroom needs shower curtain.^^

The cleanliness and comfort.

연박시 객실청소는 본인이 해야하고 청소의뢰시 추가 비용을 지불해야함. 단체손님 위주로 운영하며 조식도 가격에 비해 질이 낮음 단체 손님들로 인해 밤새 시끄러운 소음에 시달렸음. 개인 여행에는 적합하지 않음.

Amazing place! There was a slight issue with the room I initially got but after telling the worker she immediately changed my room. The room was clean and spacious and quiet. I also used the washing machine available at the hotel and it was very convenient! The location was also very convenient! They also sell merchandise of the hotel mascot at the hotel, which I think is very cute!

The floor heating was quite intense and the ac didn’t seem to work.

It was convenient to access by public transportation. The staff were kind and very helpful. There are lots of restaurants and cafe nearby the hotel. The room and facilities were clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful time at the hotel. Thank you Hotel Kenny Yeosu.

손님에게 밥상 치우라는 호텔 뷔페는 안 됩니다. 매우 불쾌합니다. 그것 말고는 좋습니다.

가격도 합리적이고 위치 좋고 룸상태 청결해요 출장갈때 자주 이용합니다

지난 11월 자전거대회 참여후 여수 여행 때 1박하고 마음에 들어서 연박으로 머물러 봤었습니다. 첫 째날 체크인은 만족하고 빠르게 잘 처리되었습니다. 숙소 배정도 좋았지요. 하지만 저녁식사후 지난번 좋았던 루프탑에 맥주 한 잔 하러 가서 실망이 시작되었습니다. 저녁11시로 시간이 한 시간 줄어든 것도 줄어든 것이지만 10시가 되니 맥주가 동나버렸고, 그 다음날은 9시 좀 넘어서 동나버렸습니다. 물론 호텔원칙을 읽어보니 하루에 정해진 양이 소진되면 끝이라고 되어 있던데 명절 연휴 같은 경우엔 여유 있는 정책을 사용했음 어떨까? 싶었습니다. 그거야 원칙이니 그렇다쳐도 더욱 실망한 것은 아침식사. 9시 갔는데 이미 접시가 비어진 음식들이 있었고 다시 채워지지 않더군요. 끼니당 14000원 정도로 알고 있는데 아쉬워요. 명절 특수로 사람이 많이 방문하면 그에 맞춘 준비가 제대로 되어야 하는데 아쉬웠습니다. 여수는 자전거 대회 및 여행으로 일년에 1회 이상은 방문하는 곳인데 앞으로는 다른 숙소를 찾아야할 거 같습니다.

Staff were great, very kind and helpful and the location was great. The building overall was nice.

The bathroom drain did not adequately drain the bathroom floor therefore dirty water from showering remained in the floor for a much longer time than it should. Also the room was too hot and the air conditioner could not be turned on to cool the room down so a window had to be open but city noise outside would then become disturbing. Plus the room is small.

Central location with an extraordinary(for me for the first time) automatic car parking in a tower . Tasty breakfast with smoked duck breast

Very convenient location with lots of restaurants and shops all around. It's clean and quiet.

The room is small and space is a bit tight especially for the person sleeping on the side of the bed near the window as there's hardly any space to go across to the other side.

위치가 좋고 독보적인 높이라 뷰도 좋았습니다. 걸어서 이순신광장까지 이동가능하니 구도심 여행이라면 무조건 묵겠네요. 방음은 비지니스호텔이 그러하듯 옆방소리 다 들려요. 18층 맥주바 좋았습니다.

혼자 쓰기에 아주 가성비 있고 좋습니다. 위치도 좋고 뚜벅이 여행자들에게 교통도 좋아요! 싱글룸 혼자 쓰기 아늑하고 좋았어요!

Slow elevator, no room to move, layout of the bathroom where once you take a shower you need to dry off the toilet because al the water from the shower wet the toilet and the toilet paper that was not in the toilet paper case.

조용하고 시설은 깔끔해서 좋았고 직원들은 친절했습니다. 원래 하루만 머물려고 했다가 다음날까지 숙박하고 왔습니다. 위치는 여수에서 나름 번화한 곳인듯해요. 교통 편하고 주변은 식당도 많고 쇼핑거리도 있어서 도보로 다니기 좋았어요.

여수 여행을 계획하면서 여수 케니 호텔을 예약하게 되었는데 숙소가 여수 여행의 만족도를 상승시켜 주었습니다! 여행지에서 접근하기도 좋고 시설도 만족스러웠고 직원들도 너무나 친절해서 너무 기분 좋은 여행이 되었습니다 다음에 여수를 또 여행하게 된다면 또 케니호텔로 올 것 같습니다!

I had a 4nt stay here & stayed another night bc Yeosu is so great! I booked a single figuring the extra 3 sq.m. don't justify the price difference, especially since I'd be out all day. The city view was nice as Yeosu is such a pretty city from all angles. The room was cramped. You'd think there'd be better planning so as to maximize the tiny space: 3 coathangers - the rack was so close to the wall, you couldn't hang much. On the desk was a large tray that took up space. There's a kettle but no coffee or tea. There's an emart 24 downtstairs but do I really need to buy a whole box of coffee for a few days' stay? Also a hairdryer which I don't use but had nowhere to put it. The mini-fridge had free water, which was nice after a cold day & they replenish it daily. I had an emergency one morning & learned that the clunky phone doesn't allow outside calls, only to Front Desk, yet more space taken up on the desk. Why not have a simple wall unit? The TV only had Korean channels The bathroom was big for a room that size but could use a small shelf & hooks. They say housekeeping is by request but they come daily to make the bed & replace items. Very clean, which I appreciated. The woman on day staff early in the trip was AMAZING & so helpful! I wish I got her name (May 21-23). The guy in the evening was a useless tool however. Why hotels.com doesn't have a summary rating for Location is beyond me but Hotel Kenny is in the perfect location for easy access by foot or bus to everywhere.

It was amaizing, I will come again this place and the hotel.

Our room was comfortable and quiete. We arrived late (10 pm). All restaurants were closed. There was a shop near the hotel where we could by instant noodle soup. We had a water cooker in our room so that we could enjoy our late dinner.

Nothing to complain.

Having washer/dryer on site was very convenient.

에어컨에서 냄새가 심해서 계속 들어가자마나 꺼버렸어요 . 에어컨 냄새 말고는 다 마음에들었습니다
