We had a pleasant stay at Royalty Suites Loft. The apartment is modern, spacious, clean and well equipped, and overall it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. What we liked: - The apartment is modern, spacious, clean and comfortable. - It is well equipped and has everything you generally need for a pleasant stay. - Two complimentary bottles of water were waiting for us in the fridge upon arrival, which was a very thoughtful welcome gesture. - The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our stay, especially the person who assisted us with check-in. - We were kindly allowed to check in earlier than the regular 3 PM check-in time. - We had no problem arranging an early check-out, which was very convenient for us. - The balcony was pleasant, and with the awning it was comfortable to sit and eat outside.

Things that could be improved: - The bathroom needs some minor maintenance. The bidet leaks water onto the floor, the shower cabin also lets some water out, and the toilet continues to run for a while after flushing. - The door handle was loose/broken, although we managed to adjust it so that it worked properly during our stay. - There is no soap dish in the bathroom. - The kitchen was generally well equipped, but kitchen towels/cloths and paper towels were missing. When we asked, the staff kindly provided us with an extra roll of toilet paper to use for this purpose. - We noticed some ants in the kitchen. - There is no proper dining area inside the apartment, so eating indoors is not very convenient. - The air conditioner had a slightly unpleasant smell when turned on, and its display indicated that the filter needed to be replaced. - The cleaning ladies knocked on our door every morning, even though we often stayed in the apartment until around noon. It would be more convenient if guests could indicate their preferred time for cleaning. - Regarding check-in, we were told that the apartment might be ready around 1 PM, although the regular check-in time is 3 PM. When we arrived around 1 PM, the apartment was not yet ready. We were able to enter at around 2:40 PM, so in the end we checked in slightly before the official check-in time. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The apartment itself is modern, comfortable and spacious, and the kindness of the staff was definitely one of the highlights of our experience. With a little more attention to maintenance and a few small practical details, it could be an excellent place to stay.

Апартаментът е като от снимките. Голям чист и просторен. Същото мога да кажа и за банята. Терасата също е голяма и с изглед към морето.

От време на време се усеща миризма в банята - може би нещо с канализацията - но не е кой знае какво.

Стаята разполага с удобства за един прекрасен престой. Беше чисто, чистеха ежедневно. Бих повторил.

Location was good. Parking is easy.

There was never anyone at the reception. They left room keys on the table for us to find by ourselves. Extra pillows in the room did not have any cases. We asked for some pillow cases but they never came. Shower doors did not close properly. Fridge in the room was extremely noisy.

We had a wonderful stay in Nikiti and were absolutely delighted with the apartment! Everything was clean, comfortable, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described. The location was excellent, and the apartment had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. The hosts were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, which made our stay even more pleasant. We truly felt at home and enjoyed every moment of our stay. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would happily come back again. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and lovely place to stay in Nikiti. Apartament położony w centrum Nikiti a jednak trochę na uboczu co pozwala uniknąć wieczornych tłumów, wysoki standard, duży balkon i ładny widok, duża łazienka, dobrze wyposażony, ręczniki wymieniane codziennie, pościel co 3 dni, wystarczająca ilość miejsc parkingowych, personel sprzątający

- kontakt z zarządzającym lokalem trochę utrudniony i zbyt długi - chciałem przyjechać godzinę wcześniej ale otrzymałem po długim oczekiwaniu informację że nasz apartament nie jest jeszcze gotowy. Ostatecznie otrzymaliśmy inny (mniejszy) apartament, ale zapewniono nas że jest o wyższym standardzie (nie miałem czasu i ochoty tego weryfikować ale wydaje mi się że wszystkie apartamenty w tym budynku mają taki sam standard) - plaża w pobliżu apartamentu nieciekawa, zdecydowanie ładniejsza po drugiej (południowej) części od portu

Καθαριότητα ανυπαρκτη,ανύπαρκτο προσωπικό,κάμερες εκεί που καθόμουν στην βεράντα ,ούτε καν σήμανση ,τηλεόραση εκτός λειτουργίας,δεν άλλαζαν πετσέτες,ήρθε αυτοκίνητο μπροστά στο τραπέζι που καθόμουν στην βεράντα,απίστευτα χάλια ......ήρθε συνεργείο με σκαπτικό όλο το πρωί και αφού δεν μας άφησε να κοιμηθούμε μετά έκοψε και το ρεύμα χωρίς να υπάρχει βλάβη αλλά προγραμματισμένη εργασία,πλήρης απαξίωση του πελάτη αλλά τα χρήματα τα εισέπραξαν μάλλον γιατί εάν το άφηναν για μετά σιγά μην τους πλήρωνα

Zimmer war gut. Frau an der Rezeption war einige Maße net. Kein Klo an der Rezeption, kein Platz für Gepäck Bewahrung falls ihr früher ankommt.

Das Badezimmer hat sehr arg nach Kanal gestunken und am Duschkabine geschimel.

Totul a fost foarte frumos, locația este foarte aproape de plajă și traverne. Se făcea curățenie zilnică, iar prosoapele au fost schimbate la 2-3 zile.

Noi ne-am simțit foarte bine, singurul dezavantaj dacă îl pot găsi ar fi ca la bucătărie frigiderul nu răcea foarte bine, nu am avut sare, prosoape, însă ne-am cumpărat.

Dimensioni della stanza ottime.

Purtroppo abbiamo avuto una pessima esperienza in quanto la stanza 405 aveva: - porta della doccia rotta che allagava il bagno - tubo sotto il lavandino che perdeva allagando ulteriormente bagno( ho dovuto prendere degli stracci) - comunicazione con lo staff inesistente - all interno dell armadio c'era un cuscino extra ma completamente giallo - dalla zona comune si vedeva il letto. Mancava l oscurante nelle finestre laterali Abbiamo comunicato allo staff i problemi . Ci hanno risposto che avrebbero sistemato ma non si sono fatti più vedere né sentire. Abbiamo fatto reclamo tramite booking.

Πολύ όμορφο κατάλυμα

Το κλιματιστικό δεν λειτουργούσε σωστά, δεν είχαμε καθόλου δροσιά , στο δωμάτιο υπήρχε αφόρητη ζέστη . Τα μαξιλάρια των καρεκλών στην αυλή ήταν βρώμικα και γεμάτα τρίχες από ζώα.

The staff is really kind. Amazing view from the balcony.

The place is a little bit outdated and some humidity smell came from the sink and the fridge. We didn’t appreciate the fact that the balconies are really close and, if the near rooms are populated by smoking guests (as in our case) your gets filled by smoking smell the whole night.

La posizione era buona, si raggiunge il lungomare a piedi.

Avevamo il monolocale al piano interrato (stanza 404) Il bagno senza finestre aveva un forte odore di fogna. Ho chiamato per chiedere una soluzione alternativa o risolvere il problema, mi hanno detto che l’avrebbero fatto il giorno successivo ma non ho poi avuto notizie da nessuno. Inoltre la stanza è molto buia perchè ci sono pochi lampadari e, se si vuole un po’ di privacy, non si può tenere sollevata la tapparella perché la tenda “oscurante” è traforata e permette a chiunque di vedere l’interno della stanza.

Camera aranjata frumos, mini bucataria foarte folositoare pentru cei care doresc sa isi gateasca singuri, din ce am vazut fiecare camera are balcon sau terasa. Locatia buna, aproape de plaja si la 5-10 minute de mers pe jos de centru orasului.

In baie era un miros urat, cel mai probabil de la canalizare, nu cred ca tine de proprietate acest lucru.

Locație foarte bună aproape de magazine, restaurante ..

Mirosul canalizării în fiecare zi.. efectiv nu puteai sta.. mirosea îngrozitor..

La mancata comunicazione del self check in all’arrivo in quanto non sapendo abbiamo atteso inutilmente l arrivo di qualcuno che dopo una telefonata ci comunicava pure l arrivo a breve di un addetto.

Измислено е перфектно-мястото, стаите са големи с високи тавани, леглата са удобни, в стаята си имахме всичко необходимо. Мини кухня с всичко необходимо за приготвяне на вечеря в домашна обстановка. Има котлон, кана за вода, малина за шварц кафе, тостер, прибори, чинии, тиган, тенджери, чаши. Има климатик, голяма врата към терасата, която е обща(на първи етаж), има маса с 2 стол отвън, сушилник за дрехи (нашият беше счупен). Почистват всеки ден, сменят чаршафи и хавлии на 3 дни. Стаята беше същата като на снимките, само че доста по амортизирана. Добре е замислена като цяло.

Мирише много лошо в стаята(405) на мухъл и спарено, банята особено. Душ кабината ни нямаше една от две врати, когато се къпеш мокриш цялата баня. Мивката течеше и винаги имаше рекичка в банята когато ползваш мивка. Захабена е - не се чисти добре. Липсват закачалки, не е удобно за хавлиите само една 50 см закачалка да има за 2 души. Стаята беше пълна с паяжини и паяци. Когато ми смениха шаршафите ми постелиха скъсан чаршаф. В гардероба имах допълнителни възглавници и аз си взех една защото спя с 2, при смяната на чаршафи не са ми облекли допълнителната възглавница а ми я оставиха така необлечена, което за мен не е професионално. В деня на напускане ни чукаха на вратата в 10:30. Напускането е до 11:00.

Il nostro appartamento purtroppo era al piano meno uno e non si vedeva il mare. Se la finestra del bagno è aperta gli ospiti ai piani superiori possono vederti. Per arrivare in centro si deve camminare e gli appartamenti sono su una salita.

Apartman je potpuno nov. Opremljen najnovijom tehnologijom. Cist je i udoban, sa pristojnim pogledom na more.

Terasa se deli sa jos tri apartmana, a na sobi postoje velika balkonaka vrata, tako da roletne moraju biti spustene u vecinu slucajeva. Lokacija je prilicno losa, s obzirom da je ovo malo mesto i da je cena apartmana visoka. Konstantno se osecao smrad iz toalet iako sve je sve na izgled cisto. Takodje klima ispusta neprijatne mirise.

Δεν μ άρεσε η τοποθεσία λόγω παιδιών, έχει αρκετό περπάτημα για πολύ μικρά παιδιά κ ανηφόρα, για ζευγάρι είναι οκ!Επίσης η θάλασσα κατω είναι απαίσια με πέτρες, φυσικά κ πηγα 1φορα στις 6 μέρες μόνο για δοκιμή κ την απέρριψα

Cazarea a fost excelenta. Doar niște vecini gălăgioși au perturbat somnul într-o noapte.

Location is perfect, close to the beach and the city centre in the same time. Beach was small but clean and not crowded at all. The suite is modern and has all needed equipment for a short vacation.

We had been using two suites in the level -1. In one suite, the smell from sewer was really strong. The other thing we didn't like was breakfast, which was served in boxes.

Yatak berbat, çok yumuşak, ne zaman uyusam bel ve sırt ağrısına sebep oldu. Komşu balkonla arada paravan gibi birşey gerekli çünkü yarı çıplak adamların 1 mt yanımızda oturması hoş değil.

Merkeze2-3 dakika yürüme mesafesinde, sessiz ,gürültüsüz bir lokasyonda, oda geniş, 4 kişilik çoğunluğu deniz manzaralı balkonu var, kapıdan çıktığınızda 2 dakika içine denize girebilir, ya da restaurantta yemek yiyebilirsiniz, isterseniz 1 dakika içinde ana yola bağlanıp istediğiniz bölgeye ulaşabilirsiniz.

Kaputte Dusche,Kaputte Tür. Müssen eine Stunde auf komische Frühstück warten.Erst auf Anfrage war jemand an der Tür und hat uns eine Frühstück Box übereicht.

Konumu, çalışanların güleryüzlü ve yardımseverliği, odanın büyüklüğü ve içerisindeki olanakları beğendik

Havuz orada bulunduğumuz 3 gün boyunca temiz görünmüyordu, giremedik. Odadaki havlularda saç vardı. Duş ve banyo eskiydi, duşun içerisinde şampuan koyacak alan yoktu. Kahvaltı oldukça yağlı ve soğuktu, peynir/zeytin gibi basit ürünler yoktu.

Dobra lokalizacja, w miarę nowy apartament.

Niestety znalazłem mnóstwo mrówek, zwłaszcza przy aneksie kuchennym.

A wonderful apartment—very clean and well-appointed. It has everything you need, and the view from the terrace is lovely. Close to the beach and the promenade. Very satisfied.

TOP!! In allen Punkten! Sehr geräumiges Zimmer mit großem Bad und großem Balkon mit Meerblick. Die Küchenzeile hatte das Nötigste an Geschirr, zudem Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster und Kühlschrank. Die Balkontüren hatten ein Fliegengitter, elektrische Jalousie sowie auf dem Balkon eine elektrische Markise. Bett super bequem! Safe und TV ebenso vorhanden. Was will man mehr?! Nikiti selber war einen kurzen Spaziergang sehr gut zu erreichen. Service war auch sehr freundlich, die tägliche Reinigung der Zimmer einwandfrei. Parkplatz vorm Haus war ebenso (kostenfrei) vorhanden. Zudem ein Fahrstuhl. Von uns uneingeschränkt weiter zu empfehlen! EINFACH NUR KLASSE! Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Γενικά ήταν περιποιημένο, καθαρό, καινούργιο και άνετο. Αν και το δικό μας στούντιο το έβλεπε όλη την ημέρα ο ήλιος, είχε καλό κλιματισμό, καινούργια τέντα και αυτόματο στορ με καλά κουφώματα. Το μπαλκόνι μας άρεσε επίσης γιατί είχε θέα. Το προσωπικό είναι ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό.

Lots of space in apartment. King sized bed, very clean and modern. Easy parking outside. Air conditioning was better than other places. Good quality toiletries.

A few teething problems with the fixtures and fittings because it was so new, but nothing significant.

Genel olarak anlatıldığı gibiydi odalar temizdi eşyalar yeniydi. Mutfak bölümünün olması güzeldi. Denize ve merkeze yürüme mesafesindeydi. Çok memnun kaldık tekrar tercih edeceğim bir otel.

Konumu çok rahat, her yere çok yakın ve sessiz sakin. Balkonu müthiş rahat, koltuklar vardı balkonda ve karşınızda tüm denizi görebiliyorsunuz, manzarası falan çok iyiydi. Tertemizdi. Oda oldukça genişti. Ocak, mikrodalga, buzdolabı, lavabo falan hepsi vardı. Banyo da gayet genişti. Arabayla geliyorsanız önünde park yeri var, rahat rahat park edebiliyorsunuz. Halkidiki 2. ayaktaki tüm beachlere çok rahatlıkla gidebilirsiniz, en uzağı arabayla 30dk falan. Blue Lagoon tarafını da tavsiye ederim. Yakın olarak da Kukunari beach çok güzeldi.

We got a room with a nice terrace, cleaning was ok except for terrace where the furniture was dirty. Reception staff was on point and friendly. We could get a good rest during the night, we had all we needed in the room which is important. And the location is accessible and in a safe area.

The room 506 needs some maintenance: - the shower head is spreading water in all directions - the bathroom doorknob was getting out and you got stuck with it in the hand very often - the blackout “courtains” were making huge bagns when activated - after few days, we got some noisy people on floor higher and this was disturbing

The accommodation is next to a small beach on the outskirts of Nikiti, just a short walk to the town centre. The apartment was spacious with a large terrace, a small kitchen

Prima verblijf met uitzicht op de zee, vlak bij de boulevard van Nikiti, goed te voet te bereiken. Prima bed en hoofdkussens. Al met al toch een prima verblijf gehad, van hieruit veel uitstapjes gedaan.

Het is best gehorig, sommige buren hadden hun muziek hard aanstaan wat niet aangenaam is om naar een ander zijn muziek te moeten luisteren.. Bij aankomst geen toiletrol aanwezig. Koffiezetapparaat werkte eerst niet, na wisseling was deze niet veel beter.

Letto matrimoniale composto da due letti singoli non troppo comodo. Odore di fogna persistente e fastidioso.

Everything, loved the apartment, great size, very well maintained and furnished, kitchen, balconies, great AC, great shower, great location close to town center and the beach. Easy check in and welcoming staff, great value for money. Best accommodation we stayed in Sitonia.

Nothing really, all was great. But I'll recommend to install a full length mirror.

Brilliant location, quiet but near lots of bars and restaurants. Comfy bed and lovely shower. Coffee machine was a bonus. Very clean with good quality towels and toiletries. Would definitely recommend.

Chambre vraiment bien pour plusieurs nuits: grande salle de bain, grand lit,, volets électriques, terrasse pour manger et petit coin cuisine. A 2 minutes à pied de la mer, à quelques minutes en voiture de magasins pour faire les courses et à quelques minutes à pieds des restaurants.

Un petit mot pour les serviettes de bain qui peluchaient donc pas agréable.

Der Service. Handtuchwechsel und Reinigung. Die Aussicht ist sensationell. Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus. Wir waren aber in der Vorsaison da. Wenn alles belegt ist wird es vermutlich eng werden.

Bevor warmes Wasser kommt, muss man gefühlt 100 Liter erst laufen lassen. Das Besteck war sehr minderwertig, was man bei so einer Wohnung nicht vermutet. In der Nähe der Anlage sind viele Hunde. Diese haben mehrmals die nacht sehr laut gebellt. So war an einen ruhigen Schlaf nicht zu denken. Das war jede Nacht! .

לא היה דלפק קבלה לא בערב כשהגענו בשעה שעליה הודענו ולא בבוקר. ארוחת בוקר היתה בדיחה גרועה. פריטים בודדים בקופסה. לא היה חלב ולא מלבין לקפה. תחזוקה לקויה-ברז במקלחת מתיז לכל כיוון, חסרה דלת במקלחות, כך שהמים שטפו את חלל האמבטיה, ולא ניתן היה להשאיר בגדים, ואפילו נייר טואלט. למרפסת היו שותפים השכנים.
