Al momento de salir, el parqueadero tiene una sola entrada y salida, por lo que se presentó una contrariedad cuando me disponía a salir, toda vez que venía entrando un huésped en su vehículo mientras yo salía, sinembargo, de recepción me obligó a retroceder y entrar para darle prioridad a quien ingresaba, cuando evidentemente me encontraba listo para salir y a pocos metros de la rampa de salida.

Reviewed Feb 23, 2023The location is not but bur us too noisy. However the overall condition of the hotel is pretty disappointing. They gave us rooms in the 4th floor, no stairs. One of the rooms had no towels and when we trued to call reception we notice phone wasn't working. We had to go downstairs to get towels. This room had a balcony but the door cant be locked so it felt insecured but also very noisy. The other room had a fee issues. No phone, broken toilet seat leaking aircon. Also: both rooms had no hot water!!! He brought up these issues with the guy at the reception but he acted like all was normal. Didn't offer compensation or change of room.
