Reviewed Aug 11, 2026This is a great hotel at a great price point, compared with larger cities. The decor is more contemporary, compared with many chain hotels in China. The staff are friendly, excellent breakfast and great facilities.

Reviewed Mar 31, 2026Two aspects should be given for granted in a 5 star hotel like Hilton: 1) all personnel facing customers must speak english (at Hilton Yancheng, most of them did not) 2) at breakfast multiple chioices of Vegetarian and Non-Vegetarian dishes should be on offer with clear description of the same (at Hilton Yancheng there were very little to none Vegetarian dishes, with very confusing descriptor labels)
Personnel facing customers not speaking English and lack of Vegetarian dishes on offer at breakfast. These things are expected in a five star hotel

Reviewed Aug 26, 2024It was very nice experience in Yancheng, China. Near in this hotel, I can find several restaurants and convenience stores which can be very helpful to foreigners. However the room cleaning condition was not that much fulfilled my expectation. Anyhow it's very nice staying in Hilton Yancheng.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2023All the facilities in the hotel were clean and beautiful. It's a hotel with a very satisfying quality. In particular, the hotel staff were so kind and provided customer-first service. I received a response from Mr.Peter, and thanks to him, I had a very comfortable business trip from check-in to check-out. I will use the Hilton Hotel for Peter's kind response on my next business trip. ps. good scape
I wish there was a spa.
