The facilities were fantastic. Loved the access to the sea for swims. The gym was also very good. But most of all, the service was top notch… very professional but also relaxed and friendly.

I must say that the prices on what is being served in the restaurants or at the pool is a bit over the top. A fresh fish for two for €260 at the Cove restaurant or a powershake at the pool for €28. I could go on. All super delicious but … a bit over the top on the €.

We’ve just returned from a wonderful eight days at Six Senses Ibiza. The location is stunning and the atmosphere is relaxed and peaceful, perfect for unwinding. Every member of staff was warm friendly and attentive; (special thanks to Christina, Flo and Tais) Although our initial room wasn’t what we hoped for, the team responded immediately and moved us to a brilliant alternative, which we really appreciated. The food focuses on healthy, fresh ingredients that we loved. One small improvement I’d welcome would be to expand the non‑alcoholic wines and aperitifs menu. The extensive fitness, wellness and yoga programme, including many free classes, was fantastic and we took full advantage.

We had such a brilliant stay here. The staff and facilities are absolutely fantastic - with a real eye for detail and making your stay feel extra special. We were apprehensive due to some previous negative reviews, however the hotel has recently gained an absolutely brilliant resort manager called Marzia who is absolutely incredible, and makes you feel extremely welcome, six senses are lucky to have her! Also a special shout out to Kátila who went above and beyond to accommodate our requests, nothing was too much effort and staff like Kátila truly make all the difference from a good to an incredible stay - so thank you! The food is also amazing, delicious and fresh. The prices are on the higher end but nothing unusual for a 5* hotel. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay a memorable one. We will definitely be returning.

An amazing retreat in a very green and quiet part of Ibiza overlooking the sea. Highly professional front desk managers. The breakfast was excellent, the service staff were friendly and professional, the location is beautiful, and the overall quality of service was what you would expect from a luxury resort. Unfortunately, all of these positive aspects were overshadowed by the fact that cash disappeared from my bag while it was left in the room. The only people who had access to the room during that period were housekeeping staff or the employee who entered to check the minibar. As a result, what should have been a wonderful stay ended with serious concerns about the security of guests’ belongings.

⭐ 1/10 I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at Six Senses Ibiza was deeply disappointing. During my stay from June 6 to June 9, cash disappeared from my bag while it was inside my room. The bag was only left unattended when we were at the pool during the daytime. I also personally observed a member of staff entering the room to check the minibar while we were away. After carefully retracing everything that happened during our stay, I cannot identify any other realistic opportunity for the money to have gone missing. What is most shocking is that this happened at a hotel that markets itself as one of the most exclusive luxury resorts in Ibiza. Guests paying thousands of euros per stay should not have to worry about the safety of their personal belongings inside their own room. The missing money included both euros and Russian rubles. The incident has left me feeling extremely uncomfortable and has completely destroyed the sense of security and trust that a luxury hotel is supposed to provide. I have requested that the hotel review key-card access records and security footage, and I hope a proper investigation is conducted. Until then, I cannot recommend this property to anyone who values the security of their belongings. Beautiful location and design cannot compensate for a situation where a guest leaves feeling that money has disappeared from their room and receives no immediate answers. Very disappointing experience.

Works / noise / digging at night

Our stay was really spoiled by all-day construction noise from the two building sites next to the hotel. One site is building Six Senses villas and the other is a new Nomade hotel. Staff told us that the construction is legally supposed to end in May for the holiday season but it was still ongoing in June. Check before you book.

Beautiful Property and Nature, Stunning!!! Amazing Rooms. Fantastic Restaurants/Breakfast. Delicious, Fresh, Organic Food. Very full program of activities and facilities, which we fully used. Spa 10/10 + Rocky Beach also 10/10. The service and people were fantastic and a joy. Special thanks to: The 2 Dutch interns at the pool + Mare, Marcella, Ines, Carlos, Julen, Martina, the team at the front desk/check in, the team at the spa and the whole guest services team who organised everything for us. The picture is of a bottle of their signature "Rocket Fuel" they gave us on departure, for the rest of our trip. That gesture makes the difference between a great hotel and a home on the Island. Wir waren das zweitemal im Six Senses und waren diesesmal mehr als zufrieden. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und einfach nur traumhaft schön. (MEGA KINDERFREUNDLICH!!👍🏼)

Der Checkin war wie beim letzten Mal (2025) eher chaotisch und dauerte, nach einer längeren Anreise, zulange….

From the moment I arrived, the level of service was impeccable — warm, attentive, and genuinely personalised. The room was fabulous — beautifully appointed, immaculately presented, and with a sense of calm and luxury that perfectly complemented the stunning surroundings of the island. Everything you could need was thoughtfully provided. Six Senses Ibiza manages to strike a rare balance — it feels exclusive and serene without ever being pretentious. Whether you are seeking relaxation, wellness, or simply a base from which to enjoy one of the world's most beautiful islands, this property delivers on every level. I will definately be returning, and would recommend it without reservation to anyone looking for a truly exceptional stay in Ibiza. 5/5 — Outstanding.

Our stay could have been great, the hotel itself looks and feels very luxurious, but service was below average. Disclaimer : there was a wedding taking place the weekend we arrived, that meant service was not as usual. Still, the hotel should have made sure other guests were not “forgotten”… We had several issues the first day, and several others the following days, that were not properly taken care of : - On arrival at 4:00 p.m., the suite that should have been ready at 3:00 p.m. was not available. We were told to wait but they couldn’t tell us how long it would take. They then took us to a suite without the sea view we had paid for! I refused to settle for it, and was told again I would have to wait…we had to wait in the lobby until 6:00 for our suite to be ready but never got the welcome amenities. - No real apology, no voucher of any kind (a free drink at the bar would have been nice while we were waiting for almost 2hours!) - The second day, a wedding took place. The music was not too loud and we were not disturbed by the party, but the service was disrupted and below average for all other guests. You could feel the wedding was on everybody’s mind and other guests were a second thought - The third day, our suite was not cleaned (we were away from the suite most of the day, the staff had ample time to clean). We had to remind them twice in the afternoon that it needed cleaning and it was eventually taken care of in the evening! Again, no apology… On our last day, at checkout, the lady taking care of us wouldn’t even make eye contact…I guess we were identified as difficult clients ?! The good: - The rooms are great (we had a junior suite with terrace, sea view), and the architecture blends well with the surroundings - Breakfast is included in the room rate, large choice at the buffet and a la carte options available. Outside tables very pleasant - Pool very nice for lounging, spa is also very pleasant - Many workshops (most of them free) were available everyday: yoga, sports, food tasting…very easy to book. Great yoga teachers, and a big thank you to the Belgian lady who took care of the coffee workshop The not so good: - Service not personalized, no follow up when you have an issue. We felt treated like second rate clients the first two days (big weddding taking place in the hotel that weekend) - The atmosphere is not as serene and quiet as we expected since the hotel sells itselt as a wellness retreat : lots of families and kids, groups of friends partying… - Breakfast : the main room is too large and noisy to my taste (but outside tables may be available). As with everything else in this hotel the service at breakfast was not satisfactory : it could take up to thirty minutes to get a hot drink or an a la carte item! We didn’t try any of the restaurants since we were so unsatisfied with the level of service

My wife and I love the place..We definitely coming back ! Had an amazing experience. Beautiful scenery, quiet and serene. The most polite and friendly staff !

The place is absolutely gorgeous, but unfortunately I got severely food poisoned there and ended up with sepsis. I was hospitalized for a week and reached out to Six Senses three times about the incident, but never received any response. It’s truly disappointing that a hotel with such a luxurious reputation takes no accountability or responsibility for such a serious situation.

You won’t believe how amazing our stay at Six Senses Ibiza was! Tucked away in the peaceful northern hills overlooking Cala Xarraca Bay, it’s worlds away from the wild party vibes—pure chill and luxury. Our villa? Spacious and gorgeous, with pale woods, cool stone touches, and a solar-heated infinity pool that just melts into the sea. It really felt like a total reset. We did sunrise yoga, and wandered their organic farm. Breakfast at La Plaza was fresh Mediterranean heaven with epic ocean views, and sunset dinners at the beach cave? Magical. Staff were super warm, making everything personal. Go if you need a soul-soothing escape—We are already plotting our return! Loved it! Thanks to Pedro for the wonderful tour and great tips!

We had a fantastic stay at Six Senses and honestly didn’t want to leave. The views are breathtaking and the whole resort has a calming energy. Everything feels designed to help you slow down and switch off. The food was a highlight for us. Everything was fresh, colorful, and full of flavor, with lots of healthy options. Breakfast is especially good. We loved the variety.

Having read some of the reviews I was a little nervous about staying here. On arrival I was pleasantly suprised. We were given a beautiful room overlooking the pool and couldn’t hear a thing when the doors were closed. The resort itself is absolutely stunning and I really recommend the sustainability tour to hear about all the various initiatives. The fitness classes and gym were brilliant. I’m enjoyed two of the morning classes and my partner took a yoga class. Breakfast each morning was absolutely fantastic. There was one morning where we had to chase and reorder our main’s but most of the time our service was quick and very friendly. The price of f&b is as you would expect from a 5 star resort (I was served a glass of rose which had approximately 2 sips in for €16) but it was all delicious and there are plenty of alternatives within walking distance, or a short taxi away. Sun loungers are very comfortable and the team are all super friendly. There is plenty of free water available throughout so you will never go thirsty. One of my biggest concerns was the bugs. As someone who usually gets targeted by mosquitoes, I’ve come away without a single bite. We had a wonderful stay and look forward to returning again soon.

Positive aspects: The hotel facilities are fantastic, with beautiful decoration and luxury in every detail. The location is perfect for those seeking privacy and relaxation. Areas for improvement: Service quality: Unfortunately, the service does not match the level of the facilities or the price point. During the same week, I also stayed at Nobu Ibiza, where the service was impeccable. In comparison, Six Senses fell short, which strongly influenced my decision to choose Nobu for future visits to Ibiza. Room service: The housekeeping was below expectations. Coffee cups were not washed, and essential amenities such as salt for the bathtub, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, coffee capsules, and even garbage removal were not consistently replenished. Food leftovers were also left behind, which is unacceptable for a luxury hotel. Restaurant service: Service at both breakfast and dinner was slow. The in-room dining experience was particularly disappointing—orders were incorrect multiple times. On one occasion, I ordered just ice cream, and even that was not delivered properly (the chocolate scoop requested was not provided). Six Senses Ibiza is a stunning property, but the service quality is far from what guests should expect at this level. Attention to detail, speed, and consistency in both housekeeping and dining services need significant improvement.

The thing was coordinated the staff were okay maybe because it's busy season but we've stayed there previously and it was completely different. I would not go again.

Best Hotel ever! Stayed 3 nights in a villa and everything it's fantastic. From the infrastructure, the food, the pool and the fantastic staff. This was one of the best stays of my life.

First time in Ibiza and really enjoyed the architecture and views the hotel offers. Rooms are comfy and the breakfast is excellent. Relaxed pool scene and an amazing spa. The sea and rocks are a bit uncomfortable and not seamless to access but enjoyable nonetheless. I would definitely go back and the hotel is close to being perfect.

Understaffed.Waited for room service for over an hour. Restaurant very poor. This is not a 5* hotel. Nothing like the other Six Sense Hotels. Will not be back.V disappointing.

Die Anlage war traumhaft schön, der Ausblick auf das Meer einfach atemberaubend. Gym und Spa sind vorhanden und in einem sehr guten Zustand, es fehlt an nichts. Es gibt Frühstück ist a la Carte, aber auch ein kleines Buffet mit frischen Obst, Käse, Fleischwaren, Brot und Gebäck (was vollkommend ausreichend ist). Man sieht die schönsten Sonnenuntergänge.

Vielleicht meckern auf hohen Niveau, aber die Zimmer sind nicht gut abgedichtet, meiner Meinung nach. Wenn nachts Restaurants unter den Wohnungen laute Musik anhaben, hört man es. So könnte ich eine Nacht nicht wirklich schlafen und müsste warten bis es nach 0 Uhr ist, damit es etwas ruhiger wird. Wenn das Hotel hier keinen Einfluss hat, dann eventuell darüber nachdenken ob man nicht Ohrstöpsel im Bad mit anbietet. Für alle die, die etwas Lautstärken empfindlich sind. Mir hätte es den einen Abend sehr geholfen. Und der Service ist für den hohen Preis leider nicht gerechtfertigt. So hatte ich Wasser und mein Mann ein Bier bestellt. Mein Mann hat sein Bier innerhalb 10 Minuten bekommen, auf mein Wasser müsste ich 40 Minuten warten mit 3 mal nachfragen. Ich denke am Pool gibt es wenig Struktur, die Kellner machen den Anschein sich verlaufen zu haben und wissen nicht genau wohin mit den Getränken. An einem anderen Tag, hatte ich Wassermelone bestellt und müsste wieder über 30 Minuten warten, mit 2 mal nachfragen. Dann hatte ich Nüsse bestellt und der Kellner wollte die Nüsse meiner Liegen Nachbarin geben, wobei sie keine bestellt hatte. Vielleicht wäre es gut, an den Liegen eine Nummer anzubringen, damit man es besser im System eintippen kann und die Kellner es besser nachverfolgen können und das ganze nicht so chaotisch aussieht.

We just felt very underwhelmed. Felt like there wasn’t enough staff. Some staff were hard to understand. The dinner options were not good and one night could only go into one restaurant. We won’t be coming back

We had an amazing time at SS Ibiza. The villa was the perfect combination of peace but still close enough for us to enjoy all the amazing facilities this hotel offers. We were a group of 4 and the Villa enabled us to be together comfortably and make use of the resort's facilities. The Beach Caves restaurant was one of the highlights of our stay - such a magical setting. Sunset watching over a great meal. Thank you so much Anais and Filipo, for your attentive service that brought it all together. A nice surprise was our meal at Partal- incredible tapas and wonderful outdoor place. Julietta was so welcoming - her friendliness and generosity made it extra special. One of our mornings was spent at the Rocky beach, and we’re so glad we did. With crystal-clear water, comfortable oceanfront beds, and a relaxing snorkeling sesson, it was the perfect time to unwind. Thank you, Lili, so much for an amazing 90 minute pre-natal massage. You knew exactly hat I needed. l left the spa feeling absolutely awesome! Our time at six senses was memorable, we can't wait to be back.

It’s probably the best hotel in Ibiza - the facilities are superb, well taken care of and complete. The staff is very friendly and forthcoming. Breakfast is outstanding (personally probably the best six senses breakfast I’ve tried so far globally). Also it’s great to be slightly away from the crowded places.

Overall pricing at the restaurants is similar to the top restaurants on the island, which is pricey but ok. However, the beach caves restaurant pricing is beyond acceptable. Portions (while yummy) are small - The negative highlight is a side of potatoes, for 38 EUR (which included 3 millefeuille style potatoe cubes). Needs to be fixed to offer guests enough variety of food over the course of a longer stay

The property is beautiful. The service is very average and not at a 5 star level. The staff is very young and just not experienced enough to give the service required at this level of hotel. While kind, they are very green. Examples include: giving us a key at check in that didn’t work 3 times and took multiple attempts and visits back to reception to resolve; and slowness in responding to requests. On our last full day, a young woman came to our breakfast table to sell us hotel experiences. She only addressed my husband despite there being 6 people at the table. when he responded that we did not need anything, she pressed him on what we were doing that day. At no point did she ask us if we were enjoying our stay or if she could answer any questions. She wasn’t mean, it just seamed that it was her first day on the job. One other thing to note; while the property is stunning, it is really far away from everything. While I was looking for a hotel removed from the party scene of Ibiza, I was not prepared for the 45 minute drives to and from virtually every restaurant, beach club, hippie market etc. our transportation bill was very pricey and we spent a lot of time in the sprinter. The breakfast was wonderful! The prices for everything at the hotel were much higher than what other 5 star hotels charge which becomes more noticeable when location preempts you from eating every meal somewhere else. Because of service, prices and distance, I am not sure I would return.

Service was not up to scratch. I've stayed here a couple of times this summer and the service is not 5 star. They do work to resolve issues but are slow to respond and communicate, guest relations is slow and a let down for the property. Lack of restaurant availability meant eating in the Spanish regularly.

Hotel rooms are not conducive to sleep, had to check out and go elsewhere to get a decent nights sleep. Spent 2 nights and the day inbetween trying to catch up on lost sleep from the room. Service from guest services is slow to say the least, hardly proactive. Not a 5 star experience. Lack of restaurant options as they close some so your left to eat at the Spanish for lunch and dinner regularly. Beautiful location and looking hotel but the experience is not the same. Very disappointed. Not worth the 10's 1000's

Ibiza by the serene side, we rented a villa for a week for a family trip. It has been a great experience being in a Villa with all services of a top level hotel. The hotel facilities create a sense of peace and any time of the day are stunning. The staff of the hotel is discrete but always present, the food is prepared with fresh and selected raw materials. This hotel offer a real experience of relax in a magic location.
