SHAN Villas Sukhumvit

7/11 a proximité.

Behulpzame medewerkers. Fijn en schoon hotel.

Niets

Breakfast was good. You could choose what you wanted from the menu in advance, and they would prepare it for you for the morning.

Yes, the location could perhaps have been better, but it’s not something that would stop me from choosing this hotel again in the future.

Top top top !

Si il y a du monde en bas la nuit qui crie, on entend tout

Excellent stay! The rooms were spotless, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient. Great value for money—we would happily stay here again.

Amazing!

A great stay experience, the hotel is not facing the street, very quiet, the interior decoration is very new, there is a swimming pool, the scenery is very good, and the food is also great. It would be even better if disposable slippers were provided. Very satisfied.

Everything

It’s a beautiful property and the staff is very kind.

The twin room for two people was too small.

The villa is clean and big as shown in pictures.

I love the breakfast at the property. I love the shuttle services.

I didn’t like that the hot tubs want accessible to any room you get.

Beautiful peaceful place, lovely little stream runs through the grounds, located in a quiet soi off the main road.

The property was a sanctuary, very peaceful given it is well located.

It was nice the staff was helpful and friendly

Property is ok but not happy as there were a lot of lizards

Lizards and mosquitos

- Sehr freundlich - Lage inkl.

Nice bedroom layout. Staff really helpful and friendly.

Very noisy in our room. Was woken up daily by people in pool. Location was not the best either.

Everything

Everything is great here! Location abit far from BTS but they do provide free shuttle tuktuk to BTS and BigC. Staffs were very friendly, helpful and welcoming! It was a nice stay at Shan during my Bangkok trip

Very clean, tidy and peaceful Great facility with awesome breakfast Kind and respectful staff Pool was amazing

Pool and quiet

Super mooie kamers, zwembad en lobby.

Afstand van bezienswaardigheden.

This place has the most amazing staff! Super helpful, super polite. I loved every second of my stay! Shuttle to the On Nut station every hour. The beds were soft, but not too soft. Best bed i slept in during my stay. Location had a lot of places to eat nearby. English speaking staff! Not just a little English but near fluent native level! Quiet rooms! AC was great! I didnt go in the pool, but I assume it was great because a lot of people used it. Just the best stay ever! Thank you to all the staff!

Nothing, it was fantastic!

Friendly staff self serve water refill station on each floor and microwave

I had an Excellent service in this hotel very nice staff and delicious breakfast the hotel is very clean and safe its a small hotel very calm and accessible

The employees were so kind. The property was easy to find. Clean rooms, everything was perfect about this stay. They really did care about their guests.

Nothing. Everything was great.

Staff are so kind :) It was soooooo cozy , we spend a great time!

Nothing!

Our room was really spacious and comfortable, with a peaceful vibe that feels like a quiet retreat from the city chaos. The staff were good and super helpful too, making the stay feel welcoming and easy.

-very clean -comfortable bed -staff was super friendly and helpful -tasty breakfast

There is no shower room available for the guest prior check in. We arrived at 7am and check in was on 3pm, it was a pity that there is no option to use the shower.

They gave out nice token amenities like snacks in the lobby, a stuffed mini elephant when you leave, a coffee corner on every floor, etc.

They don’t let you know in advance that there’s a deposit required to get your room key. Other hotels told me in advance but they didn’t. There’s only one hook for one towel in the bathroom which is inconvenient. There’s no fan in the bathroom either and the door is exposed on the bottom so everything from the bathroom will waft into the main room. Something to keep in mind when sharing the room with another person. If you need any staff assistance with anything during your stay, if it can wait, always work with the day shift staff. The woman who works the night shift here is literally so bad at her job that it made my stay incredibly frustrating. She seriously needs hotel training.

This hotel has a lot of potential but was spoiled by the night shift staff. After traveling throughout Thailand for a month I understood what’s considered standard Thai hospitality. The woman who works the night shift seems like she was recently randomly pulled off the street to work there. She couldn’t even do basic hotel tasks and the worst was her attitude, it was like there was no light upstairs. Unfortunately I needed assistance with things and she was always the one working so it really spoiled the experience. I expected better staff hospitality from a hotel of this caliber.

Amazing hotel! Everything was perfect from start to finish Close to city center but quiet and chill luxury Bali villa like vibes, loved this place and such nice people thank you so much ☺️

Staff lovely

Nothing

Staff are very friendly

There were ants, no rooftop as advertised, and construction that no one told us about. Also this room is for 1 person the design was flawed the bathroom has no privacy

The bed was so comfortable and the breakfast each morning was great. Good coffee!

The television in the room had some issues with the coloring. It may be old and need replacing. It was very dark and hard to view the picture.

Very good hotel and great staff . Room was very nice and clean and comfortable with good facilities would definitely stay again

Quiet

The staff is so lovely and professional, the location is far from the middle of the city but they have a shuttle service to BTS that was so convenient. The room is clean and comfortable.

The room has no soundproof so you can hear your next door even they’re talking.

Rent, pent og god frokost. Svært hjelpsomme og hyggelige ansatte.

Beliggenhet.

Staff were so friendly and welcoming and can’t do enough for you , rooms are modern and always clean breakfast is good to

Such a beautiful hotel. My partner & I had a great time here - The staff were wonderful and really made the trip for us! It was a peaceful oasis within the city. Would definitely recommend :)

Excellent staff so welcoming and friendly can’t do enough for you , I have stayed here 4 times now and I will always stay when I come back to Bangkok, the breakfast is good and the rooms are very modern and always clean it’s a nice setting to very peaceful

Everything!! This was perfectly located, outside of the hustle and bustle of the city this hotel felt like a sanctuary. There is a free shuttle bus to take you to the BTS so you have quick and cheap link to get around, which was a welcome surprise.

Breakfest was a small buffet style. It looks nice but it comes for a fee that is not worth it.

The small buffet isn't worth the price and as its a space limited area, should just be ala carte.

Very well located hotel. Close to the main road but hidden so there is no noise frontage street but 7/11 is 3’ walk. The common area is absolutely exceptional with a swimming pool and a lot of lush green. The dining room is great and they fed you well. They provide a service to take you to the sky train station - super comfy and included in the price

Our room was on the ground floor and it has this distinctive smell of basement when you return after a whole day in the city Nevertheless 10’ with open window and air con and everything was ok.

Shan villas is a gem in the bustling city of bangkok. While being small, it is beautiful!, clean, tranquil and the staff are absolutely wonderful. The breakfast was delicious and staff very accommodating to requests. I would definitely recommend.
