Sehr nettes Hotel! Das Personal ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Haben uns gleich ein Handtuch angeboten, als wir durchnässt ankamen. Man hat auch in der zweiten Etage ein bisschen Meerblick und das Meer und der Strand ist in drei Minuten ums Eck.

Cogimos una habitación triple y la tercera cama está en el suelo y el colchón era súper fino vamos nada cómoda , el desayuno es un par de curasanes pequeños y un café pero eso ya lo pone al cogerlo , ha sido el hotel más caro de todo el recorrido y el peor, pero eso también es debido a la época que fuimos agosto es la más cara y en esta zona pues todo era muy caro

Eine absolute Herzensempfehlung! Wir haben während unserer Japan-Reise in 7 Hotels übernachtet und dieses war unser absolutes Lieblingshotel. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist fantastisch und der Rooftop-Pool zum Sonnenuntergang ein absoluter Traum. Der Service ist unschlagbar: kostenloses Frühstück, Gratis-Wäscherei (Waschen & Trocknen), kostenfreier Fahrradverleih und Parkplätze. Am meisten hat uns jedoch die unglaubliche Herzlichkeit des Personals berührt. Preis-Leistung ist unschlagbar wir kommen definitiv wieder! 心からおすすめしたいホテルです！日本滞在中に7軒のホテルに泊まりましたが、ここが一番のお気に入りです。海の目の前という立地も最高で、ルーフトッププールから見る夕日は素晴らしい体験でした。無料の朝食、洗濯機・乾燥機、レンタサイクル、駐車場などサービスも充実しており、コスパも抜群です。何よりスタッフの皆様の温かい心遣いに感謝しています。絶対にまた来ます！

Consigliato per un soggiorno di alcuni giorni a Okinawa! Hotel molto carino in un’ottima posizione per girare l’isola. A pochi minuti a piedi da una bella spiaggia e a circa 20 minuti a piedi dall’American Village. Vicino all’hotel ci sono comunque dei comodi ristoranti e un supermercato. Comodissima la possibilità di fare lavatrici e asciugatrici gratuitamente e senza limiti. Tutte le camere affacciano sul mare e l’hotel offre refill gratuito dell’acqua durante tutto il giorno e una piccola colazione la mattina oltre alla possibilità di acquistare piccoli snack. Personale molto gentile! Unica piccola pecca: sarebbero molto utili alcuni ganci per appendere gli asciugamani in bagno e magari un piccolo stendino sul balcone per asciugare le cose del mare.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and fully equipped, with great sea views from the balconies, especially on the upper floors. The rooftop pool is small but comfortable, and it's never crowded. We especially liked the location – a three-minute walk to the equipped beach with rescuers on duty and protection nets (very important for Okinawa), and a 20-minute walk (or a five-minute taxi or bike ride) to the center of the "American Village", with its many restaurants and shops. There are also cafes and restaurants nearby the hotel to suit every taste. The hotel offers free bike rentals, which was also convenient.

We liked everything, nothing to complain about :)

Hotel jest naprawdę warty polecenia, pomocna, miła obsługa, darmowy dostęp do pralki, suszarki. Pokój dość duży , piękny widok na morze, super lokalizacja jeśli chpdzi o pobyt nad morzem. Śniadania skromne, ale darmowe, takie na szybko przed wyjściem z hotelu.

The hotel is located within a short walk to a good public beach and also a large supermarket. The American Village is a 20min walk away. The room was a good size, with a large comfy bed and excellent pillows. Nice view of the sea with great sunsets. Small pool on the roof - good for keeping cool but not large enough to swim. Good balcony to sit and watch the sunset. Free use of washing machines and driers.

The rooms are not serviced at all during your stay. You have to take rubbish and recycling down to reception yourself. The roof pool does not have any shade so it gets very hot during the day.

The staff are extremely helpfull and fun! Very accomodating and they go the extra mile!Walking distance to all eateries, malls, beaches etc...rooftop pool and using their bicycles is a bonus! Great place, great location, great view from your balcony! Spacious room and comfy beds.

El hotel está muy bien, la habitación es muy cómoda, limpia y con bonitas vistas al mar. La piscina es ideal con unas preciosas vistas, pequeñita pero estubimos sols. Esta ubicado a 10 minutos a pie de American Village. El personal fue muy amable. Puedes alquilar bicis gratis en el hotel.

Hotel facilities, cleanness and staff are great. The staff especially! Super kind and caring, always smiling and also really good at communicating in English. Hotel rooms, beds and pillows are very comfortable and AC works really well. Having a room with the sea view made it all more magic too, as the colors at both sunset and sunrise are really special.

The only reason why I didn’t give the highest score for location is because chatan is very close to the American Village, which doesn’t feel truly authentic. Though this is just a small detail and it has nothing to do with the quality levels of the hotel. Also, chatan is a really good location to explore the rest of the island because it’s kind in the middle so it’s easy to go both south and north from there.

The rooftop pool was nice and the rooms were spatious.

There is only cleaning if you stay for at least 7 nights. This feels insufficient if you stay for 5-6 nights.

L'emplacement avec plein de restaurant à 10-15 minutes. Plage magnifique à 20 minutes en voiture. Et piscine sur le toit avec vue magnifique et super coucher de soleil.

Everything from the staff to the amenities and the location was absolutely wonderful for our first trip to Okinawa! We arrived the night before a pretty intense typhoon hit and we felt incredibly safe and well-prepared by the staff. They were very calm and made sure to remind us to charge our devices, fill water bottles and make a trip to the convenience stores before everything closed. Luckily the typhoon passed after one day. That being said, we spent a whole day in our room. Very cozy with an efficient layout that doesn’t waste any space. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning unit was perfectly positioned to keep us cool. Last, the bikes were such a key amenity. Breakfast and coffee each day was a great start before taking the bikes into the American village or around the area that might just be a bit too far to walk. Highly recommend! I hope we’ll be back.

Nothing, our stay was perfect

I loved the room it was nice and airy and had a view of the ocean. The hotel was also clean and well maintained. It was a short walk to the beach and the hotel provided beach towels to use. There was also a free laundry that you could use, which was great.

The breakfast was really light (a couple of small pastries) and if you’re someone who wants something more substantial it will not fill you up. This is not necessarily a negative but be prepared they do not clean the room while you stay.

Really great stay. The bed was so comfy! I was on the 10th floor, the view out across the sea was gorgeous. Staff were very polite and helpful. Free mini breakfast is a nice touch.

The property was beautiful and conveniently located. There was always staff on duty and available to help. The rooms were large and the bed was very comfortable.

Location is great. Close to Camp Foster and the American Village. With a high enough floor, it is a beautiful view. Close to food establishments.

住宿那天可能因為滂沱大雨，所以房間地板覺得濕黏。

Me and my partner stayed for 3 nights and absolutely loved this hotel! All the staff were brilliant- so helpful and lovely and were able to give us useful advice! Facilities were excellent with plenty of washers/dryers and bicycles which were both free to use. Rooms were clean and spacious Rooftop pool was an added bonus. Very close to local cafes/restaurant and beach and about 20 min walk to American village

部屋はコンパクトでトイレ，シャワー等は清潔であり、ダブルベッドは2人で寝ても十分な広さがあって快適だった。クーラーも良く機能しており問題は無かった。

洗面台にスペースの余裕がなく、シャワー後のタオル掛けが無いのが不便だった事。洗面台の側面にタオル掛けを設置すれば良いのではないか。

Sea view from the room was nice. The small snack in the morning is a nice compliment for starting the day. The staff was very friendly and we appreciated the laundry room. We liked that they provided beach towels. The room had some storage which was nice. The beach and nice playground are just a few meters away and so are some restaurants cafes and bars.

The beds were unusual small compared with other accommodations we had in Japan. The room is not soundproofed enough. We could hear the neighbors next to us and above and whenever someone went to the elevator.

Super nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Schöne Zimmer mit Meerblick. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Fußläufig von der Busstation entfernt. In der Nähe ist ein schöner Strandanschnitt und nach Chatan braucht man 15min zu Fuß. Für diesen Preis wirklich gut.

El trato del personal es muy bueno. La habitación tenía buen tamaño. Podrian mejorar el desayuno, pero en general, lo recomiendo.

Excellent location, friendly staff, hotel was beautiful and so clean, room was amazing and very spacious, we had a lovely sea view and balcony, loved that the laundry room was free to use that came in very handy.

Het personeel was erg vriendelijk. De kamer op de 11e verdieping had geweldig uitzicht op zee. Er waren genoeg wasmachines en drogers beschikbaar, die gratis waren. Gratis parkeren voor de deur. Op loopafstand van American Village met restaurants en café’s. Een grote drugstore/supermarkt vlakbij.

Nadat we geboekt hadden, kregen we een bericht dat de kamer tijdens ons verblijf van 4 nachten niet zou worden schoongemaakt. We konden wel de handdoeken inleveren bij de receptie. In de beschrijving van het hotel valt daar niets over terug te lezen. Bij temperaturen boven de 30 graden wil je misschien wel eens schone lakens op je bed. In de hotelinformatie op de kamer staat dat dit te maken zou hebben met Covid, maar dat lijkt me behoorlijk achterhaald. Het bed was Japans laag, net zoals de twee stoeltjes in de kamer, wat niet erg comfortabel is. Er is geen kledingkast. Het ontbijt stelt, met alle respect, niets voor: een niet bijzonder goede croissant en een zoet broodje en iets te drinken. Op drie minuten lopen zit een fantastische bakker die echt stokbrood en broodjes en sandwiches verkoopt, dus daar hebben we ontbijt ingeslagen. Het strand had een heel klein en ondiep zwemgedeelte; de rest was onveilig door allerlei gevaarlijke vissen en slangen…

海が目の前、アラハビーチまで徒歩で行ける、無料でランドリーが使えるのも連泊には良かったです。

24小時櫃台都有人，服務很不錯；洗衣、烘衣、洗衣粉都免費，非常方便。 房間實際上比照片寬敞不少，陽台滿大的，建議更新一下房間照片。

房間有台階容易絆到

Es war mein zweiter Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel . Es ist sehr sauber und gut organisiert. Meinen Koffer konnte ich schon am Vormittag abgeben und er wurde nach 15.00h auf mein Zimmer gebracht. Das Personal ist freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist sehr gut und im Vergleich ist das PreisLeistungsverhältnis unschlagbar.

Leider wurde die vorher sehr puristische und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Lobby in eine Art Convinience Store umgestaltet. Zusätzlich werden noch TShirts und Sweater verkauft. Vielleicht war das von Hotelgästen so gewünscht da in unmittelbarer Nähe tatsächlich keine Stores sind . Ich werde aber trotzdem gerne wieder dort übernachten.

뷰가 일단 압도적이라 고층으로 추천드립니다. 직원들도 엄청 친절하고, 딱 일본 호텔같음 절약하고 친환경을 생각하는 호텔이라 생각들었고, 아메빌까지는 걸어서 넉넉히 20분, 이온몰까지는 15분임! 커플들은 낭만 좋게 여기 더 추천합니다.!

We stayed four nights at the Oile by DSH Resorts, and found it to be a rather interesting concept. Like some hotels along the coast of Chatan, it’s a slim high-rise with many floors, set just one row back from the beach. From the 9th floor upwards, you’re rewarded with sea views. One standout feature is the rooftop pool, quite unusual and one of only a couple in Chatan with this kind of setup. The view stretches across Chatan and the shoreline all the way to American Village. Catching the sunset from up there, when it’s open, usually Saturdays, is genuinely spectacular. The location works well. It’s about a 15-minute walk to American Village along a pleasant seaside promenade lined with restaurants, or just five minutes to the beach. That said, most attractions across Okinawa Island require a car. Service was very accommodating, and the best English we encountered on the trip, likely due to the strong American influence in Okinawa. The staff also had plenty of helpful tips. Free parking is available, which is ideal if you’re renting a car. The rooms are nicely designed with a subtle Japanese touch. Depending on the layout, you’ll have one or two beds. As mentioned, from the 9th floor up, the ocean view is fantastic. Everything was clean, and the beds were comfortable. One small drawback in our case was the air conditioning, which, depending on the room design, can blow directly over the beds. There’s no full breakfast to book, but a small selection of pastries in the morning is included, along with tea, coffee, or juice. It was enough to get our day started. Officially, it begins at 8:00 a.m., which felt a bit late for us, but if you ask nicely, they may accommodate you earlier. Washing machines and dryers are available for free use, which is very practical. All in all, a great choice for Okinawa. We would happily stay here again.

아메리칸 빌리지에서 걸어서 가기에는 좀 멀고 자전거나 택시 이용을 해야합니다. 조용하고 수건을 직접 반납하고 가지고 오는 불편함이 있었네요 3일동안 쓰레기를 치워주지 않아서 쓰레기가 쌓이는거 봐도 별로였고요 쓰레기통 비우다가 통을 발에 찍어서 다쳤네요 ㅠㅠ 청소 서비스가 있었으면 좋겠습니다.

Really lovely hotel with welcoming and helpful reception staff. Fantastic room with lovely sea view from balcony and super comfy nest chairs. We saw fireworks across the bay on the Saturday evening. Breakfast coffee and pastries very welcome each morning and a lovely surprise were the bicycles that were free for hotel guests. Easy to cycle along the entire length of seafront promenade from Araha beach to American Village and soak up the sights and relaxed beach vibe. We will be back! Thank you!

There was nothing I didn't like other than it would be good to book from April when the swimming pool is open.

La vue sur mer est superbe, le personnel est très gentil, la chambre est très confortable et propre, le lit confortable. L’hôtel est très bien situé.

Dommage que la piscine soit fermé en hiver. Il faisait bon, surtout au soleil, donc pas de risque d’avoir froid. Comme la baignade est interdite sur la plage en hiver, ce serait bien de pouvoir se baigner dans la piscine.

Хорошее расположение, всего в 15 минутах от American village, где находится основной пул ресторанов, магазинов и разнообразных развлечений. До отеля от аэропорта можно добраться на автобусе примерно за 40-50 минут. Отель дает бесплатно велосипеды, чтобы можно было покататься по окрестностям. Напротив находится набережная, по которой можно прогуляться. Номер небольшой, но в принципе все расположено комфортно и аккуратно. Есть балкон, сейф и холодильник. По утрам для гостей делают приятный бонус в виде булочек и кофе.

Первое и самое странное: отсутствие розеток рядом с кроватью, ближайшая была на противоположной стене, поэтому нам пришлось покупать удлинитель. Также смутило, что нет крючков для полотенец, было совсем непонятно как их сушить.
