Great location for restaurants, bars and sea views and the staff were really helpful with a few issues we had. Great size apartment with laundry facilities and pool (we used both)

We had a few issues (running water sound coming from ceiling and water in kitchen area floor). Staff quick to rectify. Would be nice to be able to open the window shutters, felt a little dark.

Friendly, helpful staff. The apartment was amazing. Big, comfy bed, lovely bathroom and lounge area. It was quiet. The pool area was lovely with plenty of seats and sunbeds. We really couldn't fault it at all!

Unser Zimmer lag im EG, hatte nur ein Fenster und war insgesamt sehr dunkel. Kaum Tageslicht. Am Pool kaum Schatten, da es keine Schirme gab und auch keine Pflanzen. Dadurch alles sehr nüchtern/karg. Keine Möglichkeit Getränke im Hotel zu kaufen, es gab nicht mal einen Automaten mit Wasser, Cola o.ä. Keine Zimmerreinigung während des Aufenthaltes (haben wir bei Apartments in Cadiz schon anders erlebt ...)

El apartamento está muy bien: limpio, amplio, buena decoración, ubicación perfecta, y la piscina está bien para pasar un rato. La atención del personal también fue muy buena.

Great location, and my children loved the rooftop pool! The staff at the desk were all very nice and helpful. Everything we wanted to do in Cadiz was within walking distance, and the nearby restaurants were great.

We drove here and had a difficult time figuring out where we could park temporarily to unload our bags. It would be nice to have clear communication about a nearby unloading zone.

Love this accommodation and had to come back again following a previous good experience. Great location, comfortable and clean accommodation, good facilities and friendly staff. Housekeeping team were amazing!

The pool is such a great asset but doesn’t open until 11am. I appreciate the noise floor needs to be considered but with young children it would be great if this could be available a little earlier. The bed sheets in our accommodation kept coming off the bed which became a little frustrating. The mattress in the second bedroom was not as comfortable as the main bedroom and I wonder if this may need to be changed.

Photo on booking com and real appartments are different. View from appartments to construction dusty buildings. Refrigerator had very bad smell after check in. Bedroom has 2 level bed (but on photo was standard beds) For such appartments price too high . More 20-30% as usual .

Good location in Old Town if your priority is exploring Cádiz rather than going to beach. Everything seems walkable and there’s a lovely big square just a stone’s throw. It’s also by nice gardens by the coastal walk. You could walk to La Caleta beach in 20 mins and very convenient car park which costs 15 euros for 24hrs is 8 mins away by foot. Beds were comfortable and shower decent. Perfectly good value for money, just don’t expect any frills!

I think the pictures make it look a bit nicer than it actually is. The pool area wasn’t that enticing and the apartments themselves seemed dated and a bit drab. Views onto someone’s washing but appreciate that a nice view would command a huge premium in Cádiz given the very compact roads. It’s a shame that they didn’t leave a few basics like washing up liquid as we had to go and buy all of these.

Apartamento muy cómodo para ir en familia. El sofá-cama donde durmieron las niñas (12 y 17 años) muy cómodo en comparación con otros sofás-camas. Limpio. El baño grande, la ducha muy cómoda. La piscina en la azotea ideal para llegar y darte un baño después de un día de playa y visita por Cádiz. La playa La Caleta está a 15’ andando pero se había corto porque vas por todo el paseo y estás a 5’ de las principales calles de tapeo y 10’ de la catedral, mercado… Si quieres ir a las otras playas tienes que ir en bus o darte un paseo de 40’.

Al principio la calle en la que está situado te decepciona porque está enfrente de un edificio en obras y al ser calles estrechas no me gustó, pero eso no es culpa del alojamiento que luego por dentro es ideal. Al no tener parking tienes que dejar el coche en el parking Santa Bárbara que es el más cercano a 10’.

The rooms felt a little dark as they only had one window but we were in the ground floor and being a little too picky if I’m honest.

Op de begane grond zijn de appartementen met folie beplakt waardoor er weinig licht binnen komt. En deze appartementen zijn erg gehorig door de straten die om het pand liggen vooral auto en pratende mensen hoor je erg goed.

Leider überwiegen die Nachteile, da wir für diesen Preis (€ 650,- für 2 Übernachtungen) einen anderen "Standard" erwartet haben.

Fremde Haare sowohl auf den Böden als auch in den Betten (!). Die Betten wurden zwar am.selben Abend neu bezogen, die zugesicherte Reinigung des Appartements am Folgetag blieb jedoch leider aus. Der Wohlfühleffekt konnte sich somit leider nicht einstellen. Außerdem mussten wir beim Wechseln der Laken und Bezüge ebenfalls um Austausch der Kissen und Decken bitten, da diese mit allen möglichen Flecken behaftet waren. Alles in allem werden wir trotz bemühter und freundlicher Rezeptionistin hier sicherlich nicht mehr übernachten.

The location, pool and how clean everything was. It was also very quiet and had very good Aircon.

More toilet roll , one roll for 4 people for two nights was not enough.

Central location, AC worked great, apartment was perfect size for family of 4. We didn’t use the pool but it was a nice addition for the hot summer in July. Easy to walk to many sights in any direction. We enjoyed the Italian restaurant down the street Confusione and Mexican food at Santa Catrina. The museum is just around the corner as well. Beach is a bit of a hike so I’d recommend an uber or taxi. If you walk towards Calle Ancha that will take you to most of the shopping areas. Parking is down the street at Santa Barbara and if it’s full you’ll have to come back at a different time or find another garage. Overall we’d definitely stay here again, clean, great facilities, and walkable!

Didn’t have smart TV, so we couldn’t connect our Netflix. Bring an HDMI or cable to connect to your laptop if needed.

Super well situated in the old Cadiz, the pool is a great benefit, the staff was very helpful, the apartment is clean and the gym too was well taken care of.

The pool was lovely. The apartment was a great size for 4, it was clean and beautifully decorated. The laundry room was fab. The gym was brilliant and we used it each day - never busy. The location couldn't be better.

Would have liked a balcony to sit out on but none of the rooms had them so that's purely a personal preference and not a problem with the apartment at all. Would have liked some more shade by the pool.

What a surprise behind what seems a small hidden door on a small cobbled street! A beautiful hotel with everything you need! The room was large, well equipped and clean, high quality fittings and comfortable. The hotel itself has a comfy seating area, manned reception for the majority of the day, easy access, the pool was lovely, it has a gym, football table, sauna, everything to a high standard. Location was right next to the start of the sea promenade, took us two minutes to stroll there and then you could literally walk the coast line with amazing sunset views from the promenade or head to the beach (around 30 minutes walk) for a sunset you won’t forget.

We loved everything but to note for useful information, parking can be a walk away, we used Santa Barbara for 15 euro a day, there was one I think which was closer in San Antonio square. Street parking wasn’t easy so we parked up and walked where we wanted to go for the 3 days we stayed. Very walkable location, everything was flat and within a walkable distance. You can drop your luggage off at the hotel and then go and park.

Apartment was lovely the communal spaces and pool was lovely. The staff were excellent nothing was to much trouble. The taxi which they organized was first class contacted us after staff made booking for us and day before our departure and on the morning of our departure they also contacted us by WhatsApp very reassuring.

As a 70 year old and being a fan of bbc news it would of been nice to have had bbc world news but iam probably a bit boring.

Central, clean, comfy, excellent staff , nice pool area, really professionally put together apartments, we were on the 2nd floor it was quiet. Some ground floor residents complain of noise so make sure you arrange a higher floor. There is a good lift.

Room could have had a bigger window but that is literally all there was to even slightly complain about !!

Relación calidad-precio pésima. Las fotos nada que ver, en tal que llegamos a la habitación y abrimos la puerta, parecía una cueva. Nada de iluminación, ni de ventilación. La ventana de la habitación da a la recepción del hotel donde pasa todo el mundo. La otra única ventana al ser planta baja da a la calle, a la altura de la acera, si abres la ventana ves a gente pasar y ellos te ven, o sea que intimidad 0, no pudimos abrirla en toda la estancia porque era muy violento, parecía que estabas en la calle, escuchabas gente pasar, ruidos, motos, coches… además esta ventana tiene un vinilo opaco lo que hace que no entre NADA de luz. Por otra parte la televisión es del año de la polca, ya no es que no tenga Netflix, ni chromecast ni ningún aparato para poder ver alguna app de streaming, sino que los canales no están sintonizados y lo tienen capado para que no puedas sintonizarlos, así que si quieres ver la tele… 3 canales y depende del día quizá funcionen o no. El menaje de la cocina tuvimos que pedir en recepción porque teníamos solo una olla minúscula, nos la dio de otra habitación la cual vimos desde fuera que tenía la cama pegada a la nevera, literalmente, o sea que no se debe salvar ninguna habitación… por otro lado, la cafetera no se ni que marca era pero las cápsulas no las encuentras en ningún supermercado, nosotros pagamos por 6 días y nos dejaron 2 cápsulas contadas y 2 azucarillos, si querías más, tenías que pagar. Un mini bote de lavaplatos y una cápsula para el lavavajillas, si querías más, paga. La lavandería más de lo mismo, si querías detergente, paga en recepción. Poco más no nos cobran también el oxígeno que respirábamos, porque nunca me había pasado de estar en un alojamiento una semana y que solo dejen 1 para 6 días, y más habiendo pagado lo que habíamos pagado, que no es un hotel económico que se diga.

Appartement was voortreffelijk in combinatie met faciliteiten van een hotel, receptie voor vragen, een gym om ff te sporten en een zwembad op dak. De locatie was prefect, stapt de deur uit en je bent in de stad. Cadiz was de laaste stad van een roadtrip door Andelusië, wat een geweldige gezellige stad met zoveel straatjes en pleintjes, daarnaast prachtige stranden met een heerlijke aangename temperatuur, ±25 graden begin juni. Cadiz was een mooie afsluiting van een geweldige vakantie.

Nous avons demandé un changement d’appartement. Le premier était au rez-de-chaussée, proche de la porte d’entrée et des va-et-vient des clients. De plus un chantier était en cours près de la porte d’entrée. La réceptionniste a gentiment accepté de nous attribuer un autre appartement au premier étage sans frais supplémentaires.

El departamento bastante amplio, instalaciones cómodas, muy limpio, todas las comodidades necesarias.

Que no cuenten con parking, o que no se asocien con algún parking cercano para que los huéspedes tengan descuento o servicio valet parking.

Apartamentos muy nuevos y con unos servicios muy adecuados. La piscina en la azotea, las habitaciones, trato del personal, etc. Todo es muy adecuado.

Me encantaron las instalaciones, la amabilidad del personal y la ubicación, al lado de la alameda y a un paso del centro. La piscina de la azotea también genial.

All facilities were excellent and it was very useful to have a full size kitchen. The lounge area was comfortable. The only comment I would make is that the apartments are designed for tall people and as a short person I struggled to reach the shelves etc. The swimming pool was a real bonus and the seating area was very comfortable.

We were on the ground floor and there was no natural light or ventilation available in the bedroom as the window did not open and the outlook is onto the internal lobby so you needed the lights on all the time.

Eine tolle Unterkunft und für uns eine mit der besten auf unserer Andalusien-Rundreise. Zentral gelegen, sauber, modern, großzügig geschnitten, sehr gut ausgestattet und eine wunderschöne Dachterrasse mit Pool. Der Kontakt zur Unterkunft war herzlich, der Check-In problemlos und die Tiefgarage Santa Barbara befindet sich in 500m Entfernung (15€ am Tag). Wir haben uns in Cadiz verliebt und kommen definitiv wieder!

Appartement is wel heel kaal ingericht. Alles aanwezig, maar weinig gezelligheid. Nodigt niet uit om avondje door te brengen.

Tolle moderne Wohnung in Cadiz. Alles gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Wirklich Top Lage. Der Pool und die Terrasse auf dem Dach.

Die Wohnung ist doch ziemlich dunkel. Mindestens im unteren Bereich. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist nur mit einem Etagenbett ausgestattet. Auf Anfrage, ob es andere Zimmer gebe wurde gesagt, alle Zimmer hätten Etagenbetten. Was gemäss Beschreib aber nicht richtig ist. Bei den Gebrauchsgegenständen wie Abwaschmittel, WC Papier oder Kaffeekapseln ist man zu geizig. Hier wäre mehr Grosszügigkeit angebracht.

Very spacious and newly renovated hotel! The little balconies were super cute and the rooms were nice and clean with plenty of closet space. Would definitely recommend!! It was close to everything and the pool was lovely. Even walking distance from the train station. Will return soon!

Great location, short walk to see everything in the old town. A modern surprise behind the old facade. Great bonus having a roof top pool & sun deck.

Sehr moderne Unterkunft! Die Wohnung und Ausstattung entspricht den Bildern. Die Dachterasse & Lage hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen.

Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Unser Zimmer war im ersten Stock und durch die engen Gassen etwas dunkel.

Lovely apartment, nice and clean, beds comfy , really good facilities in a nice part of town.

Small downside was building work being carried out next door which seemed to be creating smells from nearby drains at times which spoilt pool enjoyment. Also outside noises of passers by in the street each night , including a dog barking for long periods of time, though this may have just been where our windows were situated on the third floor .
