A beautiful and modern hotel in the heart of Skellefteå. It’s a five-minute walk to the bus station. Rooms are spacious, very clean and quiet, with a fantastic view of the city. Breakfast is absolutely spectacular, so make sure you come hungry.

The spa is a little underwhelming, being on the small side, but still very pleasant.

We came to Skellefteå for a wedding, but we really enjoyed spending a few days here beforehand. One of the things we loved most about the hotel was the family room. The separate spaces made it very comfortable for us, and our son had plenty of space to move around and explore. The floor-to-ceiling windows in both the bedroom and the seating area gave us two beautiful views to enjoy. A lovely touch was the little gift bag our son received at check-in, complete with a cuddly toy—it was such a sweet surprise and made him feel especially welcome from the moment we arrived. The Scandinavian breakfast was another highlight. There was such a great selection, and we got to enjoy it for three mornings, which was a lovely way to start each day. We also really enjoyed the dining options. On our first night, we had dinner at Mandel, where we tried moose and reindeer. Everything was so tasty, and these are dishes we don’t often get to enjoy in Stockholm, which made the experience even more special. On our second night, we ate at Miss Voon. We didn’t realize there is also a Miss Voon in Stockholm! The food was delicious. It was on the more expensive side, but we felt it was absolutely worth it. We also ordered pizza from Paolo’s to enjoy in our room, and it was really yummy—a perfect option for a relaxed afternoon. We also loved having a library just downstairs—it was such a lovely and cozy space to have right there in the hotel. Overall, we had a wonderful time in Skellefteå and really enjoyed both the hotel and the experiences around the city. It was a great way to make the most of the days before the wedding.

On the more disappointing side, we were a little sad that we couldn’t enjoy the spa together as a family. After the summer period, children under 13 are not allowed to use the pool. We completely understand that there may be rules around the spa, but we feel there could be some exceptions, especially for families travelling from far away and staying at the hotel. We also felt that our room could have used a little more attention. There were some dusty areas, which was a bit disappointing considering the price per night. We were also expecting to find the puzzle books and DVDs mentioned as being available in the room, but unfortunately, these were not there. Another small issue was the iron. It wasn’t powerful enough and there was no option to add water, which made it difficult to properly iron a suit. Perhaps investing in better-quality irons with a steam function would be a nice improvement. These are relatively small things, but addressing them would make the overall experience even better, especially for families and guests paying a premium rate. Late check out is 100 sek per hour.

Ett av de bästa hotellen jag någonsin bott på! Sköna sängar och så rofyllt inrett rum. Magisk utsikt, särskilt nattetid. Frukosten gigantisk, med otroliga smaker.

Fantastiskt hotell, allt var bra. Mkt trevligt mottagande av flickan från Arjeplog i receptionen.

Mysigt hotell med fantastisk utsikt!

Das Gebäude an sich ist natürlich schonmal außergewöhnlich. Die Suite war super schön und wir hatten aus dem 17. Stock eine tolle Aussicht! Die Betten waren sehr gemütlich und alles war sauber. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut und ergiebig.

Kaunis hotelli, erittäin tilava huone ja kylpyhuone, ilmastointi, hiljaisuus.

Autolle ei ole parkkitilaa aivan vieressä, mikä ei haitannut, mutta kannattaa huomioida jos on paljon matkatavaroita.

Toppen frukost. Hade kanske gärna tagit yoghurt i en egen liten skål i stället för de små glasburkarna.

Fanns en stol till det runda lilla bordet vore toppen med två stolar så att en inte blev tvungen att sitta på sängen.

Location is great, same as views and concept of the hotel. Spa was quite and relaxing and I was lucky to see a northern lights just from the swimming pool on terrace. Breakfast was rich and good. Helpful stuff and clean room. Highly recommend 👌

There are no hotel parking, so if you use aimo you will pay a lot. Just a bit further there are city parking which is much cheaper.

Location, rooms, facilities were excellent. Good breakfast, but it was actually better the first two years after opening.

Flott hotell med flotte rom, veldig bra aircondition, super utsikt, bra at det var tillatt med hund i restauranten i 1. etasje

Overraskende enkel frokost, mye lyd mellom rommene - rart siden det er nytt hotell, forstod oss aldri på renhold og søppeltømming, lite møblerte fellesområder - kun i resepsjonen, service i restaurant i 1. etasje var latterlig dårlig!

They provided an umbrella for the rainy day in Skelleftea for my stay and the room was amazing and very comfortable

Hyggelig personale, flott hotel og fin beliggenhet.

Var ikke helt bra når det gjelder matallergi og matintoleranse. Dårlig merking av allergener på frokostbuffet, og vanskelig å finne middager som kunne varieres ved matallergi.

Hotellet var unikt i design. Betjening var utrolig hyggelig og imøtekomme. Frokosten var veldig bra.

Der var utrolig lytt mellom rommene, og vi våknet flere ganger av at de på naborommet snakket høyt på natta. Vi kunne faktisk høre at gardinene blei trukket for.

Saknade portionskaffe på rummet.. borde kunna ingå när man betalar 2000 för rummet..? Rimligt att man får betala närmare 40:- för en kopp i restaurangen.??????

Frokosten var meget bra. Det eneste litt negative var knivene i frokostsalen, som var meget sløve. Rommene var flotte, med store panoramavinduer. Alt trematerial var gjennomført nesten perfekt i hele bygget. Sengen var behagelig, og renholdet upåklagelig. Spa-avdelingen var delikat og anbefales alle gjester. Personalet, både i resepsjonen og i frokost-salen var service-mindet, og de satte tydeligvis ( i alle fall for oss) stort fokus på gjestene.

Restauranten i 1. etg. virket litt kaotisk til tider. Mangel på personale kan være en årsak.

Vi var besvikna på middagen vi åt på restaurangen på 3 våningen.

Room was dirty, moldy dust in the bathroom air vent. Coffee stains on the table. After changing the room, new room had a leaky shower faucet and the shower curtain looked moldy and never washed. Bad service at the restaurant.
