Antwell Suites

Location, clean Tareq from reception very helpful and professional

Everything was great!

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff were particularly kind, friendly and caring. The breakfast was good, the food in general was great, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable.

There isn’t much to do in the surrounding area apart from the mall.

THE STAFF OF ANTWELL ARE VERY FRIENDLY

LOCATION,

Bitte unbedingt weiterlernen! 😊 Vielen lieben Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Very suitable location and it was very clean

They gave me one key while I was family of 3 people

Clean location

Thanks for all of you Well done job, it was so comfortable staying, I would come again. Special thanks for Mr. SAMET FOR HIS SUPPORT, ALSO, i appreciate The Unknown Knight the security man of the Parking cars, who was really so impressive in doing his job

Location very good Clean and very good staff

I liked the croissant

The smell was sooooooooooooooo bad that it made me have allergies to smell and the bathroom smells so stinky And there were no pancakes and orange juice and I forgot the rest

Le personnel était très professionnel et souriant

Antwell Suites is an excellent choice, especially for post-operative recovery, but also for a tourist stay in Istanbul. The hotel is in a very convenient location, with a shopping mall and several lovely restaurants nearby. Kadıköy and the ferry port are only a few minutes away by taxi, making it very easy to reach the European side by ferry. You can also cross the bridge and arrive on the European side in approximately 20 minutes. The suites are spacious, comfortable, and ideal for a longer stay. The atmosphere is peaceful and pleasant, and all the staff members are exceptionally kind, helpful, and welcoming. I felt very comfortable throughout my stay and would gladly recommend Antwell Suites both for recovery and for anyone visiting Istanbul.

Every thing is special you feel like you’re in your house. Also all stuff are wonderful let you feel like family.

No thing

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was varied and satisfying, and the location was excellent — only a 4–5 minute walk from Emaar Square Mall.

However, the room was not fully stocked and we had to repeatedly request basic amenities. The swimming pool was empty, and the jacuzzi required a reservation and an extra fee. Another important point is that the hotel accommodates many guests recovering from plastic surgery, which was not disclosed when booking and made the breakfast environment somewhat uncomfortable.

Geniş temiz odalar

Tek begenmedigimiz otelin ameliyyat olunmuş hastalarla dolu olması. Sabah kahvaltısında insan kendini hastane kantinindeymiş gibi hiss ediyor

Eigenlijk niks.

Cleaning

Thank you much Mr.Mustafa Everything’s is okay.😁

I liked that the place was clean. The staff are friendly and helpful! The room service was good! I also liked that fact that there’s a mall within 5 minutes away that is huge! It looks small when you get there but you have to go inside and downstairs. There are lots a food options and stores to shop.

We had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel, and one of the biggest reasons was the exceptional kindness and support we received from the staff. I would especially like to express our deepest appreciation to Mustafa. He was absolutely outstanding throughout our stay. From the very beginning, he treated us with incredible kindness, patience, respect, and genuine care. Whenever we needed anything, Mustafa was always there to help us, often going far beyond what we could have expected. He never made us feel like we were asking for too much, and he always approached us with a smile and a sincere desire to make things easier and more comfortable for us. What impressed us most about Mustafa was that his kindness felt completely genuine. He is not simply someone who does his job well; he is someone who truly cares about the guests and their experience. His professionalism, warm personality, attentiveness, and willingness to help made a tremendous difference during our stay. People like Mustafa are very rare, and the hotel is extremely fortunate to have someone like him on their team. He represents hospitality at its very best. We would also like to sincerely thank Onur, who was very kind, professional, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. His positive attitude and attention to the guests were greatly appreciated, and he also contributed to making our experience at the hotel so pleasant. A huge thank you to Mustafa and Onur for everything they did for us. Mustafa, in particular, deserves the highest recognition for his exceptional service and the genuine care he showed us. We will always remember his kindness and everything he did to make our stay easier and more comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel, especially because of wonderful people like Mustafa and Onur. We would be very happy to return in the future. Thank you again for making us feel so welcomed and well cared for!

I stayed in this hotel for several times. The hotel is very clean and nice. It is also close to emaar. I also want to thank mr. Ozgur at the reception. He is very professional and friendly. He learns arabic as well. He made our stay even better.

Everything was great! The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and polite. The hotel and our room were spotless, and the pool was excellent. There was also a nice little playground for the kids, which they really enjoyed. One feature we truly appreciated was having a 24-hour nurse available, which gave us extra peace of mind. The hotel also offers free parking, the rooms are spacious, and when we requested an extra bed, it was brought to us promptly. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Since the hotel also accommodates medical tourists, you may see some guests wearing bandages or recovering from surgery.

Her yer tertemiz, odalar oldukca guzel her sey konforlu, calisanlar guler yuzlu. Beklentimizin cok ustunde bir ortam. Kahvaltisi mukemmel, konumu harika!

Many thanks for your welcoming atmosphere, our holiday in Istanbul was one of the best, thanks to our choice to stay at your property. I would like to mention Mr. Ozgur at the reception who was of a great help, also Mr. Eren and others. Also the Mrs. Nourtan the cleaning staff. Much appreciated, looking forward to our next stay at Antwell.

I had a fantastic stay at Antwell Suites in Turkey and couldn't have been happier with my experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. What really made my stay exceptional was the outstanding service from the staff. A special thank you to Ulgen at the front desk, who was incredibly welcoming, professional, and always happy to help with anything I needed. Every interaction was warm and genuine. I'd also like to thank Vedat at the rooftop bar. He provided excellent service, was friendly, attentive, and made every visit to the rooftop a pleasure. His hospitality really stood out and added something special to my stay. The combination of excellent facilities and truly exceptional staff made this a memorable experience. I would highly recommend Antwell Suites to anyone visiting Turkey, and I look forward to staying here again in the future.

I really like this hotel. I recommend everybody to stay here. The hotel is really clean. I also want to thank Ozgur at the reception. He is really professional and friendly. He helped me when I need something. He made my stay even better.

Antwell suites seems to be the base where people recover from various surgeries by clinics in the area. On the whole, you cannot fault the place. I stayed here last year after my surgery. This year I am chaperone for my friend. The staff are great, the inclusive breakfast is superb. The rooms are all air conditioned and very clean. The ONLY negative point is the price of drinks and food in their 'eat well' cafe. We had 2 x coffees, 2 x slices of baklava and it came to over £24 gbp. This evening we walked to a local restaurant, a 5 min walk away. Bought 2 meals, with salad, rice, chips included plus 2 x pepsi and it came to less than the aforementioned 'snack'.

Liked the hotel, special thanks to Ulgen for his great help and care.

Spacious room, fabulous breakfast hotel atmosphere

We stayed at Antwell for a full month, and our stay was very comfortable, and the hotel was an excellent choice, especially during a long stay. At the beginning of our stay, the air conditioner in one of our rooms wasn’t working properly. The manager handled the situation professionally and kindly arranged a room change for us without any hassle, which we really appreciated. The entire staff was responsive, friendly, and always willing to help with any request. We would especially like to thank Tarek, who was exceptionally helpful, attentive, and made sure everything went smoothly throughout our stay. One of Antwell’s biggest advantages is its excellent facilities for patients and their families. Combined with its close proximity to the hospital, it makes the hotel an ideal place for anyone traveling for medical treatment. We are very grateful for the care and hospitality we received and would highly recommend Antwell to anyone looking for a comfortable and supportive stay in Istanbul.

I liked the early check in at reasonable fee. And the late checkout same deal. I liked that the suite we used had full kitchen facility including full fridge freezer, dishwasher and oven . It also had a washer dryer and iron. The room was very comfortable.

I didn’t enjoy that it was really far from bus and metro route. We had to use a taxi to get out of the area. There wasn’t much happening in the area either except for the EMAAR mall perhaps. The breakfast is also not really worth while to get. It’s very basic. It’s also easy to find food in Turkey. Skip the breakfast you will be pleasantly surprised.

My stay at Antwell Hotel was truly exceptional from beginning to end. The hotel is beautiful, spotlessly clean, and offers a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. Every member of the staff was professional, kind, and attentive, making me feel comfortable throughout my stay. I would especially like to express my sincere gratitude to Ozgor at the reception. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, always greeting guests with a warm smile, genuine kindness, and outstanding professionalism. His willingness to help and attention to detail made a real difference and turned a great stay into an unforgettable one. Shukren , Ozgor, for your exceptional hospitality and for making me feel so welcome. You are a true asset to Antwell Hotel. I highly recommend Antwell Hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service, comfort, and a memorable experience. I will definitely be returning!

The hotel experience was excellent. Clean apartments fully equipped , All amenities available , onsite restaurant , cafe and spa . Lovely breakfast menu and friendly kitchen and housekeeping staff . The hotel location is within walking distance of Emaar mall . ( Ulgen One member of staff) was super helpful and friendly and went out of his way to make our stay experience even better , he couldn’t do enough to help and make us feel at home in a new country . Honestly we cannot praise him enough . Would definitely return to just to see him again . The only disappointing aspect is that for some strange reason the hotel have a no fast food / delivery policy ?? This we found very strange and frustrating as it ment you could only order from within the hotels amenities , a policy in all my years of travel have never found before in any other hotel . This again did put a bit of black cloud on our stay and for this reason alone I probably wouldn’t choose to return .

I stayed here after getting surgery. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious with a kitchenette which was super handy. They left several bottles of water each day for us which was also a nice touch. The breakfast was included for us and had a good variety each morning and staff were very attentive. The reception staff was super helpful with all our requests and we even had a local pharmacist had deliver items needed on a Saturday. Special shout out to Ulcen. The only downside would be that during the rest of the day, the restaurant and rooftop bar had quite poor service. We were often the only people there waiting to have lunch and staff would wait ages before serving us. This also happened at the rooftop bar. Sometimes, there was no staff even though it was opening hours.

Nice food

Only one staff member was friendly

absolutely beautiful. so clean

should seperate areas for people having surgery and those who are not. was disturbing at breakfast. felt so sorry for them

What a fantastic stay! I highly recommend staying here , from the moment I arrived Ozgur was waiting with a friendly smile at reception with a warm welcome and assisted me efficiently . Nothing was too much to ask for. Staff was very professional and helpful . I will surely stay here again.

Extremely comfortable for the medical tourism since most of the major hospitals are in near proximity. It's good for the post surgery rehabilitation patients. The staff was very helpful and friendly which is not the case for most hotels in Istanbul now.

Some minor refurbishment works are needed to maintain the property in excellent conditions. For instance, the kitchen furniture surfaces, carpets in some areas of the corridor.

10/10 – Excellent Stay! Samet is a wonderful host—very friendly, kind, and always ready to help. He made my stay comfortable and enjoyable from start to finish. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and everything was great. Thank you, Samet, for your hospitality and support. I highly recommend staying here!

I had a wonderful experience at Antwell Suites and cannot recommend it enough. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. A special mention must go to Onur, whose professionalism, warmth, and dedication stood out. He made sure I felt incredibly welcome, and nothing was ever too much trouble for him or the rest of the team at the front desk. The entire staff provides an amazing amount of support, making the stay completely seamless. The cleaning staff are equally fantastic—friendly, thorough, and ensuring everything is kept spotlessly clean. On top of the great service, the food is great - it's fresh with lots of clean eating options. If you are looking for a place that combines professional service with genuine, heartfelt hospitality, Antwell Suites is it.
