Wir waren positiv überrascht von dem äußerst aufmerksamen Personal, das stets bemüht war, wirklich jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Die gesamte Anlage ist so durchdacht gestaltet, dass jeder seinen ganz persönlichen Lieblingsplatz finden kann. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Adults-Only-Pool – eine wahre Oase der Ruhe für Paare ohne Kinder – sowie der stylische Strandbereich mit entspannter Musik, der fast schon Beachclub-Atmosphäre bietet. Das Essen im Hauptrestaurant war so hervorragend, dass wir keinerlei Bedürfnis verspürten, das À-la-carte-Restaurant auszuprobieren. Einige Mitarbeitende möchten wir besonders lobend erwähnen, da sie unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht haben: Mehmet aus dem Restaurantteam, die herzliche Elena an der Rezeption und Frau Gülcan, die uns mit vielen hilfreichen Informationen über die Umgebung versorgt hat. Vielen Dank an alle – wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt!

Wir fanden es schade, dass die Abendgestaltung fast nur russische Urlauber angesprochen hat und auf diese ausgerichtet war

Stunning property, great entertainment every night on the beach. Amazing coffees, food was delicious and drinks were so varied - you could get whatever you wanted. We got blessed with the room as ours wasn’t ready at check-in so we got a bigger one! A La carte restaurants are worth it. Beach was gorgeous.

Food lacked variety but delicious nonetheless. Smaller resort than expected but great to get around everywhere.

The staff is very kind, always delivering a good service. The hotel is comfortable and spacious enough to have space and possibilities to rest, even if fully booked. The food choice and quality are excellent and delicious. My daughter had a small accident. The nurse and doctor were excellent. This was very valuable.

The hotel would benefit from a more diverse customer base. We felt some services were tailored for the preference of the predominant costumers (coming from one single land). For instance, we wanted to do an excursion. The hotel doesn't offer excursion services nor provides advice. Instead, it lets 2 agencies sell their packages. Those agencies had offers only in the language of that predominant customer base. We didn't feel very welcome. We also wanted a more authentic experience. That is why we booked separately excursions, with the risk of not choosing a good one. It is actually what happened to us. From 2 excusrions, one was a tourist trap. A shame. From that category of hotel, we would have expected at least a recommendation of a local, authentic, and trusted tour operator, where every customer would feel comfortable and welcome. The hotel beach is nice and well maintained. However, if you want to walk a bit. You soon see there are other spots of the beach not that well maintained. Also, you see that the area is dedicated to massive tourism, which doesn't help preserving beaches and areas clean and protected.

Good location by the sea, great choice of food (there was fresh fish, seafood, rolls, grill stations with meat and vegetables, pastries) - fresh vegetables and fruits, great choice of cheeses and tasty desserts. Varied bar with interesting cocktails, but few non-alcoholic options except soft drinks (cola, etc.)

The resort is very well maintained. The swimming pools are clean and nice. The food served was great, high quality and delicious. The service is good. The waiter in the main restaurant Mr. Mert was very helpful and is a hard working man. Mustafa bey at the reception is the person at his place, was very helpful. Miss Bilge Bulcu (guest relation manager) interfered when needed and did her best to let our stay be more pleasant and let us consider to stay at LIU resort again in the future. so thank you very much.

Only nice and comfy sunbeds, but you still have to wake up very early to get any of them.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel, which presented itself as a luxury property but instead felt like a budget hotel masquerading as something more. This review is less about the lack of amenities and more about a serious safety concern I feel obliged to share. The most alarming and unsettling experience during our stay was the harassment a young female guest endured at the hands of a hotel employee. This employee stalked her for several days, eventually facilitating a situation where he could gain unsolicited access to her room. The distressing screams and cries of the young woman were heard clearly, leading to a disturbingly memorable incident. The lack of immediate intervention from the hotel management was shocking and raises serious concerns about the hotel's commitment to guest safety and security. Additionally, I must highlight that my husband, who assisted in translating the young woman's statement to police officer into English at the time, witnessed the situation firsthand, and we even saw video evidence on the young woman's phone as proof. Aside from this grave incident, the hotel failed on multiple fronts in terms of service and hygiene standards. In the hotel's restaurants, bars, poolside, and beach areas, there is no service, which is common in 5, 4, or even 3-star hotels. Liu Resorts disregards this standard; waitstaff do not bother to approach and inquire if guests would like to order a drink. If you want something to drink, you must go to the bar yourself, stand in a chaotic line, wait, and place your order. Everything must be done by yourself, and the waitstaff's job seems to be only clearing dirty dishes, even though this task takes an eternity. Our experience with the food and hygiene was equally disappointing. A worm was found in our breakfast plate on the first morning, and the following day, coffee was served in a stained and dirty cup.

Everything! We really had a great trip. The Drinks are so exquisite and good, and the food was high quality and so tasty.

We loved everything.

Value for money.- Staff. Pools were good. Great coffee bars. Outdoor grill which was part of meal buffet was also good. Good in general was good.

Family rooms with the extra bed had very little space free. The water was not that clear at the beach. The beach area was very much designed to be a beach club with very loud music so not really that suitable for young children. The shop in the hotel was extremely expensive (eg a packet of crisps almost 10 euros!)

Beautiful hotel and amazing pools!

The food, staff and facilities were excellent.

The pillows weren’t very comfortable. The fruit selection could have been more varied but this is being very picky. The taxi drivers used by the hotel drove very fast and we did not feel safe. We had to ask the driver who took us to the airport from the hotel to slow down, he couldn’t speak any English so rang the hotel who we asked to tell him to drive slower. He was quite rude and unfortunately gave us a bad experience leaving a holiday and hotel we really enjoyed.

Hotel auch für Babys empfehlenswert, sind auf Wünsche eingegangen auch frischen Gemüse-Babybrei zu machen. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Each and every staff member was exceptional. We arrived late, before checking us in staff directed us to the restaurant for a late night meal at close to midnight. The food was outstanding everyday and they understand that sometimes children might miss a meal so there was alway food and drink pretty much all day and all of it superb. Pools and surrounding areas were kept clean and drinks and ice creams topped up promptly. Lobby and reception staff were always incredibly attentive, hugely service minded, I cannot fault them and will certainly plan to return.

On my arrival the room wasn't well suited, however after explaining to reception staff they understood and were only too happy to resolve and make our stay perfect.

I liked the property, beach, shuttle service,food was mostly good, bed is a little small for 2 adults, personal in the main restaurant are very nice, on the lobby and beach bar not so nice. Coffee bar, beach towel service was super. Food, really it is thing here, but honestly one seefoid night had a real wow factor. Othe nights was good, but not super. Just normal for this kind of hotel level.

Very little/poor animation for kids, staff at the beach area was not nice. Overall staff speaks nearly any foreign language. Room need a little repairs, electrical outlets are popping out from the wall, toilet seat is not connected-so it felks with thw horrible noise, door in the toilet not closing properly. Smsllitems but annoying for the level of the hotel.

We had an excellent vacation in this hotel. everyhing was great, especially the food: every day the food was different yet super delicious. The hotel itself is very clean and beatiful. I'll definitely recommend the hotel to everyone, it worths every dollar you pay for it.

Everything was very good. Excellent facilities, clean room, nice personell, good food with a lot of choices. I have spent a very nice vacation here.

Comfortable, clean and fresh rooms, good food (as it can be in buffet format) - grilled fish and meat, salted salmon for some dinners, good fresh vegetables from the farm. They also have good coffee in the pool bar (which is unfortunately served only from 9:30 am, so you can not have it for early breakfast). Very good sport program (especially with Olena - yoga, stretching, fly yoga). The Rouge restaurant is also worth a visit. Very professional and friendly staff.

A bit overpriced in my opinion, but this year in Turkey all prices are very high. And maybe if you drink strong alcohol and cocktails and eat a lot of food it will be better value for money (people told that they have quality alcohol, but I drink only wine and included wine was not good).

Good: Everyday cleaning was good New hotel

Bad: There is something completely wrong with the food preparation in the Main restaurant. On the last day of our vacation I got a severe food poisoning: vomiting, diarrhea, fever up to 38.5. I notice that there are numerous reviews about food poisoning, the administration of the hotel should address this issue immediately. Upon returning home I needed to take two days off work and even on the third day I don’t feel very well. There should be a separate lane for buggies. We almost had an accident: we were on the way to the hotel in the evening (it was dark) with my wife and child with a baby stroller, a buggy was coming towards us, at some moment (I dont know why) he turned off the lights and was very fastly coming towards us. My wife with a baby stroller had to react and get the stroller to the grass and only at the last minute he turned away from us. That was a dangerous situation, after that it was difficult to take a relaxing walk from the beach, we always had to be on alert. The staff is not very welcoming, some are really nice, but most of the time the communication was unpleasant. One waiter at the bar near the relax pool refused to pour my wife a soda, saying that they open at 10 am, it was around 9.30. I understand, but still it is not difficult since he was already behind the bar working. Another guy at the beach bar poured soda without a problem. Most of the staff do not speak English. Cold pools, especially the kids pool. Water splashing in the kid's aquapark is very cold and in my opinion unnecessary. We had to use indoor pool which was relatively warm. No outdoor playground for kids. Slow response at the reception, we needed an assistance with netflix, had to call the reception three times. Very uncomfortable mattresses and pillows. Smell in the bathroom if the door is closed. The menu at the restaurant is repetitive. The Main restaurant is overcrowded, no place to sit. Several times we had to wait with our baby (10 minutes).

stuff didnt speak english enough, rude and ignorant stuff at indoor pool bar, food poisoning, was ill for 3 days, location not great, felt like prison, no shops or other amenities closeby.

A menu and a food quality are exceeding any expectations. Also I really appreciate that night shows and parties are located on a beach and don't disturb you if you want some quietness in a room or around pools.

the hotel has a majority of the tourists from Russia. majority of them tend to be not respectful with others around ( staff or tourists): ex: leave their bags on the chairs and not coming back(3-4 hours)therefore no places to be found for sitting on the beach, or close to the bar; not washing before entering the pool, touch the food from the buffet with bear hands; make a lot of waste on the food. Don’t get me wrong I met nice Russians as well but this is the feel overall.

Everything you’d want from a summer holiday - clean facilities, nice clientele, good service, lovely beach and pools and great food and drink throughout the day.

The hotel is very well managed: all staff are super polite, helpful and quick. Food was so various that it it was difficult to imagine something else. Every day it was different, fresh and tasty. There is nice coffee bar Magnum near the pool where you can get free nice coffee from professional baristas. The beach is clean, with white sand. There are two bars on the beach, where you can take various cocktails. There were no disturbing guests around us. Also, it’s important to mention that hotel design is very stylish and modern. Staying in Liu was a great pleasure and I am even scared now choosing something else. Just one minor comment on location: it’s located in the very beginning of Side, so you won’t find any dynamic nightlife outside the hotel. You can do shopping in Manavgat or better even to go in Antalya. Better to rent a car for traveling.

Every little thing in this resort was perfect! Especially staff - these people are so kind and hard working. The best service I’ve ever had. The manager Julia was so kind as well! Resort is very very clean as well, during the dinner there’s not even one piece of food on the floor. If your hire kabana on the beach you’ll absolutely love it - staff that’s serving there is unbelievable good. I’m total I would give 15/10 , it’s just so perfect

Wee booked two rooms for 5 Adults and 1 child. reception said, we booked wrong and have immediatliy leave the Hotel, if we dont pay more. We had big diskussions an finally with the chief manager could solve the problem.

We stayed at LIU as a family and found everything exceptional. Service, staff, food, drinks, facilities, activities were outstanding. The details about the service were particularly wonderful. Special thanks to; Nihat, Taha, Nabila, Tunahan and Dilem at the terrace restaurant area. Hikmet at the breeze bar, Bora at the aqua bar, Hasan at the aquapark. Because of their top-quality service and freindliness our stay has been an unforgettable experience.

If I have to nit-pick, I have to admit that they kind of rush the guests at the Mare a-la-carte restaurant at the beach to order food, eat up and leave. It would have been nicer to know that we only have time until 9 pm to finish our dinner because of the following activities and shows at the beach. Another point: I had the feeling in between that staff was under a lot of pressure and stress although it didn't affect our experience.

The food was great, and the cocktails amazing. love the fish dinner every Monday. hotel was perfectly clean it was amazing. loved the service on reception was very nice and kind, the spa zone was great. The property is not big but every facility was just perfect. especially want to say thank you to the waiter that is working on the tables at dinner that are located in the open sky outside with the long hair. his service was the best from all the waiters in this hotel and he made our dinner every night just perfect with his kind and great service I recommend to set in this tables zone just for the good experience from his nice service!!!!

The only thing that i didn’t like was the service in the bar on the beach, and the bar in the aqua park. To get attention from the waiter was just impossible, he was just passing your table looking at you and keeps going. It wasn’t perfect felt like you need to go to the bar every time and stand in the line instead enjoying the show.

I like the food and desserts a lot, the service was perfect, Sumaya from the customer service helped us a lot and was very helpful whenever we needed her. Too many thanks to Nabila from the main resturants. The room and the room service is good with some improvements demands. The smell of the hotel ist somthing I'm not going to forget. I liked also the Logo-music of the hotel "life is unique" it's just sensational.

Negativ points: the price is very high, thats why may I'm not coming back a gain, the pool must at some points be deeper and not overall 1,40cm deep, that was disappointing, the water in Children splash area is very cold! The employees musst at least be able to speak at least english. I didn't see the animation team, I visited Turkey about 10 times till now and this was the only time without spa, because the prices of this service in this hotel is with no reason very very high. There's no activities or shows at night for children and last but not least, the bed is in some rooms (in my room was a family room) is very close to the toilets door, and I knock my legt against the bed very oft and that hurts! If this negative points going to change, I'll come back for sure....

I fell in love with this all inclusive resort. From the moment we checked in we were treated like Royalty. We were greeted warmly by Suleyman Can the GR Supervisor. He went above and beyond to cater to all of our needs. This property meet all of our expectations from their pristine grounds, attentive staff, fabulous rooms with magnificent views and amazing food selection. I would definitely recommend Liu Resort to all my friends and family. I can't wait to go back and visit.

Es ist ein sehr schönes Hotel und mit einen sehr schönen Sandstrand und tolle Pools. Jeden Abend gab es Life Konzerte zum Vergnügen. Freizeiteinrichtungen wie Fitness, Volleyball -und Fußballplatz waren auch vorhanden. Die Zimmer sind sauber und modern eingerichtet. Das Essen (Buffet) war vom aller Feinsten. Schon das Essen alleine ist für mich ein Grund nochmal zu kommen. Es gab wirklich alles an Köstlichkeiten; wie die sehr umfangreiche Salattheke, Fisch&Fleisch&Gemüse vom Grill, Traditionelle Küche, Sushi vom feinsten, Lachs, Garnelen, sogar Krabben. Und als Dessert gab es reichlich an Auswahl. Es war wirklich wie im Sterne-Restaurant. Cocktails waren auch sehr lecker und wirklich mit style und mit Marken/bekannten Zutaten gemixt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Würde dieses Hotel wirklich jedem empfehlen. Und viele Grüße an den netten Barkeeper EMRE..

Отличный современный отель с шикарным питанием (особо отмечу много рыбы, разнообразие фруктов, собственного производства шоколадные конфеты, супер паста, суши,роллы). Каждый вечер стильная музыкальная программа. Замечательный пляж:много шезлонгов, песчанный пологий вход в море. Особо хочется отметить Олесю, единственный человек, который понимает ,что такое сервис, очень помогла нам с решением определенных вопросов. Вообще минус отеля один-это сервис, но это можно списать на то,что отель только открылся:очень
