清潔で快適でした。 部屋のお風呂や洗面室も広くて使いやすかったです。

駐車場が有料だったことぐらいです。 何度か出し入れしないといけなかったので、いくらか追加で駐車料金が必要でした。

Very clean, the staff were very helpful and kind. I enjoyed the welcome drink and the free flow!

Breakfast was bland but still decent

The onsen and rooftop pool were fantastic. The beds were very comfortable. It was a very short walk to the station. The room key working at several restaruants were there were some bonuses was a great touch. Being able to walk around the hotel in a yukata or your Amanek pyjamas made breakfast very relaxing. The staff were so lovely. Right next door is a fantastic massage place. (Shout out to Ando). Only about 1 min walk away. We really enjoyed our stay in beppu and used the onsen every night.

Great location, in the heart of Beppu this property punches above its weight! The lobby is super impressive and the rooms spacious and comfortable. The highlight for us was the Onsen which was super relaxing (just plan your visit as it can be quite busy) The rooftop pool was good and the gym well-equipped.

スタッフの対応（電話も含め）、挨拶に好感を持ちました。３階の部屋だったので、ロケーションはよくありませんでしたが、部屋も広く窓際にも長椅子があり、使いやすかった。窓も広く、自宅リビングで過ごしているような雰囲気を感じた。

ベットについては、床の上り下りが必要であり、踏み外さないかなど足元への注意が必要でした。朝食もとても美味しく、朝食会場の雰囲気も高級感がありました。

大通りから一本入ったところのロケーションがとても静かで良かった。 外観、内装ともに素敵で心躍る感じ。 プールが思った以上に広くて、楽しい。 リピートしたいと思った。

とにかく従業員教育が出来ていない。

The property was located very close to Beppu Station.

The dryer did not dry efficiently. I had 2 small loads of laundry that were started 3 hours before checkout and were still not dry by the time we had to leave. Additionally, there was notice that an elevator inspection would be done on day of checkout in which the elevators would be done starting one hour before checkout out. Luckily for us, the inspector only took one elevator down at a time, but , having to worry about possibly carrying luggage down 3 flights of stairs was a stressor that we did not appreciate. There was also a sign in the elevator that late checkout by one hour was complimentary but when we inquired, we were told that was only for people who booked directly. A 1 hour late stay was charged at 1500 yen.

The rooftop onsen had great views. I also enjoyed the breakfast spread.

Extraordinary breakfast. Perfectly clean. Friendly and useful staff. Modern amenities. Well located.

The breakfast was excellent as was the roof top pool. Very hot while we were there so took advantage of the pool. Great place to stay.

Hotel Amanek zawsze oferuje wyjątkowe pobyty. Najlepsza sieć w Japonii. Atutem hotelu w Beppu jest łaźnia z widokiem na 13 piętrze.

Dzieci na basenie po 21. Od 20:00 to powinna być strefa wypoczynku dorosłych.

Belle chambre spacieuse, avec toilettes indépendantes de la salle de bain. Belle piscine pour se détendre, avec onsen et sauna. Petite salle de sport, mais très bien pour se dégourdir le matin.

Parking sur le côté, un peu difficile à trouver en arrivant en voiture, surtout pour des étrangers, mais on y est arrivé quand même...Personnel pour le check-in, et chek-out un peu froid, mais ont fait le job malgré tout !

提携駐車場が満車なことが多く、少し距離もあるため使いづらさを感じました。もし駐車場代を気にしなければ近くにも提携外駐車場があります。

This hotel felt less like a 3 star and more like a 4 star hotel. We got the 4 people, tatami room. The room was spacious, the shower was big and the toilet was separated from the shower room which was a huge plus for us. The kids felt the room was cozy and the mattress was comfy. The hotel was also in close proximity to everything, access to many stores and shopping around the area but we did rent a car for flexibility. The infinity pool and ones was clean and the view from the rooftop pool was amazing! Last thing I wanted to say was the breakfast, which we thought rivaled the better hotels in around Japan and we’ve been to many cities and this hotel was surprisingly very good!

ほとんどのスタッフのみなさん丁寧で快適な接客対応をしてくださいました。端末でのテレビの操作もしやすく、館内着や下駄でリラックスして過ごせました。お食事が楽しみでしたが、とても美味しかったです。湯治セラピーがとにかく気持ちよくいつのまにか眠りに入り、夜よく眠れて翌日の調子がよかったのでありがたいです。

チェックイン誘導係の方が余裕がなかったのか歓迎されているような笑顔はなく、フロントへの案内が曖昧で戸惑いました。プールに脱衣場があると思い部屋から直接向かいましたがお風呂の脱衣場を経由する導線がわかりにくく、また洗い場の椅子と桶がカビていることは気になりました。マッサージの際、疲れを自覚し旅行先に選び、また施術も同様に伺ったのでどこが不調かまではよかったが、日常を彷彿する生活指南されるようなアドバイスは気が癒えず求めてなかったので余計に感じた。 部屋の端末と電気のスイッチは帰るまで上手くできませんでした。

早餐豐盛好吃，有浴衣腰帶免費租借。房卡可以進行消費，很方便。有招待的飲料可以在大廳享用，逛完回來喝一杯心情很好。

大浴場沒有附毛巾得自己帶，更衣室地板經常濕濕的，更衣室的冷氣又太強，能吹頭髮的位置不多。

別府の中でもかなり魅力的なホテルの一つだと思います。特に屋上からの景色は素晴らしく、施設そのものにも魅力があります。宿泊客は外国人の方が非常に多く、体感では9割近い印象でした。

一番気になったのは、建物や設備そのものではなく、全体的な「管理」の部分です。 まず屋上プールですが、5月末の利用にもかかわらず、すでにかなり管理が行き届いていない印象を受けました。プール内にはストローや紙類が細かく分解されたようなものが至るところに浮いていました。 ジャクジー側は眺めが非常に良いため、写真を撮るためだけに来る宿泊客も多く、靴を履いたままジャクジーを跨いで移動する人も見かけました。そのため周辺は黒ずんでいます。監視カメラはありますが、監視員はおらず、開放感がある一方で、最低限のルールや衛生レベルを維持するための仕組みがあまり感じられませんでした。 温水プールなので、本来は特に衛生管理が重要な設備だと思います。まだ利用客の少ない5月末でこの状態だったため、夏休みなどの繁忙期にはどうなるのだろうと少し不安になりました。 また、屋上から大浴場へ下りる階段では、かなり強い下水のような臭いが漂っていました。別府温泉特有の硫黄の香りとは明らかに違い、本当に下水のような臭いです。市販の消臭剤が置かれていたので、ホテル側も認識している問題なのだと思いますが、かなり強烈で、衛生面でも不安を感じました。 館内や客室のカーペットも汚れがかなり目立ちました。高級ホテルの絨毯というより、長期間メンテナンスを後回しにしてきた公共施設のような印象を受けた部分もあります。 駐車場がホテルから少し離れていることや、部屋がややコンパクトなことについては立地上仕方がないと思います。しかし、衛生面や設備の管理については改善できる部分が多いと感じました。 また、ホテル正面のタクシーが乗り付けるスペースで、宿泊客が何度も電子タバコをポイ捨てしているのを見かけました。ホテルスタッフがいる場所からは段差があり、ちょうど死角になっているようでした。このあたりも、もう少し管理があれば印象は違ったと思います。 良いホテルであるだけに、宿泊後に最も強く記憶に残ったのが素晴らしい景色ではなく、「汚れ」と「臭い」だったことが残念です。 また、最近の口コミを見る限りでは、プールにスタッフがいないことや、大浴場・プール周辺の臭いについて同様の指摘が現在も見られるため、私が経験した嫌な点はまだ改善されていないように感じます。リピートはないです。違うホテルにします。

他の宿泊客が子連れや外国人観光客だらけで、大浴場やプールの使い方のマナーが悪かった。設備が素晴らしいだけに、残念。

This was a very nice hotel on the surface. However as others have said the rooftop bar that us advertised widely throughout the hotel was not open and although the pool is beautiful there is no shade from the extreme heat so it’s not really usable. The breakfast was good and the staff were fine. Our room unfortunately smelled very, very damp. It was like it may have had a leak? I didn’t mention it at the time because we were only there for the night and the smell was alleviated somewhat by the dehumidifier. All in all this is a nice, well located hotel that is just missing a little attention to detail.

They could have been factual about the pool bar being closed.

施設が快適で、ずっと過ごしたいので夕食付きプランがあれば、とても嬉しいです．

日にちを一日早く間違えて行ってしまい… お盆なので空きがなく満室だったのですが、空調の音が大きいとの理由で使ってない部屋ならあるのでそこなら泊まれると言って頂き無事泊まる事が出来ました！！ 空調の音は気にならない程度で配慮してくれたスタッフさんには本当感謝です！ ありがとうございました！ 子供がプールを楽しみにしてたので…本当助かりました！ スタッフさん達も皆さん心地よい接客で居心地が良かったし、朝のビッフェが最高に美味しかったです！ また行きたいと思わせてくれるホテルでした！

新しく清潔で、JRの列車も見えるロケーションは良かった。鉄道ファンは嬉しいでしょうね。屋上プールからの夜景も良かった。夕食は町に食べに行ったけど情報は豊富でした。

Staff were professional. Bed was comfy.

Onsen smelled bad, bathroom smelled bad, hotel overcrowded and not enough elevators for the amount of guests. Breakfast very disappointing, have had much better breakfasts than this one. They market themselves as luxury but provide the bare minimum for each amenity so then it all feels very underwhelming. Rooms are small, nowhere to put luggage, no closet???Parking is BAD. Not owned by hotel, not enough spaces and also the hotel messed up the validation and wouldn't refund us without a receipt from the parking structure but the machine didnt give me a receipt.

Chambre confortable, personnel aidant. Prêts de Yukata tres agréable. Petit déjeuner excellent et varié. Hall d'entrée magnifique ! Et gros plus piscine et bains publiques. Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cet hôtel !

溫泉房的浴室水龍頭要調整溫度有點複雜，尤其是溫泉水和淋浴之間的溫度？如果有個小說明書就好了。 入住期間遇到冷氣遙控器在維修，平板系統一直當機沒反應，房間沒辦法調溫度，浪費了一些時間在處理這些事情，服務人員很積極解決問題。

Tout, un l’établissement très agréable avec une piscine, des bains publics avec vue sur la ville de Beppu. Personnel très agréable et en plus on peut même louer des Yukatas gratuitement ! Les massages proposés par l’hôtel sont super aussi.

Pas assez de machine à laver pour le nombre de chambres présentes dans l’hôtel, c’était le parcours du combattant pour faire laver son linge.

住宿地點附近就有很多餐廳，走路就可到，停車場就在飯店旁。房價不高，但房間算大且乾淨，CP值很高，1樓有提供免費的果汁和飲料可以喝。有附裸湯可泡，很舒服。

客服很讓人有疑慮，我很確認我的外套和襯衫是遺留在房間的衣櫃裡，但飯店卻說沒有，而且客服回覆訊息超級慢至少超過21小時，或許是因為我退房了吧！

スタッフの対応がとても良かったです。 部屋からの眺め、プールからの眺めも素晴らしかったです。

步行到別府車站只要五分鐘，非常方便。飯店乾淨整潔，服務人員親切，熱心。早餐的菜色有日式及西式，很豐盛。

跟其他飯店不同的是，一次性用品要跟櫃檯人員索取，咖啡包喝完之後就要付錢購買。

一家四口三年後再次入住，無適靚景天台泳池，美味早餐和智能化房間控制，我家孩子十分喜歡，指明要入住 Amanek。

今次住和洋房冷氣唔夠。

化妝水、乳液之類的備品以及瓶裝水，需要特別跟櫃台說才會給客人。 吃早餐在規定時間內入場，但是10點會全部清場，不能慢慢吃完已經盛好的餐點。

The bad is the location. It’s located at the back street and confusion on where to park at partner parking (another building). You have to scan the QR code to get the exact location of the parking lot. For the hotel itself, the Google map is wrong, direct to the Inn.. I have to use Apple Map to locate the correct location, and everyone on the street using their phone trying to find the hotel

Onsen Kultur ist super, Lage Perfekt , Beppu Station 200m, Rest auch zu Fuss zu erreichen. Frühstück haben wir selektiv genommen , sehr günstig. Einfach noch Japan wie früher
