We have previously stayed here last year, enjoyed it so much we rebooked to come again this year. Everything was absolutely spot-on. The service was unreal. The food was delicious and the staff are very friendly and accommodating

Nagyon kedvesek a recepciosok (kulon koszonet Marynek), es az egesz szemelyzet. Nagyon profik, mindenre van emberuk (még olyan is, aki a programokat ismerteti es segít leszervezni neked). Az mar csak hab volt a tortan, hogy felminősitettek minket egy sajat medences lakosztalyba, ami elkepesztoen fantasztikus volt. Intim sajat medence, terasszal es napaggyal. A tenger kozel, 5 perc seta es van sajat helyuk napagyakkal, barral. A felpanzio is ritka a szigeten es nekunk az is bevalt. A reggeli bufes, a vacsora viszont minden nap mas 3 fogas, amit egy menusorbol valaszthatsz ki. A tengerpart tenyleg fekete koves, ajanltt vizicipo, de gyonyoru a part es tiszta a viz. Lathatod a repulogepeket leszallni. 6 perc a szallastol autoval a szallas. Az agy szuper kenyelmes volt, volt vasalo es hajvasalo is. Csodalatos elmeny marad nekunk az ott toltott ido! Mindenkinek ajanlom a szallodat.

Stunning hotel, beautifully clean and the pool area is incredible. Great amenities in the room all free to use.

We did have one of the cheapest rooms but the shower, toilet and sink felt like they were inside the room. I like to have a separate bathroom.

Lovely place, really great staff. Had a great apartment and upgrade. The breakfast was really good. Lots of nice touches, watermelon at pool etc. Good location just off the busy Kamari strip. Very beautiful hotel. Great stay.

Not enough sun loungers! Can’t move umbrellas so couldn’t get shade very well. Had to wait around for people to leave to get a lounger. Which was ok but not great for such a good hotel.

I keep returning to this fabulous hotel year after year because it is exceptional. From my incredible suite (which is unsurpassed), to the swimming pools, location, beautiful food, and all the amazing staff. And a special mention to Chara who is knowledgeable and friendly, and could not be more helpful. I love Radisson Blu!

It was a wonderful experience, the hotel was modern and nice we liked the stay. The receptionist Maria was very kind. Overall a great experience.

If I could give this hotel more than 5 stars .... i would ! We have just returned from the perfect holiday. From the moment you arrive at this spotless hotel, the staff are just so nice. They cannot do enough for you. From the reception, concierge, pool bar staff, restaurant .... amazing. We stayed in the most beautiful villa with pool (1019). So modern in design but still with the Greek feel. The food is outstanding. The location is perfect, only a 2 minute walk to the beach. They even had a section on the beach connected to the hotel so you receive the same level of service that you receive if you stay at the pool in the hotel. To name a few staff ... Marseille, Maria, Elina (and the lovely girl who wears glasses!) (sorry if names spelt wrong!) so friendly and nothing is too much. Around the pool the ambience is chilled with fab background music. I really would just book this for your next holiday .... I have stayed at hotels that were more expensive than this but did not receive the same level of service. Sad to be home :(

We had an amazing stay here! We stayed here for 4 nights and there were 5 of us. Straight away we were greeted at the taxi by the staff to take our luggage and welcomed with some refreshments, the staff go above and beyond for you at this hotel, the reception, the waiters, the bar staff and the cleaners, everyone’s so polite and want you to have a brilliant stay. The food was lovely, the breakfast buffet was superb with great options and plenty of choice. The lunch menu had a wide variety that was delicious and dinner had a smaller menu but every meal was yummy. The hotel as a whole is very clean, particularly the pool and the rooms are well kept. We would definitely recommend the sunset cruise which you can book through the hotel! We spent an evening in Oia to watch the sunset and the hotel organised cabs there and back for us so we didn’t have to worry. We think the location was perfect as right next to the town but you wouldn’t realise considering how peaceful the hotel is, also would recommend staying a bit further out from Oia as it was lovely for the evening but so busy to stay over there. Overall we had an amazing stay, could not fault it. Thank you for a wonderful trip.

Mirno je na bazenu nema galame,više kao klub čitalaca,moze se opustiti i plivati u bazenu.Hrana je dobra. Ljubazno osoblje.

Nemaju vrata na kupatilu imas osecaj da ti je wc u sobi.Zavesice na prozorima nisu dovoljne pustaju svetlost,tako da kada svane soba vam je cela osvetljena. Nema dovoljno lezaljki na plaži. Stavili ste kaldrmu u delu gde sobarice guraju kolica za ciscenje soba,pa imate utisak da prolazi voz. Na terasi koja nema nadstresnicu morate imati neki suncobran kao i mesto gde da osusite kupaci a ne da ga stavlate preko ograde. Kada kazete soba sa terasom onda mora imati terasna vrata,ja sam dobio sobu sa stepenisnim prolazom ispred ulaznih vrata ako zaboravis karticu moras na recepciju ali nisam se bunio jer sam bio samo 3 noci u ovom hotelu.Tako da terasa nije bila ni malo opustajuca za sedenje gde pored tebe prolaze drugi gosti hotela. Arhitekta je to mogao resiti,tako da za arhitektu O bodova za prakticnost,dok je izgled arhitektura hotela lepa. U hotelu od 5 zvezdica ne mozete davati 1L vode dnevno po sobi i to da je donosite u sobu izmedju 17 i 21h.Flasiranu vodu morate davati besplatno i pored bazena bar 1L a u sobi minimum 2L vode dnevno. Popravite crnu kafu jer je uzasna kao i sladoled,espreso je odličan.

Our stay at the Radisson Blu Santorini was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. We stayed in a luxurious room with our own private pool, which made the experience even more special. The room was beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable everything you could want for a relaxing holiday. We opted for the half-board package, and the dining exceeded our expectations. Every evening we enjoyed a delicious three-course set menu, with beautifully presented dishes and excellent quality throughout our stay. What truly made this hotel exceptional, however, was the outstanding staff. The service was first class from the moment we arrived until the day we left. A special thank you to Michaela, Visar, John (Abbot), Crysa & Nicos from the restaurant and Maria, and Eliza from the pool bar who went above and beyond to make our holiday unforgettable. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made us feel so welcome, and nothing was ever too much trouble. They are a real credit to the hotel. The wonderful housekeeping team, who were always so friendly, cheerful, and welcoming. They kept our room immaculate every day and always greeted us with a smile, which really added to the overall experience. The combination of luxurious accommodation, fantastic food, and exceptional hospitality made this one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had. Amazing place and staff

Great hotel, food, pool, bar, staff, gym! A few nice little extras such as daily water melon by the pool and eucalyptus-soaked frozen towels, along with reformer Pilates table in well-stocked gym.

As soon as we arrived at the hotel, the reception representatives welcomed us and were so kind and very helpful. We have never encountered such a level of service and care from a hotel staff. All the hotel services, room service, reception, dining room. I would like to mention the consideration of the hotel staff for the late check-out due to the late flight.

We had a wonderful experience at Radisson Blu Zaffron Resort. The hotel is beautiful, very well maintained, and operates to a high standard. Our stay was made even more enjoyable thanks to Maria at the front desk. She was welcoming, attentive, and always happy to help with anything we needed, making us feel truly well taken care of throughout our stay. A special thank you to the management for maintaining such a high level of service and for leading such a great team.

We stayed at Radisson Blu Zaffron Resort in Santorini and overall had a very pleasant experience. We arrived before 3:00 PM, but unfortunately we weren’t able to get an early check-in, even though we are Radisson Premium members. Since our room wasn’t ready, we had lunch at the hotel, which was a nice way to start our stay. The rest of our stay was excellent. All the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The breakfast offered a great selection and was of very high quality. We also enjoyed the dinners, where the staff consistently went the extra mile to provide excellent service. The gym is small, but it has all the equipment needed for a good workout. We also used the airport shuttle arranged by the hotel, and it was definitely worth the cost. It was convenient, reliable, and made our arrival and departure stress-free. One feature we particularly appreciated was the sunbed policy. The hotel managed reservations very well, and if towels were left unattended for more than an hour, the staff removed them. This ensured that sunbeds were available for guests who actually wanted to use them, rather than being reserved all day. Overall, we had a great stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Santorini.

Amazing service from when we arrived to when we left. They helped us with any questions and the room we stayed at was gorgeous! The main pool is big and the daybeds are perfect for tanning, and alongside the beach area where the sun-beds are all reserved for people staying at the hotel. The breakfast had a massive selection, and the town is a 1 minute walk from the hotel if you want to buy souvenirs or buy food! Would definitely recommend coming here if you want relaxation.

Great location 2 min walk from the beach. Lovely pools with rooms leading on to pools. Staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating as was management. Leisure facilities are good. Rooms are clean and tidy and well air conditioned. Food service is quick and of high quality. Hotel has a relaxed atmosphere. Really good stay!

Absolutely blissful stay. The hotel was beautiful through out, and the staff could not of done more to improve our stay.

We spent ten days here, 2 x adults and 2 x teenagers, in 2 villas with private pools. Highlights: Friendly and very efficient staff - they show a high level of care to make sure you have a great holiday. They are just the right level of friendly and attentive. Beautiful decor throughout and the rooms have been thoughtfully designed with a calming typically Grecian colour scheme, and high quality bedding, towels, toiletries. The villas are across two floors which we hadn't realised so we each had our own bathrooms, each with great storage for toiletries, which makes a pleasant change. One tweak I would suggest would be extra consideration for make up lighting in the bathrooms. We never had a problem getting loungers, there was a reasonably steady rate of people entering and vacating the pool area so we were always able to get loungers. The loungers are fantastic - luxurious and comfortable. Pool(s) are great and always feel exclusive, never over crowded. Food in the Zaffron restaurant is of a high standard, whether it be be breakfast, lunch or dinner. Definite advantage being full board with the option of lunch at your lounger. Food is good quality and presented to a high standard. Location is a 2 minute walk to the main promenade at Kamari, full of shops, bars and restaurants. The contrast between the buzz of the promenade and the tranquility of the hotel is such a pleasure. We hired a sailing boat for a sunset cruise via Chara, the ever helpful concierge, and this was a real highlight of the trip and highly recommended. The difference between paying for 4 on a semi private catamaran and a fully private sailing boat was not massive and it made the experience very special, including a meal and drinks on board. Best way to see the beautiful island. Another highlight - the outdoor cinema at Kamari, very atmospheric and unique experience. Thanks to all the staff who made the difference between a great holiday and a fantastic holiday! There are too many staff to name but Lydia in the Zaffron restaurant was a credit to the hotel and looked after us so well. The reception team also, provided consistently great service. A local Cat had recently given birth to kittens a couple of weeks prior to our arrival and this obviously was a highlight of the holiday too. Seeing the staff care for the mother and her young was gorgeous. Hard recommend for this hotel!

We had a fantastic stay at the Radisson Blu Zaffron and couldn’t fault a thing. The rooms were spotless, the facilities were excellent, and everything was maintained to a very high standard. The reception staff were brilliant and made sure everything was okay during check-in and throughout the stay. The staff were all incredibly friendly, welcoming, and provided a brilliant service throughout our stay. A special mention goes to Panagiotis, who was an exceptional waiter. He was always attentive, professional, and made every meal an enjoyable experience. He is a real credit to the hotel. We would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Das gesamte Personal des Hotels war einfach unfassbar nett - von Reinigungskräften, Rezeption & Restaurantmitarbeitern ging eine unglaubliche Freundlichkeit aus. Das Essen, sowohl beim Frühstücksbuffet, als auch beim Abendessen a la Karte, war unglaublich lecker. Morgens hatte man eine ausreichende Auswahl an Optionen und beim Abendessen wurde man durch die Zusammenstellung der Gerichte sehr positiv überrascht. Jedes Gericht war sehr köstlich! Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit einem privaten Pool und haben die meiste Zeit daher dort verbracht. Jedoch war der Gemeinschaftspool mit den komfortablen Sonnenliegen auch sehr einladend. Durch die Lage des Hotels am Kamari Beach mit zahlreichen Restaurants und Souvenir-Läden konnte man mit einem Abendspaziergang auch schöne Eindrücke sammeln.

Unser Zimmer hätte etwas größer sein dürfen, da es in unserem Raum durch die Möblierung etwas enger war. Jedoch hat die Terrasse mit dem Pool das Ganze ausgeglichen, da wir dadurch eh die meiste Zeit draußen waren.

We’ve just had a week at the Radisson on Santorini, although it’s aimed at couples we went with our 15 yr old and the room we had was perfect for 3 (apart from only having 2 sun loungers). The hotel is very well designed and incredibly clean, a really nice place to hang around with an upmarket vibe. Staff were attentive and friendly and you could tell the place was well run. The breakfast is a buffet style and the quality and choice of food was good, you eat outside in nice surroundings - a good way to kick off the day. There are the usual issues of a lack of sun beds round the pool, the staff ensure nobody claims them early etc but there just aren’t enough - this wasn’t an issue for us as we had a small pool as part of our room or we visited the beach which is a 4/5 minute walk and the hotel has it’s own private section with sun loungers and towels. The beach is pebbles and was tricky to get in and out of. Having stayed in other places on Santorini, the Radisson has been the best by a mile, no Caldera views but a really nice hotel, if we return we will definitely stay here again.

Very beautiful hotel in a great location in Kamari. The staff were fantastic and always made sure we have everything we needed!! The breakfast is very good and spending the day by the pool and using the pool bar is lovely.

The room could have been a bit bigger with better lighting as getting ready and applying makeup was a bit challenging. Our other friends got a free upgrade to amazing pool rooms so we wish we got that!!

We had a wonderful stay at Radisson Zaffron! We were a large group visiting for a wedding, and the entire staff went above and beyond to make our trip unforgettable. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The hotel has excellent facilities, everything was clean and well maintained, and the breakfast was outstanding with a great variety of delicious options each morning. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so special. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back!

The rooms are small, and the shower has an odd layout. There aren't enough staff members to provide good service; the staff were very nice, but there simply weren't enough of them—we waited a long time for our drinks. How can it cost 40 euros to iron a dress?

The staff is incredibly kind and provides service beyond words. The location is excellent, and the cleanliness is insane—literally like a lab! The room was huge, the food and atmosphere were excellent. It’s a true paradise.

Beautiful resort hotel with the best buffet breakfast I have ever seen. The staff was friendly and attentive to our needs, and we loved our massage therapists. We had dinner at the hotel and the food was delicious. The resort is conveniently located just 10 minutes from the airport, and you can walk to the shops and restaurants along the boardwalk.

Das Hotel an sich ist sehr schön und luxuriös. Die beiden großen Pools und die Poolbar haben mir sehr gefallen. Die Leute dort schaffen eine unheimlich gemütliche und familiäre Atmosphäre. Ich habe mich immer sehr wohl und vor allem willkommen gefühlt. Auch das Essen (es gab jeden Abend ein 3 Gänge Menü - man konnte aus verschiedenen Vorspeisen, Hauptgerichten und Desserts wählen) war außergewöhnlich. So unglaublich lecker. Auch die Cocktails schmeckten super. Mein Favorit war die spicy Margarita. Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Ausgang zum Pool, welches wirklich schön und sehr gut ausgestattet war. Alles in allem ein wunderbares Hotel und ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um die Insel zu erkunden.

Der einzige Punkt, den ich ändern würde, wäre das Frühstück. Das war gefühlt jeden Morgen gleich und mir fehlte ein bisschen die Abwechslung. Oder das z. B. Eierspeisen frisch zubereitet werden. Einmal hatte ich mir auch einen Lunch am Pool bestellt. Der konnte jedoch leider nicht mit dem außergewöhnlichen Abendessen mithalten.

Le petit déjeuner est en buffet , large choix . Les tables sont larges et confortable. Le personnel est agréable mais manques parfois le petit sourire qui detent l'atmosphère, on les sent crispé pour certains.

La chambre qui m'était attribué a le lavabo dans l'entrée, et ne disposant aucun crochées, on sait pas pour mettre les serviettes,à part les posées juste à côté du lavabo. Pourvu d'une terrasse avec petite piscine privée, mais la vu qu'on a une fois allongé sur le transat , on ne voit qu'un énorme poteau électrique de la rue ainsi que le voisin , un loueur de moto , car sa maison et plus haut d'une n étage par rapport à l'hôtel , la piscine soit disant nettoyer n'aspire pas prolonger la baignade car présences de caillasses au fond de l'eau et à la surfarces on voit des feuilles, des fleurs et beaucoup de poussière Les plats proposés à la carte pour le diner sont décevants pour un hôtel de 5 étoiles peu mieux faire .

I really cannot give this hotel and ALL of the staff enough praise. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left the staff were friendly attentive and welcoming. The room was clean and an oversight that meant we had a twin room instead of a double room was quickly and efficiently resolved. The evening meals were delicious beautifully served and more than generous portions. There were a multitude of options as the buffet breakfast and the hot & cold offerings were changed from day to day. The pools and surrounding area were again beautifully clean a you could really relax around the pool. The location was ideal for the local shops and beach and also buses to other parts of the island. Add in that Santorini is a beautiful island with so much to offer made for a truly memorable holiday which I could not recommend any more highly!

We stayed in the Junior Suite, it was beautiful, minimal and clean but quite small to what we were expecting. There was minimal space for our clothing. The view from our room was disappointing. We had a narrow balcony with 2 low backed chairs, which did recline, but weren’t very comfortable as they didn’t support your head, together with a small low table. We looked out onto our hotel buildings which were close. We were hoping for a room with a view. We were greeted on arrival in reception with a drink and mini pastry which were very welcome after our long journey. We were also gifted a bottle of wine in our room. Bottled water was complimentary and left in our room daily. All the staff were warm, friendly and happy to help with anything you needed. Nothing was a problem. They were always happy and smiling. Breakfast was buffet style and had a huge selection of choices. Evening meal I would describe as 'A La Carte' style, it was quality rather than quantity. 5 -10 mins walk from Kamari beach, shops and restaurants. Can highly recommend Prince and Ariale restaurants on the beach front. Pool area was clean with comfortable sunbeds and umbrellas, towels also supplied.

We stayed the last week in October for my son's 30th birthday. We had two rooms half board. I emailed the hotel before going to see if I could arrange a cake for him. Margarita emailed me straight back saying that they would organise it and a list of extras which I could purchase. Margarita met us on arrival and both rooms had been upgraded to a room with a plunge pool. Both rooms had a bottle of wine in an ice bucket and we were given a voucher for a complimentary cocktail. A birthday made special by this wonderful hotel and its staff. Customer service is second to none, all staff were friendly, smiley and helpful and it all felt genuine and that is was good environment for them to work in. The whole place was spotlessly clean and the food was amazing, It was cooked and presented to a high standard through to the last day of our holiday which was also the last day of the season for the hotel. I would certainly recommend this hotel and would stay there if I come to Santorini again.

Lovely hotel, rooms were spacious and clean. We had a superior room with private plunge pool. Food was very good, but a bit repetitive for a one week stay. We liked that the pool was still heated even though it was the end of the season. Hotel was well located and very close to town. Staff were excellent.

Amazing staff that make you feel very well looked after. The breakfast was delicious and there was great variety. The hotel itself is beautiful and very well maintained. The pool and loungers are particularly comfortable. We had a villa and it was perfect. You are close to the main street, restaurants and the beach. Would highly recommend.

Our villa was spacious, luxurious, and came with a private outdoor hot pool, which made our stay even more relaxing. The food was delicious, and every meal exceeded our expectations. A special mention also goes to Eleana from the bar staff, who made our experience extra special. She prepared our shisha perfectly and was always so friendly and accommodating. She went out of her way to make the impossible possible — truly outstanding service! Because of Margarita and Eleana, we’ll definitely be returning to this resort and recommending it to everyone we know. Everything was just perfect! From the arrival to the check out, the service was outstanding! Rooms were super clean, breakfast fantastic, and the pool heated. Go there!

We loved the location, it was perfectly located in a beautiful little area with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance

The pool sun loungers were always full - we were lucky as we had a villa and had our own beds but it would have been a problem for anyone that didn't have that option.

Wonderful holiday at Radisson blu hotel. Great staff, room clean, fantastic pool. Only suggestion is for wider choice of food, especially vegetarian.

We had a worderful time in this hotel. All the staff are happy and polite. The food in the restaurant was delicious. Also every day the room was cleaned. We have been upgraded free to a villa. We would like definitely to come back.

We wanted to visit the island although we were there before. Chose Radisson Blu ZAFFRON because of the location & our friends' comments that were impressive. The architecture and the interior decoration is so fine. A perfect combination of local architectural vocabulary and either sophisticated, or boho ones. The rooms are pleasant, spacious, finely designed with nice veranda. The villas are outstanding with heated private pools and gardens full of plants, two bathrooms, large TV sets, and beautiful furniture. The landscape is something extraordinary. Two large swimming pools with a pool bar well positioned and impressive plantation all over so well preserved! Pavements with the local black stone and travertine. The breakfast is both rich and perfectly chosen. All high end ingredients, not mass ones. We picked different meals every day. The restaurant was the same Correct menu, a different culinary experience for us each evening. Try the lamb, the pasta with the Bolognese ragu, the soups, the imam baildi, the salads, the excellent tartar,and the profiterol. The staff was friendly, professional, well trained and so helpful. In total we were stunned that for two days we did not go sightseeing in order to rest and enjoy the resort avra! Bravo to all the components of this best experience. Don't miss these properties!

We’re currently staying at the Radisson Blu Santorini, in room 1058, and it’s been a lovely experience so far. From the warm welcome to the beautiful room upgrade, everything has been well taken care of. Thank you to Konstantina from guest relations, who checked us in and showed us to our room. The team including Hara has been attentive and always ready to help. Breakfast, lunch and dinner have been lovely, and the calm atmosphere makes has been an ideal retreat to relax. So far, a wonderful stay elegant, comfortable, and beautifully managed.

Great hotel, lovely receptionists all very helpful with everything we needed. Will definitely come back here. The breakfast wow!
