Precioso lugar, si quieres un lugar de base para explorar las zonas cercanas, que este cerca de la carretera facilita la ubicación.

La chambre en cabane rustique était magnifique. Tout était très propre et le balcon avec vue sur la nature était génial pour profiter de l’emplacement. La piscine et le jacuzzi sur le toit sont un gros plus après une journée au parc Tairona. Le déjeuner inclus est très bon

Aucun accès à l’eau potable. Il faut acheter des bouteilles auprès de l’hébergement ou au marché près du parc

Abbiamo dormito qui per due notti, prima e dopo la visita al parco di Tayrona. La prima notte in una camera piccola con un ventilatore molto rumoroso. La seconda notte in camera più grande e aria condizionata. Proprietari gentili e simpatici. Posizione spettacolare in cima a una collinetta e in mezzo alla jungla a due passi dall'ingresso al parco.

La strada ripida e le scale per arrivarci sono molto faticose specialmente se si hanno bagagli pesanti. La colazione potrebbe essere sicuramente migliorata.

Die Besitzer waren unglaublich lieb und gastfreundlich. Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Atmosphäre und Aussicht und der Pool und Hottub sind sehr angenehm. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können es sehr weiter empfehlen!

Het ligt dicht bij de ingang van Tayrona NP. Met een kleine 10 minuten lopen ben je. Er is een zwembad met prachtig uitzicht over de bergen.

We hadden airco in de kamer, wat heel fijn was. Maar deze hangt recht boven het bed en blaast dus ijskoude lucht op je. Als je hem uitzet, verandert de temperatuur in no time naar een sauna. Het was alsof er niets tussen zat.

La camera, nonostante con una costruzione particolare e visivamente carina, era veramente sporca. Sui letti singoli abbiamo trovato dei piccoli insetti che si sono diffusi sui nostri vestiti e nel marsupio. Inoltre il bagno era davvero sporco, pieno di muffa. Il condizionatore va e non va, di notte è come fare una sauna. L'assenza di una zanzariera ci ha fatto guadagnare non poche punture di zanzare e feci di geco su tutto il letto Alla richiesta di un succo o di qualcosa da mangiare, nonostante la scritta ristorante, non ci hanno potuto offrire niente se non una coca cola. Cena saltata perché non c'era la cuoca. Colazione uovo e pane tostato...e per chi è allergico all'uovo non hanno null'altro..

Super friendly staff, solid breakfast, fantastic location, and usually sold 1L of water at a reasonable price. The fan was greatly appreciated. The bed was comfortable and there was a mozzie net

The dinner was a bit disappointing but considering the price it was perfectly acceptable. The cat was a bit annoying when eating.

Excelente ubicación, muy cerca de la entrada al parque. Preciosas las vistas, la piscina y el tamaño de las habitaciones.

Podría mejorar el desayuno. Las sabanas eran mas chicas que la cama y se salían todo el tiempo. Agotadora la subida a la recepción pero vale la pena estar arriba.

La piscina es espectacular, nosotros veníamos de recorrer todo el parque Tayrona desde Calabazo hasta el Zaino y elegimos este hotel para descansar. No esperábamos mucho pero, la piscina y todo el personal fueron muy amables, y fue justo lo que necesitabamos, recuperar energia.

Es un hotel sencillo, y aunque la experiencia fue buena podrían mejorar algunas cosas para elevar la experiencia. Por ejemplo, hacer la limpieza más profunda porque hay zonas del baño con moho. Las toallas y sábanas podrían ser de mejor calidad. También podrían servir un jugo de cortesía y hacer más amena la llegada después de subir las escaleras con maletas, se agradecería mucho. Al desayuno poner un poco de fruta local.

La ubicación del hotel es perfecta, el paisaje es maravilloso y tranquilo, es verdaderamente estar en medio de la naturaleza. El personal del hotel es muy amable y las mascotas son muy amigables.

Cercanía a la entrada del Parque Tayrona, habitación cómoda, instalaciones del hostal en general, amabilidad del personal y de los perros.

Le petit déjeuner n'est pas trop copieux. La chambre n'est pas très bien équipée. Il manque des chevets. On n'a rien pour poser ses affaires. Pas d'eau chaude.

Es un hostal ideal, el sitio es increíble y el trato inmejorable, Susana y su familia se portaron muy bien con nosotros y nos hicieron sentir como en casa. 100% recomendable.

No wifi in the room, when I asked the man was rude. bathroom is tiny and was dirty. The pool was dirty on the last day. There is a restaurant but never open. The free breakfast is very basic (egg & toast).

Bonito lugar con una piscina para relajarte y con unas vistas preciosas. La chica que atiende el hostel es muy amable. El lugar queda justo en la entrada al Tayrona con lo cual es genial.

El lugar es lindo, tiene una vista hermosa

La atención es pésima, una reglas absurdas para todo, no cuenta con silla en los balcones, no se consigue nada para comer dentro del lugar y después de 10 pm ya todo está cerrado. No tiene toallas, no te permiten llevar el desayuno al cuarto, todo debes cometerlo en el comedor. Se acabó de gas y no volvieron a prender el jacuzzi. Había una silla partida y nos estaba culpando de partirla. Nos llevamos unas sillas al balcón y las fueron a buscar. La recepcionista no es muy amable.

Najbardziej podobał nam się basen oraz przepiękny widok z hostelu. Właściciele są bardzo pomocni, życzliwi i błyskawicznie odpowiadają na wiadomości. Śniadania były pyszne! W hostelu panuje cisza i spokój, dzięki czemu można naprawdę odpocząć. Dodatkowym ogromnym plusem jest lokalizacja, obiekt znajduje się bardzo blisko wejścia do parku, co jest niezwykle wygodne.

No entiendo como las toallas que son una parte integral de la venta de una habitación no estuviera incluido y había que pagarla por aparte.. estuve 2 noches y pensé que limpiaban la habitación diario, no hablo de cambio de sábanas solo de aseo.

The views were gorgeous

The booking included a free breakfast from 7am. However, on my stay from 28-29 July 2026 when I woke up for breakfast at 7am before my hike there was no one at the reception from 7-730am so I could t get my free breakfast. I would like some sort of compensation.

Absolutamente todo fue un 10! Esta super cerca de la entrada del zaino para hacer el tour del tayrona.

El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado y la atención de Susana es increíble!! Súper recomendable

La atención de Susana, buena vibra, colaboradora, gentil. La piscina rica, chévere, los toldillos muy útiles, el aire que entra a la habitación rico y los paisajes muy bonitos, además, los números para pedir algo de comer a domicilio, muy bueno.

La subida al cuarto que nos tocó, tiene unas escaleras peligrosas, con las que se debe tener mucho cuidado. El habitación familiar, tiene al lado otra habitación también familiar y se escucha todooooo, dos noches de mucha bulla por los otros huéspedes , donde fue difícil dormir, por último los colchones no son muy cómodos, ya se notaron y vieron desgastados y como viejos, recomendacion , que los cambien. Le añadiría al desayuno algo de fruta, y variarlo un poco, tanto en bebidas como en huevos.

Lo mejor es la atención de Susana y las vistasndel lugar. La piscina y el jacuzzi también están bien.

Que no incluyeran toallas, por el precio pensé que era de esperar.

Endroit escarpé mais avec une vue imprenable sur les montagnes Nous étions 7 avons dormi dans un dortoir un peu « roots » mais expérience sympa pas d’eau chaude mais quand il fait 32 degré très agréable Nous nous sommes fait masser c’était le top! La piscine est superbe très bien entretenue le petit dej très simple mais pour le prix tout était parfait

La habitación. No tenía mosquitera. No agua caliente. Camas incómodas y sábanas poco agradables.

Het zwembad ligt op een heuvel met mooi uitzicht waar je apen kan spotten.

De faciliteiten waren goed, maar jammer genoeg had de regio last van stroomuitval als gevolg van de regen.

Suzanna a été super accueillante!! L’endroit est juste à côté de l’entrée du parc, la piscine est rafraîchissante après une journée de marche. C’est un endroit très tranquille avec une très belle vue.

Un très bel endroit, proche de l'entrée du parc et suffisamment en retrait pour attenuer le trafic. Situé sur une hauteur, on envisage l'horizon. Nos filles ont adoré la piscine après la journée de marche et nous la beauté du lieu et la gentillesse de l'accueil. Cela ne vaut sans doute pas une soirée dans le parc mais c'était une chouette alternative.

the hostel was amazing, the location is perfect and the staff was very kind and always available for questions. the included breakfast was great and we also had dinner once.

We're traveling for almost five months through South America and this was by far the best accommodation that we had! It all started with a smooth WhatsApp contact after booking, where the accommodation helped us to arrange a taxi from the Santa Marta airport straight to the accommodation. From the moment of arrival, we felt very welcome. Our room was spacious, absolutely clean and had a great balcony. We also enjoyed the pool and the jacuzzi. One afternoon, we could even observe three toucans from there! The accommodation is also just a five minute walk from the Tayrona park main entrance away and a great restaurants. An extra bonus were the extremely cute cats and dogs that live on the property.

We loved all of it!

The hostel is a 5 min walk to Tayrona's entrance (up a hill and some stairs). There is a pool and jacuzzi to use. They will keep your bags whilst you stay at the park for 10000COP a day. They let us check in early which was definitely appreciated!

The breakfast was okay but not great. It would be really nice if they didn't charge you to leave your bag but it seems to be the done thing here.

Great location just 5mins walk from the entrance of Tayrona National Park. The hostel has a beautiful pool and lovely bar. We left our luggage safely in a locked room while we visited the park which was really handy! The staff were really lovely and accommodating - thank you again for a great stay!

Super location, close to the main park entrance. We lost electricity the first 24 hrs and it was like beiing in an oven. Choose the open air room in case it happens.

Staff just ok. Returning, i would go to the hotel just beneath. It was way cleaner and friendlier.

First off, the hostel itself is incredible. It is extremely easy to access by bus from Santa Marta - we took the shuttle from the market downtown and we arrived at the El Zaino entrance within 40 minutes for 12 000 COP. From then it's a 350m walk to the hostel which is located above a few flights of stairs. The hostel is extremely clean and offers a panoramic view on the surrounding mountains. There is a pool and spa which are extremely well taken care of and the rooms are also very clean and spacious. While being well protected from the outsides at night, you get to fall asleep to the sounds of the insects and birds surrounding the hostel which was pretty cool. There is also a restaurant there where the employees cook fresh food for breakfast (free) and diner when your order. The food was amazing and cooked with love and at a cheaper price than at any other hostel we visited. Where the place shines above all however is the personnel and the customer service. Suzanna and Abraham are the only two people working there from our understanding and they make everything work perfectly. Both were very serviceable. Suzanna (I hope I am writing it correctly) went out of her way multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed and more. Not only does she offer 5 stars customer service, she cooks the food, works the reception, prepares the rooms, and offer massage services. From all the hostels / hotels / you name it places we've visited while traveling, never have I written such a positive feedback on the property's staff and I mean every word of it. If you plan to visit Tayrona or the surrounding area, be sure to book your stay at this place.

From all of our trip to Colombia, this was the best experience we had in terms of accommodation and customer service. I have nothing to say in this department.
