Reviewed Sep 18, 2026The staff were friendly, relaxed and approachable, and the overall atmosphere was very pleasant. We also really enjoyed the breakfast, with plenty of variety and good quality.
For a 5-star hotel, we expected a more attentive and polished level of service, particularly in terms of attention to detail and anticipating guests’ needs. The team was friendly, but the service sometimes felt more relaxed and informal than we would expect from a 5-star property.

La limpieza debe mejorar. El spa es muy pequeño, para un hotel de esta categoría que anuncia spa debe de ser más grande y con más elementos. La zona de piscinas debería de tener más espacios de vegetación y sombra

Ein Hinweis darauf, dass ab 20:00 lautstarke Musik auf der Rooftop-Bar gespielt werden würde, fehlte hier. Wir hatten die Suite exakt daneben. Natürlich war alles ausgebucht und ein Zimmerwechsel nicht möglich. Bei 1.400€ für 3 Nächte stimmt hier einfach nichts. Sonnenliegen auf dem Balkon schmutzig. Nach Beschwerde wurden diese widerwillig gereinigt. Wasserausfall in den Morgenstunden keine Seltenheit.

The chief problem is the food. The hotel claims to be 5 star but you are expected to collect all your own food from a frankly inadequate, terrible buffet. There is no table service option and the food on offer if of poor quality and too little selection. At breakfast, they don’t even make you coffee. You are expected to get it yourself from a machine! To make matters even worse there are only two machines and there is often a long queue of guests waiting to use them. This NOT what you would expect in a 5 star hotel. It is more like being in a Travel Lodge.

La chambre avec vue sur le parking (il faut arrêter avec les vues jardin !!!), la sdb inondée chaque fois que l'on prend une douche, pas de lumière isolée dans les WC (il faut allumer toute la chambre la nuit pour aller aux toilettes). Une trop grande différence de standing entre notre chambre (supérieure) et les autres

The terrace bar was a bit boring, it's such a goldmine of a location to do more with! The food on site is ok, not the best you'll have in Menorca - nothing to complain about but not special either.

La entrega de la habitación, llegando sobre las 17:00h, no estaba lista para entrar. Nos invitaron a una bebida durante la espera; pero el dia de salida solicitamos poder salir a las 13:00h, y nos dijeron que no era posible. Esto nos disgustó, dada la incidencia de la llegada.

Tuvimos la mala suerte de que se estropeara el aire acondicionado en la zona del restaurante de los desayunos.

The food was mainly fish and a small menu. No choices. The staff weren’t that friendly. The location was remote, not anything nearby. There was no music during the day it was super super quiet which made it a bit boring. Night entertainment was 90 mins.

Die beiden gebuchten Junior Suiten konnten wir leider nicht beziehen, weil die Klimaanlage ausgefallen war. Wir erhielten dafür wesentlich kleinere Zimmer, dafür mit privatem Pool und HP. Das Personal hat sich viel Mühe genommen, aber eben, die gebuchten JS standen nicht zur Verfügung

- Notre piscine privée était très sale : impossible de s’y baigner. Une personne est venue vérifier mais n’a rien fait pour autant. Et le lendemain, la perche était à côté de la piscine comme si c’était à nous de la faire !! pour ce type d’hôtel avec ce tarif c’est inacceptable ! - Les piscines de l’hôtel ferment à 19h, c’est beaucoup trop tôt surtout quand il fait 40 degrés

Reviewed May 31, 2026Cet hôtel est synonyme de luxe. Avec ses nombreuses piscines et cette architecture très soignée. C’est un parti pris que nous avons aimé ! La chambre était spacieuse avec une vue sur mer exceptionnelle (elles n’ont pas toute cette vue). Le personnel était à l’écoute et accueillant. Le petit déjeuner est bon avec un buffet bien garni et des préparions minutes par un(e) cuisinier(-iere) au top ! La salle de sport est fonctionnel et les machines sont en parfait état et moderne.
Lors de notre séjour en basse saison, nous n’avons rencontré aucune difficulté pour trouver des transats disponibles autour des piscines. Toutefois, il est possible qu’en période de forte affluence, leur nombre soit un peu juste pour accueillir confortablement tous les vacanciers.
