Reviewed Aug 10, 2026I don’t know - I’ve stayed here 6 times in total now? The question becomes why? I’d probably have to answer that it’s due to consistency. The staff, the cleanliness; very reliable. One stay isn’t different from the next because the cleaners missed something, or there was a different staff member at the front desk, if this time I am room 412 instead of 812 - it’s just very, very reliable and that’s important to me.
If i need to nitpick something, it’s the elevator for me. It’s very hot in Japan right now and the elevator wait time can be a little slow at times, so by the time I get to the lobby I am already hot. Oh also, please update the video that auto plays on the tv. It’s been the same for over two years.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026清潔感がありました。 ロビー階にコインランドリーもあり助かりました。 コインパーキングがすぐ隣にあり、車での利用も便利でした。コンビニも近くにあり便利でした。
外出のたびにクーラーが止まるので、暑い中での移動後に部屋も暑いのは辛かったです。 時間帯によってはエレベーターが混み合いました。 駅から歩くにはやや遠く感じました。

スタッフの対応。 キャリーケースを預けに向かったところ、スタッフの方が1人で対応をされていました。私は2番目に2人分のキャリーケースを持って並んでおり、1番目の方が終わったあと、スマホのトラブル(?)で端に避けられていた方が入って来られたため結局3番目の対応になるのかとほんの少し不満には思いましたが仕方のないことだと納得して順番を待っていました。その後、外国人5、6人の団体が列を作っていたところでもう1人のスタッフの方が対応に来られたのですが、私を飛ばして外国人の方々の対応をされ、私は待たされ続けました。誰がどう見ても1人でキャリーケース2つ持って預けるために並んでいましたし、私への声かけなしに後列の方に声かけをした意味がわかりません。外国人の方々の対応が終わり、次に声をかけていただけるかと思いきやまた後ろに並び始められた方に声をかけようとされたため、長い時間待たされていることをお伝えしたにも関わらずスタッフお二方ともから謝罪の一言もありませんでした。 旅行経験はたくさんありますが、大して安くも広くも清潔でもない上に対応も悪く、外国も含め今までで最悪のホテルでした。 二度とお世話になりません。

Die Verständigung war kaum möglich. Schwierig beim Check in und bei Fragen. Außerdem wurde unhöflich reagiert, als ich um das Auslassen der Zimmerreinigung gebeten habe. Die Reinigung wurde dann trotzdem durchgeführt.

Reviewed Jun 10, 20265박을 예약했는데 옆건물과 붙어 있는 창을 열면 옆건물의 벾이 보이는 2층 방을 주어서 당황했음. 1박은 어찌 자겠지만 5박을 여기서 자는건 어렵겠다고 얘기해서 상부층으로 옮기기는 했지만.. 뭔가 센스 없는 방 배정 정책 옮긴후에는 지내는 동안 큰 불편이나 청결문제는 없었음 커낼시티도 나카스도 가까움 편이고 하카다 역이 가까운 편이라 교통이 좋은 편임

Reviewed May 13, 2026The hotel is at a very convenient location in a quiet street. We like that the hotel is a smoking free hotel. The breakfast buffet at the hotel includes a good varieties and is convenient. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
The room is not very spacious and it is expected that the suitcases are placed under the bed. Also, small items may easily fall through a gap between the mattress and the bedhead, and a torch is needed to find them. But overall, it is still a well designed space.
