Check-in and check-out were super easy. Emir gave us a quick tour of the apartment, explained how everything worked, and even provided us with washing powder, dishwasher tablets, and complimentary water. The apartment was clean and comfortable, the shower was good, and the WiFi was fast. Emir was incredibly helpful throughout our stay and assisted us with every request, always providing clear and helpful answers. He was very friendly and made us feel very welcome. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The location isn’t very central, but we knew this when booking and were happy with our choice.

Lovely apartment with great views of the marina. Nice kitchen. Bathroom and extra toilet were nice. Good air conditioning in bedroom and living/kitchen room. Nice balcony with table and chairs.

The mattress and pillows were very uncomfortable. Balcony furniture felt very unstable. Plastic chairs that felt like they were going to break.

Dos pequeños detalles , el desayuno que estaba bien , un bandeja con su fruta dos loncha de embutidos , sus quesos , pepino , tomate , su pan mermeladas etc.. estaba bien , pero eche en falta para los que no desayunamos así, un dulce tipo bizcocho , etc… pero eso no es que fuera malo para nada y el café y en esto sí que lo pongo en negativo, café con leche y la leche sobres en polvo

We had the top floor and the view was absolutely beautiful from both bedroom, living room and kitchen. Loved they provided detergent to wash my families clothes (we had a lot from travelling around Turkey- this was our last stop) Staff was attentive and very helpful in organising trips etc.

It’s 5 flights of stairs to the top floor and with big heavy suitcases is a strain but I can’t see where you would put a lift. Staff was helpful and carried some of our luggage up.

Отель в целом хороший, но впечатление полностью испортило общение с администратором на ресепшене. При заселении я предоставила свой паспорт (бронь была оформлена на моё имя). Администратор по невнимательности дважды сфотографировал именно мой паспорт вместо паспорта моей подруги, с которой мы заселялись вместе. Вечером, когда мы вернулись в отель, он снова попросил у меня паспорт, я логично предоставила свой, так как бронь была на моё имя и запрос не был уточнён. Вместо того чтобы вежливо пояснить, что ему нужен именно паспорт второго гостя, администратор начал говорить со мной грубым и агрессивным тоном. Когда выяснилось, что нужен второй паспорт, а у меня было только его фото, он стал угрожать вызвать полицию, заявил, что мы совершаем «нелегальные действия», и потребовал, чтобы подруга немедленно покинула отель. При этом безосновательно утверждал, что заранее писал мне в WhatsApp с просьбой о втором паспорте, что не соответствует действительности, никаких подобных сообщений в переписке не было. Это было настолько неожиданно, что я буквально была в шоке от такого безоснавательно грубого обращения к себе. Я попыталась спокойно уладить ситуацию, объяснив, что могло возникнуть недопонимание из-за языкового барьера, его английский с сильным акцентом было сложно разобрать. После того как я отправила фото второго паспорта, в ответ получила лишь сухое «спасибо, мадам» без единого извинения за некорректное и грубое поведение. За все мои поездки это первый настолько неприятный опыт общения с персоналом отеля. Инцидент оставил крайне негативное впечатление, и мне понадобилось несколько часов, чтобы прийти в себя эмоционально. Администрации отеля стоит пересмотреть стандарты общения персонала с гостями.

Maybe the location, as quite a walk to town. But we chose it to be close to the Marina to pick up our yacht charter.

The staff was very friendly and waited for us for a late check-in after our flight was delayed. The bathroom was very clean, the water pressure was great, and the location in Karagözler is excellent. It is a nice area, and you can easily walk to the center and many cafés.

The room was a little old and could use some renovation.

Location was really beautiful with amazing sea view from our balcony. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The studio had absolutely everything you need, even washing machine, fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms.

The only minor inconvenience was the fact that it was a bit noisy during night time , as the sound proof is not great.

Unser Zimmer war gebucht für 3 Erwachsene und 1 Kind. Das 4te Bett war so klein, da hätte maximal ein sechsjähriges Kind reingepasst. Bitte aufpassen!

Location is a bit isolated being in a residential area. Repetitive breakfast. No variety whatsoever. We ate exactly the same thing over the course of our stay.

Our stay at Mykonut Butik Suites exceeded all expectations. Emirhan deserves a huge appreciation for the outstanding service and attention he showed throughout our visit. His friendly and caring attitude made the whole experience feel personal and memorable. Semra was incredibly welcoming, Ayaz was always ready to help, and Sıla brought such a cheerful atmosphere to the place. The suites were beautifully designed, very clean, and extremely comfortable. It’s a perfect spot for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Fethiye.

Die Lage der Unterkunft war bestens. Sehr ruhig gelegen, aber gleich in der Nähe sehr hippe, Moderne und auch traditionelle, super gute Restaurants!! Das Frühstück war auch immer gut, was wir am Pool genossen haben. Der Transfer vom Flughafen und zurück hat super gut funktioniert!! Das Personal war super hilfsbereit,nett und noch sehr jung.

Wir hatten jetzt nicht das beste Zimmer, war ganz oben im Dachgeschoss, aber die anderen Zimmer sahen fabelhaft aus.

В момент заселения персонал предложил отказаться от брони на букинге в обмен на повышение категории номера, мы согласились и нас заселили в номер с улучшенным видом, стоит сказать что номер который мы бронировали был с видом на бассейн, что по факту оказалось грязной территорией и темной комнатой. В номере повышенного класса, вид тот же на грязный бассейн, маленькая тесная комната, узкие проходы между кроватью и в ванной комнате из за этого травмируешься об углы( Грязные стены, покрывало в чужих волосах, плесень в душевой комнате, старые жесткие подушки и матрас. Месторасположение вам подойдет, если у вас есть автомобиль, есть вайфай в гостинице, приветливый персонал. За время моего путешествия это была одна из самых дорогих гостиниц и самая плохая, 50€ за сутки для этого места- очень дорого

Все было прекрасно. Очень комфортно, чисто и персонал замечательный, добрый и внимательный! Рекомендую! Кухня в номере именно это то я искала, хорошо когда есть возможность приготовить чай в любой момент, хранить еду в холодильнике или разогреть в микроволновке. Это супер удобно! Гидромассажная ванная это отдельный бонус :) но не хватило времени чтобы насладиться из-за активных путешествий. В номере очень тепло и уютные одеяла, чистая постель 🛏️ 👍 ☺️

Менеджер очень быстро отвечает Вам, но всегда отвечает "нет"

Мы искали номер со стиральной машиной, после бронирования оказалось что стиральной машины у них нет, поменять номер или отменить бронирование без штрафа менеджер отказался. При заселении кроме оплаты за номер с нас потребовали залог 50 евро, т.к. этого не было в условиях бронирования на букинг и выглядело странно мы решили снять на видео передачу залога. За это менеджер вызвал на нас полицию! В итоге в номер нас заселяли двое полицейских, которые были очень удивлены абсурдностью ситуации. Менеджер не адекватный. Сам номер очень маленький, вход в номер расположен прямо с лестницы из за этого слышно как по ней ходят постояльцы и разговаривает персонал, душ с плесенью, покрывало грязное, цене не соответствует.

Very nice small hotel with friendly personal. As I come sailing - ideal location - right next to Lykia Yacht Club marina - where was my boat. Also if you have a scooter - might be the best location in Fethiye - quiet street, always parking slots, couple minutes to downtown and, the other way - just minutes to a very beautiful cape road with some awesome beaches. Breakfast is included as well as some nice cats that will come to share this morning with you. Easy communication via whatsup. You can leave some bags before and after your stay. Many thanks to Emirhan and other reception guys there. Hope to come again soon.

Небольшой тихий отель с бассейном недалеко от марины, расположение удачное, если вы приехали на яхтинг. Недалеко от отеля прекрасный французский ресторанчик. Красивый вид с горы на яхты и природу, приятный персонал, очень удобная кровать и мягчайшее одеяло. Вода горячая есть (в Фетхие с этим проблемы местами), завтрак сервируют там, где вы хотите, в моем случае был столик у моего номера с видом на бассейн.

Номер немного... потрепанный, краску на стенах бы освежить, но это не критично. И напор воды в сантехнике слабый.

The location of the property was perfect for us. Lovely view over the marina. Walking distance to Paspatur is 20 mins and is a nice walk with sea view all the way. Clean & well kept pacements. Places to stop along thecway for food & drinks. The room was basic but had everything we needed. Ensuite shower was modern & immaculate. Room was spotless. Balcony with marina view. Air conditioning. Full size fridge. Kettle with tea/coffee provided. We were given a bottle of water each on arrival & also whenever we wanted it. Staff were all extremely nice & friendly. Someone there on reception 24hrs day/night. Can't fault the place and will definitely stay again when we visit Fethiye.

Honestly this hotel is a little gem. Views, cleanliness, room amenities all excellent. The staff absolutely wonderful, so helpful and kind. Best hotel in Fethiye.

J’ai passé un séjour absolument parfait dans cet hôtel ! Le personnel était d’une gentillesse incroyable, toujours aux petits soins et très attentif aux détails, ce qui a rendu mon expérience encore plus agréable. L’emplacement est idéal si vous souhaitez vous reposer la rue est très calme, mais il y a également à proximité de superbes plages à découvrir, ce qui permet de profiter pleinement du cadre. La propreté était impeccable, que ce soit dans la chambre ou dans les espaces communs, ce qui m’a donné un vrai sentiment de confort et de bien-être. Je n’ai jamais vu une telle propreté dans un hôtel de « luxe » donc je tiens vraiment à les féliciter pour cela. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel à toute personne qui souhaite passer un séjour reposant et de qualité. J’y retournerai sans hésiter à mon prochain passage à Fethiye 🌸🌊✨

Номер на нижнем этаже.Бассеин очень рядом.Общая душевая фактически под окном.Матрас,подушка ужас(пришлось спать без нее)Очень жесткий пружинный матрас,отвратительное белье,короткое и узкое покрывало(оно же и летнее одеяло).Вообще нет никакой шумоизоляции.(Как будто спишь в коридоре)Всю ночь блуждающие по коридору и громко разговаривающие люди.Волосы на полу,убогие полотенца.Завтрак не брали.Бронировали на одну ночь.Я вообще не спала.Забыть как страшный сон. Не рекомендую

Todella ihana paikka ja hyvä sijainti, kävelymatkan päässä keskustasta ja bussilla pääsi myös helposti kauemmas. Viivyin suunniteltua pidempään ja sain varattua lisäpäivät joustavasti. Henkilökunnasta kaikki ovat todella ystävällisiä, erityisesti Emir antoi neuvot kaikkeen tarvittaviin hyvistä vierailukohteista bussiaikatauluihin ja -yhteyksiin. Majoittuisin mielelläni täällä uudelleen!
