The Bodrum Hotel Yalıkavak - MGallery Collection

The hotel is beautiful, so clean and great location - very close to the marina. Staff were exceptionally kind and very professional, amazing customer service!

No complaints!

I love everything 😍

The stuff due to availability of the rooms, they upgraded us in a bigger room (a suite). It was huge with very nice view .

Average

Everything

The staff was exceptional, the whatsapp response for anything reservations or othe things was outstanding. the housekeeping is also outstanding the all go above and beyond. greatly trained and hospitable

Location Cleanness Comfortable beds

Some staff are arrogant Charged with false expenses

It is a 5* spot packaged in a 4* hotel Service is great but they are understaffed, the spot is amazing but the hotel is ugly. At 1000€+ per night I am sure it is one of the most profitable Accor's hotel.

Propreté,personnel acceuillant et service rapide

Emplacement

Spacious rooms, excellent breakfast buffet, kids club and its staff were excellent and attentive to my child, he loved it there and kept asking to go back. Beach and pool are really nice, and daily cleaning was spot on.

Not a complaint, but a recommendation to have heavier dumbbells at the gym, as the max weight is 14kg only. The gym is really decent for a hotel nevertheless.

The location/ The Hotel Staff / The Food / The facilities amazing 🤩

Nothing

Clean , comfortable and nice service

The Gym is for sure not compatible with hotel !!

Our stay at MGallery The Bodrum Hotel Yalıkavak exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, the hospitality was simply outstanding. A special thank you to Okan, who made our 10th wedding anniversary incredibly memorable. He arranged a beautiful floral decoration in our room along with a delicious complimentary anniversary cake, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated surprise. To our delight, the hotel also upgraded us to a beautiful Executive Sea View suite on a high floor, which offered breathtaking views and made our stay even more special. We truly appreciated this generous gesture The hotel itself is world class. The facilities are exceptional, the private beach and pool are beautiful, and every area of the property is impeccably maintained. Housekeeping was excellent and always on time. One evening, we returned to our room to find complimentary snacks waiting for us, another thoughtful touch that made us feel genuinely valued as guests. The service at check-out was equally impressive. The team was warm, attentive, and Okan once again even made sure we enjoyed coffee and refreshments before we departed, which was a wonderful way to end our stay. Every member of the staff made us feel welcome, and their attention to detail was remarkable. Thank you to Okan and the entire MGallery team for making our anniversary so special. We will always remember our stay and would not hesitate to return whenever we visit Bodrum again.

Best hotel in Yalikavak, location, private beach, very good breakfast, clean hotel where you find all facilities you may need. Very helpful staff Ms Hafiza in F&B, night shift manager Mr Shayaz , Ms Ghana in the reception as an Arabic speaker she made everything easier for us, providing us with useful addresses. Thank you all the staff at M Gallery

NA

Tudo excepcional!

Amazing staff and services

Location is very nice and nearby to yalikavak marina and the staff were very supportive and friendly

A wonderful hotel — stylish, modern, very clean, with a great location. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming.

Nothing, everything was excellent.

Top. Mert, who was working in the hotel is really a good person , everything was organised. Hotel room was always clean! Quality 10/10

We had an amazing time at this hotel! We loved everything about it. The view, the staff and the spa were everything was super!

We had to take to many taxis because the hotel is not close to anything but so are most of the hotels that aren’t in the city centre.

my friend and I enjoyed our stay , amazing hotel , excellent service and lovely staff . Fabulous beach 🏖️ I liked the welcoming bracelet i received during the check in ♥️.

The price of the food in the hotel restaurant is way expensive than usual .

It was one of the best if not the best stays for me. The staff were great, welcoming, smiling, and supportive with anything we wanted. The facilities are top notch and we loved every minute of our stay there. We thank Özkan, Anil, Ibrahim, and the entire MGallery Bodrum staff for their great hospitality and we will see you again soon. Thank you,

We suggest adding an ATM.

The staff was so welcoming from the start all the way till the end which uplifted me and my partner’s trip and made the holiday better. I would definitely stay again in the future and would highly recommend it.

Tudo maravilhoso!!

Beach area is nice, friendly staff

Rooms are very noisy, i can clearly hear the room next to mine celebrating someone’s birthday! I hear people walking in the corridor and door slams non stop during the night. Breakfast wasn’t good.
