Reviewed Aug 20, 2024There was a discrepancy with the room I booked. Which was a double room and the picture shows 2 double beds. However upon arriving I was given a room wirh only 1 Bed. I feel expedia and the property should have clear views and consistency for when customers are booking. It caused a major inconvenience as I wasn't traveling alone.

What could have been better is the help from the government like what they give to your Tui& other hotels, so that I was disappointed about, but me and my sister enjoyed ourselves, and we will recommend it our friends
