Cleanliness and comfort at an excellent rate. The casting function on the TV is not stable, otherwise we had a perfect stay.

Absolutely amazing hotel. I went to Dubai for the first time to catch Green Day at Expo City, so the location was perfect too. Very polite staff, delicious food, comfortable room and excellent facilities.

The building and decor of the hotel itself is attractive, however, at times requested service would take a long time to be completed, so you would have to ask again. Daily cleaning was very surface level. Quite a few staff could be somewhat dismissive at times. The breakfast choices weren’t great, but luckily there was a nice cafe and convenience shop up the road. If there was an option to give the hotel a 2.5 stars, I would, as there was some pleasant staff. But overall the experience could have been better.

Good Place

Hotel staff were lovely and made sure you have everything you need 24:7. Pool was incredible, temperature was spot on and facilities were perfect - towels, showers, toilets, lifeguard was very helpful. Lots of food choices and all very tasty - breakfast, room service and sundeck. Our only cons were two towels a day in the room, but more were given when we called. Air con was reset daily and made the room colder than we would like.

The front desk made my day and my stay they are may be the friendliest i have ever met in a hotel. The Hotel location is the only downside as it is a bit away from central Dubai but new clean and comfortable i had a car so i drove extra miles to my destination but it was worth staying at a new hotel with excellent service. When the price is reasonable weight your options an extra half an hour drive is worth it or not.

Good value for the price. Clean sheets, nice gym, and convenient.

I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai, particularly tourists and business travelers. The hotel is clean, the staff are incredible, and it's conveniently located near the metro station, just a short walk away. My wife and I had a wonderful time and we intend to book here again. The surrounding area is also pleasantly calm and quiet.

The place itself was clean. The staff were nice and knowledgeable. However, the area is in construction and a distance from everything else.

Very good, clean and all the necessary things needed to make your stay comfortable. Hotel rooms are clean, modern and quiet. Everyone is polite and a good variety for breakfast. It would be great if breakfast could start at 6 AM rather than 6:30.am.

My staycationwas fantastic. I initially planned for three nights but extended it for an extra night. The place offers spacious rooms, a lovely outside area, a delightful dining area, and a cozy café. The rooms are modern, clean, and equipped with everything you need. It's conveniently located within walking distance to various amenities and the Ibn Battuta Mall. In general, I would gladly stay there again and already have it planned. Highly recommended.

My stay at this hotel was decent. Location was perfect, we had a car so JBR and Palm was just 15mins drive. Word of warning not many taxis around. Room was clean and spacious. Water and towels was provided everyday. However there is no coffee or tea in the room which was really inconvenient in the morning. So for that I'm giving this a solid 4/5.

Enjoyed my stay except for the notes above especially no business center. There was a area called business center but did not have the facilities of a business center. I would convert one of the meeting room which were never used to a business center / room or even a corner. Reception staff were very friendly and professional

Great experience for a staycation so much so I extend it for one more night. Great facilities and modern environment with a great light cleanliness and all the necessary things if one has forgotten anything. Nice and quiet rooms.

Stylish clean hotel, excellent staff very helpful and saved me serious pressure by extending my checkout on the last day of my stay. Trendy and good atmosphere overall. Only one suggestion; please put kettle and coffee in rooms. I certainly recommend this hotel and special thanks to reception staff.

Great stay at the Ecos. Staff are all helpful and friendly. Good location and close to Al Furjan metro for access to Dubai attractions. Hotel spacious and clean with a rooftop pool and gym. Special mention for Rozma who helped with my bookings - always professional and nothing too much trouble. Hope to be back for a longer stay in 2024

Ecos is a cool cozy hotel located at a quite and accessible location. The staff were very friendly and supportive. The breakfast was on point. I totally recommend.

New hotel, a little isolated...

Location is far away from metro.

It is as basic as yiu can get in Dubai without being a hostel. Rooms are tiny. You have to walk all the way in the bathroom and close the door to even access the toilet. Nothing fun to see outside the window. Every uber driver had a hard time finding it even though you can see it from the freeway. Its a weird access road. Also no faxe towels. But it was clean and comfortable.

It's clean and staff are friendly

My experience was going well until I found cockroaches in my room. Thankfully it was the last day of my stay. The situation was really not I was looking for and makes me wonder if any of them gotten into my suitcase. When I had informed the front desk, I was told we let the housekeeping team know.

The hotel is great and the staff provide excellent service and quality.

For some reason they don't give you towels sometimes Other than that the hotel is not bad

Its a shame that such a nice hotel charges for tea and coffee and has no tea or coffee in the room. The best in the hotel was the gym and the Algerian guy Behkasem working in the restaurant.

I had such a beautiful time staying at this hotel, every single person at the hotel were absolutely wonderful, I miss this hotel everyday Thank you ❤️

Everything Excellent

Very Good hotel!

This hotel was excellent. Friendly staff, clean room and other hotel facilities. Great gym on site as well as pool area. Overall, we had a great experience. It was wasn't downtown or by marina which we favored because we wanted to be able to stay away from any crowds. It wasn't far for us to drive to this locations. We enjoyed the quiet. Thank you for excellent service!

There is building about 200 metres from property but hardly noticeable.
