Freundliches Personal, wunderschönes Ambiente. Eines der schönsten Hotels die ich je besucht habe, und ich war schon in vielen😁😍

Sehr schöne Ausstattung, sehr geräumig, flexibles Frühstück durch Küchenzeile möglich. Sehr nettes Personal

Von der Buchung bis zur Abreise hat alles reibungslos funktioniert. Das Zimmer war sehr gepflegt und komfortabel. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können diese Unterkunft definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Modern gestaltete, sehr große Zimmer, komplette Küchenausstattung ist vorhanden, Frühstück ist relativ umfangreich, Kaffee von guter Qualität

Die Sauberkeit könnte verbessert werden (vorhandene Nespressomaschine fühlte sich klebrig an, Gläser, Tassen, Geschirrspüler waren nicht sauber, Bild an der Wand sehr staubig), grundsätzlich wäre eine tägliche Zimmerreinigung ohne Mehrkosten zu begrüßen, sodass die Grundsauberkeit gewährleistet wäre, komfortablere Möbel auf der Terrasse wären wünschenswert, die Tische beim Frühstücksbuffet sollten häufiger gereinigt werden, diese sind oft fleckig oder voller Brösel gewesen

Het was een heel groot apartement met alle comfort dat nodig was. Heel aangename plaats en helemaal niet ver van metro, trein en tram. Ideaal om budgetvriendelijk de stad te ontdekken.

Der Check In lief super 👍 und sehr freundlich. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig. Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage zu den Övis, ca. 5 Gehminuten zur Haltestelle St. Marx. Ruhige Lage in einer Seitenstraße. Parkhaus direkt am Hotel.

Auf die Sauberkeit besonders im Frühstücksraum könnte mehr geachtet werden.

Sehr ansprechendes Design und komfortable Zimmergrößen. Das Personal war stets sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Leider waren die Zimmer bei der Anreise nicht gut gereinigt. Auf den Küchenzeilen waren teilweise noch Essensreste (Flecken vom Kochen und Brotkrümel), der Boden schien nicht gesaugt und auch im Bad waren Zahnputzbecher mit Rückständen von Zahnpasta. Das Personal an der Rezeption hat uns umgehend ein neues Zimmer zugewiesen und sich ausdrücklich entschuldigt. Auch das neue Zimmer war nicht in einem gereinigten Zustand, wie man es am Anreisetag erwartet, aber das Zimmer war wesentlich reinlicher, sodass wir auf kein weiteres neues Zimmer bestanden haben.

Nice location on a quiet street with limited traffic. Away from the busy city center, but with easy access to all the main attractions by public transportation.

Mooie schone en ruime kamer in een hip een goed hotel. Met een keuken op je kamer en een koelkast met vriesvak. De bedden zijn goed en het personeel is vriendelijk. De parkeergarage onder het hotel is prijzig maar wel netjes en volledig afgesloten daar komen niet zomaar andere mensen in.

Communicatie over de parkeergarage. Deze kan je niet vooraf regelen. Maar er is voor de deur een parkeerplaats beschikbaar waar je kunt parkeren voor de check-in. Dus het is geen probleem dat je niet gelijk in de parkeergarage kan.

Es moderno y cómodo. Al lado del tranvía y el supermercado, muy bien conectado. El personal fue muy amable.

Ruhige Lage in einer Nebenstraße. Nur 3 Minuten Fußweg zu Tram und Bus in die Innenstadt und Schloss Schönbrunn. Hotel mit angenehmen Flair. Geräumiges Studio, Bad und Küchenzeile. Schöner Frühstücksraum mit Außenterasse. Freundliches Personal. Originell, dass gebeten und gedankt wird für das eher unübliche Selbstabräumen des Frühstücksgeschirrs. Und es funktionierte bei den allermeisten Gästen 😀😉

Balkon nur ca. 50cm tief und ohne Mobilar. Fenster und Boden des Balkons nicht gereinigt. Herbstlaub und Spinnweben. Küchenzeile schön mit Herd, Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle aber nur minimalistisch mit Utensilien und Geschirr ausgestattet. Die in einem Hotelbadezimmer üblichen Zahnputzbecher fehlen

De amicale jonge sfeer.

er is een kitchinette zoals ik wou maar geen attributen...2 kookplaten maar geen kookgerief . 2 waterglazen maar geen wijnglazen.. kon zelfs geen eitje koken. Geen koffiemachine!!! Moest dus oploskoffie drinken want er was alleen maar een waterkokertje. Dat er een afwasmachine was ...waarom zou je die gebruiken als er toch geen kookgerei is. Voor de rest voortreffelijke kamer heb er van genoten!!

In unmittelbarer Nähe zum Veranstaltungszentrum Globe. Gutes Frühstück, freundliches Personal, Zimmer mit hoher Raumhöhe, modern und ansprechend gestaltete Einrichtung. Sehr gute Anbindung an Verkehrswege (Autobahn und Zug) aber auch Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel (S-Bahn, Straßenbahn und U-Bahn in der Nähe).

Evtl. könnte eine Leselampe oder Nachttischlampe das Lichtkonzept noch verbessern.

Perfect location = quiet and relaxed neighborhood with several great restaurants 1 min walking distance (try the nice guys) while you can get uber to the center for few € and be at Stephansdom in 8 min. We liked the Brazilian vibe, ease and friendliness.

We couldn't regulate the air-con in our rooms, as it's done centrally. We usually need to turn it off for the night but here it wasn't really a problem.

El alojamiento está muy bien. Tanto las instalaciones, así como el personal y la ubicación nos han gustado mucho. La parada de tranvía estaba muy cerca. Teníamos todo lo necesario en la habitación. La cama muy cómoda.

There was nothing not to like

Freundlich, sauber, ruhig. Die Küchenzeile im Zimmer war sehr nützlich. Großer abschließbarer Fahrradkeller, in dem wir unsere Räder unterstellen konnten. Nettes Café direkt nebenan. Preis/Leistung sehr gut.

L'hôtel était incroyable, très bien décoré, proche du centre en transports et des commerces de proximité à pieds. Petit plus pour Marco qui nous a accueilli de façon géniale et son français est très qualitatif (voire incroyable !) on s’est senti bien ici grâce à lui !

Sehr schöne moderne Hotelzimmer. Betten bequem. Frühstück auch sehr vielseitig.

The room was just amazing. We really liked its modern style. The bed was very comfortable. It was also so nice that the staff allowed us to take our breakfast to the room. I also liked spending time in the lobby. Extremely nice place!

Despite the fact that breakfast finishes at 11, at 9:15 there was already no omelette left, and I was told there wouldn’t be any more. So it’s better to come for breakfast earlier or cook it in your room. Also, the sink in the bathroom was clogged and drained very slowly.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, ausreichend großes Frühstücksbuffet und nette Bar. Die Lage ist ruhig und auch wenn das Hotel nicht zentral liegt erreicht man mit nahegelegene Verkehrsmittel gut alle wichtigen Orte in Wien. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet, haben moderne Technik und sind sauber. Check-In und Check-Out sind unkompliziert und es gibt große Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage.

Für Gäste, die kein Englisch sprechen, wäre es hilfreich wenn das Personal auch Deutsch sprechen könnte. Für uns war die Kommunikation kein Problem, aber in einem deutschsprachigen Land erwarten viele Gäste wahrscheinlich Deutsch.

Zimmer waren sehr sauber, und top Lage. Alles gut mit Bus und Bahn erreichbar. Der Service war auch immer freundlich.

Das Doppelbett war viel zu klein, Frühstück könnte deutlich abwechslungsreicher sein. War leider sehr einfältig.

Big thank you to Marco for making us feel so welcomed! The rooms were cozy, with many little hidden practical details. The place really did exceed our expectations.

Only thing we would add is possibility to change room temperature (A/C) all year around.

The staff were very friendly and the vibe was young but the hotel was quiet. The room was more a student type studio apartment. It had a great bathroom, small kitchen with a hob, microwave and fridge. We were there for three nights so we didn't use the kitchen. We slept very well there.

The location is not ideal for tourist purposes. A knack for understanding the public transport options and combinations was necessary for getting home from the old town at night time. The nearest tram is 100 metres from the hotel and the underground is a little further.

Absolut begeistert! 🇧🇷✨ Uns hat einfach alles gefallen: das außergewöhnliche brasilianische Flair, das moderne und stylische Design, das Smart-Home-Konzept, die Sauberkeit und die vielen liebevollen Details. Man fühlt sich hier nicht wie in einem gewöhnlichen Hotel, sondern bekommt wirklich ein besonderes Brasilien-Feeling. Modern, cool, gemütlich und einfach etwas ganz anderes! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. ❤️ Was uns nicht gefallen hat? Ehrlich gesagt: nichts! 😊

Clean and beautiful hotel with all the necessary amenities in house. Also possibility to do laundry during longer stays. The location is perfect and is easily accessible to the city using public transport. I completely recommend this hotel in Vienna.

Camere ampie e dotate di tutto il necessario; biancheria bianca e pulita. No moquette. Posizione comoda per raggiungere il centro anche con i mezzi e. Quartiere tranquillo e molto interessante. Colazione abbondante e di ottima qualità e staff molto accogliente!

Le camere erano un po’ fredde e non si poteva spegnere l aria condizionata ma solo a noi dava un po’ fastidio. Eravamo in 3 famiglie

L’attenzione alla sostenibilità, la cura per ogni tipo di esigenza, la gentilezza e disponibilità dei receptionist, in particolare Rafael che ci ha fornito moltissime informazioni utili, e il design bellissimo dell’hotel. Il nostro appartamento era pazzesco e pulitissimo. Posizione strategica, ben collegata e vicina al centro. Quando torneremo a Vienna sicuramente prenoteremo di nuovo presso Rioca!!

Byłam w tym hotelu 5 raz więc to chyba świadczy o tym, że bardzo go lubię i mi odpowiada pod każdym względem.

Hotel ładnie i stylowo urządzony, w pokoju były wpisujące się w klimat tapety, listwy LED, huśtawka, telewizor. Dobra atmosfera, miła i pomocna obsługa. W hotelu była restauracja, zaraz obok piekarnia, w niewielkiej odległości parę większych sklepów i apteka. Blisko także przystanki komunikacji miejskiej dobrze skomunikowane z dworcem i centrum miasta. Pokój był automatycznie klimatyzowany, dzięki czemu panowała w nim przyjemna temperatura mimo silnych upałów na dworze.

Pokój ogólnie sprawiał wrażenie czystego, ale nie był zbyt dokładnie posprzątany - na stole i blatach były zaschnięte brudne plamy, pod stołem były okruszki. Wyposażenie aneksu kuchennego było bardzo minimalistyczne. Chociaż znajdowała się tam płyta elektryczna, nie było akcesoriów do gotowania (np. garnków), ale pewnie dało się o nie poprosić w recepcji. Dość głośny wentylator w łazience, którego nie da się wyłączyć (nawet po zgaszeniu światła czy wyjęciu karty hotelowej). Nasz pokój nie został posprzątany w oznaczonym dniu i musiałyśmy upomnieć się o to w recepcji (następnego dnia usługa została wykonana).

Appartamento pulito e curato, personale cordiale e socievole. Ottima la macchinetta per caffè e cappuccini gratuita disponibile nella lobby.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was spacious, clean, tidy and had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and very accomodating. The location was a little bit further away to the main attractions by foot, however we enjoyed walking around and getting to explore the city. We would definitely stay here again.

Das freundliche Personal.

Goed vertrekpunt om Wenen te verkennen, dichtbij ov-haltes. Het hotel ligt in een rustige wijk, de keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien.

De kamer was niet schoon. Er zaten haren op de bekleding van de bank en bed en er zat veel stof en haren op de föhn. De speaker werkte niet. Er stond een volle asbak op het balkon (terwijl het verboden is te roken). Een aantal van de klachten is snel opgelost door het vriendelijke personeel, maar we hadden beter verwacht.

We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is in a quiet, clean area, with bus and tram stops within a five-minute walk, several restaurants nearby, and easy access to the international bus terminal. The city centre can be reached in around 10–15 minutes. Check-in and check-out were easy, and the room was spacious, clean, neat, and well equipped. Everything was excellent.

Na varanda poderia ter pelo menos uns bancos e para usar panelas , frigideira e etc teria que pagar a mais e o booking não te explica essa opção . Não é culpa do hotel mas falta comunicação entre eles

So dieses Hotel war wieder eine Station, bei der Reise zu mir selbst. Alles in allem ist es ein gutes Hotel. Ich hatte einen Balkon, der mich aber leider komplett eingeengt hat. Da er auf den Innenhof ging wo direkt nebendran auch ein Gebäude stand, es war wie in einem Kessel. Manche Zimmer haben auch eine Küche dabei. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und gemütlich. Die Zimmer sehen auch so aus wie auf den Fotos.

Das Frühstück war ganz ok, halt im brasilianischen Stil. Das mit dem Balkon hat mir gar nicht gefallen.

- The breakfast is good (usual intercontinental breakfast, with some specific Brazilian touches) - The staff is nice and very friendly (Marco is a great guy) - The hotel is pretty quiet (inside and outside) - It has free (self) ironing service - Bed is comfy - Quality things (hansgrohe shower, grohe faucet, Miele washing machines and dryers)

- Poor maintenance. I have never, in my whole life, stayed in a hotel with visible, multiple, stains on the couch / bed. For god sake get steam cleaner machine, it is unacceptable to have stains (30 cm diameter) on a couch. - The painting on the walls was slightly damaged (multiple black marks due to some object grinding against it) , not that big of a deal, but it sends a message (10L of painting is like 20 bucks) - I had a hole in the bed frame (a 3-5cm diameter hole), no idea how that happened, but again it sends a message. - The curtains were stained, multiple times, scratched and overall had a dirty feeling - The outside shutter had a quite funny way of operating: basically pulling it all the way down created a gap of 20 cm at the bottom of the door. For blocking the sun it was alright, other purposes might be limited. - No mosquito net, although, truth to be told, I have never saw a mosquito in Wien, yet I would like to open the balcony door freely, without worrying about any insects. - Weird AC - it is a building built AC so the temp in your room is given by what the staff wants. - You cannot turn off the AC, the air enters via bathroom fan (which has an annoying continue white noise, so you cannot let the door open over the night) - It was cold, it is August, and I needed to turn on the bathroom heater at max to be able to sleep. - Bathroom heater is a small electric heater that does its job, but it is not designed to heat the room. - The shower has a sticker with something that is telling you to shower with care and that they try to reduce wasted water. Which, okay, is a nice thing to do, but feels awkward. I went on holiday to be stress free, not to be reminded that water is a scarced resource. - The cleaning is done every 3 days, not really a problem, but the whole "we have this because we care about environment" feels weird and tacky.

Location

Upon booking, I discovered that the air conditioning system is not available in the rooms. This posed a significant concern, as our infant is used to sleeping in a climate-controlled environment, having traveled from the UAE. I reached out to the property to request a cancellation; however, my request was denied. After several exchanges via email and phone, the management agreed to refund 50% of the booking, retaining the remaining balance, which, while within their rights, was not a satisfactory resolution for us. Here are my observations regarding my stay: 1. Privacy: The rooms located behind the street lack adequate privacy, while those facing the street offer better privacy but become excessively hot due to direct sunlight until 5:00 PM. I requested a move to a higher floor for improved privacy, which was granted by management. 2. Cleanliness: The overall cleanliness of the accommodation was disappointing, particularly in the balcony area and the washroom. Housekeeping made the bed and occasionally changed the bed linens, but did not perform a thorough cleaning. 3. Staff: While some staff members were exceptional and approachable, others were less so, which impacted our overall experience.

Excellent stay in Viena . Definitely worth it.

Schönes, helles Zimmer. Ausreichend Platz. Gute Ausstattung. Freundliches Personal. Nähe zu Straßenbahn-Haltestelle (ca. 15-20 Min. in die Innenstadt). U-Bahn ca. 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Gute Hotelangebote: Kaffee zur freien Entnahme, Fitnessstudio, etc.

Toller Aufenthalt im Hotel Rioca Vienna Posto 2, sehr freundliches Personal und gute, moderne Ausstattung. Die gute, zentrale Lage ermöglicht es mit wenigen Straßenbahnstationen ins Zentrum zu gelangen. Wir hatten unsere Fahrräder dabei, die sicher verschlossen in der Tiefgarage untergebracht werden konnten. Vom Rioca kann man mit dem Fahrrad die Stadt gut erkunden. Wien hat wirklich gut ausgebaute, teilweise sehr breit Radwege. Wir hatten allerdings auch Glück mit dem Wetter. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist ausgezeichnet! Sehr angenehm war es auch, dass man sich in der Lobby mit Kaffee u.ä. kostenlos bedienen konnte.

Einzig die Sauberkeit könnte noch etwas verbessert werden, ansonsten rundum sehr zufrieden.

Hotel moderno e accogliente. Camere molto spaziose e fornite di tutto il necessario anche per soggiorni più lunghi (dotate di cucinotto e divanetto). Letti molto comodi. Staff molto cordiale e disponibile.

L’appartamento è bello esteticamente. Si ha il caffè incluso fino alle 18 e sono accessibili una palestra e una sala giochi con biliardo, biliardino e ping pong.

Quando siamo arrivati mancavano tutti gli utensili che ci sarebbero serviti per cucinare, l’ho fatto presente alla reception che mi ha comunicato che mi avrebbero subito fatto portare l’occorrente. dopo un’ora di attesa (erano le 14 passate) sono tornata in reception e non hanno trovato altre soluzioni se non cambiarci camera perché a loro dire non riuscivano a parlare con il room service e non sapevano in quanto tempo avrebbero risolto il problema. considerando che avevamo fatto la spesa e disfatto i bagagli e che quindi avremmo avuto molte cose da spostare dal 10º al 1º piano abbiamo chiesto di controllare se ci fossero gli utensili. hanno mandato me avanti e indietro due volte perché la prima volta avevano sbagliato a impostare la chiave elettronica e quindi la porta non si apriva. entriamo e vediamo che effettivamente c’era tutto tranne una padella che ci era indispensabile. abbiamo acconsentito al cambio chiedendo però una padella e ci è di nuovo stato detto che la avrebbero portata immediatamente. nel frattempo che noi facevamo i giri avanti e indietro per portare le cose la padella è stata portata alla nuova camera… ma non avevano detto che non potevano contattare il room service per sapere in quanto tempo avrebbero portato gli utensili nella prima camera? Oltre a ciò, che comunque è un imprevisto e può succedere e alla bene e meglio è stato risolto, nel primo appartamento abbiamo trovato due asciugamani macchiati e nel secondo la pulizia non era ottimale.

Bardzo brudno - drzwi w łazience polane czymś brązowym, wokół klamki ciemno od rąk i palców. Na pojemniku z którego dałem włosy poprzednich gości. Na śniadaniu raz jest pełen wybór soków, potem połowa. Podobnie z brazylijskimi przekąskami - jednego dnia dwie smaczne, drugiego jedna surowa w środku. Obok hotelu jest tylko restauracja, w której są śniadania - w okolicy nie ma innych miejsc, gdzie można zjeść wieczorem. Dlatego zdecydowałam się na pizzę w miejscu śniadania. Die zentrale aber trotzdem ruhige Lage des Hotels und die gute Anbindung zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Sehr gut gefallen hat uns das Apartment, wunderschöne zweckmäßige Ausstattung, im brasilianischen Look, mit Balkon, alles sauber. Reichhaltiges Frühstück. Tiefgarage vorhanden!!
