Todo el servicio excelente tratan a todos los huespedes por igual. La habitación muy comoda y limpia. Regresaremos seguramente.

Solo un pequeño detalle con la presión de agua en la regadera que no se pudo resolver en nuestra estancia.

La habitación muy cómoda y la limpieza excelente. Valoro mucho la buena calidad del colchón de la cama y de las almohadas. Muy bien el televisor con cable y streaming, así como el servicio de internet. La mejor comida y el mejor servicio de meseros es en el club de playa, aunque el espacio es muy pequeño y hay que esperar por camastros libres. La mejor comida, en el restaurante Huichol. La experiencia en el restaurante japonés también es muy buena.

Esperé 1 hora y media para que me entregaran la habitación (la hora de entrega era a las 3) y el personal se veía sobrepasado. Ningún empleado de recepción me explicó sobre el uso de las instalaciones para esperar o me indicó dónde podía comer. Después vi que a otros huéspedes les daban mapas del hotel, que es muy grande. Ya no alcancé el horario del buffet, por lo que tuve que comer en uno de los bares, con un servicio lento, mala comida y mala actitud del mesero. Una pésima bienvenida. Tal vez por la temporada alta, hay mucha gente en los restaurantes y constantemente se vacían las charolas de comida, por lo que hay que esperar o comer otra cosa. Para ir al club de playa, tienes que reservar espacio en el vehículo la tarde anterior al día que quieres ir, los viajes no son a libre demanda, por lo que no hay margen de ir en cualquier momento. No es el lugar ideal para llegar si viajas solo, pero vi que las familias con niños sí la pasan bien. Posiblemente en temporada baja la experiencia sea mejor.

Todo queda lejos y solo hay dos carros de golf para todos los huéspedes así que nunca está disponible y tienes que caminar todas las distancias, la comida en general no es muy buena y los horarios de restaurantes son los mismos en todos lados así que si no comes a esa hora, te quedas sin comer… el bar del hotel cierra súper temprano al igual que las albercas

We had a phenomenal experience at the Komorebi Teppanyaki Restaurant. Our chef Viviana and the rest of team Ernesto, Julyvet, Rosita, and Rey were very friendly and the service was amazing. Would definitely recommend this restaurant for a memorable dinner.

La alberca de la torre 6 está muy agradable, la vista, la decoración, el tamaño. El área infantil también está muy bien, el personal en general muy amable.

Tiene publicidad engañosa ya que dice que tiene playa pero no, no se encuentra a pie de playa, tiene un club de playa bastante retirado del hotel, el hotel tiene transporte que sale cada media hora pero tienes que esperar sus horarios tanto de ida como de regreso, el club de playa tiene camastros pero cuenta con unas camas techadas con ventilador que tienen costo extra o consumo de una botella ($4,000 mxn) por día. El hotel es bastante grande por lo que los traslados a pie son muy largos, te dicen que te llevan en carritos de golf pero no es verdad, ya que solo los usan para llevarte con equipaje, los tienes que solicitar y esperara que alguno este disponible, ademas de que te llevan solo a ciertos lugares, si quieres ir a una torre más lejana tienes que tomar un segundo carrito, solicitarlo y esperarlo, todo eso es perdida de tiempo. No tiene variedad de restaurantes, solo te dejan reservar una vez en el japonés. Para el bufete no hay mucha variedad ni abastecimiento, me toco en 3 ocasiones que ya no había huevos, frijoles ni hot cakes. Las habitaciones son pequeñas, el baño muy incómodo, ya que no puedes abrir bien la puerta porque chocas con el inodoro. Fuimos en familia y solicitamos las habitaciones cerca y nos las negaron, nos dieron habitaciones lejisimos una de otra, aún trayendo menores de edad y adultos mayores. Las habitaciones son pegadas unas a otras por lo que se escucha todo de las personas de a lado. No tiene actividades en las albercas como animadores ni bares activos por la noche, sólo cuenta con un karaoke de 9:30pm a 11pm y el bar cierra a las 11. Cuenta con muchas albercas pero parece balneario. Ninguna alberca tiene bar. Se ve muy bonito en las fotos pero en realidad el hotel no es así, definitivamente no lo recomiendo y no volvería.

Me gusta mucho lo completo que está en términos de las instalaciones y los diferentes restaurantes así como el club de playa.

Que en esta ocasión la atención de las personas en los bares, sobre todo, fue mala, fueron lentos incluso cuando no había gente y parecía que no querían atendernos.

El hotel es espectacular, la infraestructura se ve bastante nueva y en buen estado y el ambiente que se genera al estar metido entremedio de la natulareza ayuda mucho a la desconexión y relajo. El desayuno muy bueno y variado. El gimnasio es excepcionalmente bueno y bien climatizado (comparado con otros hoteles)

La comida en los distintos restaurantes siempre muy sabrosa y de buena calidad, sin embargo a veces se sentía un poco repetitiva. Podría ir variando día a día. Las cafeterías, además del café, tenían poca oferta de cosas para comer. Algunos días de la semana los restaurantes no abren al almuerzo, por lo que sólo queda comer en los bares/cafeterías que tienen una carta más limitada.

Desde nuestra llegada la atención del personal de recepción fue excelente, muy amable y atentos. Por el cupo del hotel nos brindaron una mejor habitación. Las instalaciones estuvieron limpias y comodas. Todo el personal del hotel fueron muy amables siempre, meseros , personal de limpieza , personal del transporte etc. La comida siempre fue variable y muy rica.

Que se terminaron rápido nuestras vacaciones 🏕️. Pero volveremos , un lugar definitivamente 100% recomendado para descansar y disfrutar en familia.

La atención de todos los colaboradores del hotel fué excelente, todos dispuestos a apoyar siempre. El trato incluso para Aria (mi perrita) fué excepcional. Nos encantó la comida y bebidas, variedad en ambos en los diferentes restaurantes. Lo limpio y temperatura de las albercas 10/10. Cuartos limpios y cama cómoda. Gym con lo básico para entrenar pero muy cómodo. Sin duda una experiencia increíble.

Como siempre en todo hay areas de oportunidad y una de ellas podría ser que cuiden los alrededores y debajo de algunos cuartos del hotel pues se alcanzaba a ver algo de tuberías, basura, cosas de construcción que quitan un poco la magia de la naturaleza. Podrian tener un poco más de variedad en alimentos en el pantry o estarlos variando algunos días.

This was our sixth stay at Delta, and it has long been one of our favorite resorts. Unfortunately, during this visit we noticed several changes that significantly affected our experience. The biggest issue is the integration of the neighboring property into the Delta offering. Guests staying there now have access to Delta’s pools and facilities, which has made the resort noticeably more crowded. One of Delta’s greatest strengths was its exclusivity and tranquility. We choose this hotel and are willing to pay premium rates not only for the rooms themselves, but also for the atmosphere, comfort, and overall experience that come with it. By combining facilities for two properties with different price points, that atmosphere inevitably changes. Another disappointment was the decline in food quality and service compared to our previous stays. We also noticed that there are now fewer shaded loungers around the pools. Combined with the increased number of guests, it has become difficult to find a comfortable shaded spot. Unfortunately, the overall experience no longer feels as comfortable and relaxing as it once did. As long as the current arrangement remains in place, we do not see ourselves returning.

Es un hotel nuevo, el staff de meseros y bell boys es muy muy amable. Los de recepción NO, no ayudan y no resuelven, todo lo quieren cobrar aunque sea su error.

Al parecer TODO fallaba, el aire acondicionado en los restaurantes, las tarjetas de las habitaciones se desconfiguraban, la bomba del WC en el baño de la habitación hacía un ruido espantoso todas horas de la madrugada, las habitaciones están conectadas por una puerta y los vecinos que nos tocaron hacían muchísimo ruido y escuchábamos TODAS las conversaciones y sonidos. Pedimos que si nos cambiaban de habitación pues éramos dos mujeres y sonidos puertas que de un empujón se abren, no fue hasta que grabamos el sonido del WC que accedieron a movernos de habitación a una demasiado lejos, pegada a una salida de emergencia que el staff usaba a toda horas, nos despertaban 6 AM la gente entrando y saliendo.

La atención es muy buena, todo el personal es muy atento. Los meseros siempre están al pendiente que no te falte bebidas los chicos de los carrito siempre dispuestos a sacarte una buena conversación. Alejandro del sport bar se la rifo con las bebidas que nos recomendó. El club de playa es lo mejor, ahí la comida es mejor que en el hotel y los postres uuuf riquísimos esos no se ven en el hotel.

La comida que te sirven en el restaurante japones es muy basica nada espectacular, el yakimeshi si esta demaciado bueno. Los bufetes una experiencia muy limitada básico.

Las habitaciones son hermosas, el lugar esta en la montaña precioso entre la jungla, la fauna por todos lados le da un toque fantástico. Muchas albercas con muy buena ambientación.

El restaurante huichol me parece que podría mejorar la calidad de sus alimentos y la sillas un tanto sucias , el Pantry siempre lo encontramos con poca variedad, algunas panes estaban con hongos y algo sucio, entiendo que hay mucho movimiento de huéspedes ahí.

El personal que nos atendió fue muy amable y servicial, la sazón de los alimentos excelente, las habitaciones y el hotel en general es bonito.

Lamentablemente nos tocó al segundo día de hospedaje que no hubiera agua en la torre en que nos tocó hospedarnos, nos comentaron que era una cuestión a nivel local, no del hotel, pero pues resultó incómodo; como fuimos en temporada alta (puente vacacional) se les agotó el hielo y no podía preparar bebidas frapé por esta situación; después, nos dijeron que la máquina del bar donde está el módulo para entregar toallas se había quedado sin gas por lo que no podían brindar agua mineral para preparar una bebida que se llama "paloma" y nos tuvimos que cambiar de alberca.

Voy a dar mi opinión sincera, es un hotel hermoso a pesar de no estar a pie de playa te facilitan el llevarte al club de playa del hotel pero tristemente el personal del hotel no esta preparado para tanta gente, el personal es muy amable y es lo que hace amena la estadía pero les falta gente, 100% volvería pero en temporada baja, les recomiendo a Gladys del bar xaman, es la mejor bartender y también el señor del lobby, sin duda hacen unas bebidas deliciosas, el hotel es para relajación pero sin duda hay ambiente también!

DO NOT recommend. my partner was pretty much sick the entire time probably from Bad alcohol. (I did not drink any alcohol and was not sick) The food places never open on time. One day we had to wait almost 2 hours as lunch didn't open until 1:30. I also heard from other guests that water was running out and they were running out of food. Also be prepared to walk a ton as they have very few golf carts to help get around. Also the food that was served was not very good. The food they served in my college dorm was better.

Traveled as a family of three with our three year old in April and had such a wonderful time! Service was lovely! Special thanks to Carmen the lifeguard, LuLu, Ulises, Jonathan (and all the guys at the Jungle Bar), Guadalupe, Alejandro, Itzel, Maria, and countless others! Every staff member we encountered was kind, welcoming, and so warm towards our son. I was a little nervous about the food based on some other reviews - if you cannot find something tasty and nutritious here then YOU might be the problem. 🤣 But in all seriousness, food was fresh - produce and fruit options were so fresh! The food truck for lunch was so fun. We enjoyed ceviche by the pool almost every day - made to order! We also lost two items (a Sun hat for my child and his water bottle) and security recovered both - special thanks to them! Movie night for the kids is so thoughtful and fun with tents and snacks. Shuttle for the beach ran right on time. Room was clean, grounds were clean. Pools and lazy river were so nice! The Aqua Jungle and slides were so fun for all three of us! Gym was clean, had plenty of equipment and weights for a nice work out. We were seriously so sad to leave. Thank you so much for a truly enjoyable vacation!

Spent 2-weeks at this amazing all-inclusive resort in April 2026. From the amazing hotel staff at check-in, recognizing our Marriott status with a room upgrade, to the personal tour from Omar (A legend!) with the shuttle to our room in building 6, the bar was set high and never failed to disappoint. The facility is located in the hills nestled in the jungle, peaceful and serene. There’s a shuttle that takes you to their private beach club, that’s an amazing place to get your sunny beach fix. I lost count at all the different pool options, always with space for sun seekers or shade seekers alike. Family with small kids or couples looking for quiet, will find the perfect place to spend your day. From the room to the pools to restaurants and property grounds, the place is spotless! I literally couldn’t find a single piece of garbage. For dining options, in the 2 weeks we spent there, I still didn’t get the opportunity to experience every dining option. From the buffet restaurants, to the pool bar food, to the specialty Japanese restaurant, the food was always fresh, healthy, and generous with options for everyone’s needs. Finally, what sets this hotel apart from similar options, is the professionalism and passion of all the staff. They are truly the best ambassadors for their hotel, and country. Particular recognition and appreciation to Musio & Claudia & Linda at Salt & Thyme, Nial, Ulises & Suzane at Huichol Covina, and Benny & Alejandro at the Press Start Bar. These men and women are truly passionate about what they do! If you’re looking for an all-inclusive getaway, for family or couples, the Delta Hotel By Marriott Nayarit is truly the best value for your vacation money. I can’t wait to go back!

El dormitorio estaba muy bien

Las instalaciones no son como las fotos. La calidad de la comida es mala de verdad. No parece un all inclusive. Te dicen que tienen restorán de comida italiana y cuando llegas además de hacer cola para cualquier comida de aprox 20 min (para dos personas porque los restoranes no pueden abarcar la demanda de cantidad de huéspedes) tenes que hacer una cola de 10 personas para comer tallarines con salsa o tirabuzón. Hay un restorán asiático con reserva (difícil de que tenga hora) calidad de la comida mala calidad. Comida recalentada por un chef que te hace un show. (Sopa ya hecha, arrolladito primavera y arroz con mantenga y huevo). Al mediodía no tenes oportunidad más que que tacos y hamburguesas. Con demora de 30 min. en cuanto al servicio de playa no hay lugar a la hora que quieras. Si queres a las primeras horas 10 am, tenes que despertarte en tus vacaciones a las 6 de la mañana o alquilas un auto o te tomas un uber (respuesta textual de los empleados del hotel) No fue una buena experiencia, no repetiría. En ningún momento solución a los problemas o abiertos a la crítica constructiva. Resumen te venden gato por liebre.

While I had an overall pleasant experience, there are a couple of areas where I believe improvements could be made. * From the beverage that the hotel offers, the coffee most of the time was not good. * There were not enough long chairs available in the beach club. It seemed that one had to come very early to secure a chair, which was a bit inconvenient.

Hola, el hotel esta muy lindo, le hace falta un mapa o mayores indicaciones para poder saber como llegar a ciertos lugares. La atención del personal fue excelente, la comida horrible, muy poco en el menú, muy pocos restaurantes, ya que solo son dos, no hay gran variedad en los alimentos y los que hay no están ricos. Hubo sobrecupo en el hotel, entonces, no había toallas, vasos, camastros disponibles, y demás. Considero que para lo que cobran podrían mejorar mucho!

Fantastic pools and aquapark for small kids. Everything very walkable. Enjoyed food, especially Media Luna pool snacks, Teppanyaki cooking experience and Salt&Thyme restaurant with live Italian food freshly prepared. Fantastic staff, very helpful even during night check-in to find us acceptable room.

Beach experience with small kids wasn't ideal - food was so so, sea entrance is not good for toddlers.

El hotel es muy bonito y la comida está muy bien. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas, las albercas muy bonitas, variedad de restaurantes y comida suficientes.

La zona de playa la verdad no vale la pena, pero el hotel sí. Las bebidas no nos gustaron, el alcohol en general y las limonadas era todo tipo concentrado artificial.

Beach club : Die club chairs / Liegen sind aus billigem Plastik. Insgesamt muesste er etwas hochwertiger eingerichtet werden. Das Italienische Restaurant ist nicht gut eingerichtet und zu laut, wegen fehlender Daempfung.

Solo Las albercas y los toboganes

Todo eran buffets (nada a la carta) escasa comida en los buffets y sin sabor. Poco personal en los restaurantes solo 2 personas mesereando para tantísima gente. No incluye todas las bebidas tienes que pagar 89 dlls por día para licores de calidad. Según el transporte te llevan cada 30 minutos a la playa (esta lejos 15 minutosen auto) perooo tarda mucho en recoger huéspedes y tienes que esperar Parado en la fila hasta 1 hora porque se llena con 10 personas la camioneta. No hay actividades solo noche de karaoke (2 hrs) El restaurante de snacks de 24 hrs solo tenía Sopas de vaso, cereal PopCorn y ensalada

This is a hard resort to rate because My family and I overall loved our stay here but we do wish some things were changed to make our experience overall better. Starting with the most important thing for me, the food. The food is very hit or miss here. I had some absolutely great meals and a lot of meh ones. Everything they cooked fresh was great and the buffet food was normally either just good, meh or straight up gross. The key here is showing up right when the restaurant opens. The food is hot and tastes way better. This place seems to be a little understaffed and needs some expansion work done in many areas. If you don’t show up at a restaurant when they open, expect to wait 20-30ish mins to be seated, and once in the restaurant expect to wait about 10 mins in line to get the freshly made food. If you show up right when they open all of these are non-issues. This resort is not next to the beach so it makes up for it by having a ton of different pools to chill out by. Normally at resorts the pools get overcrowded because there’s just one, but here I never felt that way. You still have to be on the move and early to find seating, but you’ll have that problem at every resort you visit. The pools I swam in were heated and the Medi Luna pool had good food. When you want to go to the beach the resort offers a shuttle service to go down to a sectioned off area. Just like everywhere else though if you want to go to the beach here, go as soon as they open up. You’ll want to grab a seat before other people and you DO NOT want to get stuck waiting in line for the shuttle coming home. Some people of my family went to the beach around 12 and tried to make it back for our dinner reservation but got stuck in the hot sun waiting in line for a shuttle for 30 mins. Very very bad. This could have been avoided if we showed up early, relaxed and enjoyed the beach, and left around 12-1. I love the Pantry which is a 24/7 food pantry with cereal fruit, ice cream, sandwiches, snacks, chips, ramen, etc. more resorts should include things like this. The rooms were pretty good. The place I stayed had felt a little old but the beds were comfy, the rooms were clean, and there wasn’t too much to complain about. They aren’t top tier luxury but they were nice and I liked them.

Amazing location. Loved the nature, watching the birds and other animals, the ambience of the restaurants. I personally loved the huichol restaurant. Very romantic vibe and in the day time you could sit by the big windows and look at the trees and the little creek. All the staff were very friendly and kind all the time and went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. Great drinks and coffee.

There were speed bumps on the roads inside of the property that were not signaled or colored and my dad (Who is elderly) tripped over one of them and fell. The toilet in our bedroom had a problem with the pump and didn’t flush. We reported it and they “fixed it” the first night. Didn’t work again the next morning. Reported it again and after a couple hours they sent someone who replaced the pump and it finally worked. Sometimes when asking for a cart to take my elderly parents to places inside the property, they never arrived and we had to walk (our bedrooms were on a hill). The food was not very tasty. Maybe it works for people who visit from other countries, but for Hispanic people like me it can be bland (we need spice and heavy seasoning). They have a good variety of dishes and desserts though.

The people working there were amazing! The beach club and the Japanese restaurant are a value add; Dash, Pablo and all of the guys from the beach club are pretty awesome, that is the real plus of the hotel.

The food of the hotel could improve, in the other hand the food of the beach club and the from the Japanese restaurant was amazing; also it is worth to mention that it was very disgusting that the hotel spelled us out of the beach club early one day because there was a wedding…

We tried this resort as The Points Guy recommended it as a "best value for money spent" deal. This was a lesson in "you get what you pay for." The resort was dated, not well-maintained, and lacked quality to get it to a 2-star status in my opinion. From check-in, the staff were pretty content. They weren't rude or mean, but weren't as welcoming as one would expect at a resort. Pools seemed nice but were overcrowded and didn't look very clean. Rooms were less appointed than a roadside motel. Dirt and grime had built up in sinks and showers, and some plumbling fixtures were broken. One bright spot is that as a family of five, we had connecting rooms with a king in one room and two double beds in the other. Regardless of the deal you're getting, traveler be warned.

We recently stayed at the Delta Nayarit, Mexico and wanted to give some feedback. The hotel seemed understaffed, especially at the pool and restaurants. Pool towel service was consistenly out of towels and we were told to either come back in 30 minutes or they would offer a bathrobe in place of a towel (note there were no bathrobes in the rooms). There is also no towel service at the beach. Since you can only get one towel per person at a time, this is inconvient. Two seperate days, the water in the rooms went out, rendering taking a shower impossible. The gym never had sweat towels and was out of cleaning wipes multiple days, which I reported to the front desk. All in the all, the resort feels tired. There aren't enough lounge chairs at the pools or the beach and the beach lacks amenities. I was quite surprised there was no paddleboards or kayaks, even for a rental fee. Some of the pools seemed a little dirty, and the hot tubs were lukewarm. Food was a little better at the beach club but the food at the resort was often lukewarm at best and very limited lunch options. Lastly, the shower was gross, the showerhead was caked with residue as was the shower glass and windows.The ceiling around the showerhead was peeling and had water damage. The beaches and mountain setting was beautiful but the resort just felt tired and needs a deep cleaning.

Location, food, service

Early morning 9 am the sound of motorized leave cleaners spoiling the peace and serene of the place for the entire villas in the resort. They start at 9 am and go on for hrs. Suggestions to start after 10:30 am so that people can do meditation and yoga peacefully at the resort.

Facilities were great, the place was very clean and easy to walk, staff was very helpful and kind. There were a lot of pools and jacuzzi, food was good, specially the taco's food truck, and there is a lot of vegetation all around the place which is nice, you are close to nature.

I would just replace the Tecate beer :) The rest was great.

The Pool and facility and property were beautiful. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly.

The beds were hard, the Internet was bad, and it was difficult to be a vegetarian or a vegan even though they tried to accommodate. They really needed to have vegetarian beans. The food options became repetitive. They need one more sit down restaurant.

We had an excellent stay at this resort and would absolutely come back. The property itself is beautiful, well maintained, and exactly what you want from an all-inclusive—relaxing, comfortable, and easy to enjoy from day one. What really sets this place apart, though, is the staff. Every single person we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seemed to care about making our stay great. You never felt like just another guest. A special shout-out to Benny at the Xaman Bar. He was outstanding. Friendly, professional, and always in a great mood, Benny made some of the best drinks we had all week and remembered what we liked without even asking. He single-handedly turned the Xaman Bar into one of our favorite spots at the resort. The kind of bartender who makes you want to come back the next day—and the next. Overall, fantastic service, great atmosphere, and a staff that truly goes above and beyond. Highly recommended.

Amazing time!!! Gustavo and Manuel were amazing!!! Always anticipating our needs. We did bracket making with Isable Lourdes and Karen and thy were wonderful!! Would return here again for this wonderful staff.

El trato del personal es excelente, siempre dispuestos a apoyar. Un reconocimiento especial a la guardavidas Carmen, chofer Gerardo, mesero Octavio y señora Carmen de limpieza.. También el personal de kids club mis felicitaciones. Y tener albercas climatizadas y río lento fue maravilloso, mi nieta pudo perder por completo el miedo al agua y soltar flotadores. Tiene cinco años y aprendió a nadar, fueron excelentes vacaciones. Volvería a hospedarme con ellos.

Solo recomiendo colocar soportes para bolsos y/o toallas en la pared de los baños. Y auditar permanente sus instalaciones. Mi nieta se abrió un dedo con un soporte de sombrilla oxidado

Stayed 5 nights at this all inclusive resort for the first time. Likely won't come back again due to food quality and location (30 mins from the airport and 45 mins from DT). The rooftop adult only oil is nice with a great view of the ocean. The room is clean enough but pillows aren't too comfy. The resort isn't huge, with several pools, restaurants, bars, a spa and two waterslides. Staff are in general quite friendly and welcoming. The resort is not crowded and attracts less foreigners than other resorts in the area.

Isabel and Lourdes and Karen were amazing!! Fun times in an art and wine class!! Best experience!! They make this vacation so much fun!! You have to try it!!

Just wanted to set your expectations right. Because I learned it myself a hard way, I want to make sure that everyone staying there understands what they going for. This was absolutely the worst hotel experience of my life. This is not a typical Mexican all inclusive experience. This is a Marriott hotel. And it’s overrun by families with screaming toddlers, gringo office workers families who are probably spending their Marriott points. That’s it.

Carmen life guard was very friendly and respectful! Very positive attitude!! Always smiling and keeping the children safe.

We had a lovely time at the resort. Victor made our experience incredible. He was very helpful and accommodating to our needs.

Dash and Isaac made our trip! The Marriott beach club was our favorite part of the trip because of their great service and beautiful location

Manuel R. Bartender) was exceptional. We visited this resort in April of 2025, and decided to come back December 2025. It was nice to see a familiar face, and Manuel was always our favorite bartender, and offered local advise to all things La Cruz and Mexico. Amazing service, and he’s a huge part of that.

Gorgeous jungle based resort with some good walking paths, Manuel at the lobby bar makes the best drinks and all the rest of the staff are very attentive and the pools and food are great but shout out to my boy Manuel

the staff!! everyone was so friendly and wonderful to us during our stay! a specail shoutout to Jose, Alix, Manuel, and Gladys, and our room attendant who I unfortunately forgot the name of for making our stay exceptional! a super unique spot!

not a lot of entertainment which would have been nice, we enjoyed the kareoke but wish they was some more live or interactive shows or places to hang out at until a bit later. also the snack bar and pools by our room were closed for renovations but we knew this prior to booking.

everyone who works at the hotel makes you feel welcome...it was a smooth trip...my room was beautiful...my drinks were superb and the atmosphere is unique.
