Reviewed Sep 4, 20261.早餐跟一般同星級的飯店差異不大，但食材都很新鮮，而且同行的夥伴因為不舒服沒辦法下來用餐，餐廳也同意我們能把早餐拿上去使用，很棒。 2.洗澡水溫度很夠，浴池很深，泡澡很舒服，乾濕分離做得很好。 3.停車場位置很夠，不用擔心沒有車位。
1.六人房的床罩明顯跟床的尺寸不合，會一直跑掉，有點麻煩。 2.一樓迴廊有擺放夾娃娃機，已經投到保夾金額了，卻因為抓力不夠，還是一直夾不到，根本就是騙錢，最後我還是請工作人員直接打開機器才拿到娃娃，你要設定抓力那麼鬆我沒意見，但至少保夾要讓人家能夾起來吧。

1.房間：浴室小，洩水能力差專業角度來說就是地板洩水坡度沒做好，淋浴空間跟浴池同地方，緊鄰馬桶故很難控制洗澡水不噴濺到馬桶或地板上，所以整間浴室都會濕答答感覺浴室比很多商務旅館都來得差勁，冷氣也不太冷 2.公共設施： 三溫暖>蠻讓人傻眼，讓其他遊客帶泳圈小孩戲水的東西進去直接變成戲水池，根本不是放鬆的地方沒有妥善管理！盥洗更換衣物區域也沒分男女....三溫暖應該是讓人放鬆的地方不是變成溫水戲水池，如果導向這樣就不要硬叫做三溫暖！有失飯店的規模~ 戶外戲水池也都疏於修繕~場地也小，實在有失休閒飯店這個名稱該有的配置！ 員工感覺也散漫！態度也不是太好也不會主動引導客人，倒是專注講很久浴室浴池沒洩水孔注意不要讓水溢出來，但其實只要淋浴噴濺出來的水就都會積在浴室地板洩不掉....

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026房間空間比預期中小。 另外入住前沒有特別注意到遊戲室開放時間只到晚上8點，結果實際入住後也沒能使用到遊戲室，對於原本期待帶孩子來玩的我們來說，確實有點可惜。 平日住宿房價總共5,985元，以這個價格來說，整體感受覺得CP值沒有想像中高，因此這次住宿比較沒有達到我們原本的期待。

這次是入住日式客房 有幾個小缺失建議改進 1.一進門很難發現電燈開關 居然設置在窗戶台下方 也被矮桌擋住 真的很難發現它 需貼個小提示總開關電燈 2.浴室乾濕分離做的很好 廁所.泡澡.淋浴各一間 洗手台2個空間大 但洗澡部分沒有置物空間 無法放乾淨與髒衣 因為是大家庭 總有隱私 只有部分拉門.浴簾 還是很不方便 希望可以改進

平日入住體驗很差，fun電室只能玩到19:00，跟官網上公告的21:00有很明顯的落差，工作人員說因為兒童人數入住不足，所以就提早休息，然後門口貼著要全面清潔，其實就是不想開那麼晚，隔天我玩完回來五點多的時候，去櫃檯問今天fun電室到幾點？櫃檯說「查一下」後來說「應該到19:00，因為要全面清潔」，我就說你們昨天也是說這樣，他就問我房號，我想說是要確認我是不是入住兩晚嗎？反正櫃檯就是尷尬！因為對我們特地平日去住的旅客很不公平！我就是衝著遊戲室去的，結果反而沒什麼玩到！ 早餐就跟其他人說的一樣，沒什麼特別的！連牛奶都沒有！這真的超瞎！然後平日的關係，很多都不補了！我們平日的旅客，花了錢卻體驗超差！

5/5 23:12訂兩天的平日5/12-14山景標準房6749，結果5/9顯示5/12或5/13都是2742，比海景房還貴。入住當天下午3點到5點，樓上的三間房間的小孩跑來跑去，不但噪音大，甚至屋子都會震動，忍無可忍5點和櫃檯反應，把房卡留在櫃台，請處理更換房間，但7點半回來，竟然沒有處理。回應是沒有山景房，但我都已經付了比海景房更高的費用了，第二天早上，仍然是小孩跑來跑去的噪音。真的感覺很不舒服，長灘的處理方式強調會跟家長溝通，但小孩來玩就是要讓他活動，如果還有其他的空間，應該幫我們錯開。

Reviewed May 5, 2026房間非常乾淨，房間跟浴室面海又高樓層，心情非常好
在booking訂房時，被豪華海景房的第一張照片吸引而訂，但實際抵達後給的房型不一，經反應後，飯店說要拿第一張房型需加購變成指定房型才能有那間房型，當下其實是不開心的。 因為認知上覺得既然是要加購才能住到這房型，就不該編列在那個房價的房型裡。

Reviewed Apr 22, 2026嬰兒用品一應俱全，館內給孩童的遊樂設施很多，不怕沒得玩。地點很棒，離海生館及看海美術館都很近，附近都是停車位。房間內窗簾打開就是一片海景很棒，晚上附近也沒有吵雜聲。
房門鎖鏈壞掉，看起來是修了又壞壞了又修，那個螺絲洞都粉化了，難免會讓人覺得安全考量上怪怪的。另外，加購的晚餐（海口燒肉）CP值不高，肉品無法續，份量不多，適合小鳥胃，男生要填飽肚子靠免費續飯，兩人卻要1399元，如果不是為了嫩嬰，出去外面吃可能比較划算。

當我按照訂房人數入住，卻被要求加收費用，這是不好的消費體驗，在訂房網站訂購時輸入人數五大三小，訂了一間雙人床房及日式房，五大三小到現場卻被告知需要再支付700元，才能有足夠的棉被枕頭及床墊，感受很差。 日式房的浴室門是故障的，無法鎖，且會自行滑開。

Check in 的時候，櫃檯人員有些冷漠，沒有主動告知有哪些設施可使用時，詢問之後，才說可以拍櫃檯上單子。 另外，三溫暖男生的部分維修中，沒有告知，到該場地才發現女生的部分改為大眾池，而且烤箱沒有啟動，裡面是冷的……
