it reeks of cigarette (even though it says no smoking in the room), and it just doesn’t feel very clean. also guests in neighboring rooms leave garbage (think aftermath of food deliveries) outside their doors and it looked and smelled terrible.

空調系統不穩定，疑似凌晨期間關閉空調；兩次於早上五點左右被熱醒。

The bed and blankett was too hot for me. I had to lower the AC temåerature by a lot to be able to sleep The pillow were bit too soft The gym is very basic

Reviewed Apr 21, 2025Location and breakfast were great. The expresso coffe machine is a plus. Gym is small but ok. It has washing and drying machines that you can use for free, this is extremely convenient and should be a must in every hotel. It has a great place to meet people, enjoy music or play videogames or pool. The hotel is just above an strip center with dozens of great places to eat (chinese or western food).
Eating and drinking in the hotel is extremeley expensive. Rooms are very small and have no places to store clothes.

Reviewed Jan 31, 2025Best hotel we had so far during our travels. Lovely staff, really new, big rooms, lovely bed, great shower and good WIFI. The location is really good, next to a big shopping mall and a lot of restaurants. Try the hotpot place next door, its nice!
Just book this hotel, you wont regret it.

Reviewed Oct 14, 2024今次是第二次入住，沒有upgrade 服務，前台說房已滿做不到，但我查看網站仍有房間預訂，晚上回酒店也見到前台工作人員upgrade 比其他客人。上一次入住時因沖涼房太滑朋友滑到在地上，背脊受傷，已與前台反映此問題，但今次再到只見了貼上小心地滑的貼紙在玻璃上，沒有加裝防滑條在沖涼房，沒有任何改善。希望酒店可正視此問題，萬一有老人家或其他客顧滑到引起嚴重受傷，便不好了。

Reviewed Jan 2, 2024酒店設計時尚空間夠大, 位置非常便利就在深圳鐵路4號線紅山站D出口步行約8分鐘,旁邊就是大型商場,各類型食市餐廳. 我們4人入住2個晚上, 房間方面亦十分舒適, 被安排在9樓高層景觀開揚, 喜歡浴室夠大. 接待處位於3樓, 但有感前台同事在職年資較新手,辦理入住手續時有些手忙腳亂感覺,回答客人提問亦有點力不從心. 在check-in 期間更出現問題, 我們其中一張房卡並不能開啟得到, 要回去3樓接待處更換, 可惜又是開啟不到, 於是在同層找來房務員幫忙打開房間, 稍後再到樓下更換房卡後我們便外出了. 但遺憾地晚上回來是再一次打開不到房門, 又再跑下去叫人處理,結果員工擾攘了差不多20分鐘說維修不到後就換了另外一間, 當時時間已接近凌晨12時. 同一間房間接連3次都未能用磁卡成功開門, 是否應該在我們下午外出時再做好檢測呢, 這樣的處理手法是有些不妥當, 希望貴酒店能作出改善讓每位賓客都得到便利的入住體驗. 整體而言, MOXY HOTELS 是一間值得推薦各位要來深圳遊玩的旅客. 下次我依然會選擇與家人朋友前來旅遊住宿.

The staff were zero on English we had to use Google translate all the time. Google map shows wrong location of the hotel. Facilities in the room are next to nothing.
