Dorma Vigo

The location was disappointing—around 20 minutes walk from downtown, at the top of a hill, and marina-front rather than beachfront as expected from our booking filter. The strict house rules were also uncomfortable, particularly the way staff reacted when we took food at 10:32 when the breakfast ends at 10:30 despite still being at the breakfast table; we fully respect timings, but the unnecessarily rude and nervous way it was communicated was not what we expected from a hospitality experience.

It was 5 mins from the bus stop, provided great accessibility to the historical part of the town and to the malls and was en route to the Camino! It was perfect :)

La limpieza estaba un poco mediocre, no diré que estaba muy sucio porque no es así, pero había mucho polvo en las 2 mesitas de la habitación y en el baño cuando entre habían cabellos rubios en mi lavabo... y soy pelinegra!

El hotel es "cozy". Nuestra habitación era una monada, las vistas preciosas. Todo muy limpio. Desayuno muy rico con vistas. Todo muy limpio. Personal muy amable. Volveremos a Vigo y sin duda a este hotel.

Excelente ubicación cerca de las estaciones de buses y trenes Urzáiz, lo que permite conectar con toda la ciudad y alrededores. La habitación individual es cómoda y funcional, con TV, aire acondicionado, frigobar, perchero y mueble para guardar ropa. Wifi de muy buena señal. Desayuno extraordinario con productos frescos, variados y de calidad. A pedido limpian a diario y cambian las toallas. En recepción hay a disposición té y café (sin cargo). Personal amable, atento y servicial.

Nice modern hotel with comfortable beds and good sized rooms. Lovely breakfast area in the top floor with views over Vigo and the ria. It is close to the centre and easy to reach from motorway and right by the train station and a big indoor shopping mall. Staff are great - I had an issue with my first room as it was noisy and I was able to change the next day without a problem

The first room I had was quite noisy . Also the parking garage while it is close is a bit of a faff to get in and out (need to go through a big shopping mall), also during peak hours it can take a long time to get into the car park

Location was great. Both bus and train station are about 10 mins away. Easy walk to town centre with lots of shops and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The entrance to the hotel is modest. Our room, clean and fresh, spacious with a very large and comfortable bed. Great view from the windows (4th floor). Breakfast - standard buffet, all products were of high quality.

La cercanía, las vistas, la limpieza y la atención del personal

Das Hotel liegt eine Minute vom Bushof und man ist sehr schnell im Zentrum und an den Schiffen zu den Inseln. Das Zimmer und das Frühstück waren sehr gut und die Klimaanlage musste nur von automatisch auf "cool" umgestellt werden und dann funktionierte sie auch prima. Ich werde gerne wieder kommen.

Clean & decent sized rooms, the staff very lovely, location is right in front of bus and train station. Close to historical centre and amazing shopping centre.

Breakfast was ok but could be improved with omelette service. But the view was amazing during breakfast.

Very central, nice hotel, good aircon, good wifi, comfy bed, quiet-ish room, OK shower. Its difficult to write a balanced review as I'd just finished a week on the camino in hostals. This place was like paradise.

Minha estadia no hotel em Vigo foi muito positiva. O hotel tem uma localização muito boa, em frente à estação de Vigo-Urzáiz e a cerca de 13 minutos da estação Vigo-Guixar, o que facilitou bastante os deslocamentos pela cidade e região e o acesso às principais atrações. O ambiente é limpo, organizado e confortável, proporcionando uma boa experiência de descanso. O quarto era aconchegante e atendeu bem às necessidades da estadia. Gostaria de destacar também a simpatia e a cordialidade de toda a equipe do hotel, sempre muito atenciosa, prestativa e disposta a ajudar com informações e orientações, o que tornou a experiência ainda mais agradável e acolhedora. O café da manhã também merece destaque, não só pela qualidade, mas principalmente pela vista lindíssima, que torna o momento ainda mais agradável. No conjunto, foi uma hospedagem muito boa, confortável e prática para conhecer Vigo.

I really enjoyed my stay overall. The location was excellent, everything was clean and beautiful, the breakfasts were delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The only downside was that the room didn’t have air conditioning. Thank you for a lovely stay—I highly recommend this place!

The staff were excellent. Very helpful. Our air conditioning was not working one night but the man on duty in the evening lent us a fan which was really good and the lady who served us at breakfast also was very friendly too. Staff at reception were very helpful in telling us which bus to get to the beach and also for recommending restaurants.

Hotel w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji, bardzo miła i uprzejma obsługa, dobre śniadania z widokiem na miasto. Czysty i przyjemny pokój.

Pokoje mają problem z akustyką, słychać wszystko i wszystkich. Niestety mieliśmy każdorazowo problem z wjazdem i wyjazdem z parkingu, który sam w sobie jest bardzo dobry (to parking centrum handlowego), system nie czytał naszych tablic rejestracyjnych i za każdym razem tworzyliśmy długą i nerwową kolejkę aut za nami.

I really enjoy the proximity to Vialia and Gran Via. Excellent option for a couple of nights in Vigo. Staff was super attentive. I would 100% recommend it and will go back next tike I am in Vigo!
