⭐ 2/10 — Дуже розчарований готелем На жаль, залишився дуже незадоволений перебуванням у цьому готелі. По-перше, під час бронювання я випадково вибрав неправильну дату. Я одразу зв’язався з готелем, пояснив ситуацію та попросив скасувати бронювання. Однак, незважаючи на те, що помилка була очевидною і я звернувся практично одразу після бронювання, готель категорично відмовився піти назустріч і повернути кошти. Розумію умови невідшкодовуваного тарифу, але в такій ситуації очікував хоча б мінімальної клієнтоорієнтованості. По-друге, у номері не було гарячої води в душі. Це абсолютно неприйнятно для готелю, адже гаряча вода — це базова умова нормального проживання. Загалом залишилося дуже неприємне враження. На мою думку, за такі гроші готель повинен забезпечувати хоча б елементарні умови та більш уважне ставлення до гостей.

August angekommen und wurden sofort sehr herzlich von der jungen Dame an der Rezeption empfangen – mit einem ehrlichen Lächeln, sehr positiv und freundlich. Sie hat uns bei allem geholfen, und dass sie Russisch spricht, war für uns besonders angenehm. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, stilvoll und gemütlich. Das Bett war wirklich bequem, und nach der langen Fahrt konnten wir uns sehr gut erholen. Auch die Lage ist sehr praktisch: Die Anfahrt mit dem Auto ist unkompliziert, und ganz in der Nähe gibt es eine Tankstelle, einen Supermarkt und alles, was man braucht. Wir haben einen sehr guten Eindruck mitgenommen.
Ein kleiner Kühlschrank im Zimmer wäre noch schön gewesen.

Just a small thing that I wanted to have is a guest kitchen and a small fridge in the room to put drinks in otherwise all is super good

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026Wir hatten ein sehr schönes geräumiges Dreibettzimmer. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, das Bad ausreichend groß. Nett war, dass wir extra angerufen wurden und uns der Online Check-in angeboten wurde, dies funktionierte alles absolut super! Parkplätze stehen gegenüber ausreichend und kostenlos zur Verfügung.

Room was spotless, so was shower/toilet etc. Air con was great and very welcome at no extra charge 👍 Underground parking at 8 euro per day 👍 Lovely breakfast. Lastly, excellent soundproof double glazing. Not a bit of outside noise.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Camera di hotel pulita in zona molto fuori città, La cosa interessante è che è presente un mega-parcheggio studiato apposta per lasciare l'auto e procedere verso il centro con i mezzi pubblici. Un servizio che non abbiamo utilizzato in quanto solo di passaggio ma che mi aspetto funzioni bene. Subito fuori c'è un kebabbaro ben fornito se si ha fame o sete.
Il parcheggio ha un costo di 8 euro ma non serve pagarlo, c'è un mega-parcheggio gratis a pochi passi dall'hotel. A parte il kebabbaro non c'è molto altro, è un hotel giusto per dormire e come appoggio per la città. La macchinetta all'ingresso aveva solo merendine ma niente da bere; per quello c'è il kebabbaro subito fuori ma deve essere aperto quindi non a tarda notte immagino

Obschon die Zimmer relativ klein sind, ist alles da, was man zum Übernachten benötigt; die ganze Einrichtung ist sehr durchdacht (Beispiel: Es gibt im Badezimmer ausreichend Aufhängemöglichkeiten für Handtücher, was selbst in teuren Hotels häufig nicht der Fall ist). Klimaanlage funktioniert ausgezeichnet und ist einfach zu bedienen (auch keine Selbstverständlichkeit)

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026Hotel je velmi moderní a pokoje vypadají opravdu hezky, v ubytováni je čisto a kombinace vnějších rolet a klimatizace udělala parádu v období veder. Ubytování se nachází trochu mimo centrum, ale dá se tam dostat relativně rychle tramvají z HBF (cca 20 minut jízdy). Vedle hotelu je pobočka řetězce Kaufland, to se hodí pro nějaký drobný nákup.

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026We stayed for one night while travelling and found the hotel very convenient, especially as it is close to the motorway. It was the perfect stopover for us to rest after a long day of driving and continue our journey the next morning. We are a family of four and were happy to have the children staying in the same room with us. The room was clean and had everything we needed for a shower and a good night's sleep.
The only thing we missed was a small hob or kettle to make coffee in the morning, but overall it was a very pleasant experience.

They have a parking celler with several electric charging stations, which was great for us, as we could charge the car over night. From the parking celler you can get right up to the rooms with an elevetar. Check-in and check-out was easy.

Al checkin non era presente nessuno , siamo stati in attesa almeno 15 minuti per poi fare il self checkin, con codice numerico per accedere alla camera . Forse é cosi che normalmente si accede a questo tipo di struttura. La location è in una zona industriale, poco rassicurante. Per lasciare l'auto in strada davanti alla reception ci hanno chiesto di pagare. Nessun frigo in camera e nonnoroproo vicino al centro città.

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026Perfecte tussenstop als je één of twee nachten op doorreis bent. Alle basiscomfort is aanwezig en het bed slaapt comfortabel.
De kamer had een licht muffe geur bij aankomst. Een fles water op de kamer zou een mooie extra zijn. De parking is betalend. We checkten net voor sluitingstijd van de receptie in, waardoor één van de medewerksters wat gehaast overkwam.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026Het hotel is goed bereikbaar vanaf de snelweg. Airco in de kamer en goed ontbijt. En een gezinskamer zodat we met onze 2 dochters op 1 kamer konden slapen.
Geen gezellige bar aanwezig om te zitten de avond.

Man konnte unserem Wunsch nach einem niedrigen Stockwerk nicht nachkommen. Parkplätze 6 Euro , wir haben lieber umsonst gegenüber geparkt. Ein paar Minuten vor 15 Uhr einzuchecken wäre nur gegen Gebühr möglich gewesen. Lage: nicht gerade schönes Industriegebiet, aber mit Straßenbahn vor der Tür.

l'unica cosa che trovo inefficace è il pagamento del posto auto anche all'aperto.

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026Gewohnter Standard der Hotelgruppe, gut gelegen sowohl für einen Stadtbesuch als auch für die Durchreise. ÖNV vor der Haustüre.
Seit neuem ist der Parkplatz Gebührenpflichtig. Wenn schon für´s Parken Geld genommen werden muss, dann warum nicht in den Zimmerpreis integrieren. Es ist lästig separat vor Ort noch den Parkplatz zu zahlen.
