Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal in dieser Unterkunft und hatten immer das Appartement mit den 2 Schlafzimmern und dem privaten Pool gebucht. Vor 4 Jahren war alles top...leider hat der Service nachgelassen. Sind zwar alles nur Kleinigkeiten aber diese summieren sich dann halt auch. Angefangen mit der Tatsache, dass obwohl wir am Anreisetag gefragt wurden wann wir einchecken und damit unsere Ankunftszeit bekannt war, war bei unserer Ankunft dann keine Klimaanlage an, es war total warm in der Bude. Eine der 3 Klimaanlagen war dann defekt und musste erst repariert werden. Der Kühlschrank war zwar an aber leider auf der untersten Stufe...Das haben wir erst nach Stunden bemerkt. Im Küchenschrank waren dann Teller und Besteck, das definitiv nicht richtig sauber war. Das sollte halt bei 600 Euro für eine Nacht schon kontrolliert werden. Zu unserem Pech ( da kann das Paradise Chalets nichts dafür) zogen dann im Nachbarappartment auch noch Gäste ein, die ein Alkoholproblem haben und die Nacht zum Tag gemacht haben. Die beiden Chalets in der oberen Etage sind mit einer normalen Zimmertür die zugesperrt ist verbunden. Diese war leider sehr hellhörig, wir haben von den Nachbarn die nächtlichen Diskussionen live mitbekommen und leider auch deren Gestank vom Kochen. Trotz dieser Unannehmlichkeiten wurde uns dann beim gewünschten Late- Checkout nicht entgegen gekommen und für die Verlängerung von 10 Stunden nochmals 230 Euro berechnet obwohl das Appartement definitiv keine Buchung für diese Nacht hatte. Schade...Wenn man 4400 Euro für eine Woche bezahlt, nicht alles perfekt läuft.. Und eh keine Buchung hat, hätte man da kulanter sein können. Das haben wir in einem Hotel auf La Digue auch so erlebt . Einchecken war um 9 Uhr in der Früh möglich, Auschecken um 16 Uhr alles ohne Extrakosten weil das Zimmer auch nicht gebucht war. So schaut Kundenorientierung aus. Die Reaktion auf unsere Bewertung von Seiten der Unterkunft zeugt leider von einer gewissen Uneinsichtigkeit.

Wir haben auch nur bei geschlossener Zimmertüre auf dem Balkon geraucht, um sicherzustellen, dass kein Rauch in die Zimmer kommt. Das wurde uns von der Rezeption auch gestattet. Sich daran jetzt aufzuhängen und zu behaupten, wir hätten im Zimmer geraucht ist lächerlich und eigentlich auch eine Unverschämtheit. Statt die Beschwerdepunkte ernst zu nehmen, wird uns empfohlen das nächste Mal eine andere Unterkunft zu buchen....das ist auch eine Methode mit Reklamationen umzugehen.

The location, the facilities and the view

Sie sind wirklich im Paradies. Es war unglaublich schön, in diesem Hotel zu übernachten. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und begrüßten uns immer herzlich. Wir haben einen Yoga-Workshop gemacht und diese Yoga-Plattform ist ein Traum. Man hat eine unglaubliche Aussicht und viel Ruhe. Das Hotel besitzt eine wundervoll gepflegte Botanik – das hat uns umgehauen. Auch die Yoga-Lehrerin war supernett, sehr herzlich und professionell. Wir haben viele neue Asanas kennengelernt und uns unglaublich wohl gefühlt. Besonders toll waren die Matratzen und Kissen – eines der besten Hotels, in denen ich je wirklich gut durchgeschlafen habe. Superkomfortabel und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Auch die Terrasse lädt an wunderschönen Abenden zum Verweilen ein.

Great location in a quiet area of the island. The coast road goes along the front of the property but traffic noise is minimal, mostly drowned out by the sound of the surf on the beach that is just a few steps away across the road. There is also a restaurant right by the beach which was very popular. Very helpful and friendly staff. We liked the complimentary yoga, we were able to try several different 'styles' during our stay.

Beautiful location with dreamy views from our deck & pool. Superbly furnished apartment which was very comfortable for 4 adults wirh all the necessary amenities. We loved watching the fruit bats circling around the property’s lush fruit trees. The yoga deck and especially the varied lessons we got to enjoy with Celange were an absolute highlight of our stay!

Be aware that there aren’t many options for dining etc that you can reach on foot so we’d advise to rent a car if you want to explore the surrounding area.

El alojamiento está muy bien equipado, moderno y en muy buen estado todo, materiales de calidad y bien decorado, es un lugar familiar para descansar con una playa bastante bonita en frente, el personal de recepción fué muy amable y servicial todo el tiempo y de gran ayuda, nos gustaría desearle lo mejor y desde aquí le mandamos un abrazo!

Quizás personalmente me hubiese encantado que el alojamiento tuviese piscina ya que la playa de enfrente como tal no es especialmente para nadar tranquilamente, como apreciación personal incluiría mosquiteras al menos en el cuarto ya que corre la brisa y es más refrescante que poner el AC o el ventilador (también mas eco friendly), hay muchísimos mosquitos y se agradece.

Die Aussicht ist einfach traumhaft schön. Wir hatten das Chalet mit dem Pool und waren begeistert. Das Frühstück ist gut und die verschiedenen Yoga-Stunden waren super. Wir hatten hier eine sehr schöne Zeit. :-)

Man sollte aufgrund der Nähe zum Wald auf jeden Fall Mückenschutz haben, wenn man zum Yoga geht oder in der Dämmerung draußen ist.

We had an amazing experience! We combined an excellent stay at a hotel with an ocean view and a fantastic terrace with our own hammock. The rooms were cleaned daily. The staff was extremely friendly, starting with the hotel manager, Jakob, who was a wonderful person. He gave us a lot of useful tips to make our stay special and even served us bananas grown on the hotel grounds. The morning yoga experience was also something special. We had no prior experience, but we were guided by the yoga instructor, who explained things in detail, and we even tried flying yoga. We highly recommend this to everyone!

The apartment was amazing. The view fabulous. They really took care of every single detail on the decoration of the rooms. I loved it. The owner, Jacob is super helpful. A car is need it to be there.

Hat alles bestens geklappt und der Pool ist natürlich der Hammer. Den Sonnenaufgang mit einem Kaffee geniessen. Auch das Personal ist zuvorkommend und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Die Massage war hervorragend. Wir waren 5 Nächte dort. Es braucht aber ein Mietfahrzeug, um die Gegend zu erkundigen.

An absolutely wonderful place! The rooms were spacious, spotless, and well-maintained. The view is simply breathtaking – the perfect way to start the day. Everything was clean and cozy. The rooms had everything we wanted. The staff was very friendly and helpful ! It was a great view from the room to the rising sun in the morning ! Restaurant is one minute away , reachable by walking. We liked everything about it . Definitely recommend this as a couple

The photos on the site don’t do it justice. The rooms are very well appointed with lovely views over the ocean. While the property is separated from the beach by the coastal road, that’s not an issue, mainly because almost all the properties in the part of Mahe are on the inland side of the coastal road and the road is not particularly busy. The chalets are fully equipped and we were able to whip up some lovely breakfasts with groceries bought down the road in Anse Royale. Jacob, our host, went out of his way to assist us. We loved our yoga sessions with Solange every morning before breakfast.

As the place isn’t on the cheap side, it feels weird to pay after first day for every coffee capsule extra. Asked for a wash load and dryer of T-Shirts, socks aso without ironing and would have ended up by 50!Euros.

Great room and the general facilities. The room is spacious and very nice. There is ample equipment in the room and all the equipment is of good quality. The housekeeping is also good.

The staff at reception was rude and didn't make us feel comfortable or safe. During checking in, he would say things like " if you don't check out on time, I will charge you extra per minute". He should be more polite and customer friendly. The second thing that wasn't very great was the breakfast. They just had bread, jam, cereal and fruit. It would be good if they can keep something better like eggs etc. The final thing that bothered us was the CCTV cameras. They had cameras which were facing directly at our bedroom. If you forget to close your curtains, the cameras will be recording everything in your bedroom.

We stayed at the pool villa - Flambwayan, for a week and from the first moment we arrived and until we left, we had not one complaint or bad thing to say about this gem of a hotel. The bedrooms are big as are the comfortable beds, and the bathrooms are modern and big, with every amenity. The pool was kept immaculate and we hung out there a lot and enjoyed the marvelous views. The gardens were fantastically well kept, and the staff always helpful and mindful of the peace and quiet of the property. Just across the street is a wonderful beachfront restaurant, with equally nice staff, good food and beach access. All 4 of us highly recommend this place as a great base for exploring Mahè.

We had a wonderful stay at Paradise Chalet. We rented the 2 bedroom chalet with pool, which is just wow! We were lucky enough to stay in luxury places in Mahe before, but both the inside and incredible outside area of this chalet just tops it all. And what a view ! The host Jacob was always very reactive and any small issues was always fixed within the hour.

We loved every moment, enjoyed practicing yoga in the morning and accessing the beautiful beach right in front of the chalets, the staff were very friendly and supportive, definitely recommended.

The view and the location

The property didn’t have the essential hygiene kits, didn’t replace the towels and sooooo many rolls. P.S We were the only tenants at the hotel at that time

The chalets is very nice, exceptional in facilities. The garden is beautiful , joga lessions were perfect. The stuff very kind. Very quite, calm and relaxing.The joga teacher so patient and good in supporting and new forms. Jakob also very kind , helpfull. Everythin very clean , fantastic quality of everything, TV, internet , aircondition. Nice decoration of complex.

The location is little far from everything, first supermarket is over 1 km far, the bus station also is not close. The beach was so windy, maybe in this time of year, we do swim on Hilton beach which is also over 1,3 km. Between beach and chalets complex is main road .

Dieser Ort ist perfekt, um sich zu erholen und neue Energie zu tanken. Der Klang der Wellen am Strand direkt unterhalb sowie die beruhigenden Vogelgesänge schaffen eine unvergleichliche Atmosphäre der Gelassenheit. Der Massageservice ist einer der besten, den wir je hatten, und verleiht unserem Aufenthalt eine luxuriöse Note. Darüber hinaus hat die Freundlichkeit des Personals unseren Aufenthalt wirklich außergewöhnlich gemacht. Wir empfehlen dieses Haus jedem, der eine ruhige und belebende Auszeit sucht. Wir hoffen, bald wiederzukommen!

An absolute gem! I couldn't have asked for a better retreat. The location is perfect – nestled in serene surroundings with breathtaking ocean views. The spacious rooms were a delight, offering comfort and tranquility. The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. I loved waking up to fresh fruits for breakfast, and the option to practice yoga added an extra layer of relaxation to my stay. Highly recommend this chalet for anyone seeking a peaceful getaway.

New place in a green garden, with a fully equipped kitchen. Clean.

The place is isolated, so you must have a car to reach the supermarket. There is a small grocery store about 1 kilometer away, but it has only minimal products, and walking there on a narrow road without a sidewalk is dangerous. There is only one restaurant nearby, and it is closed on Mondays evenings and Tuesdays. Besides the units with the pool, there are 6 apartments in a row and a connecting door between each two. If you want full privacy, you should hope the apartment near you is not occupied. There were no yoga lessons when we were there, so if you desire yoga lessons I would suggest contacting the place in advance and asking. We have been in several places around Mahe, and even though mosquitos are everywhere, in Paradise Chalets the problem was extreme. We couldn't sit outside or practice yoga on the balcony because of the mosquitos.

I really like the place, everything was green and clean. There’s not so many guests and you can enjoy your privacy. The kitchen has all you need. The room cleaning was great, they even did dishwashing every time. A beach close by is nice but not so good for swimming. You need a car to travel around the island or buy the bus card in advance at the airport otherwise you’re stuck there. To walk around the island is dangerous cause there is no special path for pedestrians and you literally walk on the car road. The staff was super friendly and nice and did everything to make our stay comfortable. Definitely worth to come back there again! Special thanks to a lovely dog!

Lovely place and location! The unit was clean and the staff were very accommodating!

The stairs a bit steep, so maybe not the best for kids. There was no in-house dining or a place to eat so have to bring own food or eat outside, which was not a huge issue.

Overpriced! You can find the same quality much cheaper. Maybe the reason why was the property during my 2 weeks empty. But I respected the price. My choice. There is not wellness. Just private pool and place for yoga.

The chalets are amazing, well finished and furnished. Kitchen fully fitted makes the stay very comfortable. Wi-Fi, Tv, air conditioning make the stay enjoyable. The breakfast is on demand and continental type with very assorted choice of fresh fruit, juices, pastries, coffe well arranged in a separate sea view area. The resort is well located and from the chalet you can reach every corner of the island. Is recommended to rent a car rather to book a taxi.

Great place to stay at

Paradise Chalets is just like its name - a little paradise! It exceeded all our expectations! We booked a superior chalet and it was just amazing - huge, really well equipped and so comfortable. Very premium! The whole place is really well taken care of, the outside area/garden is amazing & the view from the room & the yoga deck is splendid! We will be back for sure

The environment is very pleasant. It's all very new. The yoga sessions and yoga deck are just superb with all the equipment, great yoga techear and a beautiful view of the sea. We came for only two nights - would definitely stay for a longer stay!. Close to the beach, and specifically Anse Royal.

Every added service was pretty expensive (coffe, exta bed etc). The location is a bit different from what it says in the applications (waze/ google maps) - a bit further to the south.

great location if you are looking for a quiet place away from the busier places like anse royale or beau vallon. this means that a rental car is highly recommended, but I think no matter the location as the island has beautiful beaches worth to be explored. the structure is fairly new and comfortable with all you need. the bed was very comfortable. the staff was super friendly and helpful.

it’s a self catering structure but if you want a continental breakfast it can be arranged. the options are limited though, some local fruits which not always super tasty, breakfast cereals selection, bread, butter/jam, coffee/tea and juices. suggested to the management to add some boiled eggs in the future. Not related to the property but the nearby beach had shallow water levels which not great to swim.

managment cheated us and offered an "upgrade" which ended up to be a downgrade, instead of a room with balcony and privacy we had no privacy at all. our patio was everyone's walkway. we wanted to leave, but the manger (from NY) instead of appologizing just said "not happy? go, leave. no repayment is promissed". we were stuck.

The amazing view of the ocean from the chalet. The well maintained and curated lawns and gardens along with the amazing fauna. The access to a restaurant with good food and an almost private beach. The relaxing and calming atmosphere. The hospitality of the host.

Proximity to the city centre(Victoria) was a hiccup. Isn't easy to get there unless we know the public transportation timings or have a rental vehicle at our disposal. Taxi can be quite expensive.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Exceptionally clean challets. Decent breakfast. Beautiful view. Buggy rides to and from challets.

Very last minute ( approx 5 hours before my flight) was informed that the hotel displayed wrong rates, which didn't include my 6 year old son. I had to top up €225 or forfeit the booking. Someone either the hotel or booking.com must take responsibility for this as the wrongly displayed rate is not my fault. That's the main reason I booked them anyway. I feel like I was trapped. I should be informed 1 or 2 days prior, not hours before my flight. I reach hotel 1030am ,for early check-in had to pay €115 which I didn't take on. Waited few hours for the nornal check-in time.

The superior apartment with one bedroom has an amazing view over palm trees onto the ocean. The veranda is huge and we sat there regularly while reading books, having a bite or simply enjoying the view. Only thing missing up there is another pool :-) The kitchen is well equipped with basically everything you need for self-catering. Supplies and food can be bought in one of the many little indian stores, the closest of which is not even 10min away (north) by car. There are several international TV-Programs available, as well as WiFi and all the elctronics perks you could wish for. The rain-shower was amazing too. The property is well maintained - everyday we saw gardeners and staff working and keeping everything up. Staff is very friendly, and helpful especially Michaela, whom we got to know a bit better during our 10 days there. If you don't want to cook yourself, there is a rastaurant right across the property (Surfers Beach) where you can eat local, but also "the usual" types of food (it is a bit pricy, though). There is a little take-away (Koko Zerm) 5min down the road (south) where we often got good-value food as well.

Conclusion up-front: no major issues If you have neighbours within your Chalet, prepare to take part in their holydays accoustically as well as in smelling their food when when they cook something - I guess this goes the other way round too, though. Mutual respect and consideration of of other guests are key :-) The location is kinda remote. Which is a good thing, it's very quiet down there. However, if you dont want to walk or ride on the local, very crowded busses, better bring a car. Breakfast, allthough very good and mostly fresh, is mostly vegan and therefore missing some variety. But the fruits (Banana, Papaya, Avocado, Coconuts, Mango, etc.) were enaugh for me anyway. The breakfast eating area is kinda small as well.

There is not much to say on the negative side. But if I had to tell someone about staying there I would tell them if they were coming by taxi and didn’t have a rental car to know only one place to eat that is across the street and it does have good food nice patio area, but to get any other food or groceries it is a long walk going and coming back. But you can call a taxi or they will for you

These are brand new villas . Kitchen with all imaginable and unimaginable equipment. Oven, coffee maker , toaster , microwave, hob. A large tank with clean drinking water will save you from having to buy it and bring it to the villa. All kinds of lighting options both inside the villa and outside . Very convenient and very beautiful ! The gardeners and all the staff work all day . You are surrounded by a tropical garden Bedroom , bed and bedding like in the best hotel ! The villas are private, no one interfered with us, it was as if we were alone here! I really liked the beach in the immediate vicinity (1 Minute walk) Anse Parnel. Clean water , good approach , no waves . But the tides are on schedule - ebb at 12 pm , high tide at 16.00. soulful management and staff!!❤️

Amazing 2-bedroom chalet with Infiniti pool and view from it. Two beaches close by. Yoga classes twice a day with very nice yoga teacher.

Breakfast - very limited choice of dishes and every day the same food (muesli, corn flakes, bread, pastries, yogurt, fruit plate). No hot food at all. Only one cafe / restaurant around (Surfers restaurant), closed on Tuesday.

it’s the best place on Mahe, Seychelles! Green and beautiful territory with two turtles, nice and modern villas, private parking and very hospitable owners! You have everything at you apartment what you need. There is a kitchen with all utensils, conditioner. It was important for me that there were good pillows and excellent linen. What is great - there is a restaurant nearby and there is a supermarket in 10 minutes walk. The sea is 1 minute’s walk and there are no waves at all! Thanks a lot to the owners- I felt myself as a VIP client. I am extremely appreciate you help and that my special request was accepted.

I traveled across the island and I swear, it’s one of the best places on it and it’s a great value of money for this accommodation.

We chose the paradise chalets for the first part of our honeymoon and was an excellent choice. Fairly new resort, where you have all that you need to feel good. Also an astonishing view over the ocean from your front porch. The staff is there for your needs and you can benefit for free yoga classes twice a day. We will return with family and friends in the nearest future! Thanks for all!

An amazing place to stay. It's new & modern. The rooms are self catering so have everything you need but there is also a restaurant directly opposite. The staff are so friendly. We loved it and will definitely return.

This was our first visit to this beautiful island and Paradise Chalets Yoga & Wellness was a perfect place for us to stay and relax right on the most famous surfers beach. We knew from the property pictures that we were going to have an amazing time on this hill top chalet which did not disapppoint with its endless seaviews and spacious rooms, bathrooms and an amazing infinity pool where we spent most of our time. The staff from check in to late check out were all amazing from manager and his helpers to the night watchman and the cleaning ladies, so very kind and warm. We had a 2 bedroom chalet with a pool with amazingly new interior and furniture. Remaining Chalets are single room with the option to have an adjoining room for bigger families if required. The owner has gone to great lengths in decorarting these chalets with all the amenities in perfect harmony with local traditions and artefacts. There are There is a lovely Yoga deck for yoga lovers but unfortunately we were unable to use it. There is enough parking spaces for all visitors to chalets. There is an amazing surfers beach restaurant some 200 meters from Paradise Chalet which has amazing local cuisine where you can sit inside or on the beach itself. Whether you have a rent a car or you are staying by the pool and surfers beach opposite, one thing is for sure that you are in for a treat! We rented a car and travelled the whole of the island, exploring different beaches such as Intendance beach, Beau Vallon etc.
