La habitación es un chiste, pequeña,oscura ,terrible baño,pésima iluminación ,mala ubicación. Las imágenes que ponen son totalmente diferente.

Estan en reparaciones y el hotel no esta apto para prestar servicio de alojamiento, no esta en las minimas condiciones para prestar el servicio. Además las camas no tienen un colchon decente, no tenian serivicio de parking disponible y el tv era mas antiguo que mi madre. El olor del lugar era de guardado y comprendemos que sea estilo colonial, pero no es coherente el concepto con sus condiciones deplorables, y ni avisaron anticipadamente que estaban en reconstrucción del hospedaje.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2023I liked the hotel because it was a very good value for money option. The location is not bad at all, the problem is that being a downtown area you find many homeless people. Very warm and helpful people, good to spend the night and continue traveling
The location is optimal for going out to visit places in Palmira. I don't have many negative points, in fact the closest parking lot is about 50 meters from the hotel. My main problem was dealing with homeless people asking for money, but it's not something to worry about

The staff member who received us wasn’t particularly welcoming at first but her mood improved over the course of the four days. It made a difference due to the fact that the hotel entrance is always locked and she needs to open it every time a guest arrives or leaves. Our room neither had a table nor a chair but others even have a desk.

Reviewed Feb 25, 2023Cute hotel with the most amazing staff! Like a little oasis from the town. Great hammock nooks and little places to relax. The rooms are very clean and simple, nothing too fancy but cozy and safe. Our Spanish skills aren't amazing, but the staff did an amazing job to go above and beyond to help us out! Also the breakfast was made to order.. fresh and tasty! We will definitely stay again the next time we're in the area.
There is no AC, but not really a problem - it's not that hot and the fans and windows keep the room cool. The TV is old, but we didn't use it anyways... you're on vacation in a new town.. who needs TV?! Really nothing to complain about.. it was great!
