창문 즉 창가 바같 차량진행소리가 들렸고 아침에 창가에 햇빛이 심하게 들어옴

Good location

We arrived at 12.30 and check-in was not until 3pm. We could not check-in before that time. The 2 nights we were there we felt the hotel was not full as we didn't see any other people the place felt empty. So my point is why couldn't we check-in before 3 as I am sure there would have been lots of rooms available. Other hotels in Korea allowed us to check-in before 3pm. Making us wait was ridiculous just to stick to the rules of 3pm check-in.

Hotel confortable,moderne e et très bien situé pour visiter. Roof top appréciable et personnel aimable.

Location was good. Quick inexpensive taxi ride from train station. Staff friendly. Room was very clean.

A lot of street noise at night. Does settle down later on. No breakfast.

The hotel and the rooms are reasonably good. The location is good because close to Hanok Village...but on a large avenue with traffic, and there are many guest-houses inside the village, very charming and historic that may be a more memorable stay in this historic village. But the room was great and the staff very helpful.

The breakfast place, and again being inside the village in a historic Hanok guest house is probably a better plan.

The bed was 160cm width. Quite small for 2 persons. The rest is good.

The fishy smell from the restaurant downstairs.

Fantastic hotel at a fantastic location. Room was large, really nice looking and the hotel was very close to the hanok village.

Everything was perfect.

Absolutely everything! The place was beautiful and so clean! The rooftop incredible and the fact that they have a convenience store on the ground level is amazing! Staff was always also 1000000% super helpful at all times and soo friendly!!!

That I couldn’t stay more days lol, honestly! Maybe the fact that there was no breakfast included but oh well!

만족했기에 아쉬움은.. 호텔을 떠나야 하는..ㅋㅋ

Excellent hôtel, magnifique emplacement à proximité du village de hanoks.

Assez proche de la navette qui emmène au festival des lanternes. Parking souterrain peu adapté aux grosses voitures. Le temps qu’une place se libère, on a pu garer la voiture dans la rue sans amende.

Központi elhelyezkedés, minden látnivaló gyalogos távolságon belül volt. A szálloda sokkal szebb, mint a képeken látszik, rég ért ilyen kellemes meglepetés. A személyzet nagyon kedves, segítőkész, udvarias volt. A szoba és a fürdőszoba is tágas volt, jól felszerelt, sok pakolási felülettel, konnektorral. Amikor kitettük a “ne zavarjanak” feliratot, az ajtónk elé helyeztek egy dobozt, amiben volt tiszta törölköző és víz. Ilyet soha máshol nem tapasztaltunk még.

Nem volt ilyen.

La habitación muy espaciosa. Muy céntrico. Camas cómodas. Todo muy nuevo. Tiene un secador de ropa muy útil.

Llegamos a las 14.05 y nos nos dejaron hacer el cheking hasta las 15.00 horas. Eso sí, nos guardaron las maletas hasta esa hora. Es extraño tanta rigurosidad en Corea.

Rooms seem new, clean. Staff tried to help but struggled tremendously even with the translating app. Staff seems not quite trained, did not know how to use their own map. Too many people, none knows how to use the app well. If the hotel caters to tourists, they need to provide broad language skills.

Μας έγινε δωρεάν αναβάθμιση στο δωμάτιο το οποίο ήταν από τα καλύτερα που έχουμε μείνει. Άνετο με πολλές παροχές και ειδικά για ταξίδι διάρκειας η παροχή AirDresser ήταν καταπληκτική.

We liked the bed, the self cleaning clothes machine. The gym needs work. The restaurant being closed was inconvenient The coffee place attendant was Extremely Rude. Even though we showed up first, she took care of six young people who kept trickling in one after the other. We waited for 30 minutes and she didn't start on our order because she decided it was ok to make us wait and not the people who came after us. This was an extremely unwelcoming behavior to tourists. All others were local people.

Our room was very nice and comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly and very helpful. It is walking distance from most major attractions in jeonju!

Beautiful, clean, large stylish rooms. Not far from the central area of town. Walkable distance. Very comfortable and modern. Beautiful bathrooms, high quality furnishings and linen. As this is a newer hotel it is well worth trying it out.

Great location near tourist sites. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The rooms are very large with all necessary amenities. After we confirmed our location, the hotel was easy in and easy out! The front desk was helpful in recommending to us a Bibimbap restaurant that was nearby (2-minute walk). It was good and great fun!

We arrived by car and although our navigation took us to the correct place, we were unable to find any signage showing us that we were indeed at the hotel! Thus, we needed to park, look around, and enter the lobby in order to confirm that we were at our destination! That evening, from across the street, we finally saw the signage high on the front of the hotel. Everything else was good!

Close to Hanok(Korean folk) village and colse to downtown. Lots of places to eat nearby. The room is clean and the bed is not super comfy but good

스위트룸 이용. 두가지 심각한 문제. 1. 청소상태 나쁨. 바닥에 머리카락이 여기저기 남아있음. 2. 환기 시스템 결함. 거실 공기에 식당 사용 잔향 같은 것이 자꾸 스며듬. 호흡기 예민한 우리 식구들은 호흡시 불편을 느낄 정도. 창 열면 조금 나아지고 닫으면 다시 반복. 천정에 공기 순환기 가동해도 소용 없는 것으로 보아 통로가 냄새 발생 원인과 연결된 듯. 식당 운영 시간 끝난 밤에도 마찬가지. 우리 거실이 식당 공기 배출 통로와 연결된 것 아닌가 의심됨. 다행히 침실은 괜찮음. 3. 주차장 진입로가 너무 좁음. 벽을 긁지 않을까 염려하면서 진입. /나머지는 좋음. 프론트 직원들 교육 잘되어 있고 친절함. 스위트룸 디자인은 편리함. 한옥마을까지 도보로 10분거리라 편리함

가족 여행으로 처음 간 전주 여행에서 꽃심호텔은 탁월한 선택이었어요. 주위에 걸어서 갈 수 있는 구경거리도 많고 전주한옥마을도 가까워서 너무 좋았어요.비가 와서 아쉬웠지만, 맑은 날씨에 다시 전주 여행을 가면 다시 꽃심 호텔을 이용할 것 같아요.

겨울에 온돌 난방을 활용할 수 있어 따뜻한 바닥을 경험할 수 있었습니다. 업무 차 방문해도 불편함이 없게 활용할 수 있는 장소였습니다. 강추합니다.

全州の韓屋村に近くてとても良いホテルでした。設備も新しく、フロントも丁寧でした。 室内にスタイラーが設置されていて驚きました。プレミアムツインの部屋でした。

The bed felt small and one of the coffee cups had red lipstick on it!!

먼지 청소가 하나도 안되어있어서 먼지가 날리는게 눈이 보일정도로 먼지가 많아서 지금까지도 눈을 잘 못뜨겠고요 주차장에 공간이 없어서 주변 기업은행 주차장을 이용하게 하고 아침에 전화해서 차 빼달라고 하는것도 해가 안됩니다

다 좋았는데 샤워부스 하수구 머리카락이 제대로 청소되어있지 않았습니다.

The location is in the stretch from Hanok Village in walking distance. The facilitt is very new, so clean and cozy. The high ceiling makes the room premium. Bedding was good quality. Really good value. Parking spot underground hotel may not be enough. However, hotel guest still can use the parking lot of bank right next to it. It is very spacious.

라한 못해서 여기 햇는데 거리상 큰 차이 없었고 천장이 높아 답답하지 않고 좋았습니다

깨끗하고 넓고 층고 또한 높아 좋았고 벽면 전체 크기의 전동커튼이 설치되어 있는 창문과 포근하고 깨끗한 침구또한 만족스러웠습니다 다만 주차장이 좀 협소한점은 아쉬웠습니다

바닥이 마루여서 좋았고 스타일러도 사용잘했습니다 침대도 푹신해서 잘 잤어요

한옥마을 근처에 위치해서 퍈하게 이용했어요. 지하주차장이 있어서 좋았고, 직원들도 친절했어요. 객실 내 메모패드, 선반, 각티슈 위에 먼지가 쌓여있어서 청소의 꼼꼼함이 아쉬웠네요. 3박하는 동안 불편함없이 지냈습니다. 재방의사 있음

층고가 높고 마루바닥에 전반적으로 깨끗했어요 다만 침대에 뭉친 먼지가 좀 많았어요..

위치도 좋고 룸컨디션이며 직원들 친절함까지 완벽했어요. 다음번에 전주여행을 또 가게되면 여기에 묵기로 했습니다!

Close to Hanok village, walkable and a lot dining options available.

This hotel was better than I expected. Lovely big room and the hotel is in easy walking distance of the main Hanok area. There is a convenience store and a well known bakery nearby. The only negative, which was not the hotels fault, was that there were roadworks all night long. They should be complete by now.

The quality of the accommodation and cleanliness. The high end technology of the facilities in the room.

That the name of the hotel isn't in the Google Maps listing nor the outside of the building. There's another hotel with a similar name and I accidentally left my luggage there before checking in. That's totally my error but because the name doesn't match the listing on Booking.com
