Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit. Das Personal war super freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Frühstück war super und täglich frisch. Es gab täglich eine Auswahl an Ei Spezialitäten und immer eine Portion warmes türkische Gebäck.

Villa a meno di 10 minuti a piedi dal lungomare. Stanza grande, accogliente con balcone, bano grande. Silenziosa. Proprietari davvero gentili e accoglienti. Ottima colazione con ingredienti di qualità, uova cotte al momento in diversi modi e anche due alimenti da forno uno dolce ed uno salato. Caffè e thè buonissimi.

Harika bir konaklamaydı. Sadece 1 gece kaldık ama aklımız kaldı, keşke tatilimizi daha uzun tutsaydık dedik. Ozan Bey’in ilgisi, misafirperverliği ve alakası için ayrıca çok teşekkür ederiz. Akyaka’ya tekrar yolumuz düşerse konaklayacağımız adres kesinlikle belli.

Hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. And very easy to walk to the beach, river and restaurants.

The hotel exceeded all our expectations. We had a very comfortable stay with my wife and son. The breakfast was fantastic. The location is excellent, right in the center of Akyaka and only about a 5-minute walk from the forest camping area. It is also within walking distance of the town center, and you can reach almost everywhere in about 10 minutes on foot. There are free parking spaces in front of the hotel. The rooms are pleasantly cool and have air conditioning. Emir Bey and Ozan Bey were incredibly helpful and attentive. We took all our recommendations for food, drinks, and places to visit from them, and every single recommendation was excellent. I definitely recommend listening to their advice! The hotel is also very charming from an architectural point of view. It has the traditional Akyaka Turkish house architecture and a very pleasant energy. If I visit Akyaka again, I definitely won't look for another place to stay. Highly recommended!

We chose this hotel because we were looking for a quiet place away from the noise, and we were very happy with our choice. The location is excellent, with almost everything within a 10-minute walk. We stayed here as a couple, and the room was very spacious, bright, and comfortable. The breakfast was also delicious and had a great variety. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming, especially Ozan Bey, who was extremely attentive and helpful throughout our stay. If I come back to this area again, I will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

My favorite place we stayed in all of Turkey. The hotel was beautiful, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast was amazing and the hosts were so kind. We loved our time there.

L'edificio storico, elegante e suggestivo, ricoperto di fiori, a due passi da tutto. Il proprietario, disponibile e gentilissimo, ci ha accolto con un upgrade gratuito nella stanza più bella, dal cui terrazzo ci si può godere una cornice sulle montagne. Il bagno recente, pulito, con doccia walk in e prodotti inclusi. La mattina, nel cortile curato e silenzioso, ci è stata servita una colazione ricca, varia e squisita... Se passate da queste parti, lo spot è davvero imperdibile, sembra di vivere in una fiaba!

Positives - great breakfast and easy walk to the seafront plus the owner seemed very charming.

Negatives - quite tired rooms with not enough glasses, dirty kitchen, loose sockets and the bedding could do with replacing. But our biggest issue was over €1000 cash disappearing from our room. The owner told us we could not mention this in our review without proof, of course we don’t have proof of how it went missing only that we know it was there when we left for dinner and not when we returned. So please, if you stay here, be more cautious and less trusting than us.

Our room was simple, clean and pleasant - quite satisfactory in every way.

Everyone at Liya Boutique Hotel was incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special shout-out to Emir and Ozan, they truly went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and at home. The breakfast was delicious every single morning, and I was pleasantly surprised each day with their chef's special dish(es), a lovely touch that made every breakfast feel unique. The room with the garden view was wonderful, it stayed refreshingly cool despite the scorching heat outside. The location is ideal: very close to the center for easy access to everything, yet quiet and peaceful enough to get proper rest.

Honestly, nothing. I cannot think of a single thing that disappointed me during my stay.

Super Kommunikation und Unterstützung von den inhabern, sehr netter kleines hotel. Frühstück ist super lecker und abwechslungsreich! Die lage und park Möglichkeiten sind ebenfalls toll. Sehr schön dekorierte Räume/ decken!

Unsere Matratze war tatsächlich etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber das ist meckern auf höchstem niveau. Wir würden wieder kommen.

He gave us recommendations when’re to eat, how to travel , other beaches etc we had an issue with cab going to the airport, his staff helped us communicate with a driver using Google translate. Minor thing, we didn’t have much connection with wifi in our room. It was probably because our room was at the top of the building. I had to make a phone call so I went to ground floor garden at night and of course Ben bitten by mosquito.

Herkese, Akyaka'yı görmeyi, tekne turu yapmayı ve Azmak deresinin berrak sularında yıkanmayı şiddetle tavsiye ederim. Liya Butik Otel, burada kalınabilecek en güzel ve en isabetli yer. Özellikle sahibi Emir bey ve yardımcısı Ozan beylere, ilgi alaka ve yardımlarından dolayı çok teşekkür ederim.. .

Very well situated and easy to find, we were met as we pulled up in our car by our enthusiastic and friendly host. Liya is a red brick suburban house a short walk from the water. Our large room opened out onto a little balcony. Emir gave us so much useful information about walks in the area and a great recommendation of where to dine out that evening, as well as what to see on our journey the next day. Well briefed, we managed to fit in a lot, although we were only staying one night. Breakfast was served al fresco with an amazing spread of Turkish dishes and delicious tea with our host's personal touch. There was a great vibe down by the river.

The bed was a let down. Budget mattress and linen, but the accommodation was nevertheless good value for money.

Silent location, only 40m away from the Forest Camp Site, 20minutes walk away from fabulous rocky coves with turquoise waters. Excellent breakfast 😋

It was a pleasant stay. The hotel team was very friendly, welcoming, and kind throughout our visit. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and tasty options. We truly enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return in the future.

Personel son derece güler yüzlü, ilgili ve misafirperverdi. Özellikle bebeğimizle rahat edebilmemiz için gösterdikleri özen bizi çok mutlu etti. Kahvaltısı oldukça lezzetli ve çeşitliydi. Huzurlu atmosferi sayesinde ailece dinlenip keyifli vakit geçirdik. Akyaka’ya tekrar geldiğimizde kesinlikle yeniden tercih edeceğimiz bir otel. Emeği geçen herkese teşekkür ederiz. Freundlicher Empfang vom Geschäftsführer des Hotels und vom Personal. Das Ambiente des Früstückbereichs ist sehr geschmackvoll präsentiert. Das typisch türkische Frühstück war jeden Tag ein Genuss.. Das Boutique Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend . Die Zimmer sind für diese Region in Akyaka traditionell und gemütlich eingerichtet. Zum Meer sind es nur wenige Minuten zum laufen.

Loved everything about this hotel. Emir is the perfect host, very friendly, nothing is too much trouble and the breakfast was amazing. Very comfortable rooms located in a quiet street but very easy walk into the main centre. Absolutely 10/10. Thankyou Emir and staff.

Everything was perfect from start to finish. Emir was very communicative before we arrived, upgraded our stay because he was thoughtful about what our group would need, gave many recommendations for places to see in the area. The staff serving breakfast were excellent - remembered our order every day - and it was a beautiful and comfortable stay.

It would be good to have easier plug sockets in the bedroom to charge phones at night

Beautiful house built in a traditional style. The room was big and also had a sofa and a balcony. Breakfast was outstanding and the host friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and return.

Ozan the host is superb. He is very thoughtful and hospitable. He gave us an upgrade, came bringing us fresh orange juice even though there was no breakfast included and helped us when our car had issues without even asking. He’ll do his utmost best to make your stay great. The room was tidy and basic. The shower hot, the aircon worked and the beds were made. If you’re looking for luxury this might not be the place, but if you’re happy to have a tidy place to stay with high price/quality value this is definitely it.

The room we had was situated in the basement, which would be delightful during the hot summer days, but was slightly chilly when we got in. Though the heating worked well, it’s something to keep in mind for those who like their room toasty.

Otelin çevresi portakal ve limon ağaçlarıyla dolu olduğu ve her yer harika kokular otelin her yerinde.(tabi dogru sezonda buralar eşsiz kokuyor) Sakin bir konumda yer alıyor ama yine de her yere yürüyerek ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Kahvaltısı her sabah o anı sabırsızlıkla bekleten güzellikten. Aralarından seçim yapabileceğiniz çok şey vardı ve bazı ürünler her gün farklıydı. Daha önce hiçbir otelde bu kadar harika bir kahvaltı yapmamıştık. Otel sahipleri Emir ve Ozan Abi'ye ve çalışanlarına özel bir teşekkür etmek istiyoruz, hem bizi çok sıcak karşıladılar hem de hafta boyunca bizimle ilgilendiler. Kendimizi hemen evimizde hissettik ve bu konaklamayı asla unutmayacağız.

Harika bir mimari yapıda, ev sıcaklığını ve aile samimiyetini görüyorsunuz. Merkeze ve sahile 2-5 dakika yürüme mesafesinde , gayet temiz bir tesis. Bahçesinde de keyifli vakit geçirilebilir ama odaların verdiği huzuru tercih ederim :)

The house itself is amazing - it is very calm. The room were clean and have everything you need. The owner were super positive guy and he helped us on everything - suggested the tour and a restaurant in the city center. The city is a very green and enjoyable - you can spend very nice time - there are restaurants, bars and beach. We had a walk into the forest and camping area so found some hidden bay with woodean dock. It was great experience. The breakfast was full and full experience.

Bed were not comfortable - I couldn't sleep very well, I think it is very firm. There were a small fridge in the room but it was not powerful or maybe broken.

В городе Акьяка все дома не больше 2 этажей, построены и украшены в едином стиле. Этот отель достойный представитель эго стиля - и внешне, и в оформлении номеров. Хорошая сантехника. Никаких вопросов или проблем при проживании не возникало. Расположение чудесное.

Были мелочи, которые лично нам не были важны, но для семьи с ребенком (либо для долгого проживания) могут иметь значение. Номер быстро охлаждается по ночам, один кондиционер хорошо греет спальню, но на гостинную его уже не хватает (был переносной обогреватель, им не пользовались). На полу не помешали бы ковры или циновки - холодно. На двуспальной кровати - полуторное одеяло. Нет сейфа и телевизора. В нашем номере балкон был закрыт зарослями бугенвилии, и солнце туда не попадало - сложно было сушить вещи. В самом городе разочаровал пляж - маленький. Лежаки есть но принадлежат отелю на берегу. Песок влажный, и без лежаков там не комфортно. Это наверное самый большой минус. Также, в море впадают много источников, и вода холодная

Lovely staff and owner and in a great location with street parking available. Breakfast was amazing !

The only comments would be that the window dressings needed updating and the bed linen could be improved to make a more comfortable overall stay. The rooms lacked a little personality and maybe need some updating to make them feel warm and cozy during the colder/damper months. A bar would have been nice, but we were happy to go out for food and drink locally.

Accueil absolument chaleureux et petit-déjeuner gargantuesque. Emplacement unique juste à 3 minutes de la plage et à 5 minutes du centre du village animé mais étonnamment sans touristes étrangers, que des turcs.

La plomberie est vieillotte, mais cela est largement compensé par la taille et la magnifique décoration de la chambre.

Absolut bestes Frühstück! Ich hatte noch nie ein so reichhaltiges Frühstück. Erwartungen wurden weit übertroffen!

В течении своего автомобильного путешествия по Турции останавливалось в этом отеле дважды. Он настолько уютный, что другие даже не хочется рассматривать. Особенно хочется отметить заботу и участие хозяина отеля Эмира. Завтраки не просто хорошие-они потрясающие! Отель близко расположен и к центру и к пляжу, но в тихой улочке.
