Guest Feedback
Feedback themes are sourced from guest reviews provided by our data provider.
What guests love
- •Very friendly and helpful staff
- •Consistently praised breakfast (varied, plentiful)
- •Good value for money/attractive price
- •Nice views and convenient location for hiking
- •Clean and comfortable rooms overall
Areas to consider
- •Some maintenance/aging of the property (worn areas)
- •Occasional room issues: small showers, shower doors not closing, uncomfortable mattress
- •Sketchy parking and limited nearby restaurants
- •Occasional check-in confusion with booking.com
- •Isolated incident reported (empty bottle found) and lack of commercial gesture
Cleanliness
8.5/10Multiple reviews explicitly mention clean rooms and good housekeeping (e.g., 'camere pulite', 'Чисто', 'clean'); one note about a bathroom in 'medio' condition but overall cleanliness is positive.
Service
9/10Strongly positive mentions of staff throughout (friendly, helpful reception, crepe server praised); a single check-in confusion with booking.com slightly detracts but overall service is a standout.
Location
8.5/10Several guests praise the views and convenient/quiet location ('vista', 'posizione comodissima', 'located a bit out of the tourist bustle'); good for hiking and scenic drives.
Room Quality
7.5/10Rooms described as comfortable and with nice views, good showers for some; however there are recurring comments about aging/ worn condition, small shower space, and at least one uncomfortable mattress.
Amenities
7/10Limited amenities noted: local pass for transport appreciated, but sketchy parking, few nearby restaurants and minor incidents (empty beer bottle found) suggest amenities are modest and could improve.
Value for Money
8.5/10Multiple explicit mentions of good price/quality ratio and attractive pricing ('ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo', 'bien calidad-precio', 'Prix attractif').
Food and Beverage
8.5/10Breakfast repeatedly praised (varied pastries, honey, crepes, plentiful and well presented). A few notes that offerings were too sweet or lacked local cheeses, but overall F&B is a highlight.
Overall Experience
6.5/10Overall experiences are mixed-positive: many guests would return and praise staff/breakfast/view, but recurring maintenance issues, some uncomfortable elements (mattress, shower doors) and occasional check-in incidents lower the aggregated overall impression.
