Great location next to the airport. Clean room and bathroom! I'm picky so when I say it was clean, then it must be good.Great price/quality!! Next to the beach and market for great local food.

I only spent half day before departure.

The location was amazing if you’d like to explore north side of Phuket. The staff is super friendly, welcoming and very well organised.

The pool can have a shade otherwise everything was apt.

Lovely 4-star hotel situated nearby Nai Yang Beach. Really nice room, comfortable bed and modern bathroom. Room quite quiet. Friendly staff including receptionists and cleaning ladies. Towells changed daily. Bed clothing can be changed if required. Variety in breakfast.

No dresser for storing clothes. There should be at least one wardrobe in room. You have to leave your clothes wherever possible. The other thing I did not like was that is a little far from the beach shops and restaurants. You have to walk a little on a very lonely road until getting to the good beach and beach restaurants. The part of the beach nearest to hotel is wild and dirty.

Roof top pool, room is great for the price wifi and tv excellent. Staff very helpful. However the poor staff member is run off his/her feet between the restaurant and reception and trying to cover all means that sometimes there are delays. Management rather than a staff issue.gr

Vor allem die Nähe zum erstaunlich schönen Strand mit tollen Bars und chilliger Stimmung hat uns gut gefallen. Damit hatten wir gar nicht gerettet. Ein toller letzter Tag.

The staff were exceptional, they were so friendly and efficient. The rooms and general areas were clean and comfortable. I liked that we can refill the glass bottles at the end of the corridor for unlimited drinking water. We had a good-sized balcony in our standard room. The pool was lovely, really big and had views of the ocean, plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas too. The breakfast was superb, a great selection of really tasty food, always something different and interesting. The location is good, close walk to the beach where there are 7-elevens and Tops for shopping. Outstanding stay, I wish we had stayed longer!

This boutique hotel had everything we needed. Hard working friendly staff, Nice sized rooms and well aportioned with balcony, good AC, 2 swimming pools, big bed with 2 soft pillows each, beach towels, nice breakfast, free water refills, good sized shower, fast lift, 7/11 just along the road and the beach a couple of minutes stroll away. Airport taxi stall (200bht) directly outside the hotel. Perfect introduction to Phuket for those who don't want to spend a lot on an arrival or departure. Great hosts - keep up the good work!

Хорошее месторасположение. Номер с выходом к бассейну спасал в жару. Философия отеля со стеклянными бутылками для воды очень импонирует. Для отеля около аэропорта - хороший вариант.

Полы были грязные, без тапочек ходить было невозможно. В номере были комары.

It was a good, basic hotel if you need somewhere close to the airport. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly. I believe the manager checked us in, and he was very welcoming. The hotel could use a little more creativity, as the white and blue colour palette makes the overall look feel somewhat plain, but for a convenient airport stay, it was perfectly fine.

The architecture of the building is impressive, and the hotel clearly has a lot of potential. Unfortunately, the rooms are quite basic, and the areas outside the rooms are not very well maintained. The rooftop furniture is particularly worn: most of the chairs are torn, the sun loungers are rusty, and the dining furniture could also use replacing. The pool was clean, but the area itself was clearly lacking serious maintenance. It is a real pity, as with some proper upkeep and attention to the interior and furniture, this could be a beautiful hotel. The rooftop area especially feels like it has been overlooked. The location is close to the beach, but there is not much else nearby. It is fine for a one night stay. There is a 24/7 laundromat nearby and a really cute, affordable restaurant with lovely staff. I would consider booking again if the pool area and the rest of the hotel were better maintained.

Établissement joli et simple , très bien placé pour notre volonté d'être très proche de l'aéroport pour notre départ. Très bon accueil . Plage, commerces et restaurants tout autour.

La piscine sur le toit est très bien mais manque un peu de verdure ou autre autour.

Sehr sauber mit tollem Pool auf dem Dach. Die Zimmer sind gross und das Bad neu. Beim Frühstück gab es neben Toast und Croissants vor allem lecker Thai Nudeln oder Reisgerichte.

Phuket'e uçuşumuzdan bir gün sonra Chiang Mai'ye uçuşumuz vardı. O sebeple havalimanına yakın bir otelde konaklamak istedik. Tayland'a 4. kez geliyoruz ve kaldığımız bu otelide gayet beğendik.

Clean, convenient and very spacious. My 2 teenage kids and my husband and I stopped for 1 night in Phuket and this was perfect! We got 1 room with 2 beds and a bunkbed, hot showers and decent breakfast next morning! Love the glass water bottles and using filtered water initiative. If you're looking for a short term stay in Phuket esp near the airport, Kokotel is awesome!

Запах. Нам поменяли номер за что я благодарен, но запах очень странный и специфичный, что там происходит не понятно, я уже бронировал ранее в тем отеле и все прошло отлично в этот раз я был сильно огорчен

Снимали номер рядом с аэропортом. Этот отель оказался очень комфортным. Просторный номер, удобные кровати, ванная чистая. Сам отель новый. Вся обстановка внутри делает пребывание в нем незабываемым. Есть бассейн. Завтраки очень вкусные и аппетитные. Персонал замечательный. До аэропорта примерно 30 минут. Если на улице жара,лучше возьмите такси.

L’emplacement est top. A 10mn à pied de la plage. Le 7 eleven est a coté. Tres bon café aussi a coté. Les serviettes de plage sont fournies. Le personnel est vraiment très gentil et aux petits soins. Bubu et Beach sont des personnes très investies et vous rendent le séjour agréable. Le lit est très confortable! Vraiment la chambre est très propre. Les serviettes sont changées à la demande. Je recommande à 100% Foncez les yeux fermés

קרוב מאוד לשדה התעופה פחות מ-10 דקות נסיעה. חדרים נעימים ונקיים. 7/11 במרחק של פחות מ-2 דקות הליכה. הגענו מאוחר בלילה ויצאנו בצהריים אז לא ראינו הרבה במלון הזה מלבד החדרים שהיו נקיים מאוד והתמורה למחיר הנמוך בהחלט מעולה. צוות נחמד ואדיב מאוד בקבלה.

מקום שקט מאוד אבל די מבודד למי שאוהב שקט וצריך מלון נקי ומסודר שקרוב לשדה התעופה.

Удобное расположение к хорошему пляжу и аэропорту. Чисто, комфортно, нам всего хватило. Брали номер на сутки переночевать после перелета. Потом вернемся еще перед отлетом. А еще очень вкусный завтрак, спасибо 🙏

The hotel is in a perfect location for an early check in at the airport and close to a nice beach full of restaurants and refreshment opportunities

We were nicely upgraded to a room with direct pool access. But I would not call the short and narrow stretch of water shared with the adjacent rooms a pool. The room is very small and so is the bathroom.

המיקום קרוב לשדה אבל מקום די מבודד ואין מה לעשות באזור, יש שוק מקומי וסבן אילבן במרחק הליכה וכמה מסעדות וגם עיסויים..אבל לא לצפות ליותר מדי. החדרים נקיים מאוד.

המיטות לא נוחות, מלון די חשוך ולא נעים בלילה , פקידת הקבלה היא גם זאת שמעלה את המזוודות והכל על כתפיה, ארוחת בוקר לא מזמינה , לא נגענו.

Location is great for people who go through Phuket. Nice staff, comfort rooms. The Nai Yang beach is very nice.

The rooms on floor 1 are too close to the elevator and to the house keeping room. You can't really sleep past 8am.

The proximity to the beach and coastal part of town was great. It wasn't a long walk into Nai Yang either, it only took me 10 minutes. The hotel's restaurant was very reasonable and the menu was varied enough for everyone.

I would have liked to have an iron and ironing board available in my room.

We booked two different rooms, a double and a quadruple. All staying couldn’t have been happier. Great value all round and close to the airport for those pre/post flights. Recommend.

Rooms were comfortable, and pool was lovely. Location was an easy walk from the beach and eating place and a 7-eleven and pharmacy in the other direction. Loved the lack of disposal water bottles in favour of glass water bottles that could be filled in the hallway.

Прекрасный чистенький и уютный отель.Замечательный отзывчивый персонал. На крыше большой и чистый бассейн. До пляжа 5 минут пешком, до рынка и 7/11 тоже так же. Милая девушка Lek заселила нас намного раньше после тяжёлого перелёта и бессонной ночи. Мы были счастливы. Огромное спасибо!!!

We have two rooms for 3 days. Deluxe room for four persons and standard room, double with king size bad. Deluxe was really nice. Standard smells bad, musty room odor. Breakfast was terrible. Everyday at 9 am almost nothing. We have to wait for susages, beans, noodles.... If you are hurry for plane, you will not eat.

Walking distance from the beach and the market. Loved that they had a refill station for water to reduce plastic waste. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. It was so close to the airport we did not have to rush or sit in an hour of traffic from the more popular beaches.

Hotel je na dobrem miste. V tesne blizkosti vecerni trh, masaze, restaurace a smemarna s lekarnou. Na plazi jste za dve minuty. Ubytovani melo velmi pohodlne postele.

Bohuzel musim vytknout chovani personalu v jidelne. Uplne laxni pristup, ignorace, zadne doplnovani u snidani a ani na pozadani. A druhá zasadni vec - štěnice. Obe deti pokousane na vice mistech - vzdy tri stipance v řadě.. vypada to na stenice. Tak to me zamrzelo.

Отличный отель с завтраками. При такой цене были приятно удивлены уровню обслуживания и наличию завтраков. Бассейн на 5 этаже тоже очень удобный. Смело можно отдыхать с самыми маленькими детьми. Соседи - очень приятные люди. В общем всё на высоте. Нам было важно, например, чтобы уборка номера проходила до 13.00, тк с 14.00-17.00 ребенок обычно спит. Персонал пошёл на встречу, за что им огромная благодарность!

Good location, walking distance from the fresh markets and main beach / restaurants. Clean, simple, nice pool, good aircon. Room cleaned daily. Love that they don’t use plastic bottles, instead have water refill stations on each floor.

Location was great, rooms were spacious with a balcony and it is a convenient stay if you’re needing to go to the airport. Staff were all in all welcoming and polite. The beach was around a 3 minute walk.

Sheets were rough and the bed was incredibly uncomfortable Pool was full of flies so not very inviting, didn’t look to be very well maintained Checking of the room during check out took too long

The receptionist (morning shift) is rude and not helpful. The night receptionist was nice. The breakfast is not good, the food is cold and the other thing I’ve noticed is the bread - not fresh.

Чистая и удобная кровать. Очень хорошии подушки.

Рецепшен на улице. Очень долго оформляют. Сначала сказали что номер готов, потом пришла старшая и сказала что только с 14.00 хотя ключи от номера дали. На 4 этаже на балконе нет крыши, номер маленький , нет шкафа, на против туалета перекладина с 4 вешалками и все , не одной полки для вещей. Завтрак как они решат , может быть по меню. До моря метров 200, но там нет инфраструктуры , до лежаков и кафешек ещё метров 500 в доль стройки.

The staff in the afternoon who checked us in was wonderful. It is suitable for a family of 3 or 4 pax the room we booked.

For the lost amd found, due to I have a lot of things, i could not remember which one is missing when we check out. I found out that my small cute bag left at the front office area. They should have checked which guest the bag is through cctv, and hand over to the guest while in house. Anyway, at least i saw it was in the front desk and I asked them if that is a lost and found as it seems like my bag. They said yes, lost and found and indeed it is my bag. Cheers to the front office team!

European style hotel, new, clean, utilities are good. We expanded our stay for a week. The personnel is so nice and they are very professional and speak very well english. The restaurant they have is by far the best for us for western food, they use good product.

The rooftop with the pool was a bit empty and not that entertained. But also the weather was bad. And last thing, close to airport which is cool when need to fly but if want activities its better to go elsewhere
