Facilité organisation avec hôte Localisation à proximité du site Terrasse pour voir le lever de soleil avec les Montgolfières

Le cadre était très beau, et les propriétaires très sympathiques. La proximité des pyramides, et le charme du village : nous avons adoré nous y promener, y manger, faire nos courses, et participer à la fête du village, avec des danses traditionnelles, des stands de nourriture, des manèges, feux d'artifice... Nous n'avons pas croisé d'autres touristes, l'ambiance était vraiment authentique. Le logement était très bien pour nous 4, et la terrasse avec vue sur la pyramide du soleil est pleine de charme.

Tout était bien, mais un petit peu plus de vaisselle serait bien (une casserole plus grande en particulier pour cuisiner pour 4).

Gaby amablemente me ayudó al acceso,ya que el codigo de la puerta no me lo permitió, usar la terraza para cocinar con esas vistas fue muy agradable, había feria así que había buen ambiente que se escuchaba hasta el lugar, también la vista del cuarto era muy buena pudimos ver las pirámides y globos aerostaticos, la zona arqueologica o la gruta estan muy cerca que incluso nos fuimos caminando y sentimos tranquilo el lugar

Si se deben subir y bajar varias escaleras pero no fue un problema realmente, note algunas arañas en terraza pero es normal con las plantitas en el lugar, solo si me dan miedo, pero sobreviví y en general todo muy bien

La vista a la piramide desde la terraza valen la pena, mas en un domingo por todos los globos aerostaticos que despegan. La ubicación esta muy bien.

El agua de la regadera es un poco dificil de calibrarla o muy fria o muy caliente. Las almohadas no olian muy bien.

Zona cerca de los atractivos turísticos, zona de puestos de comida cercanos y lugar tranquilo para salir a caminar por las noches. Además, fuimos bien atendidos por el anfitrión, Saludos!

Comenzando con los Host Gaby y Anita la verdad fueron maravillosas hicieron nuestra estancia tan sencilla. Anita fue sin duda fue una jollita fue tan amable , muy respetuosa, tan humilde ,prestar para ayudar en TODO lo que ella pudiera, nuestra experiencia fue lo que fue gracias a ellos. El hotel parecen apartamentitos tan hermosos, cómodos, hogarenos, limpios, excelente location, un sitio ideal para mi familia completa. Mil gracias chicas.

No tenemos nada que decir puesto que TODO nos encanto.

Logement fonctionnel et vue sur les pyramides, hôte très arrangeante et de bon conseil. Le site des pyramides est à quelques dizaines de minutes à pieds.

Die Lage ist gut um die Pyramiden zu besuchen. Zimmer war gemütlich, Betten bequem. Toller Blick auf die Pyramide, bei Sonnenaufgang sieht man die Heißluftballons. Personal sehr freundlich und Kommunikation war top.

Der Abfluss im Bad roch recht streng. Die Gegend drumherum ist nicht so einladend. Es gibt zwei Restaurants die man über ungeteerte Straßen, vorbei an zig Straßenhunden erreicht. Cool wäre, wenn die Unterkunft ein kleines Frühstück anbieten würde - denn das was wir in einem Tourirestaurant hatten war nichts tolles.

ピラミッドがテラスから見える事。観光には抜群のロケーション。 セキュリティもしっかりしていて、内装もテラスもとても可愛らしくて好感を持てます。寝室、水回りも清潔で必要なものは揃っています。 オーナーとのコミュニケーションも、丁寧でわかりやすかったです。

Fantastic place, very convenient for pyramids. Gaby organised a good value balloon ride. Also, airpirt shuttle very safe and efficient.

Unfortunately some very noisy guests stayed and had a party until almost 0100 despite rules saying quiet after 1100. Second night was quiet 😀

We loved the terrasse with the view in the morning.. perfect spot to see the pyramides that are 5 min drive and 20 min walk !!

Great hosts & hospitality. Rooms were clean & had everything I needed for a great visit to Teotihuacan. I loved the rooftop patio & the close proximity to the pyramids in a quiet neighborhood. It was convenient & comfortable. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to avoid the touristy side of Teotihuacan :)

Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms, very friendl staff and in best location for visiting the Pyramids. The rooftop even has a direct view of the pyramid of the sun.

The location was great. We had everything we needed and it was a nice touch to have some snacks and drinks available to purchase in the apartment.

Tv didn’t work and had to pay an extra $100/night to park in a lot next door.

This was an outstanding place for us. The staff was kind and helpful, we felt totally at home. We used this as our base for a day at Teotihuacán and walked from the rental to the “5” entrance to the pyramids easily with our children. We also went to Tula for a day trip and explored the ruins and the town. The hot air balloons are easily seen from the adorable and cozy roof top each morning. There is a grocery store right down the road for quick items and a larger store in San Sebastián a few km away. Several restaurants just down the road toward the “1” entrance to the pyramids. Fast WiFi, friendly and underrated little town!

La douche est vraiment peu pratique, nous avons eu du mal à trouver l'eau chaude, puis ensuite c'était soit brûlant soit froid. Ça prendrait une notice explicative! Prévoir à manger si vous arrivez tard, c'est la campagne!

Gabriela was very helpful and waited for us a little longer when we were running late to check in. The apartment on the top floor (which we rented) was very clean, comfortable and spacious. It has two bedrooms; one with two twin beds and the other with a queen bed. Since there isn't any heating, the blankets they provide are VERY warm and comfy. Never got cold overnight, but the morning was a bit chilly. There is a courtyard with awesome mural and seating areas to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. Also, a very large open air patio on top that overlooks the Pyramid of the Sun. We really enjoyed watching the hot air balloons floating over the pyramids in the morning. There is free parking, but we didn't have a car. There is a market about a 10-minute walk up the street near the old church. Also a pizzeria nearby, which we tried, and it was very good. A beauty salon 500' away but didn't go there. As far as the walk to the closest entrance to the pyramids, it was only about 15 minutes and its the best way to see the surrounding area. The brick sidewalk the entire was nice so you could ride a bike if you wanted to. We purchased tickets online and arrived around 9am. Hardly anyone there and got to enjoy the area without lots of tourists. Then around 12-1pm, it started getting really crowded. Since about 3-4 hours is all, you really need, we left and enjoyed other parts of the town.

We loved the decor in the apartment but would prefer not having to eat off handmade pottery plates and bowls. They tend to trap bacteria in the pores of the ceramic. So, regular plates and bowls would be preferred. Would love to have some blackout curtains or blinds in the front windows (upstairs apartment) to provide privacy. I would suggest some small table lamps near the beds and in the living room. You only have the lights in the ceiling, and it was annoying and too bright. Other than that, we loved the place!!

The rooftop terrace had a beautiful view of the pyramid of the sun. We watched the early morning balloons as the ascended across the skyline to the north. Nice artwork on the walls also.

Slight smell from what appeared to be a wastewater treatment plant nearby. But only noticeable in the morning.

We were really pleased we chose to stay next to the site. The house is well located for access to the pyramids: it takes about 20 min on foot to reach them. Uber works great in the area, we used it to visit the local village, too and it was great help as the taxi numbers offered by the host didnt’ have availability. The apartment was well equipped, the kitchen had everything: a couple of tea bags, coffee, some water. The fridge also had drinks for purchase which we didn’t use. There were all necessary utensils provided, glasses, plates, a stove if you wanted to cook. The place was very clean, with two bedrooms and a dining/sitting room. Finally, the morning view from the terrace on top was great! Wake up before sunrise and come to see hot air balloons hovering above! During the day, you can see the top of the Pyramid of the Sun.

It was exceptionally cold. The house is built of concrete, with no heaters. We were literally shivering and had to wear coats inside the house. The hot water was a bit temperamental, not a big deal, though. The level of disturbance was higher than would allow for a peaceful rest. The terrace on top had some heavy chairs or tables that were moved by the guests using it in the evening when we tried to sleep and the sound travelled easily. During the day, when the cleaners come to clean, they are quite noisy, too. If one tries to rest between the sightseeing, it is challenge in as cleaners talk loudly, listen to their music, something is being drilled and something else being sawed. As i say, this is a village and the village life has its sounds. Not dramatic, but would wish for more consideration for the guests from the staff. Finally, when i was sitting outside and a cleaner was doing the steps, she just splashed water on me from the top!

El alojamiento tiene todo, es lindo, bien ubicado y una vista preferencial a las piramides. Gabriela fue muy amable, respondió rapido y estuvo siempre atenta a nuestras necesidades, como la de poder dejar el equipaje para disfrutar de los alrededores. Sin duda volveriamos a alojarnos aquí.

No haber podido quedarnos mas dias :)

El trato del personal, la ubicación, la relación costo-beneficio.

La habitación que nos dieron originalmente no correspondía con la solicitada. La distribución de espacios era un poco compleja pero, finalmente, nos entregaron un apartamento con todas las comodidades. Incluso, más allá de las previstas (cocina con todos los elementos).

Lovely spot right by Teotihuacan. Antonio, Gaby and Anita were extremely helpful during my stay. Excellent views of the pyramids from my room and hotel balcony especially hot air balloons in the morning! So beautiful to watch 😊

Only small portable heating system, it was ok but maybe not for anyone not used to cold weather

Just a hint - there are many narrow steps, and our appartment had two floors with a very steep ladder between them. Not advisable if you are unfit.

Walking distance to Teotihuacan entrance. Slept four of us comfortably. Attractive accomodations.

The place is cute, safe it was clean, and near the Teotihuacan Pyramids, the host were a little bit hard to get them at the beginning but after we were able to communicate everything went nice and smooth and they were very helpful, I do recommend this place

if you are not driving it's a little hard to get to, it is king of hiding in the little town, so I do recommend to have a car to get to this place or hire a taxi anytime you need to go somewhere

Located 10 min walking distance from one of the site entrances in the village. Impressive views from the terrace in the morning towards the sun pyramid and the balloons. Helpful and polite staff.

There has been a small misunderstanding with the hotel about the arrival time and the booking of a tour. However, the host has been very responsive and everything could be solved.

It’s near to the park, the room is clean.

We had to climb three floors then step down three floors to reach the room, it’s not convenient as we carried suitcases.

Cozy room and wonderful location with the spectacular view. Spending time on the roof-top balcony at night to watch stars and in the morning to view pyramids and balloons was amazingly pleasant. The whole experience was awesome.

Adjusting shower temperature was not easy, but I understand the difficulty in water management in the region located at high altitude.

Room stairs are very tight to climb and navigate. Shower water pressure is not great. Smell outside is not great from the surrounding neighbourhood.

深夜にアイファ新国際空港に到着し、タクシーで到着しました。疲れていたので、カップラーメンや水があったのは嬉しかったです。 朝起きて、ティオティワカンが窓から見えました。また、7時頃にはたくさんの気球をみることができました。 歩いて、ティオティワカンまでいけます。 施設はいわゆる、民宿です。ロケーション重視の方に良いと思います。

Hidden gem tucked into a quiet local village near Teotihuacán. Antonio and his wife were so kind. Antonio was full of suggestions for the area. He literally mapped out our 3 days there for us. The rooftop is super chill with an outdoor kitchen. Wake up early and watch the sunrise from the rooftop and you’ll be in for such a special surprise…the hot air balloons sail just above the rooftop. Also, the views of the Pyramids are spectacular. I would highly recommend Antonio’s place for a few nights

At least 30min walk to puerta 1, if you walk fast, more for puerta 2. Lots of ubers tho. Room a bit cold at sundown. Heater did it's very best to warm it up. Week day, no one to be seen at the place. Had the patio to ourself, so in a way, that was also a good thing

Staff was responsive to messages and welcoming, and allowed us to securely park our bikes inside. Proximity to the pyramids. You can see the hot air balloons from the balcony upstairs. The room and the property we're clean and beautiful, but being so small, we couldn't enjoy the design

1. The "one bedroom apartment" is super tiny, we didn't even have space for the little things we carry on our motorcycles. 2. There is no aircon or heater, it was raining and cold and we were freezing. 3. The electric sockets in the bedroom are not operational, so we couldn't charge our phones overnight. 4. The stairs to the bedroom are steep, narrow and very scary, the handrail is shaky. 5. Trains run close by all the time, and between them and the fireworks it was very noisy. 6. You could see the pyramid from the bedroom window but we didn't want to open the window because the sewer was running just below it and it was filthy with garbage. 7. There are way too many stairs to get to the room and while we're quite fit, it wasn't much fun to carry out stuff back and forth. 8. The bed was soft and was sunk in thee middle, not so comfy for 2 adults.

The property was awesome. It was very comfortable and close to everything.

Not related to the property, was the loose dogs in the neighborhood. Although they did not bother us. I'm just scared of unleashed dogs, that's all.

Teoti Querido is beautiful, quiet and clean. The terrace above the apartments is welcoming and you can see the Pyramid, hot air balloons in the morning and enjoy meditation or cocktails. The apartment was nicely decorated and functional. If you like to cook, ask for extra pots ahead of time. Stela who helps with the cleaning can also cook for you at an extra fee which adds to the home comfort. The whole building is enclosed so it’s very private and feels safe. Although the neighborhood is safe! There are two mom and pop grocery stores at end of street for your food and drink needs, beer is also sold here. No credit cards, only pesos accepted. There are several restaurants about 1/2 mile walking distance that will satisfy your Mexican food cravings. The food is delicious and cost effective! This is the area where bus tours stop to eat lunch, so there are about 6-7 restaurants, all striving to get you to come in and try their food, so don’t feel pressured when the waitress or waiter show you their menu and insist you eat there. Walk the whole street and choose for yourself where you want to eat. The apartment is in a residential area, so not much to see compared to staying in downtown. However, the pyramids are within walking distance, about a mile and you can hire a tour guide. The property also offers tours and other services so speak to Gabriela about your needs. Overall, I enjoyed this place and am returning to it next year with friends.

Very helpful owner and great spacey accomodation. Very nice terrace upstairs and in a quiet neighbourhood, 15 mins walk from the temple complex. Highly recommended

The location is very good. I arrived to Teotihuacan 15 min by foot. The room is big enough and clean. You can see many balloons at early morning. I want to stay Teoti Querido again.

Todo excelente, un lugar bonito en donde quedarse. Los dueños cuidan cada detalle, yo me quede en el departamento con toque mexicano y todo está muy bien. Muy atentos y serviciales desde nuestra llegada. Definitivamente me volvería a hospedar en Teoti Querido.

Boa opção em Teotihuacan. Comunicação muito rápida com a propriedade. Fomos muito bem recebidos. A acomodação é grande e limpa, com sala, cozinha completa, banheiro e dois quartos. Tem garagem para um carro. O acesso é por uma rua pequena e estreita, mas tranquilo.

Everything, late check in was smooth and easy.

Es un lugar muy bonito y seguro, brinda una cálida estancia, los espacios están muy bien distribuidos y cómodos, todo limpio y ordenado. La vista hacia las pirámides es maravillosa y el espectáculo matutino de los globos aerostáticos es fabuloso. Very nicely furnished apartment; the terrace in the evening is fabulous; units do not have air conditioning so it can be a bit warm during the afternoon; would definitely stay here again.

Very new place. Great finishing to this 2 bedroom apartment. You can tell the owner, Antonio, takes great pride in his place. It’s only a few minutes walk to the teotihuacan pyramids and entrance #5. The rooftop patio(s) are a great place to watch the hot air balloons over the pyramid of the sun and relax later after a day of exploring the archeological zone. plenty of places to eat also within walking distance.

El departamento está excelente, muy limpio y tiene todo lo necesario, una terraza con una vista hacia las pirámides muy padre, cerquitititas de la zona arqueológica

All was perfect. Only wish I could have stayed longer. I extended stay 1 more night. Had other obligations and had to leave. Will be back, but will bring my family :)
