Hôtel moderne et très propre près de Catelammare Del golfo. Belle piscine. Bon restaurant. Excellent petit-déjeuner. Plage privée incluse avec navette. Parking sur place gratuit. Personnel très serviable. SPA sur place très bon rapport qualité prix.

Je mets 9 bien que je n’ai pas du tout été satisfaite de la chambre que nous avons eue et qui ne correspondait pas à la réservation. La chambre deluxe devait comporter canapé et terrasse. Nous n’avons aucun des deux. Par ailleurs, les lumières de la piscine le soir tard étaient très gênantes car le rideau ne fermait pas complètement. La porte d’entrée est très difficile à ouvrir.

Le personnel, la plage, le restaurant, la piscine, le changement de linge gratuit tout les jours et le parking gratuit sur place.

Les chambres n’étaient pas suffisamment insonorisées.

Fantastyczny hotel!!! Bardzo przyjemnie urządzony, cichy i spokojny, z fajnym basenem i dużym, prywatnym parkingiem. Pokoje przestronne, ładne i czyste, codziennie sprzątane oraz codziennie uzupełniany mini bar (duży wybór napojów). Fantastyczne śniadania w miłej atmosferze. Personel bardzo miły i pomocny. Lokalizacja nie jest idealna ale do prywatnej, piaszczystej plaży z bezpłatnymi parasolami i leżakami wozi klientów hotelowy bus (co 30 minut). Spędziliśmy tam 5 cudownych dni. Dziękujemy!

The property was beautiful. The access to the beach was convenient. The food at the restaurant was delicious.

The property is very removed from restaurants and shops. Very secluded! The resort is labeled as a spa but the pool was filled with children. Not what we expected from a spa resort

Die Nähe zum Strand, aber die Aussage direkt am Strand stimmt so nicht! Dazwischen befindet sich noch eine Strasse und Bahnlinie! Somit hoher Lärmpegel. Es gibt auch keine schönen Fusspromenaden! Das Hotel bietet stattdessen einen kostenfreien Shuttleservice zum Strand an.

Die Hellhörigkeit! Für ein 4-Sterne Hotel dürfte man hier viel mehr Ruhe erwarten. Der Lärmpegel war extrem hoch. Es gibt keine klaren Regeln! Der Fernseher von einigen Leuten lief bis in die Morgenstunden! Eine Familie über uns war bis um 1.00 Uhr morgens mit Möbelrücken beschäftigt. Also mit einem Spa Hotel hat dies leider gar nichts zu tun. Da sollte der Hotelbesitzer einmal nach Tirol fahren! Am Wochenende dann der Knaller. Laute Musik und Geschrei von einem Strandrestaurant bis morgens um 2.30 Uhr!

We had the most wonderful week at this hotel and would highly recommend. The family room was a good size for the four of us and all of the beds very comfortable, a good quality of bedding and mattress, and the hotel and rooms in general to a high standard of cleanliness. It's the small things that make the biggest impact, and I particularly enjoyed the complimentary mini bar and a bottle of wine that was sent to our room. The staff were excellent, particularly Catherine who helped me when I had an issue with work I needed to solve with regards to needing a private office and Wi-Fi temporarily. The pool is fantastic, Alessandro who runs the pool bar extremely kind and professional. The beach access and shuttle service is well thought, and being able to use the sister hotel down at the beach was a really great touch. The spa is the hidden gem in this hotel, we had a very nice massage and spa experience. The food is also very good, good quality. We had a great week and we will certainly be back.

Hotel déjà cher qui facture en plus la zone spa Hotel qui a de super personnel mais qui sont vêtu de façon absolument pas adapté à la saison estivale ! La direction ferait bien de revoir le confort vestimentaire de leur personnel qui souffre visiblement de la chaleur Restaurant beaucoup trop copieux et faiblement varié ( toujours des pâtes ou risotto)

Extremely nice hotel! Large and very clean rooms, nice and friendly staff and a good value for money. Also the pool was perfect, very clean and large. The breakfast was perfect for starting a good vacation day, with a good variaty of cheeses, cold cuts, local desserts, coffees. We would definitely come back when in Sicily!

The hotel, the staff, location and food. Amazing place. Manager Peter couldnt do enough, he organised our rental car and even informed us of the best place to park. The hotel private beach is also exceptional.. We are going to return next year

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was excellent – from the reception staff and waiters to the wellness team, everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming. The hotel was spotlessly clean. Our room was cleaned every day with fresh towels provided daily, including separate towels for the pool and the beach. The facilities were excellent and everything was very well maintained. Breakfast was delicious with a good selection. The only small suggestion would be to offer a wider variety of children’s meals on the lunch and dinner menu. The beach is easily accessible by the hotel shuttle, which takes only about 3 minutes. Overall, a fantastic hotel with excellent service, great facilities and very high standards of cleanliness. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!

It is somewhat remote although you can hire a car very cheaply at the hotel and it’s only a short taxi ride to the nearby town of Catellamare. If the Sky Bar had been open there would have been more options for the evenings

Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr vielfältig und sehr fein. Es hatte einen Shuttlebus zum Strand, es gab Badetücher, Badetasche und Flipflops, wir hatten die Mini-Bar ohne Extra-Kosten, gedeckte Terrasse mit Meerblick. Es hatte mehrere Sitzmöglichkeiten am Schatten um zu verweilen.

Es hatte wenig Stauraum für Kleider und persönliche Dinge. Über Mittag konnte man leider nur ins Restaurant etwas essen, es wäre toll, gäbe es über Mittag eine kleine Karte mit Snacks, Sandwiches. Es hatte wenig Schattenplätze am Pool über die Mittagszeit, grössere Sonnenschirme wären toll. Ohne Auto kann man leider nichts unternehmen, es gibt keine Spazierwege.

The staff truly made our trip special. Huge thanks to Piero from front desk who Went out of his way to help us and really welcoming. Alessandro form The lobby Bar was very welcoming and made the best cocktails. The entire breakfast team was fantastic too. The spa was a highlight – one of the best we've experienced, even compared to London. The spa team were very helpful and friendly and felt totally relaxed afterwards. We chose Full Board, but I'd recommend Half Board instead – the à la carte menu has great variety.

El desayuno excelente sin grandes cantidades pero variado y de una calidad muy buena, el café de 10 y eso en pocos sitios se puede decir, la Ubicación apartada pero con coche en pocos minutos estas donde quieras.

Si tengo que poner un pero, sería que no hay nada en español como por ejemplo la carta del restaurante o algún folleto informativo, no hace falta hablarlo pero un código QR no estaría de más, para el restaurante. Lo demás de diez, están siempre pendientes de todo y el personal super amable.

Przemiła obsługa, przepiękny widok na zatokę, bardzo dobre jedzenie, hotel bardzo czysty. Pracownicy niezwykle pomocni i serdeczni, nic nie było problemem. Pokój duży, wygodny, zbudowany wg nowych standardów. Łóżko wygodne. Prawie jak w domu. Zapewniony transport na plażę i z plaży kilka razy dziennie. Wydzielone leżaki na plaży, ręczniki plażowe codziennie wymieniane. Plaża piaszczysta i długa.

We loved the hotel and had a wonderful stay as a family. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and they were especially kind and attentive to my 75-year-old mother, which made her experience truly special. The property was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout.

Sehr nette Mitarbeiter, jeder Wunsch wird versucht zu erfüllen. Shuttle Service zum Beach beim Hotel klappt super, es stört überhaupt nicht dass das Resort nicht direkt am Beach liegt. Generell ist der Beach mit tollen, bequemen Liegen ausgestattet, sehr sauberer Sandstrand, klares Wasser, Duschmöglichkeit. Sehr tolle Lage für Ausflüge zu den bekanntesten Spots in der Umgebung (höchstens immer 1 Stunde Fahrzeit). Top Pool Area, alles sehr sauber & neuwertig. Zimmer ebenso ein Traum! Minibar wurde täglich aufgefüllt mit verschiedensten Getränken (im Preis inkludiert).

Ohne Mietauto würde ich das Hotel nicht empfehlen, da der nächste Ort auch nur mit dem Auto zu erreichen ist.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Resort La Battigia in Alcamo. Bereits bei der Ankunft wurden wir positiv überrascht: Wir erhielten ein kostenloses Upgrade auf ein Deluxe-Zimmer mit Meerblick, was unseren Aufenthalt noch besonderer gemacht hat. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und äußerst gepflegt. Besonders gefallen haben uns der ruhige Außenpool sowie der private Strand. Dieser befindet sich beim Hotel La Battigia, etwa 1 km entfernt, und ist bequem mit dem kostenlosen Shuttlebus erreichbar. Sowohl der Poolbereich als auch der Strand laden perfekt zum Entspannen ein. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und sehr abwechslungsreich. Es gab eine große Auswahl an frischem Obst, Gemüse, Eierspeisen, süßen Köstlichkeiten und vielen weiteren leckeren Optionen – hier findet wirklich jeder etwas Passendes. Ein besonderes Lob gilt dem gesamten Personal. Alle Mitarbeiter waren stets freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit und haben dazu beigetragen, dass wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt haben. Wir können das Resort La Battigia uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.

It is a true 4 star resort experience. Spacy and comfortable room with great sea view. The staff on site was helpful and really friendly.

The food in the restautrant was not as good as everything else at the resort was. It was not bad, just not great.

Das Essen war immer gleich keine Abwechslung ! Das Essen a la carte war viel zu teuer und für die Portion die man bekam war es Preis Leistungs mäßig viel zu wenig dafür. Am Pool wurde nichts angeboten Kein Obst keine Snacks etc

Séjour parfait. Personnels compétents et toujours à notre service. Restaurant buffet avec du gluten free et sans lactose. Nettoyage journalier et impeccable. Restaurant des plats délicieux . Personnels aux petits soins.

The hotel is lovely and clean. It is quite corporate and less of a holiday feel than we were looking for. It was disappointing as we’d been confused with the sister hotel which had access directly to the beach which was a shame so do check carefully which one is being booked (although sister hotel we did go to for the beach and beach was nice but hotel looked tired). Nice spa pleased we had the 90mins for free as wouldn’t have paid really otherwise. Pleasant staff although some struggled with English which was tricky. Good breakfast!

Tolles modernes Hotel mit wunderschönen Meerblick. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und selbst ein Late Checkout aufgrund einer Flugverschiebung war problemlos möglich. Sehr gutes Frühstück und auch ausreichend Früchte im Angebot. Frühstücken im Außenbereich ebenfalls möglich. Shuttlebus zum Privatstrand, 2 min entfernt. Sehr schöne Pool Area und äußerst gepflegte Hotelanlage.

Die Lage bzw. der Zugang zum Strand ist etwas länger durch den angrenzenden Bahnhof und der Schienen.

Nice hotel, spa included in the price, nice, continental breakfast with also salty options, eggs, etc. Very nice staff, amazing view from the hotel, nice pool area hidden from the wind. Hotel restaurant amazing quality.

Just the surroundings, the street is not safe to walk and also to go to the beach you need to take a longer walk, to pass the railway, but actually I reccomend to have a car and drive to Scopello and surrounded beaches instead of the one where is the hotel. They have also beach bar and hotel pick up to the beach bar, so this is nothing to complain.

Resort La Battiga Beach and Spa was fabulous. The staff, the room with a sea view, and the pool were exceptional. The breakfast included everything you could possibly want to eat. We had a lovely day at the beach hotel too. We have to mention the shuttle driver who dropped us off at the bus station in Castellemare. He realised the bus wasn’t stopping there due to a festival and came back for us and drove us to the next stop to catch the bus. He was brilliant. This part of our Sicily holiday exceeded all our expectations.

The location is very remote. If you do not have a car, plan on walking. It is basically a place to stay and enjoy the sun and sand.

Für uns war alles unseren Vorstellungen entsprechend: Sehr gutes Frühstück, sehr saubere und ruhige Anlage, sehr saubere und grosszügige Zimmer, ohne Makel. Essen war gut. Der Shuttleservice war ebenfalls sehr gut, den wir vor allem in die Altstadt von Alcamo und zum Flughafen. benutzten. Ein Upgrade für das SPA freute uns ebenfalls.

Die Lage ist sehr schlecht, ohne Auto ist es schwierig etwas zu besichtigen rund ums hotel ist einfach gar nichts. Es gibt keinen direktek Zugang zum Badestrand, der Strand der direkt daneben liegt ist voll gemüllt und zugewachsen. Allerdings wird ein Shuttelservice zum Badestrand angeboten. Beim Frühstück hat es nur eine sehr knappe Auswahl gegeben. Unser Zimmer „mit Balkon“ (Gartenblick) hatte keinen echten Balkon es war nur ein getrenntes „Zimmer“ mit Fenster und Stühlen. Gartenblick ist nur ein Blick auf den Parkplatz. Die elektrische Nicht Stören Meldung bleibt nur an wenn die Karte im Zimmer stecken bleibt, was ein bisschen schwierig ist wenn man nur eine Karte hat und nicht möchte dass jemand ins Zimmer geht wenn man nicht da ist.

Nous avons choisi cet hôtel 4 étoiles notamment pour pouvoir profiter du spa et d'un massage en duo. Les chambres sont grandes, propres, confortables et lumineuses. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est varié (salé et sucré), il y a aussi une section sans gluten. Le spa est très beau et grand et les massages nous ont fait le plus grand bien. La piscine et la plage (a 1km et navette gratuite) sont très agréables.

Très bel établissement récent, les équipements sont de très bonne qualité. Nous n'avons pas eu le temps de tester le SPA et la piscine (dommage 😉) Le restaurant est très bon Le personnel est vraiment aux petits soins et très réactif Je conseille cet établissement

Location. So far from everything. Outside on the road it was rather dirty. Beach not very clean. Nothing to do around hotel. Very quiet. Close to rail station as well.

This is a fabulous place to stay, especially the spa, had the best muscle massage ever, the lady was fantastic. Wish I could remember her name, she was amazing. The night porter Antonio was very helpful, and friendly. Kudos to all the staff there, they make the place. The place is very clean, food is brilliant, pool is outside and loungers available. We had a lovely swing and lingers on our balcony.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr umfangreich und das viele frisch aufgeschnittene Obst war wirklich hervorragend! Unseren Kindern wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes ein Zimmer mit Meerblick direkt gegenüber des Elternschlafzimmers angeboten, da es kurzfristig frei wurde. Es wurde uns kein Aufpreis dafür berechnet. Am Abreisetag war auf Anfrage ein späterer Check-Out möglich. Optional hätten wir an diesem Tag auch noch den SPA-Bereich kostenlos nutzen dürfen. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und stand zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung.

Der Kunstrasenplatz hinter dem Hotel ist grundsätzlich super, allerdings ist der Platz stellenweise gefährlich durch überstehende Gullideckel. Außerdem wären zwei kleine Tore und eine Beleuchtung schön.

The hotel staff were all very attentive and helped us to plan our visits to local attractions. As we visited very earlier in the season, early April, a lot of the local restaurants were closed. However Castellammare Del Golfo was a very easy five minute drive away. The rooms, Spa, pool, restaurant and all the hotel facilities were spotlessly clean. Staff were always more than helpful even providing a late check out an no additional cost.
