The staff were courteous and helpful and the place.was.well.equipped. I would stay here again

The slope of the bathroom floor was not perfect, hence shower water collected in one spot

The breakfast was good. It was served warm. The staff paid attention to the instructions. The location of the facility is excellent.

The bed linen is quite old. Should be changed. There is not bed light. The kitchen didn't have any lights. The closet is inside the bathroom. Didn't have hangers initially but was provided when requested. The spray of the health faucet is quite hard.

The stay was very nice , staff was very courteous. Service was top, It is a good option for business stays as well as family vacations. The overall ambience and the area is really good.

This hotel was everything I did NOT expect. They were my first 2 nights after arrival in India The choice was made on the excellent reviews. After check in I checked the reviews again and noticed the majority are Indian reviews. For western standards the room was big and had a good shower. Important too is that is was very clean. However it’s all very basic and the bed was as hard as a rock. Breakfast was ok but again very basic. Conclusion: it was a bit of a culture shock upon arrival. But cleanliness and good shower made up for a lot. However the rock hard bed would be the reason to refrain for staying again

About the location : the hotel is not in Delhi itself but in a suburb. It’s close to IFFCO chowk metro station but it take s 1 hr to get to the major attractions. The advantage is that it’s 1 stop from The starting point so good chance you score a seat

THe appartment is some 600m from IFFCO Chowk station and somewhat well located. room was clean when arrived. One cannot hear the noise outside. fans and AC worked well. Staff was helpful.

The room did not get clean daily. only after 4 days that the services was proposed over the phone. Drains in the bathroom did not work well as floor not level and so remained wet all throughout the stay.

Our stay was perfect. Friendly staff. Clean hotel and I would like back again.

Had a wonderful stay at Perch Service Apartment. The place is peaceful, the neighborhood is lovely, and there’s a nice park nearby. Overall, really enjoyed my time here.

I had a Great stay at perch, its a well maintained and clean property. Food was veryy nice too. The staff is polite and professional.

This was my fifth stay herw at perch. Just few mints from metro it is Located at the Centre place of gurgaon . Rooms are very spacious with all amenities.

Perch apartments were good. They catered for our needs. Minor issue being the gates to the apartments close around 9pm and one has to take an alternative route to get in. I love the apartment concept though.

The staff were very helpful and polite but there was little they could do with lie infrastructure. It was shabby and not well maintained. They offered to change my room the next day but I opted to leave and not stay the 2nd night

The walls of the room had damp patches and flaking all over. The bed linen was old and discoloured. The balcony was common for all the rooms so there was no privacy. One had to keep the curtains closed at all times.

I recently stayed at your servive apartment, and I was quite disappointed with the experience. The room was not clean, and the bedsheets and blankets were in poor condition. Additionally, there was an unpleasant odor in the room, lift, and corridor, which made my stay uncomfortable. Considering I paid ₹5,200 for one night, I do not believe the service and cleanliness were up to the expected standard. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend your hotel to others. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements

Room was quite good, staying was very comfortable and relaxing... Room and the bathroom was very clean... No problem with anything... People are friendly and helpful here and the room cleaner is very fine as anything we ask for they just deliver it very quickly... We like the stay!

The location of the property and the property itself is excellent. There is a metro station just behind, an atm & deliveries are also very convenient at this property.

The balconies.. i spoke to PAYAL who helped me with my check-in process i realized there is only one room in this entire property which has a single balcony, rest all balconies are connected with other rooms, basically they are all sharing balconies. Otherwise my stay was amazing,my room was huge & clean, as this was my second time here, and i do look forward to book my stay here once again.

Very good place for a large family group. Very big rooms and everything that you need for a stay is nearby. It was very clean and spacious. Good breakfast. The staff is very helpful, special mention about Payal and Dharamveer. Highly recommended.

Everything is perfect

As a foreign traveller I can’t recommend this place enough! The property is clean and reasonably well kept. Bonus point for the fact that the room is cleaned and the towels are changed every day: something that is not to be given for granted in other properties in the same price range. Great value for the money, especially considering that similarly priced alternatives in South Delhi are far far worst when it comes to cleanliness and generally to the overall quality of the services provided. I also received a free room upgrade at check-in, which was much appreciated. A special thank you to the attentive staff and to Payal in particular who did their best to swiftly satisfy my requests.

The small kitchenette in the room was not the most functional and some utensils had not been cleaned properly, but I’m sure that if I asked the staff would have fixed that promptly.
