Sapphire House Antwerp, Autograph Collection by Marriott

Location and staff, good breakfast

Small rooms

Location great!

Location was amazing Hospitality was great and staff are very helpful Recomended

Room service menu was very limited

- mooi ontbijt met voldoende keuze

- niks

We had a late Booking for this hotel and oh my it was wonderful. The building is so very grand. Our room was huge. Everything was just perfect. So close to the main area. Easy to walk to restaurants and other sights. Breakfast spread was lovely. We really enjoyed our stay here and would love to return.

Nothing

Locatie is top, verder prima verzorgd

Good location! Comfortable beds (the best)! Excellent breakfast!

Ants on the floor!

The accommodation is very spacious and beautifully designed, with a classy and elegant atmosphere. The rooms are beautiful, with large and very comfortable beds. Breakfast is also excellent, with a wide and varied selection.

The hotel itself is beautiful and the gems in the room are a fun and exciting activation that adds something special to the experience. Unfortunately, when we arrived at the bar with them, the service didn’t really match that feeling. The staff seemed unhappy and not very welcoming, which made the two experiences feel a little disconnected. Overall, it’s a lovely concept, but warmer hospitality would make the experience staying at this beautiful hotel feel much more complete.

Comfortabele kamers. Aangenaam verblijf. Zeer vriendelijk personeel!

Locatie, sfeer, parkeren, personeel.

N.v.t.

The hotel is beautiful and an easy walking distance from the train and to the old town area. This was just a quick stopover after flying into Amsterdam, but we loved the area and history. We didn't include the breakfast because we aren't big eaters in the morning but it looked fabulous.

I loved everything about this hotel.

Alles was in orde

Excellent Location in the Heart of Antwerp The highlight of Sapphire House Antwerp is definitely its location. Very centrally located and within easy walking distance of many of Antwerp’s main attractions, shopping streets, restaurants and cafés, making it a very convenient base for exploring the city on foot. The hotel itself is stylish and comfortable, with a distinctive character that fits well with the Antwerp experience. For a city stay where location and convenience matter most, Sapphire House is certainly a good choice.

Het bed

De koffie

Nice design & decoration

1. Even though I had only booked one night, they still required me to pay a security deposit, which I didn’t like. 2. I ordered a pizza through room service, and while I was eating it, I found a long hair in it. Disgusting.

Niks

Perfecte locatie, ruime kamers.

Personnel sympathique. Bon rapport qualité prix. Très bon petit déjeuner.

Rien

Another memorable weekend at Sapphire House Antwerp. From the 13th to the 15th of July we (my husband, me and our dogs) spent 2 very nice days and nights with the Sapphire House family. The checking process with Vincent and Sabine was very nice, very friendly and very professional. We were provided with a very beautiful and spacious room, with all the necessary for us and our loved doggies. The day after, breakfast was great, with a wonderful service provided by Liliia, Jinny, and Ynthe. It was great to see Marco, Gonzo and Inself at the recepotion during the day being very caring always. Great cocktails provided in the evening, a fun encounter with Australian family watching the final of thje World Cup. Overall a very pleasant stay as always. Thank you very much Sapphire house family and see you soon.

Prachtige ruime kamers. Vriendelijke service. Mooie inrichting. Prachtige foto aan de wand. De locatie is perfect. Het is er stil in de kamers. Goede isolatie.

Started shaky in terms of room type but ended up being a great stay. Location is awesome, staff if super nice, service spot on, and rooms wondeful. Gym could use a facelift but the rest of the hotel makes up for it.

Beautiful hotel with lots of cozy places to sit. Very quiet. Staff is excellent and super helpful. Food is great, esp the breakfast. Rooms are very comfortable. Location excellent.

Great property with a good location. Staff was friendly and helpful.

beautiful clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff, very comfy beds

Locatie

Excellent room, quiet, large extra clean.

Niks!

Prachtig, goed verzorgd

Nvt

Uitstekend ontbijt, waaraan niets ontbreekt. Heerlijke kamer, fijne bedden, goed geventileerd.

Geen bijzonderheden.

This hotel is perfect. Great location, beautiful rooms & property, historical significance and lovely staff. I felt very welcome by entire staff. Plus, it was easy to walk to all the sites in Antwerp.

De mooie kamer

The staff was wonderful. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was a very good option.

Tamanho do quarto.

O atendimento é ruim. O check in deveria ser às 15hs. Só liberaram o quarto às 18hs. Os travesseiros altos e ruins para dormir. O acesso aos quartos difícil e distante do elevador.

Locatie. Rustige kamer.

Prijs kwaliteit vb ontbijt.

Great room with quiet air conditioning. Helpful friendly staff.

Ontbijt
