Beautiful overlooking the sea. Very nice staff. Lovely choice.

Liked everything. Staff went above and beyond for us - we arrived prior to check in with three extra groomsman who needed to get ready for our wedding next door. They were super helpful and accommodating and even brought out champagne giving us a room the moment it was ready. Very grateful. The staff on the desk are super helpful and friendly. The gym has NO EQUIPMENT. Why would I need a treadmill? When I can walk around. Where are the weights.

The front desk staff was very warm and welcoming, and the overall environment of the hotel was decent.

The restaurant staff spoke poor English, making communication quite difficult. The two restaurants operate independently, and the non-smoking section is only upstairs, yet they don't sync orders between floors, which felt really weird. The facilities and service didn't feel like a 5-star hotel at all, though the prices were definitely 5-star. I wouldn't recommend dining here: the food is overpriced and average at best. The hotel spa was nice, but again, much more expensive than other places.

La zona beach è ridotta male per la pavimentazione e c'erano tante mosche. La colazione non è al buffet, ed è turca,e quindi ti ritrovi con nulla di dolce se non lo.yogurt... che devi richiedere.

Fantastisches Hotel mit sehr freundlichen und zuvorkommendem Team. Bereits nach einem Tag wusste das Personal wie ich heisse. Die Zimmer, vor allem mit direktem Zugang zum Pool oder gar eigenem Pool sind sehr modern gestaltet. Und das Bett ist sehr bequem. Die Anlage selbst ist wie eine ist eine Oase wo man sich völlig entspannen und Kraft tanken kann. Die beiden Restaurants mit tollem Ausblick, bieten ein Fusion aus der türkischen und internationalen Küche. Und an der Bar kann man den Abend mit tollen Getränken bei live Konzerten oder diversen DJ Acts ausklingen lassen.

Saat 18’de şezlongları ve plajı terk etmeniz gerekiyor, çünkü Restaurant için hazırlık yapılıyor ve masalar vb yerleştiriliyor. Denizi kullanma sürenizin bu şekilde Restaurant için kısıtlanması doğru değil. Neredeyse, geceleri de “gece çorbacısı” olarak hizmet verecekler ve 24 saati ciro için değerlendirecekler. Gün içinde deniz kenarında huzur arıyorsanız, bulamazsınız! Çünkü bütün gün saçma bir müzik yüksek sesle sadece kafa şişiriyor.

( cok mantıksız , denize neden yakın otel tuttuk ) ? ayrıca , sabah 4:00 havuza bagıra cagıra giren bir kitleyi , saskınlıkla resepsiyonu arayarak ulasamadık , 3 kere otel ic arama sisteminden telefon acılmayınca , dısardan telefon ederek , gece muduru sag olsun uyardı ve ses kesildi. bu gibi egitimsizlerin de otelde olacagını dusunmemistik. bunun dısında otelin konumu ve calısanların uykusuz ama var gucu ile calısmaları bizi cok memnun bıraktı. denizi cok guzel ( ama 18:00 e kadar ) sonra denize asla giremiyorsunuz. kucucuk bir havuzla devam ediyorsunuz. tekrar gitmem ama cok kotu de diyemem. işi bilenlerin eline gecerse , ilk 10 otel icinde gorebilecegimiz bir potansiyel mevcut. bir de ust havuzda , havuz icinde yemek ve icmek yasak olmasına ragmen, resimlerinin de havuz kenarında bulunmasına ragmen , havuzda tatli , yemek ve icecek icen tipleri gorunce , e neden resimleri koydun , kontrol ve denetleme yapmıcaksan , kural neden yarattın dedirtti. Sag olsunlar , insallah duzeltirler bu guzel mekanı ... saygılar.

Un grand merci a Banu . Une femme incroyable.Elle a règle le petit problème de chambre directement avec un sourire . Les personnels du Beach (yasin ) et du restaurant déjeuner surtout les jeunes étudiants sont très aimables et serviable.

Pas beaucoup d’activités. Un hotel pour se reposer. Les chambres sont pas très sonorisée. Chambre propre , lit et cousins convenable .

The hotel was very clean, with a very pleasant atmosphere. The rooms were comfortable and well-designed, and having a balcony was a great bonus. The restaurant were nice, the views were beautiful, and enjoying the sea in the morning was especially wonderful.

The different staff members gave us completely different prices for the airport transfer, which was not a major issue. However, during check-out, we were told that we had had dinner at a restaurant where we had supposedly signed the bill but had not paid. This was completely incorrect, as we had never been to that particular restaurant. At every restaurant we visited, we paid immediately on the spot. We were asked to pay an additional €300 for a dinner at the fish restaurant, even though we had never been there. We asked the staff to check the security cameras to confirm that we had not visited the restaurant. They spent approximately 30 minutes checking while our taxi was waiting for us, Also, we were late getting to the airport. In the end, they discovered that someone had signed the bill under our name, although we still do not know how this happened. We had absolutely nothing to do with this dinner. What was especially disappointing was that we received no apology or proper explanation from the hotel, which is absolutely unacceptable.

The beds were very comfortable, and the restaurant on site was very good. The staff were extremely attentive, and it was a great bonus that the beach beds were included with our stay. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay and enjoyed the hospitality.

Wir hatten einen wirklich schönen Aufenthalt und haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Hotel war genauso, wie wir es uns vorgestellt hatten – sauber, gepflegt und sehr schön eingerichtet. Besonders positiv fanden wir die angenehme Atmosphäre und den freundlichen Service. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und gemütlich, sodass man sich direkt wohlfühlen konnte. Auch die Lage war für uns perfekt und insgesamt hat einfach alles gepasst. Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen und können es definitiv weiterempfehlen. Rooms and views are ok. The garden is nice. The rooms are clean.

The pool surroundings were overcrowded with running kids (I got kids myself but they behave) and never cleaned during the day so there was Starbucks cups and trash everywhere. The beach close at 6.30 pm which is a shame not to be able to enjoy the sea after that time especially in the heath. You have to ask for anything at list 3 times before getting it done and the people working for the hotel are not particularly friendly or helpful.

L’hôtel était bien. C’est le service et le personnel qui nous ont déçus, sauf l’accueil ( voiture et bagages) et le chef en charge de préparer les poissons au restaurants, qui étaient très biens et sympathiques.

IMPOSSIBLE TO SLEEP. The noise from the nightclub is unbearable. The advertisements for a private pool are not worth it; the pool is shared with other rooms and offers zero privacy.

Struttura moderna con ottimi servizi. Molto belle le stanze anche se la nostra si affacciava sulla strada abbastanza trafficata. Non c’è spiaggia ma durante il giorno la pedana in riva ala mare, che alla sera diventa spazio per il ristorante, viene attrezzata con lettini e ombrelloni. Noi abbiamo cenato presso ristorante in riva al mare che consiglio in quanto di elevata qualità e ottimo servizio.

It was just a perfect stay at Unique! You get the best value for money if not more. The quality of the service and facility is very high. We are not really an all inclusive type of customer so there was room for us to go out explore the region and some dinner at the hotel were also a very good experience.

Ich habe eine Lebensmittelvergiftung durch das Restaurant im Hotel bekommen, wodurch ich in die Notaufnahme musste und ebenfalls meinen Flug nicht antreten konnte. Seid bitte vorsichtig hier.

I stayed here on my first solo trip and absolutely loved it. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and peaceful. The staff were kind and helpful, the breakfast was excellent, and the atmosphere made me feel relaxed and safe. It was exactly the break I needed. I would definitely come back again.

moderne schöne Anlage mit grosszügigen Zimmern direkt am Meer. Sehr gutes Restaurant mit wunderbarem Blick auf die Bucht. Tolles umfangreiches türkisches Frühstück. Wir kamen mit unserem Elektroauto und dieses wurde kostenlos geladen. Herzlichen Dank.

Leider etwas laut durch die Schnellstrasse hinter dem Hotel. Wir hatten ein Zimmer Richtung Meer aber direkt neben dem Durchgang zwischen den beiden Hotelgebäuden, daher hörten wir den Strassenlärm auch sehr gut.

Hotel is a beautiful resort property with an excellent restaurant on site. The room was clean and upscale and bed was very comfortable. This is a great place to stay if visiting Ephesus. Hotel is right on the Aegean Sea, but there is no beach access only a dock for boating. They do have kayaks available to use.

We stayed on a Saturday night so I’m not sure if this is a regular occurrence or not. But the music from the Nightclub on site was so loud we could not sleep even with all windows closed. Blaring disco music continued until after 1 AM.

A place to experience five star food Michelin star quality. Hospitality off the scale. Impeccably run by Kan the manager. No request is too small to provide comfort. Rooms extremely clean and swim up lane heated true luxury. New Year’s Eve a night to remember highly recommended. Steak best we have had just melts in your mouth.

Beautiful sea side resort. Hotel service is top notched. Great civility and generous assistance offered. We stayed here for a view but we mostly set it as a base for visit to Ephesus and Pamukkale. No comment on the water sports part nor summer activities. Room was good and with a private closet but air con can be an issue. In terms of services we gave a 5-star. For hardware such as gym and pool from an international point of view, we would hesitate to rank equal. Lucky’s Club, their restaurant, was indeed disastrous but since it is irrelevant to the accommodation itself i will not further comment.

The gardens were lovely. The location of the waterfront and loungers by the sea was excellent. The restaurant was beautiful and the rooms were nice.

The noise and music from the hotel next door was very irritating loud and intrusive. The abandoned building on the left of the hotel is a bit of a nice sore.

Not much really. On first night the music from the restaurant went on too late (12:45 AM) and was too loud. The light switches in the rooms were overly complicated. Expensive, but then that's not surprising.

Die Hotelanlage ist sehr schön mit Pool, Garten, Restaurant, schöner Steg zum Meer. Das Frühstück war grossartig. Ganz nettes Personal. Das Putzpersonal waren guten Geister im Hotel.

Wir wussten nicht, dass Unique Life Style Hotel ein Event Hotel ist und daher laute Konzerte und DJ-Event stattfinden. Im gesamten Hotelbereich findet man keinen ruhigen Ort, wenn diese Konzerte stattfinden. Dafür bekommt man von der Rezeption Oropax. Zusätzlich schreit die Animation vom Nachbarhotel auch noch bis nach Mitternacht. Also Grundsätzlich Hotel ist super, das Konzept sollte überdacht werden. Das Abendessen war für die Leistung zu teuer.

Location - on the sea, with beach club & really great restaurant ‘Luckys’ which go above and beyond. 15 minute drive into old town which to be honest the hotels that nice you never want to leave. Atmosphere - Jojos- relaxing dj mixes Lucky - always evening entertainment Rooms - very serene, one of the most relaxed holidays I’ve felt Hotel itself - calming, lovely, greatly decorated and staff that are brilliant Value - definetley value for money, I’ve stayed all over the world and this has to have been one of my favourite stays - we stayed in a swim up room and it gave that extra sense of relaxation and also was very good value for money Cleanliness - very clean, the housekeeper is really lovely and really does such an amazing job Noise level - This hotel does have live music, so expect to hear it however from the rooms it’s only light Rooms- the rooms are spotless & stylish, high ceilings, pillow menu with 4-5 different options, black out blinds that are also electric with a remote control (so you don’t have to move out of bed) Fully stocked mini fridges, gowns and slippers. The most beautiful smelling Turkish brand shower gels/shampoos/conditioners. Egg chair on our swim up (so relaxing) Apart from everything above we had a couples signature massage in the same room as each other and this was also very good. They had also prepared the room with wine, fruit, petal & balloons for my birthday! Warm welcomes and such thoughtful touches. AND they have a Starbucks in the hotel - which we ordered to the beach club and to our room on many occasions. All in all, i am extremely happy with my stay, i have nothing but good words to say about this hotel and I absolutely will be returning. Cannot Thank everyone enough that made our stay so special! Maravilloso lugar. Hotel muy bien atendido, limpio, atención de lujo. Nos hicieron upgrade y nos dieron una habitación muy cómoda y bonita. Bonitos jardines. Excelente restaurant Lucky.... playa también muy bien atendida.

Estacionamiento un poco estrecho

Parece in hotel de lujo 5 estrellas pero es in poco pantalla el cuarto se entra por el estacionamiento osea una fachada da a los coches, los muevles estan super maltratados y se ven de mala calidad para un hotel de lujo Las zanas de rest plata y alberca muy bien!!!

What a wonderful way to finish off our Turkish vacation at a beautiful resort. Banu welcomed us so warmly and made sure our stay was incredible. The grounds and saltwater pool are beautiful, the sea access is perfect- all the fun of the sea without the hassle of the sand. The restaurants had delicious food, though for seafood I would stick to the seafood restaurant. Apparently it becomes quite a hotspot many nights with DJs and concerts. From the swim up rooms at the top of the hill we didn’t notice any noise. It is hard to know which reviews are real on booking sites, but this hotel is legitimately a five star hotel, with amenities that match up to any American luxury standards.

Ich kann die guten Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Es entspricht auf keinen Fall dem Standard eines 5-Sterne-Hotels. Besonders die Zimmer zur Straßenseite sollte man unbedingt vermeiden; ich habe 2 Nächte dort verbracht und konnte wegen der lauten Musik und des ununterbrochenen Autolärms bis zum Morgen nicht schlafen. Das Frühstück im Restaurant war sehr schwach und die angebotenen Lebensmittel teilweise alt. Die Mitarbeiter wirkten zwar höflich, waren aber alles andere als professionell. Außerdem hatten wir nach dem Essen Magenprobleme. Insgesamt war es eine Erfahrung, die weit unter unseren Erwartungen lag.

It was a very fantastic experience. The hotel was absolutely fabulous. The rooms were very comfortable. The bed was soft. The breakfast was delicious. The spa was very nice. The staff was kind. The only bad thing is that the doors and windows are not soundproof. You can hear everything on the hallway. We stayed at the room with sea view, it was quite outside but everything from hallway can be heard.

Beach kısmında ilgilenen personel iyiydi bir erkek arkadaş, resepsiyonda arada gördüğüm Türk bayan iyiydi güler yüzlü ve ilgili fakat rus bayan çok yardımcı olsa da yeterince güler yüzü bulmadım açıkçası karşılamada hatta soğuk buldum aynı şekilde spa daki bayan. SPApa’da masajlar katma değerli pahalı oluyor otellerde su karaflarının boş olması işin profesyonel olmadığını gösterdiği için hiçbir şekilde masaj ve ücretli bir alışveriş yapmadım çünkü insanlar terliyor ve su yok içeride çok saçma. Bu kadar basit bir hatanın yapılması kabul edilemez bence çünkü oteller pahalı oraya koyacağı yarım litre su otele zarar vermez personele bilgi ilettiğimde evet yok demekle yetindi. Profesyonellikten uzak bir iki küçük detay haricinde genel olarak memnundum, Restoran personeli ve karşılama oldukça samimi ve yardımsever ve gülümserdi sunumlara içeriğe göre restoranda fiyat ücretleri gayet idealdi

Proprio per consigliare loro di migliorare sempre di più, ritengo che debba essere fatta maggior chiarezza sui prezzi del pesce fresco al ristorante di pesce, non viene specificato e te lo ritrovi sul conto, anche se lo chiedi. Consiglio inoltre di abbassare i prezzi di alcuni vini, si percepisce che sono troppo alto per i turisti ed inoltre di sistemare i menù dei ristoranti, complicati da capire. Questi sono solo piccoli appunti per arrivare al 10 che in una struttura così però ci vogliono. Ad ogni modo, tornerei lì oggi stesso, si sta da DIO!

Las habitaciones un poco pequeñas no tienen vista al mar, como se dice en la descripción. La vista era el parque con los albores y la piscina. Solo una pequeñísima parte del personal habla un poco de inglés. Se puede bañarse en el mar solo hasta las 18.00h pero empiezan a quitar las tumbonas a las 17.00. En la piscina solo se puede estar hasta las 19.00h. El mar no es nada bonito y se puede bañarse solo en una parte limitada por boyas porque hay un montón de barcos que pasan en esa zona. El desayuno limitado a lo que lleven los camarero a la mesa (no hay bufet) y a un plato a elección. No parece un 5 estrellas!

Отдыхала с детьми в этом прекрасном отеле, небольшая очень красивая территория, чисто, ухоженно, приветливый и отзывчивый персонал, гармоничное расположение всех объектов на очень небольшой территории, 2 ресторана, тренажерный зал, небольшой, но достаточный по размеру бассейн с «лягушатником», множество лежаков и зонтиков, вместо привычных полотенец симпатичные покрывала, которые отлично сохнут. Всегда удобно располагались в ресторане, у бассейна или около моря. Классные, вкусные и разнообразные завтраки. Весьма обширное меню в ресторане. Цены, на мой взгляд, несколько завышены. Отдельный комплимент номерам и чистоте в них. Умная планировка, простор, втроем в одном номере мы не чувствовали себя стесненными.

Основное недоразумение - это ночная музыка неадекватной громкости, в душе звенели стекла. Я читала об этом в комментариях, поэтому мы взяли беруши, но это просто ад какой-то. При том, что в течении дня беспокоили только звуки соседнего весёлого отеля, приятная спокойная музыка вечером за ужином и вдруг с 22 или 23 часов начиналась музыкальная вакханалия до 2-3 ночи. Не каждый день, но с пятницы по понедельник точно, пишут, что это ивент-отель, не понятно кто и что там отмечает, потому весь в основном семьи с младенцами и беременные. Были вопросы к тренажерному залу - чистота и исправность тренажеров, но не критично.

Durch das Nachbar Hotel ist es immer mal wieder am Morgen oder bis in die Nacht viel zu laut. Es ist sehr sauber und ordentlich, Personal war immer sehr höflich und zuvorkommend.

Das Hotel ist wirklich wunderschön und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Anlage und auch die Zimmer sind sehr gepflegt und direkt am Meer.

First thing is , the hotel is very noisy, we couldn't sleep until 2am as the live and loud music going on in the bar with even zero people in there, it was really disappointing, as hotel itself looks very peaceful, but its not , also it is based on a very close main road too, but main issue was the music noise all night long, plus we got disturbed by staff keep on knocking doors, with and with dnd sign on, and calling us from the hotel landline, the only positive side was the staff at the breakfast espicially Ayse make us feel like at home really friendly personality

Prachtig verblijf in een 5 sterren hotel in Kuşadası. Het personeel, schoonmaak, service, kamers, de kleine attente gebaren zoals taxi regelen, koffie aanbieden, op en top! Zeker de moeite waard om hier te verblijven!

El hotel es muy bonito. También las habitaciones y las vistas.

El servicio. Para ser un hotel de 5 estrellas, el servicio es serio y seco. En los restaurantes bastante pasotas, no estando atentos con el cliente.

La comodidad de su beach club y la hosteleria

Habitaciones pequeñas. Cierta falta de limpieza. Muy ruidoso

Ailecek konakladik ve memnunn kaldık. Tüm işlemleri hızlı. Hafta sonu biraz kalabalık oluyor sahil tarafı. Yer bulmakta zorlanabiliniyor.
