Reviewed Sep 11, 2026In the 5th, across the Seine from Notre Dame, and just steps away from the Shakespeare Bookstore, with many excellent restaurants and "touristy" gift shops. In terms of location, it was EXCELLENT. I traveled with an "older" family member with mobility issues so location was very important for us on this trip! I would stay here again. The breakfast was also a pleasant and plentiful surprise!
One night, the theater across the street from the hotel, was opened very late and afforded some people the opportunity to be very noisy near and after midnight!

Tons of restaurants within a few blocks, and Notre Dame just yards away. Paris is expensive, so price was in line with other similar options
Very difficult to communicate with this hotel through Booking App. To change dates of arrival. Finally I had bookjng.com customer service get involved.

Mieux vaut ne pas avoir envie de calme. Confort standard. établissement sans réelle personnalité. Selon les périodes, la loi de l'offre et de la demande peut rendre les tarifs assez chers pour ce que c'est.

The vent in the room let in a lot of street noise and because of the hotel's central location, there was a lot of street noise. It was hard to get to sleep and the quality of sleep wasn't great because of street noise or air con fan.

The bathroom of our room was really bad. Toilet seat smaller than the toilet. Shower head that was not possible to hang on the wall otherwise there was water everywhere. Sink pedestal was loose.

Der Fahrstuhl reicht nur bis zum fünften Stockwerk und es dürfen nur zwei Personen ohne Gepäck rein. Ist aber ok. Frühstück dto ok. Wer Wert auf die Lagr legt und auf etwas Luxus verzichtet ist hier genau richtig.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Wielką zaletą jest położenie hotelu, tuż obok znajduje się katedra Notre Dame. Pokoje małe, przytulne. Łazienka duża i czysta. Mieliśmy w pokoju wannę. Pokój wyposażony w klimatyzację. Ręczniki były dostępne w standardzie pokoju.
Brakowało nam w pokoju czajnika, ekspres do kawy jest dostępny przy recepcji, ale kawa płatna.

Très petite douche dans l'une de nos chambres, le rideau collait sur nous à l'utilisation. Déjeuner décevant, mieux de manger ailleurs.

Air conditioning was basically a portable air conditioning unit on the floor of the room, so it was pretty noisy. We were on the first floor above a street that was noisy well after 3am, so we didn't get much sleep.

Dzięki świetnej lokalizacji bez problemu dotarłam pieszo do praktycznie wszystkich najważniejszych miejsc, które chciałam zwiedzić. Śniadania przyzwoite, pokoje bardzo czyste, a pościel była zmieniana codziennie. Ogromny plus za przemiłą i pomocną obsługę hotelową — szczególnie dwie przesympatyczne panie z Polski. 😊 Zdecydowanie polecam!

Hard to sleep with all the noise outside. The busy street means lots of people walking and very noisy all night long in the summer. The rooms could benefit from double paned windows to lower the sound at night. The rooms and bathroom are Parisian size, very small and not very comfortable.

La camera singola, in cui ho soggiornato, era giusta per una persona e con tutto il necessario. Ogni giorno è stata pulita e gli asciugamani cambiati. Le camere hanno il condizionatore e c’è l’ascensore (cose non scontate a Parigi).

Bathroom, very uncomfortable. Way too small barely able to sit on the toilet. Shower so small, impossible to turn around! Shower curtain stuck to you! TERRIBLE BATHROOM!

Reviewed Jul 15, 2026Beliggenheden er virkelig god midt i latinerkvarteret. Tæt på metro direkte til lufthavnen.
Personalet i morgenmadsrestauranten var uhøflige (særligt en, der var særdeles ikke-serviceminded). Vores søn blev syg, og det krævede meget overtalelse at få lov at tage lidt morgenmad med op til ham. Det lykkedes til slut, men krævede mange diskussioner - bare irriterende.

O banheiro é muito pequeno. A pia fica quase encima da privada e também pega uma parte da porta do box dificultando o uso de ambos. Ouve-se o barulho da rua porque há bares e restaurantes na vizinhança.

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026A cosy little hotel in the historic center of Paris, right next to Notre Dame. Close to everything: the RER, metro, many attractions, restaurants, and shops.
Unfortunately, it's very noisy at night, regardless of whether it's a weekend or a weekday, due to the presence of many clubs and bars. If you're a light sleeper and your windows face the street, it can be a nightmare.

Reviewed Jul 11, 2026The room is very small and quite basic. Having said that the aircon was brilliant even with outside temperatures of 35 degrees. The staff are efficient and helpful. I have stayed here several times and I will again on my next trip to Paris. The location is perfect with lots of good restaurants nearby if you avoid the ones on the same street which are generally poor. Its just a 5 minute walk to the Notre Dame.

The breakfast was the same thing everyday. There was no variety. You are just given a tray of food whether you like it or not. There was no refrigerator to keep cool drinks and when we asked for ice we were given 4 or 5 small cubes.

Jag förstår problemet med att modernisera ett så gammalt hotell. Rummet var enkelt och saknade dörr på toaletten. En helspegel vore praktiskt och enkelt att montera på väggen.

Enbäddsrummet var väl litet. Obekvämt med hög tröskel in till duschen och väldigt litet utrymme för toalett. Borde vara tydligt i beskrivningen att det är så pass litet och svårtillgängligt när det gäller duschen. Dålig och dyr frukost
