Reviewed Sep 2, 2026I had a very pleasant stay. The hotel has an excellent location in South Obhur, in a convenient and nice area. The reception staff were always welcoming, friendly, and extremely helpful at all times. The service and room service were excellent, the room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

النادي صغير جداً لا يوجد غولف كار للتنقل للمرسى بلاط الحمام يحبس الماء و يحتاج تغيير

الحجز جناح بانورامي ،، الاطلالة الامامية جميلة ولكن ليست على البحر انما البحيرة وكذلك الجانبية على العمارة اللي جنبنا لانه الجناح في الدور الاول وموظف الاستقبال كان استقباله جداً باهت ويحاول مايعطيك فرصه تناقشه في موضوع الدور الاول هذا اللي كل ماحجزنا بالبوكينق في جده قالوا مافيه الا الدور الاول

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026كانت إقامتي في الفندق مخيبة للآمال لعدة أسباب: • اخترت الفندق بسبب إطلالته على البحر، لكن الباب المؤدي مباشرة إلى البحر كان مغلقًا طوال فترة الإقامة بحجة الاحترازات، مما اضطرنا للخروج عبر الشوارع الجانبية للوصول إليه. كان من الأفضل توضيح ذلك للنزلاء قبل الحجز. • طلبت خدمة للغرفة، وعندما وصل الموظف قام برن الجرس مرة واحدة فقط، وقبل أن أتمكن من فتح الباب استخدم بطاقة الدخول الخاصة به وفتح باب الغرفة دون إذني. هذا تصرف غير مقبول وينتهك خصوصية النزيل. وعندما اشتكيت للإدارة كان ردهم أنه “قد لا يعرف”، رغم أنه موظف مسؤول عن توصيل الطلبات، ولم أتلقَّ أي اعتذار أو حتى اعتراف بخطأ ما حدث. • في الليل طلبت بطانية إضافية، وأبلغوني أنه لا توجد لديهم أي بطانيات. وبعد إصراري أحضروا بطانيات قديمة وخفيفة جدًا. وعندما طلبت من الموظف بطانية بيضاء (Blanket/Duvet) أخبرني بأنها متوفرة وأحضرها مباشرة، مما أوضح أن المعلومة التي قدمها لي موظفو الاستقبال لم تكن صحيحة، وأن هناك ضعفًا في التعاون والتواصل بين الموظفين. للأسف، مستوى الخدمة لم يكن يرقى لتوقعاتي، وكان التعامل مع شكاوى النزلاء ضعيفًا، لذلك لن أكرر تجربة الإقامة في هذا الفندق.

1- There are no rooms with sea view same as seen on booking app. They bamboozled me post check-in, then when I called them to ask for one, they told me I have to upgrade and get a suite. I did get an upgrade, upgraded to a better hotel and will never come back. 2- The floor hallways smelled terrible because the carpet is old and rarely cleaned, also the same terrible carpet is used in the bedrooms. 3- The gym is terrible and has very few equipments, not up to a four stars hotel standard, I’ve had better in a 2 stars hotel. 4- The morning hotel staff didn’t have the best welcoming attitude and were not helpful when I wanted to change rooms due to no sea view bamboozlment. The afternoon staff is decent and nice. 5- The hotel’s entrance is for some reason not on the Main Street, but is behind the building, and the main entrance is only used for catering. Makes zero sense and is not very welcoming also confusing to get to by taxi and uber.

Room KEYS linked to floors! We came as a family to attend a wedding however due to lack of availability, our rooms were not in the same floor. Transitioning from one room to another was extremely difficult and TIME CONSUMING.Linking the elevator to the same floor is not a smart idea. we travel alot as a family, and have never experienced such struggle in other five star hotels. I highly recommend you to address this issue as I have also witnessed other visitors struggling from the same issue.
