As soon as we got there, the staff at reception were really rude. And then when we got to our room, we asked for towels and it was huffing and puffing from the staff

The cleaners were very helpful and did their job perfectly.

The false fire alarm going off at night, was disturbing. We struggled to sleep back.

sunday night it was quiet noisy in the street with nightlife, but the rest of week was fine. the room is very compact so expectations should be managed on this. wifi is a bit of a faff to get online.

Little unclean put our bag in the underbed storage recess - not been cleaned under there in a while - bag came out dusty! Drink had been split in the lift and lobby before we got there on Sat wasn't cleaned until we were leaving on Sunday. A little attention to detail.

The location was very central and logistically great. The rail station was close to the hotel.

The room was so small (very claustrophobic) you could not even walk around the bed. The windows were first so you could not see outside. Really the room Size is disgusting... Unlikely to stay here again

It was great value for money! Not the largest room but a decent size. Budget friendly. Lots of lovely restaurants local and convenient to have a 24hr McDonalds over the road too. The station being opposite is super convenient too. Brilliant place, would happily go back!

Location to transportation was excellent which ws a major reason for staying here. It was a quiet room considering the questionable surroundings but security was good.

The room was tiny, nowhere to sit other than on the bed which was against the wall, meaning getting in and out of it was inconvenient. A one night stay is doable but any more than that becomes restrictive.

it was convenient opposite Romford Station, and room had a big TV which was good.

Booked for AC as it was during the heatwave that helped.

Flies in room, no conditioner or hand soap. Room filled with dust everywhere could not breathe at night due to it. no ironing board as advertised. TINY room and next to main door so could hear everyone come in and the door bang all night.

One of the staff members (an Indian woman) who worked at the kitchen area. She asked immediately if we had any specific diets or allergies. I am a vegetarian and she told me she had many options besides the menu for me and kept telling me we paid for it so just ask for anything I want. She was very sweet in making sure I got everything I needed. There was airconditioning in the room too.

The room was so tiny, we could barely move and place our stuff. Having to walk over one another from the bed too the hall. Also all the other staff we met were helpful but not in a great mood it seemed. They did not look you in the eye or gave a smile.

Breakfast was self service and you had to figure it out.

I know I requested a quiet room, on my first night though, I couldn't get to sleep until after 1am because of a nightclub which was actually round the front but the beat of the base music although not crazy loud was constant. I did say to the hotel the next morning - but I appreciate it is not their fault. However I did get some ear plugs for the remainder of my stay which solved the problem.

The staff were really good, very polite and friendly. The beds are really nice and comfortable and the decor and cleanliness was good.

The location, right next to bars that play music loud until 2am. Apparently if you’re on the other side of the hotel you do not hear the noise. Also the size of the room. It is tiny! The smallest room I think I’ve ever stayed in! Photos show space between end of bed and wall! And side of bed and wall (same both sides!)

It is a clean hotel, we had a spacious room and we had an accessible room. We were on the same floor as our second room which was also clean and nicely decorated. The property is located in area with accessible takeaway, shops and train station.

The rooms which are based towards main road you can hear noise coming the street.

The rooms were tiny no opening windows of air. The air conditioning unit was filthy, no wonder I woke up with a sore throat it felt like there was no oxygen in the room.

The bed didn’t have a bed sheet and seems like the quilt is used directly without a sheet in between, was not sure if the quilt sheet is changed for each guest

The size of the room. The smallest I have ever been. Going to the toilet, you get a few bruises to the furniture, as all so cramped.

Not sure why we needed ID to check in, I almost didn't bring my driving licence. Couldn't find an ironing board.

Perfect location for the station and easy access to the Elizabeth line It was clean, the ac works! The staff were great, especially on check in she did everything to get us an early check in

Not really a fault on the property but the fire alarm went off early in the morning on the Sunday not sure if it was a test as no signs and no explanations Also there were a few rude guests, younger student types who didn’t want to wait and were pushy and got in my personal space when trying to pay but again not really a fault about the hotel

Its was dirty and so dusty.there was a random pair of dirty shoes in our room. 1 towel, when the booking was for me and my husband as we had just gotten married. It was super small

Reasonable price, was attending an event in Stratford so easy on the Elizabeth line to get back to the hotel.

I had a fantastic stay. The bed was so comfortable that I honestly slept for two days! The entire place was spotless, peaceful, and incredibly quiet, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. I loved having two TVs, which meant I could enjoy different shows in the living room and bedroom. The patio was another highlight—I spent time sunbathing and enjoying the calm outdoor space. The host was very welcoming and even provided a complimentary carton of water, which was a thoughtful touch. I was hoping to extend my stay for a few more days, but unfortunately the property was already fully booked. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

Room was very small and staff is not honest. I forgot one my shirt in room wardrobe but when I asked by text and phone. Receptionist said we found nothing in room. So I will no more stay and recommend to others.

The location is very ideal for travellers. I often come to stratford but this time i have choosen this place to stay.

The rooms are very very small. the rooms are very near to each of them and the corridor gate keep open and closing all time because of other customers i believe. Due to the small rooms and no noise controls so its often disturbing to sleep

The hotel was extremely accessible as you could see it as soon as you exited the station. There were food places and supermarket next to it to so I was able to get snacks and food without having to order in which made it really convenient. I liked how everything was easy to navigate and the lounge area was nice too. The staff were very polite especially as my friend joined later than I arrived. The bathroom décor was really nice, and spacious. TV in the room with accessible channels. Prices cheaper on actual website which is why I said price didn't match my expectations.

The room was a lot smaller than in the pictures, especially as there was literally no space to move around the bed. Ideally alone, it is fine but with 2 people it can feel a little small unless you're happy to just be sat on the bed. The bathroom has visible limescale build up and it could have been cleaner. Additionally, the doors of the shower were annoying as they would unfold as you were showering. One big issue I had was that I was unable to plug my laptop or my firestick into the TV to browse of my own accord, especially since the TV only provides rentable movie options or ITV or similar.
